Idaho GOP Unanimously Passes Resolution & Calls For “Abolition” of FBI

In a stunning move, the Idaho Republican Party has made a bold statement against the FBI by adopting a resolution that condemns the agency as a “corrupt government entity.”
The resolution further calls for the abolition of the FBI if it cannot be reformed to address the concerns raised.
The resolution, which received unanimous support from the body consisting of 216 elected Republican representatives, points out a series of excesses, abuses, and unconstitutional encroachments that the resolution alleges have eroded the trust of the American people in their government.
Among the most egregious abuses highlighted in the resolution is COINTELPRO, a counterintelligence program conducted by the FBI from 1956 to 1971.
This program is accused of engaging in illegal surveillance, infiltration, and disruption of civil rights activists, political dissidents, and others perceived as threats to national security.
And as you probably already know, that’s just the tip of the iceberg!

This is likely just yet another “political stunt” to make you think these selected officials are actually doing something to benefit you.
But if it is legit, it is a step in the right direction.
