FARRELL: Judicial Watch Uncovers CIA Presence on January 6! | Judicial Watch

➡ Judicial Watch, a research and investigation group, found out that the CIA had bomb experts and dog teams in Washington, DC on January 6. They got this information by asking for it through the Freedom of Information Act. This is surprising because the CIA, which usually works overseas, isn’t supposed to operate in the US. People are asking why the CIA was there, especially when President Trump had offered National Guard troops to help keep things safe.

Judicial watch records show CIA deployed bomb techs dog teams to Washington, DC on January 6. What and how did we get this information? Well, let’s ask them. So you’re a former military intelligence professional. Let’s talk about how you got these documents and what they mean to you and your colleagues at judicial Watch.

So we did what we often do, and that is we filed a Freedom of Information act request back in the summer of, well, this is quite a while ago. We ended up suing over a year ago. And slowly, bit by bit, we’ve been getting documents produced to us under a court order and this latest batch, 88 pages of material, this time out of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

ATF, you may recall, had a presence at the Capitol on January 6. In fact, their special reaction team, SRT medics, were the ones who actually responded first to the fatally shot Ashley Babbitt, as a side note. But along with these other pages of records we got, there’s a notation in there about how there’s CIA bomb texts, two of them up on the Hill working with other law enforcement, and that they also mention additional CIA dogs and dog handlers available or standing by.

And so we have the same questions you do. What is a national intelligence collection agency whose mission is overseas doing, operating domestically with law enforcement at the US Capitol on January 6? Yeah, here’s what doesn’t compute. So, number one, there’s the overarching problem that we had confirmed earlier this week again, that President Trump offered 10,000 National Guard troops to the Congress and mural bowser beforehand said, no, we don’t want them.

So who’s promoting violence? Who are the insurrectionists when President Trump is saying, hey, if there’s an issue, let me secure Congress for you? And then far more disturbing than, well, not far more, but disturbing, especially because of what you said. The CIA is our foreign intelligence gathering entity. It is constitutionally prohibited from operating on US soil. And if they have a police force, which they do have in very strange vehicles that say police but have no, interestingly, nomenclature, yeah, there’s no shield that says what the police are working for.

It just says police because I see them every day in Virginia. You’re defending, you’re protecting Langley, the headquarters. So what on earth are gun toting CIA assets doing on January 6 in DC? Especially when the mayor said, thank you, Mr. President, we don’t need your help do you have any theories, Chris? They’re all wildly speculative. And unfortunately, we’re in a position where we have this data point, or actually two data points.

One is bomb texts were on hand, on scene working, and then. 2 is these dog handlers are on standby. But you can also read in the string of text messages. Read it yourself. And you can figure out what it means or what it doesn’t mean. But it’s clear, first of all, there’s a lot of wild speculation back and forth, and there’s claims made about extra bombs and explosions and Ashley Babbitt being armed. I mean, just complete garbage. So I guess if you’re Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden is one set of rules in case, you know, senility wins out. But if you’re President Trump, who actually has a legal authorization under the Presidential Records act, absolute, unreviewable authority to take any records he wants when he leaves the White House.

That’s the law. I know, because we litigated it here in Trump gets, gets the soviet show trial, and Clinton and Biden, who are obviously criminally culpable, they get a pass. Yeah.
