Sure is, brother. First on the border bill. I’m going to say it again, and I’m going to humbly, with respect for the audience I love. There’s already 40,000 people. We’re not even starting the show yet. I’m begging you, forget, politicians think outcomes. They are tools. That’s all they are. I don’t want to hear ever again how I love this guy. If you don’t love the outcome, I don’t want to hear about it.
If the outcome is great, good, that person deserves a clap. The outcome is shit. I don’t care if they wore a cowboy hat giving a speech. This border bill that came out, which is not a border bill at all. It’s not. It’s a Ukraine bill disguised as a border bill. The border bill is a disaster. I’m going to say a couple of things up front about this, and I’m serious when I say this because I’m careful with my words.
Despite my reputation as a flamethrower with the swamp that’s terrified of me and hates my guts, they know the power we have in this bongino army, and they’re afraid of it. And you should be, because my army is bigger than yours. So you sure you want to go up mono mano? I don’t think that’s going to work out for you. We’re killing this bill, and we’re killing this bill today, and you’re going to do it.
Why are we going to do it? Careers should end over this bill. And I’m not kidding. People should know. The people who supported this bill should no longer be able to run under the republican banner. There is almost nothing in this bill, and I mean that. Nothing in this bill that I would say is an unequivocal win. There are a number of unequivocal wins for the Democrats, for liberals, for open borders, for the continued invasion of the United States and the destruction of the country as we know it.
But for you, I can practically say there’s not a single unequivocal yes, that is without question a great thing. Everything has a caveat. M to our buyer. Beware, a proviso, an asterisk, everything. Trust is great, but verify, correct? I’m not going to tell you on one hand, politicians hate you, only believe in outcomes, and then suggest I live by a different standard.

A requirement the president to funnel asylum claims to land ports of entries than when more than 5000 people cross a day. The border never closes, but claims must be processed at the port because karate man just Joe. Yes, but do you think he’s lying? This is sad. All it says is when 5000 people illegally cross a day, who by the way, will be released.

Actually, before we go to the actual bill, I want to prove a point first. I’m sorry. Give us. Be a little patient with us today, Tony. And the facts to back up what I say because it’s important you respect me.

I said to you a while ago, president of the United States has all the legal authority to shut down the border right now. So if you’re in the chat and you’re saying, well, Dan, the hell do you want Biden and the Democrats to do? And the Republicans, they need new laws and shit like that.
They do. Because if you read section 212 of the Immigration and Naturalization act, which is actual law right now, it’s pretty crystal clear what it says. You can look at it yourself. Suspension or of entry or imposition of restrictions by the president. Section 212 F of the INA reads as follows. I can read it there, but I like reading it up here sometimes, too, folks. This is a quote, meaning this is the law right now.
Right now, Dan, like today? Yes, like right now. Whenever the president, that’s Biden right now, sadly finds that the entry of any aliens or any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interest of the United States, he may, by proclamation. By proclamation, Joe. Meaning he could proclaim it. He could get up and say, I am President Biden. I hereby proclaim. Yes, it says it right there.
It’s right there. My London hat messed him up. Joe’s voice is all messed up. That’s right. He made by proclamation and for such a period as he shall deem necessary. Holy shit. Meaning he can get up and say, joe Biden, for a period, I deem it’s in the law. He made by proclamation and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non immigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.
Any. Does it actually say that? Gee, come on. Did you edit this, Tony? Tony’s like, he’s kind of new. Not new anymore. He’d been here a little bit, but he’s taken way too many liberties. You guys mess with this? Folks, can you look this up in the chat just put in your favorite search engine, section two and ina Immigration Naturalization act. Can you look it up yourselves? It say he can impose any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate by proclamation and for as long as he seems, that seems necessary.
That sounds to me like he can do what he needs to do right now. Because karate man, he can do that shit right now. Tony, it’s a trick question. Why doesn’t he do it right now? Jim, you have any ideas? Because he doesn’t want. Want. Because he doesn’t want to. Occam’s razor, man, given all explanations for a problem, keep it simple, stupid. Why doesn’t Biden do it now? Let’s go to some little gizmos here. Look at this one, by the way, to Dan Crenshaw. Ain’t personal there, brother. We can read again. I’ll make a deal with Dan Crenshaw, who thinks this is emotion. The bill says in general, if the president finds that it is in the national interest to suspend the border emergency, to temporarily suspend the border emergency authority, the president may direct the secretary to suspend use of the border emergency authority on an emergency basis.
Meaning all that stuff you heard about, we’re going to let 5000 people in the country and then, by the way, that’s an average. I love how they keep that kind of hidden too. That’s an average that after that they have to go to a port of entry where the border is still not closed, but you can get in by the port of entry. But this part’s fascinating. Throw that up again.
It says that Joe Biden, the same guy who’s allowed an open border for upwards of three years now in an invasion of the United States, that he can just suspend it and say, like it’s an emergency or something. Come on, Joe, he would never do that. Biden, you mean like open the border again after opening the border for three years? I mean, there’s no evidence he would open the border and say, oh, it’s an emergency.
Forget what we just said because he’s never opened a border. Oh, yeah, he has. He’s actually opened a border for three years again, the Crenshaw. So just the Crenshaw. Just to be clear, you’re willing to bet your political career that Biden, after negotiating and a de facto kind of amnesty for thousands of people a day. Maybe not de jouray, but de facto. Hey, so come on in 5000 a day, we’ll give you like an ankle monitor or something like that.
You’re telling me that you’re willing to bet your political career that Joe Biden, who has discretion to suspend it, won’t suspend it and declare some kind of humanitarian emergency after CNN reports that an immigrant at the border died of dehydration. Should be a tragedy. But is it an excuse to allow an invasion? This is what’s called thinking a step ahead. Some of you get that. Kill this thing.

The secretary shall activate the Border Emergency Authority if during a period of seven consecutive calendar days there is an average of 5000 or more aliens who were encountered each day.
So this border emergency, which is happening now, one, we’re leaving it to the discretion of the secretary of homeland Security. You mean the guy they’re trying to impeach right now? Yeah. I’m sure he’s going to do the right thing. There’s an average of 5000 or on one calendar day a combined total of 8500 or more encounters. Meaning these are the people we know about, not what we call the gotaways.
So you, meaning we have to physically count 5000 people a day? What about the ones that get away? They don’t get in the number. The 5000 average. Average. Why don’t they get in the number, Joe? Because they got away and we don’t know about them. That’s why. Because we didn’t count them. So you’re telling me we’ve given a de facto yes. And this is just indicative of how bad things have gotten where people seem afraid to say they’re for Trump. So to overshadow Taylor Swift, something big must have happened.
And I found interesting last night that Tracy Chapman, who sang the song fast car, who’s not a very public person, yeah, she came out last night, sang the song with Luke Combs. And, folks, I think that story is only interesting because fuck the Grammys. Who cares about the Grammys, right? Forget that shit. But remember, the left tried to make a big racial incident out of Luke Holmes, a 33 year old white country singer singing a song done in 1988 by a now 59 year old black lesbian.
The left tried to make a big deal out of this. That, oh, tracy Chapman could have never done that on the country charts without Luke Combs. And, folks, I think what happened last night, whether the shithead Grammys knew they were doing it or not, they completely closed that shit out. Chapman, who, by the way, never made a big deal out of being black and gay at all. I didn’t even know she was gay.
Who gave a shit? That song has now been taken back by another generation of people who are now going to hear it through Luke Holmes and are going to go download the original, which is now number one on iTunes and are now going to introduce this woman to the rest of the world. Why? Because a bunch of people like yourself, who are not freaking lunatics and just enjoyed the music, who just refused to accept that story, that this was about her being black and gay, you know what it was about? It was about an amazing song when I was a freshman in high school, that a lot of people like me, who be ridiculous, man, but felt really lost.
I listened to that song and the words meant a lot to me. That song’s not about escaping. Everybody reads that song all wrong. That’s not what it’s about. That song is about trying to get away from life and life catching up to you. In other words, you better take life by the balls and fix it, or it’s going to take you by the balls and fix you. Listen, to it again.
It’s not about, oh, I got to get away from it all. Nah, that’s a wispag’s way out. That’s not what that song’s about. And that song meant a lot to a lot of people. And I’m glad for Tracy Chapman. I don’t give a shit about our politics. I’m glad Luke Holmes had a moment that overshadowed all that shit because that was a generational song that mattered to a lot of people.
And now another generation is going to take it back. And the left’s bullshit narrative last night, oh, my gosh, we should repudiate this because a white guy sang, it all went down the tubes.
