Bernalillo County, NM Sheriff Tells Governor He Will Not Enforce Her Unconstitutional Gun Ban

However, Bernalillo County Sheriff John Allen has made it clear his department will not enforce Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s unconstitutional gun ban.
The order bans the carrying of guns – open or concealed – in Albuquerque and across Bernalillo County for the next 30 days.
