Hey, everyone. Some big news about judicial Watch’s lawsuit for Ashley Babbitt’s family. $30 million wrongful death lawsuit against the federal government. We filed it back in January. It won’t surprise you to learn the Biden administration’s playing games. They’ve sought to move the lawsuit from where we filed it out in California to here in Washington, DC. Why is that? Well, I guess, my guess is you can figure it out.

They think there are friendly judges here for them. The courts here are notoriously anti January 6, er, and frankly, biased against Ashley Babbitt. And so we’re opposing the move. I tell you, it’s bad enough Ashley Babbitt was needlessly killed by Lieutenant Michael Byrd. But on top of that, to have the Biden administration come in with these games, to try to rig the case by getting it moved here to DC, it’s shameful.
