The Best Water Filter Video On YouTube | The Economic Ninja

This is going to be the best water filter video ever. Now, before we start and I show you the inside of my sink, I’m going to let you know that I’m not joking. I installed this water filter three years ago. I have exchanged a filter once. Absolutely love it. I have had water filters from this company for over 10, 11 years now and even before I made my first YouTube video, it’s like seven years of using this company. I flipped a lot of houses and I honestly think that the next homes I start flipping, I’m going to start putting this upgrade in my home flipping houses with an explanation of what they’ve got under the sink because I think this is by far, I’m not joking an awesome thing.

So, first off, we’re going to go over some tools that we’re going to use. Now the economic ninja tends to talk in third person, so be prepared for that. This is a live change out of a wild water filter under pressure and I’m feeling the pressure right now. So, first off, tools you’re going to need. Yoga mat. I don’t do yoga. I think it’s lame, but I’m getting old and my knees are getting tired. You’re going to need a rag for wiping up the water that you spill. If you hear me say the word crap, it means things are going bad and they’re going bad quick.

You’re going to need another rag to wipe off the tears when you’re so pissed off because water’s leaking everywhere. You also are going to need light. This is high tech. 18 volts. You’re going to need also, last but not least, you’re going to need a knife. There’s a sharp intellectual tape and a spatula. I’ll let you figure that one out. Last but not least, the filter. All right. Knife used for opening filter. Now, a long time ago, I started using water filters instead of RO units because, quite frankly, for every one gallon of reverse osmosis water that you produce, you actually waste three gallons.

And coming from a growing, you know, a sort of plant tree farming background, I want to conserve as much water as possible. Here’s the filter. See what the knife is for. I went with this design and I’m going to, we’re going to unveil this right now. Oh, look at that bad boy right there. That is like 0.60 gallons of amazement right there. I installed this in my last home, came and bought this home, remodeled it, installed it down here. And yes, the ninja did build this cabinet. And it absolutely blows my mind. And when I started researching water filters, I realized how dangerous fluoride was.

So I went with this company because I researched the heck out of things when it comes to price and value. This company has far exceeded my expectations. I started with one of those gravity filled water filters and I had it on my counter like this forever, right? It was like a three gallon deal and I absolutely loved it. And I upgraded to what you see right there. It’s right here. Pressure water filter. And now they’ve got this thing where they’ve got an inline filter for the fridge, but you can see here, there’s only one line in, one line out, a pressure relief valve.

And then I’ve got it teed to go. You can either put it right up to a faucet on your sink, but I haven’t run in directly to the fridge. Again, I’ve only, the filter it came with originally lasted a year and a half. This one lasted a year and a half. You can tell the difference in the taste almost dripped like overnight when the filter’s like, I’m done and the taste is out of this world. But let’s get to the serious stuff. Good news. The Ninja doesn’t have really any, I mean, I really don’t care what people think of me.

All right, here we go. So as you can tell, the Ninja does his own work. I’m not real fancy. I don’t have a bunch of people working for me. And I really do enjoy building cabinets, remodeling homes and look, look at that sink. I’m not joking. The only thing we took out from here is bag of trash bags, some washing detergent and five bottles of cleaner. But this is the Ninja sink. Beautiful. I’m not joking. Here, you know what? And for the price of the filter, the housing and the ease of swapping it out and the slight workout you get, I think it’s awesome. And I would highly suggest any… Everybody go get a water filter from some company. This is a great company. They take out fluoride, take out lead, take out all kinds of contaminants. There’s over 200 contaminants. And it’s really important to watch the fluoride in your water. And yeah, I just want to do this video and hope you guys liked it.
