You May Have Been the Victim of a Crime | I Allegedly

You. Hey, it’s Dan. Welcome back. You’re watching. I allegedly, and I’ve got a good one for you today because you may be the victim of a crime. So let’s get right into it, guys. Alaska Airlines flight 1282 that took off January 5 bound for Los Angeles, had to make an emergency landing because part of the side of the plane popped off and it completely exposed everybody inside the flight to the fact that they could, potentially could, got sucked out.

People lost their cell phones. People found cell phones that were in airplane mode that had been sucked out of the plane. Now, first things first, guys, for those of us that have seen that horrific video, that’s enough. Whenever I fly, guys, my seatbelts on the entire time, okay? They’re going to suck me out of the plane. They got to take my whole seat with me. Now, here’s the thing.

Boeing made the 737 max, okay? And the problem with it is there’s been all these inspection problems and all these different problems lately with other issues. A plane that took off bound for Ontario International Airport in Ontario, California. Plane takes off and then part of the fuel salage got sucked off the plane. Now flash forward to the FBI sends everybody that was on that flight, the 1282 flight that was bound for Los Angeles from January 5.

You may have been the victim of a crime. How wild is that, guys? How wild is that? Now, Mark Lindquist is an attorney representing dozens and dozens and dozens of people in regards to the potential litigation. I am telling you this right now, guys, there are people in this world, they’re like, you know, I’m not going to sue. It’s not my thing. Thank God I’m alive. And they move on.

This is the greatest thing for this lawsuit because it makes it so that Boeing could have done something criminal during this time. Now, here’s what’s wild about know Boeing’s been subject to a lot of talk lately. Know how they cut corners and how there’s everything missing from these planes. From bolts. Four simple bolts were missing from the flight 1282. There was another plane that had the fuel slage pop off, and there were bolts missing from that.

I’ve had memes sent to me, which I wish I could share with you, but I know I’d probably get in trouble of showing people working on the Boeing planes from the manufacturing facility. And everybody’s dressed in a clown outfit with clown makeup, and it’s like a clown show, okay? The problem with this is that these people were allowed to self certify, and this saved Boeing money during this time.

Now, you can say, what does that mean? They didn’t have an inspector standing overhead because of the expense of this. They got rid of these inspectors to go out and to oversee to make sure everything was done. Now, I want to back up just a little bit. A friend of mine was a county inspector that did everything from roads to buildings to everything. And he said, dan, I want you to think about this.

The inspection process is the only thing that protects people. And I’m like, well, what do you mean? Give me an example. He said, well, let’s do something as simple as paving a road. You have to have somebody go out there and verify that what these people did with the sloping street. And I live here in Orange County, California. So you deal with areas that have hills and grades and things like that.

You want to make sure that you have the proper mix, and you want to make sure that when the street is paved, it’s done correctly in such a way that when it gets wet, it’s not a grease trap. It’s not just people sliding down a street, because that’s when you could get people killed. And an inspector like this takes pride in the fact that he doesn’t want to see people get hurt.

Now then, think about this. You’ve got an airline, a plane that carries you at your traveling, carries your family and other important people in your life. And these planes are self certifying. The inspectors at Boeing are self certifying. The attorney for the ethiopian air crash, that all those people died. And this guy was saying, hey, these people should have been reported. They were a victim of a crime as well.

This is awful, guys. This is absolutely awful. I want your opinion on this right now. But again, it’s going to help people with their lawsuit, to say the least. But will Boeing get it together? Now, here’s the thing. When airline pilots say, don’t fly on a 737 max, when was the last time you hopped on a plane to determine what the plane was? Do you know what I mean? Do you know that? Do you know what plane you’re going to hop on when you fly from here to Boston? I don’t, I have no clue with that.

So let me know, guys. Let me know what you think about this. But I’d love to see a copy of that letter because I can’t get it because it’s personal and blah, blah, blah. But if you guys know of anybody that’s seen a copy of that letter from the FBI. It’d be fantastic to get. So let me know what you think about that and share your thoughts on that.

The next thing is something that’s kind of personal for me and that know those of you that have been around the channel for a few years now, know that my late girlfriend Lisa, who passed away on Christmas eve of 2022, suffered from complications of breast cancer. Anyways, one thing that happened last few days was Kate Middleton came out. There’s been all this speculation over the course of the last month, which has been horrific by this princess to know, where is she? Where has she been? Making fun of a photo.

Now, this woman had stomach surgery and hasn’t been seen in the public know December so well. Where’s Kate? What’s Kate doing? Oh, William’s having an affair with that skank. Oh, by the way, they find this woman and says that Williams having an affair with this doughty skank when he’s got that smoke show at. Yeah, okay. Oh, I’m not believing that for a second, but there’s that. So all these celebrities, hashtag, where’s Kate? Hashtag, what’s going on with her? This is awful.

It was awful. Now, I want to give you guys some personal knowledge. My late girlfriend ran a business, has been very good at it. When we first started dating, she had just gotten over a cancer know the year before and was considered cancer free at this point. But she had told me a couple things and she said, you know, dan, one thing I learned is that cancer really clears out your life because I’m like, well, what does that mean? Well, you really learn who’s there for you, learn who’s good, who’s bad.

You learn who’s legitimate, who is there and caring about you and who is not. And I was like, wow, what a bold statement. And I learned this firsthand with her because she would have clients that would come to her and, well, I’m signing up for bar prep. Are you going to die during this time? I heard you have cancer. No, I’m cancer free right now. I have seen that.

I saw competitors that tried to steal her content and her copywritten material because she’s going to die and she’s not going to be able to sue us, okay? Of which guys, I own all that now, okay? So I’ll sue the living daylights out of anybody for that stuff. But the point is that these people did horrific things to her, just like they did to Kate. Now, some celebrities step forward and apologize.

Gosh, we had no idea you were sick. Well, don’t you look like idiots now. Just like they did with Lisa when she. Not only did she live another ten years beyond that point, but she had to defend this. And people are sick. People are awful. Remember, know who your friends are. Know who you can rely. You know, if you have people that are not genuine, cut them out of your lives.

I’ve done this, and I do it over and over again. You have a lot of people, even people that I thought were my friends here on YouTube, that are not my friends. These people are fake. They’re a film set. Like I’ve told you guys before. You look at the building, it looks beautiful. You go behind it and there’s nothing there. Okay, so that’s the thing with Kate. That was, you know, I hope these people get theirs.

That’s between you and I. Okay? Next thing, I’m at the park. I think it’s called Talbert park. Really nice here in Huntington beach. But look at that cool climbing gym for kids. How neat is that? That’s like two stories tall. It’s really nice. I’m pretty far away from it. But the other thing is, there are Quebec. Quebec is sick of the EV cars. Quebec is getting rid of every tax incentive for people right now when it comes to EV cars.

Because I think we’re going to see that over and over again. Anyways, this guy may have not graduated from the college he said he did in Riverside, California in 2007. He said he worked for the Boston Red Sox. And they say, wait, we have no record of this guy. So it’s one of these things that do people just let guys like this slide without checking it? And if that’s the case, this guy’s done.

Now, I’ve done a bunch of shorts on this and I’ll leave the links for you if you haven’t seen the shorts on this. But I think Shohei Otani is a degenerate gambler. I think that this guy’s a degenerate gambler. But MLB has opened up an investigation and I don’t even know if this guy’s going to be at the freeway series game in Anaheim on Tuesday. We’ll see. Okay, final story, and this is fascinating, is that in Philadelphia there’s a section called the Kensington section.

Crime is so bad that they are closing early. They’re making people close businesses at 10:00 at night. Why? Because the police can’t guarantee your safety. What planet do we live on, guys, where you can’t guarantee the safety of shop owners? And just again, the wild, wild west guys is what this is. So craziness. Why would you want to be in business? Why would you want to have a shop? Why would you want to have a gas station? Can’t have a liquor store? You know, he’s taking your life in your own hands doing that.
