One example he talks about is a study done showing that schools with fluorescent light bulbs had higher hyperactive children than schools with incandescent light bulbs. 

 

Then, when they replaced the fluorescent light bulbs with incandescent bulbs, they noticed the children began to pay more attention.

 

Any wonder why the government wants to remove incandescent light bulbs??
