Here is the ruling from the Colorado Supreme Court last night. The most humiliating, embarrassing ruling, I would argue, in modern judicial history. Here it is basically disqualifying Trump from the ballot under section three of the 14th amendment because he is disqualified. It would be a wrongful act under the election code to let him as a candidate on the presidential primary ballot. There it is, right there. Four people never elected who you’ve never met in your life, who have no attachment to you whatsoever, dictating the results of the next Us election.
Let me ask you a question. If this race. Jim, do me a favor. Can you look this up for me? How many electoral votes does Colorado have? I’m going to take a steps probably between, like, ten and 20 electoral. Electoral college votes. If Donald Trump were to run in the next election and just say, this stands ten. Okay, well, there you go. I was right. Ten. Between ten, they have ten.
Say Donald Trump loses by six electoral votes in the electoral college, or five, and he was not on the Colorado ballot. A state difficult to win, but not impossible. How is it going to make you feel that four jerk wads you’ve never met in your entire life fabricated an entire 200 page document on penumbras pulled out of thin air to steal an election. How’s that going to make you feel? Have the Democrats thought any of this? There’s that old saying by Anaeus, who know the victor is not victorious until the vanquished considers himself so.
Did the liberals think they were victorious because we considered ourselves vanquished? Did they think we were just going to sit back and take any of this? Are you freaking mean? If we ever had a moment for you to do not flee. This is it, man. You got the Colorado GOP already going. Okay, we’ll just do a caucus. We don’t need a primary ballot. Thanks. The Supreme Court may intervene, but whether the Supreme Court intervened.
Why are we throwing a Hail Mary to the Supreme Court? We have our own tools now, too. We have the bank records for that. Joe Biden is engaged in an act of insurrection in the United States and we should take him off the ballot, too.

Outside of electors, no person shall be a senator. Is Trump running for the US Senate, Joe? No, Dan. Okay. Is he running for representative in Congress? Is he running to be an elector of the president or vice president? Okay. Is he running for a civil or military holding any technical office under the United States he’s been appointed to? Not elected to. You don’t think so? You would be correct.
You would be. Show one more here. Is he running for state legislature? No. Let’s throw one more. An executive or judicial officer of a state, not the United States. Is he running for that? No, he’s not. That’s correct. I think that’s six or seven. So this doesn’t even apply to Donald Trump at all. So how come Colorado kicked him off the ballot using the 14th Amendment? Because they made it up.

So again, if language like this is an insurrection, then surely Joe Biden supporting the Chinese Communist Party is the same.

But, ladies and gentlemen, if Trump’s not on the ballot, I can almost guarantee you in Colorado, almost no Republican is going to show up in Colorado to vote.
Oh, what would happen? Last time I checked, in a presidential election, there are what’s called down ballot races, to which it happens once in a while, like, all the time. Because Congress is on the ballot. State measures are on the ballot. Some state legislative races are on the ballot. That’s why it’s called. Does anybody know what that day is called? It’s called shit election day. It’s not called presidential election day.
That’s right. So weird. You get what they’re doing here. This is going to get worse. Why are we relying on the Supreme Court? Will they save us? Probably. But why should we rely? We have power, too. Why are we acting like a bunch of feckless, castrated, nutless eunuchs? Why? You want to change something? Then go and grab life by the nuts, okay? Go out there in red states and teach these people a lesson.
Okay? Teach them an electoral lesson. And kick Joe Biden off the ballot, too. Will it stand in the Supreme Court? Probably not. But if the Supreme Court will save us, maybe it’ll save them, too. Relying on judges to save us from what is unquestionably immoral, unethical, and unconstitutional, and acting like we have no power in a federation of states here, 50 states that all have different governing systems, and the principle of federalism is the biggest woosbag move I’ve ever seen in my life.
Grow some freaking balls, bro. You’ve got huge states like Texas. Kick Biden off the ballot there. Get him off. We could do that. No, you absolutely can. And for all the people out there, you know, Biden may have taken money from China and he may have given aid or comfort to the enemy, but at least we don’t talk violently like Trump did when he said, go march peacefully and can wait a Dan, you’re wrong.

I do not want to live in a country where my daughters fighting street to street against their neighbors. And you shouldn’t either. Ladies and gentlemen, we didn’t ask for this fight. They did. I condemn any kind of violent political rhetoric. Why? Because I don’t believe in that, and I never will.
But I will defend myself if you attack me. And the Democrats are the most violent people you will ever meet. Combine that with that, there’s no emergency. Break in their behavior, these secular progressive lunatics, and they will do anything to destroy this country and steal an election. And we got a real problem on our hands. And the old secret service and strange Pierce, they tried to delete him from a manifest, which is weird because I’ve got a little bit of experience with that and I’ve never seen anything like that. They have thrown out policy, procedure, mos modus apparandi, the law, everything.
They don’t care. What was up with this? There was a report on Fox yesterday which piqued my interest. Now you know what I did in the past. It’s relevant to this. I don’t like to talk about it too much, but unfortunately, I’m stuck because it’s what I know. When you are an agent with the United States Secret Service, your job is to do what, it’s to protect what we would call protectees.
Why are they protectees? Because we protect them. Now. If you protect them, you need to know where they are at all times. There’s command posts, there’s protecte logs. You need to know where they are. And you also need to know where they are and where in case there’s an incident. So wherever a protectee goes, they will appear on a manifest. What is a manifest? A manifest is exactly what it is, like a passenger manifest on a plane.
Everyone in Air Force one goes to a manifest? Yes. Even the Secret Service. You go up the back steps, there’s an air force officer there. He says, what’s your name? Or enlisted? And you say, agent Dan Bongino. Thank you, have a nice day. Everybody who gets on that plane is manifested. Same thing for the helicopter. Everybody who gets on that helicopter is manifested. Why? Because sometimes people will try to get on the helicopter who don’t belong.
And for those of you out there, any helicopter pilots in the chat? Joe, you don’t need to be a helicopter pilot. We’re at 100,000. We’re only halfway through the show now. Did you know that? And it goes out to everyone. So nobody tries to get on the elevator who doesn’t belong on the elevator with the president because everybody knows if you ain’t on the manifest, you ain’t getting on. So how is it that a United States Secret Service protectee won Hunter Biden, who has a secret service detail, by the way, and agents responsible for him as well? How is it he slipped on the president’s bird, marine one, without a manifest, and it’s a little unclear who wasn’t manifested.
Was he not manifested on the bird? Was he not manifested on the press release? What was he not manifested on? I don’t know. Listen to this fox report, though. But it’s clear to me somebody’s trying to hide something. Check this out. Broadly, the White House has been assailing the GOP for pushing the impeachment inquiry and federal investigations into Hunter Biden. But the White House might not have helped their own arguments that the president is keeping far away from all of Hunter’s legal woes.
We were all just watching the first family’s return from Delaware on marine one, and my colleague Peter Ducey noticed someone hop off the chopper who was not on the passenger list. The White House gave us Hunter Biden. So Hunter is apparently here at the White House, after defying a congressional subpoena while being indicted and facing a maximum of 17 years behind bars on the financial crimes, plus another 25 on the gun charges that he is facing.
John. All right. Interesting that he wasn’t on the helicopter manifest. Yes, sir. John Roberts it oh, yeah. Now, there are a couple possible scenarios here, because we actually do honest reporting. Even though I dislike this family intensely, there’s a possibility he is, in fact, on the Secret Service documentation, which I believe he probably was, and the documents they gave the press. He wasn’t on Hunter Biden. But that begs the obvious question, why was he on one set, not the other? Because that almost never happens, ever.
What are you trying to hide? Why do you have a hat on? Why is he getting out of the helo like, looking like he was like a ninja? What are they trying to hide? Folks, there’s an easy way to figure this out. You can foia all these documents, of course, and just start asking basic questions. First question I would ask, I’m just throwing this out. There is say he is on the Secret Service documents, but he’s not on the documents released to the press.
Pretty simple question is, have you done this before? Are there other guests you don’t include on these press releases and why? If they have an honest answer, fine, I’d love to hear it. But ladies and gentlemen, this is hierarchy in action. President, United States lives by a different set of rules than you do right now. You want them to see what the rules look like, kicking them off the ballot, kicking Trump off the ballot.
Biden loves every minute of this. Then we should kick Biden off the ballot, too, and show him what rules look like. Another thing we should be doing immediately is we should be pressuring the Department of Justice every single day to enforce the ignoring of the congressional subpoena by Hunter Biden. And he did it in front of the camera, giving you the middle finger, giving a press conference, telling you he was going to ignore the subpoena.
So my question is, why isn’t Hunter Biden in handcuffs? I mean, Peter Navarro got locked up at an airport for the. Steve Bannon got thrown in jail. Steve Bannon. And Steve Bannon had an actual lawyer telling him, I’m not sure this is a legit subpoena. He had an actual legal argument, whether you agree with it or not. Fine, I get it. If you get a congressional know, maybe show up and plead the fifth and tell him to go pound sand, whatever, but there’s no question that that happened.
So why is Hunter Biden still out there. Hunter Biden is still out there, folks. Because we live in a hierarchy. We do not live in a republic. The Republic is dead. You live in a full blown hierarchical tyranny right now, and especially in blue states. And I’m going to cover this tomorrow. Don’t miss tomorrow’s show. I’m going to prove to you the republic is dead as a doorknoil.
We can get it back in 2024, but it is on life support right now, breathing once every ten minutes to barely keep some cells alive. You know, it’s weird. For a second, I’m like, is he okay over there? Joe’s doing this, like, labored breathing, and it didn’t occur to me, like I just said, that I get the partial EMT right at me. It was like we took, like, first responder training.
I was going to go, look, listen, feel. Look at his chest. Listen, feel the karate. This is hierarchy in action. And to prove to you that the Democrats don’t give a shit about the Republic, the rule of law. They don’t care about defying subpoenas at all. They care about showing you who’s in charge. Here’s a little super cut here about Democrats whining, bitching, griping, and moaning when Bannon and Navarro basically fought these congressional subpoenas, but saying nothing right now about hidden Hunter Biden on marine one doing the exact same thing.
Take a look. Do you think people who refuse to comply with congressional subpoenas should be prosecuted by the Justice Department and at the end of the day, go to jail? Yes. If you act deliberately, with sneering, cavalier contempt for the american people and their representatives, we will hold you in contempt in America. When you are subpoenaed to testify in court or in Congress, you show up, period. That if we fail to hold C.
Bannon accountable, that he will be the exception. He will become the rule. Either we are all equal before the law, or none of us is. This is the essence of our democracy. Either we’re all in this together. Either the rule of law applies to everyone equally, or we lose out on a fundamental aspect of our democracy, that the rule of law applies to everyone, and no one is above that law.
Mr. Bannon stands alone in his complete defiance of our subpoena. That’s not acceptable. No one in this country, no matter how wealthy or how powerful, is above the law. I haven’t heard jack shit from any of them about Hunter Biden defying a congressional subpoena. Not only defying it, but given a press conference in front of the United States Senate. But it was a congressional house side subpoena. Exactly.
He went on the other side just to stick it to everyone. You hear anything from them, you don’t hear shit. Why do you hear nothing from them? Because they’re hierarchical tyrants. They’re in charge and you’re not. And they’re going to let you know. Now, how do we fight? Know some guy yesterday in the Facebook, I understand. I hate when I get these, but I get them and I give you the comments and the critiques.
Some guy’s like, hey, man, you never offer solutions. Bullshit. I offer solutions all the time. I already told you what to do about the Colorado case. Republican ags and wealthy republican donors, just like the Democrat wealthy donors are doing, should engage in the same lawfare and get Biden off the ballot. Why does everybody want some advanced solution? We need to engage in four dimensional. You don’t need to engage in anything.
Do the same shit they’re doing. It’s not hard. What do we do about Hunter Biden? It’s really simple. You throw him in jail for defying this congressional subpoena. The DOJ is never going to do that. It’s led by Derek Farlan, the attorney general. Name only. Okay. State attorney generals in the republican states. Why aren’t we investigating Hunter Biden? I’m sure he did some kind of crime over there somewhere.
You could find somewhere and dig it up. Oh, no, we can’t do that. Why can’t you do that? I’m not suggesting you break the law. I’m not suggesting you violate the law. I’m certainly not suggesting you frame anyone. I’m just telling you, Hunter Biden was clearly engaged in some very serious allegations of malfeasance with money, charges of foreign influence and other things. These are serious allegations. Clearly there’s a nexus to your states.
Why aren’t you doing anything about it? Why? You don’t have to make anything up, nor would I suggest that it’s there in front of you. Why aren’t you doing anything? Why do we, the people who actually run this country, it’s our country, it’s not yours. You guys, actually, and ladies work for us. Why do we always have to pull you guys along? Why do we have to grab you by the reins and pull you and beg you to do and take advantage of your power like democrats do all the time? What are you going to say? It’s unethical to go after political opponents for actual crimes when democrats are going after Donald Trump for fake made up crimes.
Why are you not doing anything? You guys have your own scandals you got to deal with or something. Is there something someone’s holding over your head? A sword of Damocles or something? Here’s the swamp in action. You are never going to see a better segment here. Video, audio, that sums up the swamp in action. You got that Lindsey Graham thing. Here’s, this is why we will never win with these people in charge.
They are so afraid of using the power they’ve been given to them to fight back that they just sit there and they just take it like docile little puppies. Here’s Lindsey Graham wasting all of America’s time on a weekend show, asked the easiest question in the world about Joe Biden’s connection to this major, major scandal with his son. The evidence is everywhere. The bank records, the suspicious activity reports, the texts, the emails, the photos, the voice messages, the Poroshenko recordings, the bobblinsky testimony, the Schwering emails, the Devin Archer testimony, the fire, the son of a bitch video, the documents in the Penn Biden center.
The evidence is everywhere. The evidence against Biden is overwhelming. Not according to Lindsey Graham, who apparently hasn’t seen any of it. Complete freaking waste of time, this guy. Look at this. Republican senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa said that he does not see any evidence, quote, that the president is guilty of anything. Do you agree with him? Is there any evidence? So know, I haven’t really been paying that much attention to it.
They have to prove that President Biden somehow financially benefited from the business enterprises of Hunter Biden. We’ll see. Have they done it yet in your mind? If there were a smoking gun, I think we’d be talking about it. Holy shit. If there were a smoking gun, we’d be talking. There’s not a smoking gun. There is a smoking armada of naval ships launching cannons. Are you stupid? Where do we find these idiots, and why do they act like this? The answer is because they can.
Because people still vote. These guys in office. How is this guy still in office? What has this guy done for anyone? And I got to tell you also, we should disconnect from this guy in the maga movement, too. I know he gets booed everywhere he goes. This guy is as useless on a bull. He really is. He’s got a national audience. He knows about the SARS text, emails, videos, poroshenko stuff.
He knows about the son of a bitch video. He knows about all this stuff, the checks. He knows about it. And what does he do? Talk about, I got better things to do. Freaking pathetic. We don’t do shit. You got a bunch of January 6 people in jail for a capitol invasion and an insurrection. Under what charge? They invaded the people’s house and stayed there. Okay, that’s interesting.
Then how come these people, who appear to be supporting terrorists, invaded the capitol the other day, did the exact same thing, and what happened to them? Is there a big FBI investigation? I’m sure that’s a group that absolutely loves America right there.

Probably heroes on the left. Those two videos back to back are back to back for a reason. It’s what freaking hierarchy looks like. We have our guys. They’re in charge. Lindsey Graham’s part of the posse. Hunter Biden’s a made man.
So is a Biden family. Lindsay’s like, ah, I’ve been friends with, know we’re buddies forever, me and Joe Biden. Why would I say, if you’re in the crew, Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, Lindsey Graham, what happens to you? The answer is nothing happens to you. However, if you’re not in a crew like Donald Trump, you get your ass thrown off the ballot in Colorado for a fake insurrection under a 14th amendment.
It doesn’t even apply to the office you’re running for. Clearly, I don’t know, Donnie. I don’t know. Actually, I do know. I said in the beginning, kick them off the ballot. So, Donnie, I do have an answer for you then. And you want to see again how the rules just absolutely do not apply to made men. That was perfect. I didn’t even get. See, I just figured that out.

First daughter Ashley Biden owes $5,000 in income taxes, lien documents show. Does anybody in the Biden family pay taxes? No, listen, it’s not the amount. Is $5,000 a lot of money in taxes? Oh, no, but that’s not the point.
That’s not the point at all. The point is Hunter Biden is being charged with not paying millions in taxes. Potentially. Joe Biden, I’m almost positive, has not paid taxes on some of this money he’s gotten in services and benefits from this little association with his internal mob. What’s happening to them? The answer is jack shit. What about the fair share credit? You got to pay your fair share.
Why aren’t they calling them out? His family all got rich off Biden’s name. At least pay taxes off your bribes. Keith, what do you think? Fair? You get bribed, at least pay taxes on it. He’s right. He says nothing fair about any of this. So I did you all a favor. All you libs out there, you fair share, phony, fake, freaking fraud losers. Losers. Because you’re all fakes.

This is John Stossel interviewing Al Sharpton years ago on taxes about the fair share. This is the single greatest media clip I have ever seen in my life. We played this at least ten times, and it’s a banger every single time.
Check this out. The rich do not pay their share. That’s a widespread belief. But do the politicians even know how much of the income tax burden the rich pay? Now, the top 1% in this country pays very much. Less than 10%. Very much less than 5%. So what’s fair? The top 1% should pay 10% of America’s income taxes. 20%. They should pay somewhere around 15%. They don’t pay 5%.
Anybody could see that as unequal and unfair. So they should pay 15%, he says. And the richest 1% now pay less than 10%. Then he said less than 5%. But that’s so silly because, and I bet most of you don’t know this, the IRS says the richest 1% of taxpayers already pay 34%, twice what Sharpton wanted them to pay. The reverend barely reacted when I told him they’re already paying 34%.
No, I think that if you deal with the quality of their lives. He quickly changed the subject. He never would admit how far off he was. That is my number one. That even close second. I love the Thomas soul stuff. Yuri Bezmanov. We can play him endlessly. That’s my favorite clip ever. These people are morons. They should pay 15%. They already paid 34.
