This could be talking to someone that makes you nervous. This could be going somewhere you have always wanted to, but have previously made excuses for.

It could even be setting goals and “giving up” things so you can begin creating the life you really want!

Whatever it is, notice what happens and how you feel when you do things outside of your comfort zone.
