In my opinion, you probably don’t want to purchase any big brand food products.
Not only because you’re likely supporting communists with each purchase, but also because the quality of ingredients are often terrible and they may cause you to be addicted to them, get fat and sick.
You are responsible for your life.
Remember that and act like it.

Tip of the day: Take a deep breath, think twice and ponder before making a decision. Oftentimes, we are impulsive with our decisions, based on emotions. And many times, those decisions are not for our best interest.
Today, think about the decisions you make, the companies you support, the areas you put your attention and then think to yourself whether that is the best decision or if there’s a better option available.
Remember, you vote in elections, but also with your dollars/currency and also your attention. Vote wisely.
