Summary

➡ Guns & Gadgets 2nd Amendment News Two states have recently rejected laws that would allow people to voluntarily restrict their own gun rights and require a urine test for gun permits. In New Hampshire, a close vote stopped a law that would let people “red flag” themselves, or voluntarily give up their gun rights. Meanwhile, in New York, a judge ruled against a law that would require a urine test for a gun permit, saying it violated people’s rights to privacy and free speech. These decisions are seen as victories for gun rights advocates.

Hey, everybody. Welcome back to the channel. I appreciate your time. Thank you for watching. Two states have rejected some laws that are concerning one, can you red flag yourself and make yourself a prohibitive person? And the second one is, can a state require a urine test for you to get a permit to exercise your second amendment? Before I jump in, I want to thank the sponsor of the video.

That’s the Sonoran Desert Institute. Guys, SD GNG is where you need to go to learn more about how you can turn your favorite hobby of fixing, repairing and upgrading your own firearms into a profession where you can make some money. Sdi. edu slash GNG link is down below, and in the pinned comment, everything you need is shipped right to your door. And it’s an accredited school, so check it out.

All right, so first off, I’m heading down to Florida. Right now. I’m heading to Summerfield, Florida. It’s in the Ocala, Florida area. For the two. A freedom fest, which is tomorrow at runaway campers, is actually tonight. They’re going to camp out all night. But the event starts at ten tomorrow and it is free, free to go. Lunch will be provided. Here’s from great speakers, and I’ll be one of them.

I’m humbled that they want to hear what I have to say. So check it out. Link is down below. It’s also on Facebook to a freedom fest. All right, let’s get into a bill that was in Vermont that was actually concerning because this is a bill that is now law in Utah, Virginia and the state of Washington where somebody can actually make themselves a prohibitive person. There’s really no promise you can ever get yourself off that list, but you’re basically red flagging yourself.

And it was just shot down in the New Hampshire house yesterday. And I’m looking down. I want to see. I got the tally in front of me. The vote was close. It was 179 to 200. So a very close margin. 200 voted to say, no, you cannot red flag yourself. It is an enumerated right, not a feeling. So that is good news. The other one I wanted to tell you about was something that happened in New York, in Nassau County, New York.

In order to get your permit, you have to submit all of the information they require on top of three years of all current and active and unknown active social media accounts and passwords so that they can rummage through that to see if you’re of good moral character, as well as a notarized list of all minors who could live in your house or potentially go to your house. And then a urinalysis.

You have to submit to a P screen to see if you’re able to keep your right to obtain your government permission slip to exercise your right. Well, a judge just said no to the urine test and said that in doing that, people would be giving up their Fourth Amendment protections. And that is an unlawful, unwarranted search of your body. It’s an unreasonable search, it’s an unreasonable seizure, thus violating the Fourth Amendment in violating the Second Amendment.

And also, this violates the First Amendment because they got to check what you say on social media to see if you can be part of we the people. So two good things happened here in the last 24 hours. It’s been hectic here on my end. I wanted to keep you up to date, but good on people in the house in Vermont and saying, you can’t just take away your own rights.

If you don’t want to carry, don’t carry. But we’re not going to make this sham that the ultra left states are starting to do. And also good on the judge for realizing that requiring people to pee in a cup in order to be free is a violation of the Fourth Amendment named. There’s a lot of good things coming down the pike, guys and gals. In the next couple weeks, we’re going to have some cool things happen in the courts, and I want you to be part of it.

And all you got to do is subscribe to the channel down below. And before I get a strike for whatever they’re saying, be safe, stay vigilant. Carry a gun to keep you yourself, your family, your freedom. Keep everything. It’s ours. I’ll see you on the next one. Subscribe to the channel.
