Students demand action in every town for gun safety who played a big role in the writing of this bill, celebrated the fact that they have some legislators in New York willing to just say, you know, frick the constitution, we are the supreme leaders of this land and we will dictate what the peasants do and set the stage for confiscation of firearms.

Let me show you the bill I’m talking about, because it’s being paraded already. It’s the first of its kind in the nation. And you know what happens with those types of bills.
Other sappy communist states jump on board. Here’s the bill that was submitted yesterday. Now, the green parts are the changes to this law that’s already on the books in New York, which bans a whole bunch of stuff. Start with section one, subdivision one of section 265, the penal law is, is amended and two new subdivisions, 36 and 37, are added to read as follows. One machine gun means a weapon of any description, irrespective of size, by whatever name known, loaded or unloaded, from which a number of shots or bullets may be rapidly or automatically discharged from a magazine with one continuous pull of the trigger, and includes a submachine gun, and also includes any convertible pistol that is equipped with a pistol converter.
And those are glock switches. 36 the new section pistol converter means any device or instrument that, when installed in or attached to the slide of a semi automatic pistol, interferes with the trigger mechanism and thereby enables the pistol to discharge a number of shots or bullets rapidly or automatically with one continuous pull of the trigger. 37 another new section convertible pistol means any semi automatic pistol that can be converted into a machine gun solely by the installation or attachment of a pistol converter. Now, not only does that cover specific Glock pistols, because that’s what they were pushing this for yesterday.
They were saying it’s Glock’s fault. Glock is knowingly selling machine guns because felons knowingly convert those guns, which is already illegal. The person is the one doing the action of creating a machine gun. But it’s Glock’s fault because in the eighties, they should have known that now people would be, you know, buying Glock switches from wish.com or 3d printing them. Glocks, Glocks at fault here. So they’re trying to force Glock or any manufacturer, because any striker fired pistol, this can happen to any hammer fired pistol can be converted. If you know anything about how firearms operate, every handgun can be converted to fire full auto, every one of them.
So they’re trying to say that because these manufacturers still produce things the way they are, they are their fi, their for banned in New York and the possession of them is a felony. And New York has the safe act. They register you forced registration of firearms. They know what you have, they know where you live. In fact, the ATF does, too. When you fill out a 4473 they know that. So they know now, if this bill becomes law, they will know that X, Y or Z person living at ABC address has a gen three Glock 19.
Oh, wait. That. If this is. That’s the convertible pistol. We could go get that. That’s banned. We know you have it. So that’s what we’re playing with. Let’s go back to this law. I want to show you the bill. I want to show you the rest of it. Because if this pisses through the legislation, which I think it will, you know what? Kathy Hochul is going to sign it. This violates the constitution. It violates Bruin, it violates Heller, it violates Caetano. It just violates everything. It’s illegal. It’s unconstitutional. Here’s the rest of the bill. Subdivision ten of section 2650, two of the penal law as added by chapter one of the laws of 2013 is amended and a new subdivision eleven is added to read as follows.
Before we get to eleven, let’s look at ten. Such person possesses an unloaded firearm and also commits any violent felony offense as defined in subdivision one of section 7002 of this chapter is part of the same criminal transaction. Or eleven. Such person knowingly possesses any pistol converter. Here’s another change says go down to three. One. Any person who manufactures or causes to be manufactured any machine gun, pistol converter, assault weapon, large capacity ammunition, feeding device, or disguise gun is guilty of a class D felony. Any person who manufactures or causes to be manufactured any rapid fire modification device is guilty of a class E felony.
Any person who manufactures or causes to be manufactured any switchblade knife, pilon ballistic knife, metal knuckle knife, undetectable knife, billy blackjack bludgeon, plastic knuckles, metal knuckles, kung fu star, chukka stick, sandbag, sand club, or slung shot is guilty of a class a misdemeanor. Some more changes. Any person who transports or ships any machine gun, pistol converter, firearm, silencer, a assault weapon, or large capacity magazine feeding device, or disguised gun, or who transports or ships as merchandise five or more firearms is guilty of a class D felony. Any person who transports or ships any rapid fire modification device is guilty of a class E felony.
Any person who transports or ships as merchandise any firearm other than an assault weapon, switchblade knife, pile on. Ballistic knife, undetectable knife, billy blackjack bludgeon, plastic knuckles, metal knuckles, kung fu star, chukka stick, sandbagger, slung shot is guilty of a class A misdemeanor. Another new section ten. Any person, dealer, firm, partnership or corporation, who disposes of or who transports or ships as merchandise. A convertible pistol is guilty of a class D felony. There’s your glocks. Coming in and out of the state for sale to your ffls makes that illegal. Another new section f, sub division ten of section 265.
Ten of this article, it will not apply. One persons in the military service of the state of New York. Two police officers. Three peace officers. Four persons in the military in service to the United States. Five persons employed in fulfilling defense contracts with the government of the United States. Six persons engaging in the business of gunsmith or dealer in firearms to whom a valid license, therefore, has been issued pursuant to section 400 of this chapter. So they’re clearing the way there for police to still be able to buy Glocks, for military to still be able to buy Glocks.
But the second amendment says you can’t do that. Shall not be infringed. Second Amendment says we the people have the right, the same right to have access to the same arms as the military. You see the bill? Here’s the clown who submitted it. Senator Miry of New York, again to surmise. They want to ban Glock pistols. They want to ban Glock switches. Federally, Glock switches are already a thing. According to the ATF, they’re looking to ban the possession of these guns because they say they’re easily convertible. And since New York already has registration, what’s the next step? What is the next step? Throughout history, what is the next step?
