Hey, everyone. Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton here with some breaking news. Judicial Watch just filed a big public records lawsuit for the manifesto of the murderer in Tennessee, the woman who killed six innocents last month at the Covenant school, including three young children. The Nashville Police Department has refused to turn over the manifesto and other documents about the case to our clients, which include a former sheriff in Tennessee and the Tennessee Firearms Association.
Frankly, it’s incredible to me that we’ve had to go to court to gain access to this manifesto and other key information about this mass murder that’s caused so much national consternation and concern. .
