Joe, if you would. Yeah. Why is it important that Republicans vote to hold him in? Well, because they take an oath to protect and defend the constitution of the United States. The genius of our constitution and of our founders was the separation of power, checks and balances. If in fact, you went to negate the ability of one check of another branch of government over another, then you are undermining the constitution.
So this goes beyond Bannon in terms of its importance. And you would think that if they take an oath to protect and defend the constitution, they would vote for the system of checks and balances. I say this because it’s almost like they know something. And Eva, who, we played clips of her the last few days, she calls this predictive programming.
It’s almost like they’re trying to set us up for something later. I covered this yesterday, but this is just the end of this. This seems to me like a classic case of predictive programming where not just the World Economic Forum, but now also through movies and fictional stories, they are trying to prepare the public to the idea of attacks and the potential chaos that could come with it.

And at least from the trailer, I’ll show you about a minute of it. It appears that the overarching theme of the movie is those crazy rednecks are going to take over like Washington, DC again.
It’s almost like they’re trying to tell us something. What they’re trying to tell us. Watch for yourself. 19 states have seceded. The United States army ramps up activity. The White House issued warnings to the western forces as well as the Florida alliance. The three term president assures the uprising will be dealt with swiftly. Some guy outside of Fox decides to ask a decent question yesterday to Kareem Jean Pierre about this immigration thing. Why? What’s going on? Are they doing journalism? I’m not doing journalism. They’re probably just getting beaten up by their Democrat listeners who live in these border states.
I think this is Ed O’Keefe. Yes. Corrine Jean Pierre. He says, listen, you guys have met with the House and the Senate, Democrats and Republicans over a hundred different things, yet you won’t meet with them over immigration. How serious could you possibly be taking this thing? You don’t even want to meet. Listen to this. You laid that out in your question. A comprehensive immigration reform plan. He did that on day one, and it is going on three years on three years, pushing back three years because he met with them on foreign policy, on fiscal cliffs, budget.
And it’s never been about immigration. And we have regular conversations with congressional leaders and congressional staff about an array of issues, including is you cannot send a bigger message to Congress and the american people. When you say your first. When you put out your first piece of legislation. Is on this issue. Is on reforming immigration. Right. Is on fixing flat when you spend very little public time as president talking about the issue, meeting with congressional leaders on the issue specifically, or doing anything else other than having you come out here and say, we issued a bill on damn, I disagree.
Why are they doing this? Why is the media asking questions all of a sudden about an immigration crisis that has been going on for three years? Why? The answer is because the Democrat base that has subscriptions to the Washington Post and the New York Times are getting pissed off. It has nothing to do with the truth. They could have told the truth about this stuff three years ago and decided not to.

He had John Turley on yesterday about Jack Smith, the special tyrant trying to prosecute Donald Trump for Biden.
And the timeline again, when you hear it, you’re like, we really are living in the third world. This is so clearly a case of weaponized government trying to stop a guy from getting elected. You almost have to pull yourself out of it a second to digest all this. This is about a minute. It goes on for the whole, I’m not going to play the whole timeline, but you’ll get the point right away.

Everything you see with red deals with the courtroom. So Jack Smith has asked the US Supreme Court to fast track a decision. So here are the dates I’m looking at, right. March 4 is the day before Super Tuesday.
March 4 is when the trial is expected to be started. The justices have asked Trump’s lawyers to give them an answer by the 20 December, about nine days from now. The court will meet again on the 5 January. What is the question before the Court, professor? Well, what the special counsel is trying to do is a leapfrog over the DC circuit, which just got this issue of presidential immunity.
Normally, the court wants to hear from not one, but multiple court of appeals. What Smith is saying is, let’s skip that. I need an answer now. Police stable. I know it doesn’t seem it when you first read it, but when I put this thing up and read this to you, Viva pointed this out as a lawyer. I’m like, damn, he’s right. These people are doing what every communist in human history has ever done in a constitutional republic. You investigate a crime in search of the person, hey, I just got robbed. Someone comes in the police department, okay, we’ll investigate fingerprints, whatever.
In a communist totalitarian regime, the opposite happens. You investigate a person, and then you find the crime later. That is clearly what’s happening against Donald Trump. Letitia James is the attorney general for New York. She put this up yesterday, December 13, this is probably the most damning police state tweet I’ve ever seen. Put this up. I’m going to read this for you, and you tell me what’s wrong with this.
Today we rested our case against Trump for years of financial fraud. The judge already found Trump engaged in significant fraud and unjustly enriched himself and his family. This trial revealed the full extent of that front and Trump’s inability to disprove. Know where. You guys know where I’m going with this? Viva, get back in here. The verdict hasn’t even been rendered. And she notes, yeah, the judge already found he’s kind of guilty in this. And then she notes, and by the way, donald Trump was unable to disprove it. I’m, like, unable to disprove it. I’m pretty sure the whole standard of evidence works the opposite way, Joe. Are you an attorney, Joe? No, I’m not. Yet. You’ve seen that thing called the constellation, or the tuition? Yeah, I think it was a were.

Justin, correct us if I’m wrong, as the current academic in the crowd, that the standard of evidence in the United States to put someone in jail is that you have to be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and that you are innocent until proven guilty.
Is that correct, Justin? Lawyer Justin says it is correct. Justin Esquire says it is. In fact, he, as of four years ago, when he learned it in high school or whatever, I thought that. I mean, I was a law enforcement guy, and they told me that once or twice that you’re, like, innocent till proven guilty, that it’s actually the government’s job to prove that guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
Notice tis James who just goes straight. She, Joe, straight commie. She’s not like, let’s hint at it, let’s touch it, massage it, rub it, rub his hair. No less of Lenin, dude. The left, I mean, makes Trump’s inability to disprove it. This is where we are. This is where we are right now. And keep in mind, she’s not embarrassed by this at all. This is how I know we’re in a police state.
Is it a full blown police state? No, because I wouldn’t be able to say this without being in jail. I may be soon. If Biden gets reelected, that door is not going to get knocked on soon. But there’s no question we are in some form of a police state right now when one of our biggest states, the attorney general, basically puts out a tweet before trial is even over.
Yeah, he’s guilty and he hasn’t been able to disprove it. I mean, really, look at 101. Now we’re like over 100 and we’re just like, now we’re just rubbing it in. Now we’re just like going for it. Like 100. We’ll do 100. Let’s do 105. Folks, I told you in the beginning of this segment, too, that this is really a deadly combination of, when I say deadly combination, I mean for the Republic right now, if we lose this next election of liberal arrogance, liberal stupidity, liberal malfeasance, liberal evil, and basically liberal ignorance, these are really dumb people, a lot of them.
Some of them aren’t just liars. They’re just really stupid. I saw this segment yesterday and it made me laugh because these are the experts on the left. Like this guy on MSNBC doing this interview about inflation is supposed to be one of the smart guys. This guy’s at Steven Ratner. He’s on MSNBC. And I want to see if you catch this here. He’s talking about inflation. And the whole segment’s basically like, oh, Joe Biden didn’t do anything. Inflation, no big whatever, whatever. But then he’s talking about prices coming down, prices go up, inflation, prices go down. It’s called deflation. And I want you to listen the way he talks about deflation, he’s like, yeah, that really never, doesn’t really happen. It’s a bad thing. Oh, it does. What? Here, listen to yourself.
They’ve never seen inflation like this. So this comes as a shock to them. And some of them at least kind of expect prices to then go back down again to where they were before. That doesn’t happen. And in fact, deflation is actually kind of a bad thing. And so people just have no experience with this and they’re trying to wrap their minds around it and they’re taking it out on President Biden.
Prices don’t come, you first, remember when flat screens came out? Hdtvs? Yeah, man. I mean, guess, remember when they were those big huge boxes? Remember they were like 1000 pounds I remember specifically buying one. Do you remember what they cost? They were really expensive. They were in thousands of bucks. Yes. Matter of fact, the first one I bought at PC Richards on Francis Lewis Boulevard, I’m pretty sure was like $3,000.
And it was like two months pay, take home pay in the secret service. I was like, and the thing was like 500 pounds. They had have two workers, like, humping up this apartment stairs I had in Whitestone. Me and Paula were dating back then. We had broken up at the times. I was being a toolbox or whatever. But Paula remembers that tv, and it was huge. It was seriously, like, I think after taxes, I still have the receipt.
I think it was like 37, 99. Folks, you can get a better tv with a CRISPR picture that weighs 20 pounds for seriously, like $500, probably less. Prices don’t come down. This guy’s on MSNBC. He’s supposed to be the economic genius. You know why prices come down? There’s this crazy thing, Justin. I went to school once, remember? I don’t. I just remember I heard this word once or twice.
Productivity or something like that. It’s basically like, when people demand better products and companies want to make money, so you know what they do? They do this crazy thing. They find ways to make better product. Justin’s like, I never heard of that. That’s crazy. It’s got, it’s called economic growth. That’s how it happened. That’s how pens got better. It’s why we’re not writing with feathers anymore. People are like, feathers are inconvenient.
And a guy invented the ballpoint. He’s like, look at that. That’s crazy. And we don’t even have to charge a lot for it. Stephen Ratner apparently has never heard of that. He’s like, deflation. Yeah. Prices coming. Yeah. That doesn’t happen. No, it doesn’t happen, except for every day when it happens. And the crazy thing is, the tv is less expensive now than it was when I bought it at PC Richards.
Even though inflation has destroyed the value of your money, technically it should be more. But it’s not so weird. It’s almost like these people don’t know what they’re talking about. And by the way, bidenomic strikes again. New York Post. Mortgage payments on a new home have risen. Does that say 9%? Justin, my eyes are no good. That’s a zero. Holy shit. New mortgages have risen. 90% under Biden’s presidency says that’s a zero.
I can’t believe it. That’s so bananas. Why is that? Why is that? Because interest rates are through the roof to stomp out all the money’s Biden’s spending. Interest rates. You know, people use that interest rate to calculate a mortgage. People pay their mortgage by the month. So if the interest rate doubles, your payment goes up significantly. A lot of liberals are just finding out how economics works right now.
Kind of crazy, isn’t it? Bidenomics. Biden keep running on bidenomics. That was just an excuse to flex. That was New York style. How do we get to Delancey street? You go that way. It’s true.
