Now the prosecution says well that conversation didn’t take place so we’re investigating. We just sued NIAID for communications between that officer and not only the guy who was prosecuted, Dr. Morin, but other top officials. Judicial Watch announced it filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit for all email communications between the NIAID FOIA officer Margaret Moore and top NIAID officials including former director Dr. Anthony Fauci. Moore is the FOIA lady who allegedly taught David Morin’s pandemic era NIAID senior advisor to Fauci quote how to make emails disappear after I am FOIA’d. That’s a quote of his.

To cloak Fauci and other officials communications from ever seeing the light of day. Again we asked for these documents two years ago and we just sued. In April 2026 as I described earlier the DOJ announced that Morin’s was indicted for allegedly helping to conceal and destroy federal records evading FOIA requests including Judicial Watch. We had the first FOIA request that was evaded and the most significant one and using personal email to hide COVID related communications during the pandemic. Kind of like Hillary did but of course she never got prosecuted because she’s protected.

And we also uncovered Hillary’s criminality there too. The indictment references a March 2021 Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit that uncovered many NIH communications contracts and agreements with the Wuhan Institute of Virology and another key background as to what was going on there. So there are crimes here and now Fauci supposedly was pardoned. Well I know he was pardoned. The question is whether the pardon was legit. I don’t think it was legit. Assuming that Biden even was aware it was given out. The pardon in and of itself is not legit because it doesn’t list any crime.

He can’t be pardoned for nothing. It’s invalid. It’s a legal nullity and I think it should be treated as such and to the degree it’s appropriate, you know, I say Fauci should be prosecuted. I don’t know if he should be prosecuted. He should be investigated and then there should be a decision whether to prosecute. And hopefully we get some more information about these crimes allegedly as a result of our FOIA lawsuit and hopefully there’s no more watering up, working of our FOIA lawsuit illegally by government officials.
