Summary
➡ The Stew Peters Network talks about how Daniel Penney, a Marine Corps veteran, was on trial for manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide after restraining a violent man, Jordan Neely, on a New York subway train, who later died. The jury couldn’t reach a unanimous decision on the manslaughter charge, leading to its dismissal. Penney, who acted to protect himself and other passengers, was eventually acquitted of all charges. The case sparked controversy, with some accusing Penney of racial bias, while others hailed him as a hero for his actions.
➡ The text discusses the effects of a chokehold, explaining that it can quickly cause unconsciousness by cutting off blood flow to the brain. It also mentions the potential long-term effects of oxygen deprivation, such as paralysis and cognitive issues. The conversation then shifts to a case where a man named Daniel Penny was acquitted after using a chokehold, sparking a comparison to the George Floyd case. The speakers suggest that public perception and the specific circumstances of each case play a significant role in their outcomes.
➡ The text discusses various topics, including the George Floyd case, the popularity of social media platform ‘X’, the potential benefits of red light therapy, and geopolitical issues involving Syria, Israel, and the United States. It also touches on financial strategies in times of geopolitical instability, and the importance of securing retirement funds.

So jury deliberations in the nearly two month long Daniel Penney trial in New York City, they dragged into a new week this morning after that 12 person jury was unable to come to a unanimous decision on the first and most serious charge of manslaughter, which as a result has been dismissed. Now, Daniel Penney was faced with account of criminally negligent homicide, which carries a sentence of up to four years in prison and has a much lower threshold of guilt than manslaughter. Now, if you recall, this is the case where on May 1st of last year, a black drug addled career violent criminal named Jordan Neely got on board a New York City subway train and immediately started terrorizing the passengers.
He was threatening their lives, he was starting to get physical, he was getting in altercations, he was pushing people around, he was obviously under the influence of drugs. And the people on the train, according to their own statements, truly believed that they were about to die or be seriously injured. So you have present at present at that time the imminent threat of great bodily harm or death. So Daniel Penny, a 24 year old white man and a Marine Corps veteran, sprung into action. He got up and he started restraining this Neely guy. He took him onto the ground in this submission hold that he reportedly learned in the Marines.
And then of course Neely died. So Penny protected himself, he protected everyone else on that train until they got to the next stop and Jordan Neely could be dealt with by the police. But unfortunately for Neely, who again was under the influence of drugs, had already died. Apparently not immediately though, apparently not while Daniel Penny had him in the headlock. But shortly thereafter, his body went into this freak out mode and he was rushed to the hospital. And then apparently is when he shut down and he died effectively of a drug overdose. Not unlike George Floyd here in Minneapolis.
You got a pose or now you still pose? He breathing, right? Tied on the wrist. Right on the wrist. You got a pose, you got a pose? Stay with me. He’s breathing, relax. Get off the train. How about you get off the train? Yo, tell my man. No, no, no, no. So of course immediately after this happened, it was picked up by the usual anti white crowd. It became a weaponized wedge issue. And while police didn’t immediately charge him, a little over a month after the incident, Daniel Penny was indicted on charges of manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.
And now over a year later, he has finally stood trial in a kangaroo courtroom of New York City’s anti white justice system with anti white Jewish Supremacist prosecutors who work for none other than Fat Alvin Bragg. This woman, this persecutor, Daphna Uran, repeatedly referred to Daniel Penney as a white man during the trial as she tried to rev up the racial angle. She’s tried to convince the jury and the American public as a whole, really, that Daniel Penney is this racist murderer who just couldn’t wait to kill some black guy on a train. And he got his opportunity and he took advantage of it.
She’s also a lesbian, by the way, who’s married to a Latin ex feminist and says that white men need to be thrown in prison in the name of restorative justice. So this woman is a complete freaking lunatic. This is someone who shouldn’t be allowed to drive, okay? Or to vote. She should be in a mental institution with the rest of these sexual deviants, but instead, no, in an unserious country like the United States. She’s a prosecutor looking for white men to destroy, looking for anyone to destroy who doesn’t grovel to the murderous criminals and thugs that she wants to unleash on the American people to drive this country into the ground.
She’s painted as a Good Samaritan, and now she’s painting a guy who is a Good Samaritan, a guy who put himself on the line to help others as some kind of a racist super soldier so that she could mount another white scalp on her menorah so she could throw him in prison and ruin his life. We have videos Daniel Penny, in his own words, describing what happened that day, talking about how he was in fear for his life and in fear for the lives of all of the black passengers on that train. So he got up and did something about it.
I was scared for myself, but I looked around. I saw women and children. He was yelling in their faces, saying. Saying these threats. I couldn’t just sit still. Some people say that I was holding on to Mr. Ely for 15 minutes. This is not true. I mean, between stops is only a couple minutes. So the whole interaction list, less than. Less than five minutes. Some people say I was trying to choke him to death, which is also not true. I was trying to restrain him. You could see in the video there’s a clear rise and fall of his chest, indicating that he’s breathing.
I’m trying to restrain him from him being able to carry out the threats. And then some people say that this is about race, which is absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t see a black man threatening passengers. I saw a man threatening passengers. A lot of Whom were people of color. Man who helped restrain Mr. Neely was. Was a person of color. A few days after the incident, I read in the papers that a woman of color came out and called me a hero. What? I don’t believe that. I’m. I’m a hero. But she was one of those people that I was trying to protect because, yeah, he’s a racist, you know, and he’s white and whatever.
Daniel Penny isn’t a murderer. He didn’t set out on a mission to kill Jordan Neely. Jordan Neely killed himself. He was a violent criminal who used copious amounts of drugs and who couldn’t withstand the stress of being put in his place of being prevented from terrorizing and assaulting and killing innocent people who were just trying to, you know, get around town. Our next guest is a heavyweight mixed martial artist who has broken down the footage of Neely and Penny’s altercation. He says that Daniel Penny isn’t a killer at all. Of course, we heard earlier today that Daniel Penney has been acquitted and found not guilty on all of these charges.
Instead of being a criminal, he’s a hero. Right. Who sprung into action to protect himself, to protect his fellow subway passengers, and even tried to help Neely. Isn’t that right? Yeah. So we can look at this multiple different ways. And one of the arguments that I always try to tell people, especially when you look at a self defense case, is where is the line when it comes to when you can defend yourself? Is it when the body start dropping? Is it when the first guy gets stabbed? Is it when all of a sudden a gun materializes and somebody pulls a trigger? Are you then allowed to defend yourselves? Or are you preemptively, as the term defense implies, allowed to go ahead and take the measures to ensure that you, as well as the other people around you, are not harmed? Now, a lot of people try to take the interpretation of saying, oh, he’s a vigilante, because, you know, he just jumped into action because he had a sneaking suspicion.
But no, when the intent to kill and harm and murder people has been vocalized and you have someone who, again, possibly unbeknownst to, but I actually think he might have had a little bit of knowledge of it. When somebody has a repeat cycle of harming people, pushing them into trains, hitting them, fracturing orbit, orbital bones, things of that nature, and you jump into action, I think we can pretty much infer that there is no intent to be this hateful racial vigilante. Rather. Well, I mean, and Penny would not have had knowledge. By the way, we’re joined by Malcolm Flex right now, who is a heavyweight mixed martial artist.
You have experience in dealing with that. And I want to ask you about some of the technical aspects of the footage that we’ve seen regarding this altercation. But for clarification, I mean, Penny would have had no knowledge of Neely’s prior history or any of that. I mean, the first time they met was on this train where Neely apparently overdosed from the illicit street drugs that he was ingesting. Was this a. What would you describe this maneuver as? Is this a rear naked choke? Is this a lateral vascular neck restraint? What is this? Yeah, no, this is pretty much in our.
In our circle. It’s a rear naked choke. I can’t remember exactly from the position, but I think he also had a lower body triangle. But if you look at the rear naked choke, it’s not. Normally, when you go into a rear naked Choke, what you typically want to do is you want to run it directly under the chin and lock it in and then you want to create a bow with your arms and hug tightly like that. So the pressure is outsides of the. Of the neck, correct? Yes. It’s a blood choke. So you’re basically cutting off on all ends blood to pretty much blood.
But the thing is, with a rear naked choke, if a person is going to go to sleep, they’re going to go to sleep like that. Like it literally happens. You know, we do BJJ oftentimes and one of the things our coach says is that when you get the lock on, you got to pull that lock off immediately or quickly because otherwise the person is going to go to sleep quickly. This lock was held for multiple. What was it, like six minutes or so? I. I can’t remember the. Yeah, I have it somewhere in the reports here, but minutes long, not.
Not seconds long exactly. Point. So he didn’t have. Yeah, exactly. So he didn’t have it sunk in. It’s so obviously if you don’t sink a choke in, it’s not going to cut off oxygen to the brain. It’s not going to. Like, Neely would have been out immediately and then he would have just been doing it to a corpse. We saw a difference, by the way, and I would like you to clarify this for our viewing audience is something that I’ve been learning a lot about too, since George Floyd. There’s a difference between cutting oxygen or cutting blood to the brain, which is more dangerous.
Honestly, it would sort of depend. It’s one in one I think if you cut blood, it goes a lot quicker. If you cut oxygen, that’s when you start to deal with cell death. Because now you’re literally just cutting off the full. And this is where you have long lasting effects. You could have paralysis, you could have cognitive effects, you could have, you know, neurological, you know, problems and debilitations that last the rest of your life. Whereas blood flow is a lot from, from what I understand and in the research that I’ve done from use of force.
Yeah, you’re, you’re. You’re able to fully recover after that temporary loss of blood, should it not be held for an extended period of time? Exactly. Because, I mean, cutting off blood eventually turns into cutting off oxygen. Whereas cutting off oxygen, you’re inhibiting cellular respiration, you’re inhibiting the gaseous exchange in the capillaries entirely. Earlier this morning, were you Malcolm Flex, earlier this morning, were you watching when Daniel Penny was acquitted? I did not. I found it secondhand. So pretty much I put out my pray for Daniel Penny post earlier in the morning, and then I found out secondhand that he had been acquitted.
So obviously after the first charge were dismissed, I was like, okay, yeah, so they’re the, the goal is to get him on the second lesser charges, which were literally thrown up there as a fail safe in case they couldn’t get him, you know, on the manslaughter charges. But again, they couldn’t even find negligent homicide or anything of that nature. So that should pretty much show you that again, even the jury at this point, you know, regardless of how long they deliberated and how long they thought about it, they. There was going to be no way that when you have someone that’s a repeat offender, a violent criminal, somebody who at the time could have been concealing something we don’t know, but had vocalized an intent to kill people.
And given what people know about New York and the subways and the ecosystem there is very likely. Well, and given what people know about the justice system there, I mean, who would have thought that Daniel Penny could get a fair trial in front of a jury of, you know, New York retards? Well, listen, I’m sure I don’t have to be the first one to say this, but, you know, we’ve been noticing a bit of a change in the climate of America, and people are kind of waking up a little bit. I’m not sure if it’s, you know, finally they’ve recovered from the COVID induced stupor of being locked in their homes and you know, basically fed non stop media, algorithmic propaganda or whatnot, but people are final kind of coming back to their senses.
And so, yeah, it, it’s a miracle. You know, I think New York is changing. You know, we’ve seen a change in tone with Mayor Eric Adams, even though, you know, again, he’s a little bit more of a political opportunist. But still we’ve seen that which just says, hey, it’s politically expedient now to be on the side of common sense. So are you in New York, I mean. No, I. Far from it, thankfully, I’m. I’m allowed to carry. All right, yeah. Well, good. Me too. And always do, by the way, you know, if somebody wants to fuck around and find out, and I recommend that everybody who has the ability to carry a firearm absolutely does, you should protect yourself because we are a nation that’s at war right now.
As you can see from what happened on the subway with Daniel Penny. If he’d have shot him, do you think that the same results would have been found, that he would have been justified in shooting this guy? No, we’re not that far. Like, for all the progress that has been made in discourse, we’re nowhere near far enough for. So what Penny did was he intervened to stop the behavior. He didn’t intervene to kill him. Yep. He wasn’t using deadly force, but because of the combination of the illicit street drugs that Penny or that Neely ingested, along with the stress that probably went along with the situation and being hungry.
And hungry. He said he was starving and hungry as well. So I’d imagine his body was in a heightened state, a lot of epinephrine going through his body. As well as know again, the drugs as we, we’ve already established. So, I mean, all of that probably had a cumulative effect of killing them. What if, what if Penny would have pulled a knife and stabbed Neely, you think that he’d be all right? Nah, nah, that one’s. Again, I think Penny, in the whole equation of what you could choose to do, he chose the right thing because a lot of people, and this, this happens a lot in the two way community.
This happens a lot in the preparedness community. People don’t understand proportionality. They don’t understand, hey, you know, you got. In legal terms, you can’t pull a knife and preemptively stab somebody that even though they vocalize, they’ll pull a knife on you. You can’t do that. Like, that’s more of a Russian way of thinking where we’re Going to end it quickly, to stop from escalating. Our legal system is so backwards that you do something like that, you’re almost always certainly going to be seen. Yeah, I prefer the Russian way of thinking, actually. I really appreciate the Russian way of thinking at this point.
I mean, let’s just get this shit over with. And you’re not gonna hurt these people, you’re not gonna hurt these kids, you’re not gonna hurt these women. We’re gonna end you right here, right now. This gives me a little bit of optimistic approach and it makes me think about Derek Chauvin, you know, because at this point, what’s the difference between what, what Neely did or experienced at the hands of Penny versus what George Floyd experienced at the hands of Derek Chauvin? Here’s a guy who was trying to subdue an out of control subject who had ingested a lethal amount of illicit street drugs and ended up overdosing.
And that was not even from a rear naked choke. That was a less violent approach. A Minneapolis police trained and authorized lateral vascular neck restraint, or a derivative thereof, which was in the training manual and approved and use of force training for the Minneapolis Police Department. So it’s interesting to me that while Derek Chauvin sits in some gulag somewhere, or at least the guy pretending to be Derek Chauvin is locked away in prison for decades. Now here you have the opposite. And that trial took place in New York. It’s kind of a conundrum. It is, it is.
But you know, Chauvin’s got a little bit more of an uphill battle, mainly because again, in, in the minds of people, and this is what I try to tell people when you’re looking at things and when we look at things through the lens of optics in the minds of people. George Floyd wasn’t, let’s say, overtly violent. He was a little bit more sympathetic, unless you want to go back into his long track record. So he was, I mean, of course hold a loaded firearm to the abdomen of a pregnant woman’s belly and threatening to blow the unborn baby out of her back.
I wouldn’t say is more of a pleasant person, but. But you have to do more. Yeah. You’re talking about at the time of the arrest. Well, I mean, he was physically non compliant. I will give, I will give that. And you know, the officers had a lot of people on the street and were doing, I think in Chauvin’s, you know, judgment, whatever was required to stop the behavior and protect the public at large. And you Know, I think that’s what Penny did too. And there’s, there’s something there, you know, to Chauvin’s defense as well. I think it was actually said that Floyd literally had told him, hey, you know, restrain me or stop me.
Like he was having a reaction. And I think he actually requested aid there. But, you know, it’s just one of those things where in the minds of people, again, can they go back mentally that far to, you know, re adjudicate such a, you know, such a case and look at it objectively, because George Floyd asked for aid and Derek Chauvin gave it to him. Malcolm Flex, where can people come and find you? All right, yeah, just pretty much find me on X. I’ve tapered off everything to X to everything app. You know, it’s, it’s growing substantially, especially post election.
But Malcolm underscore Flex 48 on X. And, you know, again, I have to train myself not to say Twitter, but on X, just like, go find me there, follow me, drop a subscription if you like. You know, whatever. I appreciate it. All right, well, we appreciate you and making the time to come with us. That was Malcolm Flex. Make sure that you go and find him on X. That’s where you’re going to find Malcolm Flex. You’ll find Malcolm Flex on X. You’ll find us as well there at Real Stupeters. A lot of things to talk about as now the United States Air Force is doing sorties and bombings in Syria.
What the hell are we doing there? More on the Stu Peters show as we continue. As Christians in a Christian country, we have a right to be, at minimum, agnostic about the leadership being all Jewishly occupied. We literally should be at war with fucking Israel 100 times over. And instead we’re just sending them money and it’s fucking craziness. Look at the state of Israel. Look at the state of Tel Aviv and look at the state of Philadelphia. You tell me where this money’s going. You tell me who’s benefiting from this. I am prepared to die in the battle fighting this monstrosity that would wish to enslave me and my family and steal away any rights to my property and decide, take away my God, go fuck yourself, will I submit to that? And if you’ve got a foreign state, you’ve got dual citizens in your government.
Who do you think they’re supporting? God right now? Would you protect the nation of Israel and protect those of us, not just our church, but every church in the world? And in this nation, that’s willing to put their neck on the line and say we stand with them. You go to Trump’s cabinet, Biden’s cabinet, it’s full of Jews. I have a black friend in school. I have nothing against blacks. She has nothing against me. She understands where I’m coming from. Excuse me, I’m a Jew. And I just like to say that, you know, in our Bible it says that you’re, you’re like animals.
The Jews crucified our God. You know, we live in a messed up place right now. Health and sickness and cancers. I know that I keep hearing about people, people that I know, friends and family. You probably have a lot of this suddenly diagnosed with a life threatening cancer. Or maybe it’s happened to you because now this turbo cancer is a worldwide epidemic and we’re supposed to pretend like it’s normal, like it’s just always been here. But the good news is there are therapies that are working and they have been proven in thousands of clinical studies. One study found on PubMed found that breast cancer’s proliferation of growth rate dropped by 40% in only 24 hours using specifically a 660 nanometer wavelength.
Another study on prostate cancer found that 49% of the over 400 male participants went into remission with just that one therapy. A lymphoma cancer pilot study showed that all three out of the three patients became cancer free. Completely sounds unbelievable, but it’s true. You can discover all of this information and more in a special training from investigative medical journalist Jonathan Otto. He’s a great friend of mine, good friend of the show, and he shows you how you can use red light, including the specific wavelengths as proven by those studies for all of the different types of cancers as well as tinnitus, weight loss, wrinkles, acne, dementia, cognitive function, depression, anxiety, long COVID vaccine injury, stem cell regeneration, lower back pain, sciatica, the whole array of autoimmune diseases including thyroid disease, arthritis, lupus, gut disorders, all of that.
And in fact you can get your own red light therapy device in your home risk free as you’re completely covered by a 60 day money back guarantee and a three year warranty. On top of all of that there’s financing options so you can get it now and pay later. Just go to myredlight.com again that’s myredlight.com make sure you guys that you don’t miss this free special training while it’s available and claim the extremely limited time, bonus, gifts, discounts, all kinds of additional savings and 10% by the way with the coupon code STU10, go to my red light.com and use the coupon code STU10.
Don’t miss the training again, my redlight.com. i remember when the news cycle used to be about 24 hours. It’s now about 24 seconds. Israeli tanks rolling into Syria. Bashar Al Assad has been overthrown. We’re now seeing US Air Force military strikes and sorties taking place in Syria. This is the Israeli land grab that is known as the Greater Israel Project. And when I said the Greater Israel Project existed and I started talking about it on a large platform, of course, the ADL started hit piece after hit piece in the wake of occupied coming out, saying that I’m a conspiracy theorist for talking about the Greater Israel Project.
Up. Just a little quick fact check here for the ADL. Why don’t you go and look at the IDF’s arm patch? Okay. Yeah. Because there’s a map of Greater Israel right on their arm. And in Syria, specifically, the places where the fighting is taking place right now, all of that is included in the map of Greater Israel. We know what this is. The United States military industrial complex, the American war empire. They’re answering to their real boss, Benjamin Netanyahu. This is what $100 million buys you. And they can get away with all of this pre Trump being inaugurated, pre Trump taking office.
And we’ll get into the details on why that is. But for now, let’s talk about how this affects people financially, monetarily. Carlos Cortez joins us from Cortez. Wealth Management. Instability everywhere. The military industrial complex has been activated. And World War Three, now for the public, which started really months ago, if not years ago, is officially underway. Yeah, it’s, it’s going to be a lot of geopolitical trauma going into 2025. A lot of volatility in the markets. How this pertains to people’s retirement is simply we just need to secure what we have, that let the Giants fight.
Let the new world order and the bricks and, and obviously the cyber attacks that’s possibly here to come. Let them all fight. That does not mean that you get to lose money in the markets. That does not mean you get to play victim and lose hope of your American dream, whatever that looks like for you. Yeah, a lot of people are going 100% all in on precious metals, like physical gold and silver. A lot of people are saying, oh, I need to go 100% all in on crypto. But you have, you have an approach where it’s like, yeah, hold On a minute, the government can’t touch what we’re going to do.
And you’re guaranteed compounding returns. That’s correct. We use it. We use the laws that are given to us. Right. So crypto is speculative. Even precious metals. Like, I know a lot of people in the truth movement want precious metals. I own precious metals as well. Heck, I even wear some. But it is only for emergency purposes only. It’s not a long term investment. That’s what I specialize in. For years now, for decades. And you just gotta have a plan that makes money. If Kamala wins, if Russia decides to get into his war, if there is a new world order breakdown, if bricks take over, you gotta have access to the ability.
Well, Camilla didn’t win. Israel won. As we can see by all of the Israel won. That’s right. Appointees. I mean, yeah, we can get into that later. But you know, no matter what is happening and no matter what government is dictating the actions of the military, no matter what is happening as far as civil unrest or even, you know, replay the summer of love, you know, 2020. George Floyd. $12 billion in damage happening here. All of the same tactics that they practiced in Ukraine in 2014, they practiced here and implemented here in 2020. They’re now using these same tactics in Syria.
The next pin to fall, the next linchpin, I guess would be Iran. So we’re looking at a big problem here. Yes. No response from Russia yet on the Syria thing, which is weird because they’re very closely aligned and allied in the Middle East. But if Iran is the next stop, I mean, I don’t see how Putin stays out of this.
