Hey, everybody. Welcome back to the channel. If you love the second Amendment as much as I do, then like this video and subscribe to this channel down below. If you hate the ATF or any unconstitutional gun control, subscribe to this channel. You have found your home. First off, for those who have not watched last night’s livestream, that I did. I showed you the warrant for Mr. Malinowski in which the ATF raided his home, shot him in his head, and he did pass.

He succumbed to his injuries yesterday. But I read the search warrant, and there’s a lot of information in there. So watch that video. I’ll pin it above and put the link down below. I want to talk about some good news today. It’s Friday as we head into the weekend, and I want to talk about a state that’s getting it right. Louisiana. Louisiana just passed constitutional carry, and they also are passing, at least through committee, a bunch of pro gun bills that if they make it to the governor’s desk, he will sign it.

And they have a republican stronghold pretty much in Louisiana. So some of these may make it, should make it to the governor’s desk. And I approve of, I think, all of these bills. I’m going to tell you about them. I’m not in my office, obviously. It’s beautiful outside, spring day, and I wanted to do it out here on my deck, but. So I’m going to look at my computer, where my notes are.

The author, the sponsor of the constitutional carry bill in the Senate, his name is Anthony. I’m sorry, it’s Maguez. M I g u e s. I forget. It’s Blake. Blake is his first name. He’s got some more bills that just made it through committee, and they’re phenomenal. One of them will make the constitutional carry law now applicable to all firearms, not just handguns, not just pistols. So you can constitutionally carry your ar, your aK, your ar pistol, your PCC, your shotgun, if this gets signed by the governor.

Another great one was Louisiana. Even when I lived in Louisiana, back in the late 90s, they had a prohibition of carrying a firearm in what they call an abo, an alcohol beverage outlet. So any place that served alcohol, concealed carry was off limits regardless. Didn’t matter. Well, he has a bill that would remove restaurants from that prohibition. So long as those restaurants don’t make more than 50% of their income from the sale of alcohol.

It does nothing to remove the prohibition of somebody who’s zero. 5% with blood alcohol content is 0. 5% from carrying. You can’t carry while drinking, obviously. But that is a huge thing because restaurants. Families go to restaurants. Couples go to restaurants. I should be able to keep myself safe in a restaurant. And it shouldn’t matter if they make 51% of their sales from alcohol. That doesn’t matter as long as I am being responsible.

I could give a rat’s ass about the percentage of alcohol sales from the establishment I’m in. I agree with the bill. I don’t agree with that 50% thing. So, yeah, that’s that. A third bill would be any. I don’t agree with this bill. Any establishment that would, how do I say this? Refuse admittance. I guess, to an off duty law enforcement officer who is concealed carrying. That would be $1,000 fine per occurrence.

I disagree with this bill. It shouldn’t be just off duty cops. It should be everybody, because we the people have that right. Not just we the popo or we the feds. It’s we the people. We have the second amendment right, and it shouldn’t be looking out for just off duty cops, should be looking out for everybody. If we’re going to do this the right way. Some more bills that are going forward through committee one is looking to penalize teens who carry guns and committing crimes, specifically 15 and 16 year olds.

If they were to be jammed up and committed, convicted on this, then they would not receive the ability to carry a firearm until they’re 22. I don’t know how I feel about that one. If somebody is a criminal and they’re allowed back on the street, they’re not in jail. That would mean that they’re not a danger to the public. So I’m kind of tossed on that one. Let me know how you think about that down below.

Another one by Senator Alan Sheba out of Shreveport would be to tighten the state law regards to convicted felons who carry weapons. And it was unanimously approved in the committee. It would be tougher penalties if a felon was caught with a gun. Then there was one other one. Yes, this one. So New Orleans, Louisiana, and Shreveport and Baton Rouge, Mandeville, some other places. Louisiana and New Orleans, specifically Mardi Gras.

And a lot of places have a lot of parades, not just for carnival, but other parades throughout the year, whatever it is. I mean, I went to iota for the Boudin festival. Boudin is a phenomenal sausage. It’s rice based. But there was a parade for would, and there’s a prohibition around parades for carrying. So anyone who illegally brings a firearm to a parade would have to serve a bulk of their sentence.

It would remove the possibility of parole for up to three years for anyone convicted of the crime with a minimum of one year without the opportunity for early release from prison. So they’re looking to lock down on criminals with guns while I guess reinstating more of our second amendment freedoms with the other bills I talked about. Let me know what you think about these down below. I think Louisiana is doing a lot of things correctly right now.

They got a very pro gun governor who ran on, hey, if it gets to my desk, I’m signing constitutional carry. And another interesting caveat is everything I just talked about were in last session made it to the governor and then governor, who was a Democrat, John Bell Edwards, he vetoed all of it, including constitutional carry. So you have a good one now in Landry, who is, he’s talking a good game.

He signed constitutional carry. Now let’s see if these get to his desk, what he does there. But check out the video. I did both of them. If you’re not familiar with what happened with the executive from the bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport, Malinowski. He was raided by ATF at 06:00 a. m. Shootout ensued. He shot an ATF agent. They shot him in the head and all over something that they could have easily apprehended him at any time during the day.

They even had a tracking device on his car. Watch those two videos. One is what happened in the immediate aftermath. And then last night I did the live stream with the search warrant so you get to know exactly why they were on his doorstep at 06:00 a. m. Appreciate you all.
