Summary

➡ Judicial Watch, a group that checks on the government, found out that the FBI was looking into Ashley Babbitt, who died on January 6, for crimes even after she passed away. Transcript

Hey, everyone, if you’re wondering why it always looks like we’re going to pop, sometimes it’s because of the nasty corruption we find in the government. Here at Judicial Watch, we just uncovered through a federal FOIA lawsuit some nasty documents from the FBI that show that the agency was investigating Ashley Babbitt, who was killed on January 6. They were investigating her for criminal allegations for months after she died.

Why on earth were they doing that? I can’t imagine, other than to desecrate her memory, justify her killing and harass her friends and family. And at the same time, of course, her killer, Lieutenant Bird, was given a get out of jail free card and protected from any serious investigation and accountability. Now judicial watch, in addition to our fOIA, we filed a federal lawsuit, a wrongful death lawsuit for $30 million for Ashley Babbitt’s family.

So we’re not going to back down. We’re going to keep up with the heavy lifting because Ashley Babbitt deserves justice. .
