Summary
➡ The text is about a person who set goals at a young age and achieved them, including getting a college scholarship, becoming an All American, going to the NFL, and owning a business. They also had a health scare related to their heart, which led them to seek advice from a health expert. This expert taught them about the importance of vitamins and minerals for heart health, and since implementing these changes, their heart health has improved. They are now collaborating on a product to help others improve their health.
➡ The article discusses the link between magnesium deficiency and the sudden deaths of athletes due to heart attacks and heat strokes. The author, after witnessing two such incidents, researched the role of magnesium in regulating body temperature and preventing heart diseases. He found that athletes lose magnesium through sweat, but popular sports drinks do not replenish this vital mineral. The author suggests that not replacing lost magnesium could lead to chronic illnesses and diseases, including heart attacks and heat strokes, as supported by various studies.
➡ A study found that replacing lost vitamins and minerals after a work shift can normalize blood pressure, reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes. A hydration drink, Hydrate Complete, was developed to replace the 40 essential nutrients lost in sweat, including 11 vitamins, 11 minerals, and 17 amino acids. One key ingredient, Betaine Anhydrous, is crucial for preventing chronic illnesses, including heart disease. This drink is beneficial not only for athletes but also for the general population, as dehydration is a common issue leading to hospitalization.
➡ Hydrate Complete, a product sweetened with a zero-calorie plant sugar called allulose, supports the release of the GLP1 hormone, which helps reduce blood sugar, prevent diabetes, heart disease, and cancer, and aids in weight loss. Unlike synthetic GLP1 drugs, which have been linked to serious side effects, allulose is a natural alternative that stimulates GLP1 release without harmful consequences. The product also contains other beneficial ingredients like inositol and choline, which can help halt the progression of a stroke. The creator of Hydrate Complete believes it’s a life-altering drink that can significantly improve health and longevity.
➡ Dr. Ardis, the creator of a product called Hydrate Complete, shared a story about how his product helped a sick passenger on a flight. The product, which contains 40 essential nutrients, is designed to replenish what the body loses through sweat and can be beneficial for everyone, not just athletes. He believes it can prevent heat strokes and heart attacks in young people and improve overall health and endurance. You can learn more about Hydrate Complete and its benefits on naturewins.com.

It’s great to see you. Thanks for joining us today. Oh, yeah. All right. So Mike and I met a couple years ago actually at a sports event, and I happened to just ask you, Mike Singletary, what are you doing in your retirement? What are you passionate about? What are you spending your time doing? And you kind of looked queerly at me because you didn’t know who I was. And you just said, well, I’m working with a few companies, a medical device company. And I said, well, that device company sounds like it is a cardiovascular company. And you said, it is.
It’s about heart disease. And I said, are you passionate about heart disease? And you said, yes. And then I asked you, why are you so passionate about heart disease? And it just so happened, the guy I was with happened to say, mike, if you’re passionate about heart disease, you need to get to know Doc. And you looked at me because I was wearing a baseball hat, T shirt, shorts, you looked at me up and down. You said, you’re a doctor. I said, I am. Anyway, dive into why it is that you’re so passionate about heart disease.
What has led you to want to discuss, learn and help educate around the world, yourself and others on heart disease. You know, I’ve learned in life that if I know better, maybe I will do better. And so for me, it’s just been educating myself on the things that I can do differently. I want to give my family something better than someone who has accomplished things in football. Something. Someone who has had some success in life. But then on the other half of that, the other end of that, I’m not taking care of myself. And I’m thinking that maybe this is just the way life is.
Maybe I’m not supposed to feel good, but when I understand that I’m still supposed to look good, I’m still supposed to feel good, I’m still supposed to be thinking, right, really, this can happen. I can still have this. Then I Want this. So I’m going to learn everything that I can to help me be the best version of myself that I can be. That’s what I’m doing. And that’s why heart health is so important to me. And you actually told me in New Jersey when we first met, in that little short interaction, you actually mentioned that you were the youngest of 10 kids.
Yes. And that you’d lost a certain number of those siblings. How many have you lost? Wow. Well, up until that time, probably about six, but, you know, seventh. Outside of like tragic events or accidents, was there any health related causes of their passing? Any of them? Well, you know, you’re right. One was in a car accident, but the rest is diabetes, hypertension, all types of cancer. It’s just one of those things where you’re looking at at my siblings as they were growing up, and they looked great, they were athletic, they were talented, they were smart, they were beautiful.
Up until maybe 25, 30 years old, they were doing fantastic. And all of a sudden all of the bad habits that they had begin to catch up with them and take over and then back and forth toward the hospital and back home and, you know the rest. So anybody that watches you in football, it was always your eyes. They always mentioned your eyes and your focus, but that you were very much a student of the game. So you would study film, study film, and you could call out plays before they even hiked the ball. You knew where the alignments were and they were going.
And as the youngest of 10 youngest children, as you’ve mentioned, are very observant. So as you observed the habits of your siblings, family members, and you watched what happened to them, has it actually made you become a student of your own life and actually make different choices physically, emotionally, that have helped you, you believe, stay as healthy as you are? Well, absolutely. My youngest son, our seventh child, I sat him down and I told him, I said, you have no excuse. You are the youngest, I was the youngest. There are a lot of lessons that you can learn from looking at each and every one of your siblings, looking at mom and dad, there are a lot of lessons.
What are you learning? And so for me, I just remember at that time, there is no excuse for me or really anyone at this point in time, with all of the information that we have at our fingertips, it is the choice that we must make for it to be important enough to become, for me to become a student of my health. If I really want to be the best version of myself, it’s got to be more than looking Good. If I don’t feel good, looking good doesn’t matter. I want to feel good. And how do I feel good? It is doing my homework.
It is doing my research and making sure that I’m doing everything that I can to earn the right to feel good. Was heart disease something that affected your parents, any of your siblings or anybody you knew that were friends, colleagues, teammates that you’ve witnessed or watched the impact, and you thought, I don’t want that to happen to me. So I’m going to clear up my thoughts. I’m going to work on myself spiritually. I’m going to take care of myself physically. And that’s something you’ve made choices of. As you discussed the impact of choices, you know, it’s.
You know, you talk about choices and heart disease. The triangle, I call it the trio. The heart, the mind, and the gut. Those three things, it’s amazing the connection that they have. It’s like that triangle. It never stops. You know, if the mind is not thinking right, well, you know, I want to eat more, and I want to eat the wrong thing. I want more sugar, and I get that in my gut. And. And that’s not good. That’s going to affect my heart. And it’s like an ongoing thing. And that triangle is killing our country. It’s killing families, it’s killing dreams and hopes and things like that.
And so for me, I wanted to get at the very heart of it and begin to look at some of the heart issues that I had, Some of the unforgiveness, some of the anger, some of the fears, and begin to take out some of those arrows. If I didn’t change my thought process, if I didn’t pull away from certain groups or whatever, that I was going to fall in that same trap. So I had to come to a place of. There’s a reckoning. I remember my mom challenging me about life, challenging me about where I was when my brother Grady had just died and we had the funeral.
He was killed in an automobile accident, hit by a drunk driver. Dad had just left home six months before that. And at 12 years old, I’m walking around in the kitchen thinking, is this what life is about? Is there really a God? Why are we going to church? Is this the best we can do? And that was when my mom came in the kitchen and really challenged me about life. She knew me very well. We spent a lot of time together. She said, son, I want you to understand that there is greatness in you. It’s in you, son.
But you Will never see it if you give up. And then she asked me if I could become the man around the house. Can you become the man of the house? Can you be the next man up? Dad left, Grady’s gone. The other brothers are doing their thing. It’s up to you. Can you do that? And that was the day that everything changed. That was the day that I really was born. All of the things that I had dreamt about, all the things that I wanted to be, all of the things that I wanted to do in that moment came into reality because I walked in my room and I got out a sheet of paper and I wrote out my vision statement for life.
This is what I want. This is what I’m going to do. This is how I’m going to do it. And when I wrote that vision statement out, the very next day was the first step, and that was to go to school and tell the four guys that I was hanging around with, I can’t be your friend anymore. I’m not going in that direction. I’m going in this direction. I’m going north. There’s a North Star out there, and I’m going to find it. It’s mine, and I got to go get it. You’ve actually told me about the day you wrote out your vision statement for your life and some of the specific goals you wrote down.
Did you achieve any of those goals that you wrote down when you were 12 years old? Well, the first one was to find a way to get a scholarship to go to college. I did get my degree in, which I’d be the first in my family to do so. I did become an All American. I did get drafted and go to the NFL. I did become an All Pro. I did. Go to the super bowl and own my own business. That was it. That’s what I put on the wall. Well, I think you’ve achieved all those, haven’t you? Yeah.
Yeah, I did. And that’s the power of the mind in making choices, right? Choosing to write down what goals you want to achieve. And once you put that down and you set your mind to something, you. It’s very obvious. A lot of people, when they think about Mike Singletary, they envision you as a leader. It’s the first word that usually comes up. Integrity, a leader. And for me, I had a very similar thing. But for me, eight years ago, I’d learned about a scenario going on in sports and similar to your mom going, are you going to be the man of the house? And can you go write down your Vision statements for your life.
Can you be that person? I decided years ago, I had heard a scenario was occurring in sports, and no one had to ask me. It was like a. It was like your mother. It was like God impressing on my heart. Are you going to step up with the education, the knowledge you’ve gained throughout your life, and are you going to provide value in this scenario that’s wreaking havoc on so many lives around the world? And it just happens to overlap with what you were observing as a very young child. What’s the impact of stress, food, diet, mentality, spirituality on the physical health of an individual? And for whatever reason, you gravitated to heart disease as something that you had become passionate about and wanted to address.
And maybe, just maybe, that comes from the fact that in the United States, it is very well documented. Heart disease is always either number one or number two killer in the entire country and around the world. But you actually called me like a year ago and told me when you finally found my phone number in your phone. Took you about six months to find it after I put it in there at this event we were at. And you had had your own specific heart chest issue and ended up in an er. This is very personal for you.
I don’t know if you want to share that story, but this was something that was alarming to you. And as you called me and leaving that ER or the urgent care, you found my phone number and called me and told me about this scenario that had just happened to you. Well, you know, first of all, I was taking a couple of medications and I had made up in my mind, I’m not taking any more medication. And so whatever you do, don’t decide not to take your medication unless you’re your doctor or whatever you have something that can help you get where you need to go.
Don’t just make a decision not to do it. That’s not very smart. But I did. I was in New York at a function, and I’m just walking, and then I hear, doo, doo, doo, whoa, what is that? And it went away. So I thought, okay, I don’t know what that is. That’s interesting. That’s the first time ever I get back to Dallas after that weekend, and maybe Monday or Tuesday, I’m working out, and I finish working out. I’m on my way back to the house from the gym, and do, do, do. I’m like, what is that? You know, there’s no pain.
There’s no. It’s just something very irregular. I’ve never Felt that, never heard. So I went in the house. My daughter was at home. And I said, I want you to drive me to the hospital. I said, something’s not right. Drive me to the hospital. I need to get this checked out. And I go there and, you know, they checked me out and said, hey, there’s something going on here. We don’t really know what it is. You know, we’re going to do some more checkups, some more tests. And I said, you know what? I met a guy, Dr.
Dr. Ardis. He was an interesting dude. He was far out, man. He was on his. He was talking, he was talking fast. He was talking some really good stuff about health and the heart and all those things. I need to call him. And it was so cool to have that happen. It’s just so amazing how God does things. But I’ve been intrigued ever since the first time that we met because you were gung ho about health. You were gung ho about changing lives. You are gung ho about changing the world. That was quite amazing how that happened.
But I shouldn’t be surprised because that’s God. There’s a thing called synchronicity, and I believe that God overseeing all of our lives literally put us in the same booth for just a few minutes in New Jersey, and that there was no question that you and I were to meet. And yes, I’m very enthusiastic about the things I have learned. These aren’t top of mind or mainstream. It’s not usually what’s discussed in television, on radio, or by your medical professionals, which is primarily what you’re going to see about healthcare. But when you came to my house the first time and we just sat down and you started talking about your concerns and what had happened to you with this lump.
Lump that you felt that you were unaware of what it was. You were told that you needed a procedure, and I just explained to you what the procedure was. And you came over to the house, and I think you were very excited to hear a different perspective on how health occurs. And some of the things I just laid out for you were basic principles of how the human body operates, which I dove into vitamins, minerals, the periodic table of elements, which we all learned as a kid. These are the basics of all the basic elements science has identified that actually makes up the entire universe, which includes your body, Mike.
So we discussed the heart. We discussed what vitamins, minerals, including magnesium, copper, selenium, how these impact the function of the heart. And these are things I don’t think you’d ever heard. So As I just discussed these things with you, there was no testing, there was no evaluation. There was no diagnostic things I was asking for or evaluated for. I just started educating you on the basic principles and how has your heart responded since you started implementing some of those basic nutritional elements? It’s been great. Yeah. Any more of these fantastic moments? No. Been great. That’s awesome.
So, yeah, it’s very, very exciting. And then as a result of, I think, these initial meetings, I think you’ve learned quite a bit about the enthusiasm and excitement I have for educating people on basic principles of health. You’ve watched some of these basic principles that I just told you you should probably start implementing in your own life. You’ve seen that improve your own physical health, and I think that’s brought some enthusiasm and excitement for you that we can bring some of those same principles to the masses. And one of the things that I told you I had been working on and had been very excited about was to create this product that you and I are now collaborating with to make sure the world knows about, and that is called naturewind’s Hydrate Complete.
This was something I started feeling very passionate about in 2018, and that was my own story. It just so happens that you are already becoming aware that there are physical, emotional, spiritual ramifications to the either quality of your heart health and physical health. And I was just opening up this new idea that outside of prescription medications, there’s basic nutritional principles that every human cell in the human body requires to function optimally. And as you become depleted in those things, the body starts to suffer and has symptoms. And there’s thousands of any of these scenarios that leads to symptoms that then later you’re given a medical diagnosis for.
And some of those are very alarming to me that impact young people. In 2018, a young athlete, scholarship athlete, football player at the University of Maryland named Jordan McNair came up on SportsCenter that he had collapsed while in practice of a heat stroke and was taken to a hospital. A local hospital later died, and it was determined that his core body temperature was at 106 degrees by the time he even got to the hospital, which is very abnormal. But he had passed away as a result of a heat stroke. I immediately had a flash of something in my past, and this was in 1990.
I was 14 years old, and all I thought about 24, 7 was basketball. And so that’s all I was doing, was playing basketball 24 7. And there was a kid at Loyola who was the number one scoring, rebounding, assisting Athlete in all of college basketball. And his name was Hank Gathers. And I had been watching a game of his. He goes up and dunks, goes back to half court to start getting on defense, and he collapses right there on television at half court. Just collapses, falls on his back. He ends up dying a few hours later at the hospital from a heart attack.
And I remember thinking, as a 14 year old, this is one of the most fit human beings I’ve ever seen in my life. And I thought exercise was good for the heart. Now, I’ve seen two athletes, scholarship athletes, and one in 1991, in 2018, who died while doing the activities and exercise that they were passionate about. And it didn’t make sense to me is why would these young people die who seemed to be so fit? I thought exercise was good for the heart. Why would it stop? This doesn’t make any sense to me. Well, in 2018, when Jordan McNair died and I watched the parents interviews and watch them be demoralized by the loss of their son, it was very emotional to me.
And I attributed it to the fact that I had four teenagers myself at the time who were also in sports. And I remember thinking, could I imagine dropping off one of them at football practice, basketball practice, volleyball practice, basketball practice, and me getting a phone call that they had collapsed and died while they were doing the sport they loved. And I couldn’t get over it. It was three months of replay in my mind. I could not get over the idea this family had lost such a young, promising athlete in their own family. So over a three month period, it just became very passionate to me and instilled in me, I need to go figure out why this is happening to young athletes.
I’ve observed twice now in my life this is happening. And how big of a problem is this? I’d already been in practice for like 16 years at this point, helping people uncover the root causes of their illnesses and using diet and nutrition to help them recover their health. I had patients from 16 different countries in my practices in Tennessee and Texas, and it actually transformed lives every single day using nutritional principles. And I wanted to know what in the world could be the underlying cause for these young people dying young? It should not be happening. This is completely 100% unnecessary.
So my first thing was I wanted to know, well, what’s the underlying cause for heat strokes, which is what had occurred to Jordan McNair? There’s a part of your brain called the hypothalamus, and if the body gets too hot, it will literally tell the Body to sweat, to evaporate the water off your skin, to cool the body down. So then my very next question was, okay, if the hypothalamus regulates our core body temperature, which is what’s happening when a person has a heat stroke, what mineral does the hypothalamus require to manage core body temperature to keep people from getting too hot or too cold? And do you know what that mineral was? And I invite anybody at home to look this up.
By the way, I thought it was magnesium. It is magnesium. Look at that. Look at this guy. What prize? I get a prize. You do get a prize. That’s after butting heads with athletes all over the world for many, many years. He still can. He still has his memory. This is good. So magnesium is what you learn, is the key nutrient the hypothalamus needs at adequate levels in order to maintain adequate core body temperature. So there’s a direct correlation to the amount of magnesium in the human body and whether or not the body will overheat or not to lead to a heat stroke.
So then I wanted to know, all right, well, if Hank Gathers died of a heart attack, I want to know what’s the key mineral deficiency that leads to heart disease and heart attacks? You want to take a guess what that was? Deficiency. Yep. What one mineral prevents more heart disease than anything else? Heart attacks included Magnesium. It is magnesium. So when I saw both of these cases, I was like, hold up. Hank Gathers died of a heart attack in 1990. Magnesium is the number one mineral to prevent heart attacks and arrhythmias of the heart, including tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, bradycardia.
So these are all these scenarios that magnesium helps to maintain adequately, and when it goes low, your heart goes out of rhythm, and then they increase risk of heart attacks and strokes. Okay, great. The same minerals correlated to heat strokes, which is why Jordan McNair died. And I was like, okay. My very next question, Mike, was this. All right, so these two athletes both died while running up and down a court or a football field. What do these two athletes have in common who both collapsed and died of a heat stroke and heart attack? They were all sweating, and athletes sweat while they’re working out and while they’re exercising.
So these are the two things they had in common. Two different sports, same age group. So I decided to look it up. What minerals do we lose in sweat? There are actually 11 minerals that medical sports science has confirmed since the 1950s. Every athlete loses in every single drop of sweat. The fourth most lost mineral in your sweat is magnesium. So then I looked up what is the number one sports hydrating drink that people drink on the sidelines of every college, professional sport, you name it. I wanted to know what are the ingredients, what are the minerals they have in there to replace what these athletes are losing? And imagine my shock that it did not contain magnesium at all.
So to me it was, wait, is there a correlation to magnesium not being replenished in these athletes who were losing by volume every day in their sweat? Magnesium? Is there a connection to magnesium deficiency in athletes and heart disease and heat strokes? So then I had to go dive into research and see, is there a correlation between the two? Is there definitive proof already established that as you lose the minerals in your sweat, you’re increasing your risk for heart attacks, strokes and heat strokes. And it’s already been known for decades that if you don’t replenish what you lose, you will develop every chronic illness and disease known to man.
And that is published by medical research. So then I decided to go look into what are some specific examples of research studies where they have actually determined that the risk factors for heart attacks and heat strokes go up with sweat analysis as an individual loses sweat for any reason. So this is in this period when I’m really upset emotionally about Jordan McNair dying in 2018. In the same year 2018, I learned that there’s a study done in China. Did you know that Chinese government had an interest in steel factory workers developing high blood pressure within one year of starting their careers in a steel factory? So the Chinese government had sent to these factories, they sent scientists there to find out why is it the majority of people who start working in a steel factory, why do they all develop high blood pressure drugs or the majority of them develop high blood pressure and then end up on high blood pressure drugs for the rest of their life after one year? So these scientists are sent in and the only thing that all these employees have in common is they’re spending an eight hour shift wearing fire retardant suits and excessively profusely sweating for eight hours, all of them.
But they did not have careers like that before they started at these steel worker factories. They weren’t wearing these clothes and sweating all day long in their jobs. So these scientists said, well, let’s just do a sweat analysis on them. So they’d put patches all over their body. They would take their blood pressure before they started their shift, and then they’d collect the sweat samples over eight hour period. When the shift ended, they would take their Blood pressure on the backside. And the average individual in these steelworking factories, they found that their systolic blood pressure, their high blood pressure number on the top and their low number would go up an average 10 to 20 points in just eight hours.
Both numbers. Wow. After just eight hours, then they wanted to know, well, what did they lose in their sweat? And then they would send it off. And when they sent off to a lab, they would get this list of the amount of salt, chloride, magnesium, copper, selenium, zinc, iodine, B vitamins, vitamin C, potassium. They wanted to know what’s the amounts all these people are losing in their sweat and does that directly impact their blood pressure, which everybody at home. High blood pressure is a direct risk factor for developing heart attacks and heat strokes. This is just a thing and strokes.
So what they did after a six month and one year period of analyzing this, they took the average amount of salt, chloride, potassium, B vitamins, copper, vitamin C, potassium, zinc, magnesium, and they asked these people after their shift was over to consume those amount of vitamins and minerals in a supplement form at dinner. And within 30 minutes of taking those minerals and vitamins in the averages they were losing in an eight hour shift, when they would take it back in, within 30 minutes, their blood pressure would go back to normal range. And that was preventing all of them from having to be on high blood pressure medication for the rest of their life, which would increase their risk of having a heart attack or stroke, just having and living with high blood pressure.
So for me you could see there’s a direct correlation to minerals lost in sweat, vitamins lost in sweat, and then replacing those. And for me it was, it became very obvious it’s time to learn everything I can about what has already been known, has been analyzed before 2018 in that research study in China and since then in athletes. And it has been astounding. There is no other hydration drink on the planet that replaces the actual 40 essential nutrients you lose in every drop of sweat. And that is what’s in our hydrate complete. So it’s a combination of 11 minerals at therapeutic ranges.
11 vitamins we lose in every drop of sweat. That includes vitamin B, all the B vitamins, vitamin C, which in the Chinese study, by the way, they found if vitamin C is lost at the amount you lose in sweat, it directly correlates to high blood pressure within eight hours. Wow. And you have to replace it. So that’s 11 vitamins, 11 minerals. And then I discovered that it’s actually been assessed that 17amino acids are lost in Every single drop of sweat. And those 17amino acids are required for your body to produce muscle, your heart to function normally, to stay in rhythm, it requires a specific amount of amino acids.
Then I discovered there’s one nutrient that is in no product on earth as a sports hydration drink. And it’s called Betaine Anhydrous. And Betaine, for all of you watching here, this is just some of the science nerdy stuff related to why this product is so unique. This is the only one that has all 40 of these nutrients. You have 11 vitamins, 11 minerals, 17amino acids. That gets you to 39. But there’s this one called Betaine anhydrous, which is a nutrient that has already been found in young female athletes. For example, the amount of betaine you consume in a daily diet, you lose in an eight hour period or in one hour of high volume workouts in your sweat.
So you are becoming depleted in betaine. And I wanted to tell you in the audience at home why betaine is so significant. They publish if you become deficient in betaine and you lose it in every drop of sweat and there’s no hydration product on the planet that has it in it, if you don’t replace Betaine, I quote, you will develop every chronic illness known to man, including heart disease. So for me, it was very important to combine all these in a unique formula that could, at least in my mind, which allows me to spiritually lay down at night and lay my head on a pillow and know I did my best to try to provide a solution for so many people around the world that are affected by this.
And let’s talk about who’s affected. You may have been shocked when I told you this statistic at home. Did you know at home that in 2018 it was published that one child athlete dies every three days in America from a heat stroke or heart attack while playing their favorite sport. It is primarily football and basketball and 2/3 of all of them that die are African American, which is what Jordan McNair is, and Hank Gathers. And for me, these were the two examples. These two stories that I think God just made sure were slapped in my psyche and in my frontal cortex that I would see and knew that I would be personally motivated to try to find a solution.
And so to meet you in New Jersey to then teach you about what I was creating. Then a few months later, after having you in my home, having it finally come to fruition, I’ve got all the research, the documentation and, and the manufacturing plants that can help Me source all these incredible ingredients and package it in a way that’s delicious and healthy. It was very exciting to collaborate with you and bring this to the masses. It’s not, and I have to say it is not solely for athletes, but every athlete should be drinking this. This is my opinion.
I don’t know if you guys know this. Do you know how many people are affected by a condition called MTHFR gene mutation? So MTHFR is you can’t methylate anymore. You need methyl forms of B vitamins. For example, you’ve heard these B9 and B12 specifically need to be methyl, methyl folate or methylcobalamin, which are the B9 and B12, respectively. That is the only forms you’ll find in this hydrate. But what I found astounding was as many children as many adults are having issues with methylation, which is a liver dysfunction, and they have to Only consume these 1 types of B vitamins.
And if you don’t, you’re going to develop all kinds of illnesses. Did you know that betaine, anhydrous, the one nutrient you lose in every drop of sweat or for any cause of dehydration period, that betaine is what provides methylation to everything in your body. So if you’re absorbing nutrients and eating food, but you can’t methylate them, betaine is what provides methylation and methyl groups to all of your food and to your nutrients. So to provide this into the, into the lives of everybody, you need to understand the significance between methylation. This is what helps your liver detox, helps reverse kidney disease, helps improve cardiovascular function.
That is just a few of the basic nutrients that we put into this combination to provide value to you at home. And when I say this, one in three athletes are dying as children and young adults every three days in America. You might think this just is for athletes. Do you know that 75% of all senior citizens in American are actually diagnosed as dehydrated? And they say that the 75% of those that are dehydrated are 90% of all people that end up in a hospital for any reason whatsoever. So if you think about it, if you ever end up in a hospital for fever, heat, stroke, food poisoning, pregnancy, cancer, heart disease, a stroke, heart attack, it doesn’t matter.
100% of you are going to be actually given one thing and one thing in unison. All of you, right when you show up, they’re going to actually insert a needle and then put a distilled water bag with salt and chloride in it called Saline. And those two, sodium and chloride, is salt and chloride. Those are electrolytes in water that is to rehydrate the body. They know 90% of every reason anybody will end up in a hospital is solely because they’re dehydrated, which is why they immediately give 100% of all people that show up in an ambulance or in the ER with a saline bag to give you that.
That is two of the 11 minerals that everybody is dehydrated from, which is resulting in them showing up. Salt is by far the most. Chloride is number two, three is potassium, four is magnesium, and five is calcium. But you also lose in every drop of sweat or diuretic state that leads to dehydration. Any cause of dehydration is the primary cause for you ending up in a hospital. So I believe this should be drank at least one packet, two packets every single day for anybody in the entire world to prevent the number one cause for why it is you end up in a hospital with any symptom whatsoever.
Well, for me, I’m really excited about hydrate Complete for that reason. You know, this morning when I got up, Hydrate complete. You know, that’s the first thing I had this morning. But once you begin to understand what hydrate complete is all about and how it. This drink is something that can really transform your life in terms of what you feel like, what you’re thinking, kind of, your mood, all of those things simply, you know, you got a kickstart on that day, and you know that your day is starting right because you made a great decision in Hydrate Complete.
One thing I want to talk about hydrate Complete, too, is people might ask, well, would you sweeten it with? Does it taste good? So the flavoring of Hydrate Complete, we were very intentional. We told our manufacturers you have to source natural fruit extracts as the flavor profiles. So we’ve got like a blue raspberry, which is raspberry and orange, comes from raspberries and oranges, extracts. Then you’ve got strawberry and lemonade, that’s from strawberry and lemons. And then you’ve got green apple, which is literally from green apples. But that’s not the coolest part. The coolest part for me is it’s actually sweetened with a plant sugar that has zero calories, called allulose.
And you’ll see on the package, actually, that it supports glp, one hormone release. So when you get to heart disease, cancer, which are number one and two killers in America, many people write and publish that obesity and diabetes Are the underlying and number one causes for both of those conditions? And is obesity an issue in America and around the world? Mike? Oh my goodness. Holy cow. Is it? All right, so this is where the love affair with drugs like Ozempic, Wegovy, which are called GLP1 drugs. These drugs you inject once a week and they supposedly stimulate your body to release what God created your body to do.
You have these things called L cells that line your blood vessels and your intestines. And when you inject Ozempic and Wegovy, what’s the ingredients in there? Touch those L cells and Release what’s called GLP1 hormone. But what you don’t know at home is on our packaging for Hydrate Complete. You will see that this is a GLP1 supporting product because the plant extract called allulose, which God made this plant, this plant sugar, is already known to medical science that if you consume the dose that’s in our Hydrate Complete, it will stimulate GLP1 release in your body for four hours a dose.
So if you took two of these a day, separated them by four hours, you would have eight straight hours of GLP1 release. And what does GLP1 hormone do for all of you that are watching all the celebrities endorsing GLP1 drugs? You’re watching them shrink down and lose a lot of weight. You’re seeing a lot of problems on top of this too. But GLP1 helps to reduce blood sugar in the blood, which helps to prevent diabetes and worsening pre diabetes and to prevent heart disease and reduce cancer. And that’s the benefits. Then it also helps regulate hunger so that you become less obese.
So it helps you with weight loss and blood sugar handling, both of which benefit heart disease. So allulose is the sweetener with monk fruit that we use and they’re all organic sources to actually flavor our product. So you get the benefit of blood sugar regulation, reducing hunger and losing weight with allulose. So these are just some of the added values of Hydrate Complete that we’re very excited about. And most people do not know there are options for you that are more natural without the toxic effects. And for those of you watching, if you have a love affair with the drugs called GLP1 drugs, you might want to ask yourself and look up why was there just launched a 2 billion dollar lawsuit against GLP1 drug manufacturers.
I mean, the threat of using the drugs which are synthetic. The number one cause is over 2000 people woke up permanently blind and lost their eyesight from these drugs, but that does not happen with the plant extracts that stimulate GLP1. So for me, the number one FDA black box warning for all GLP1 drugs, prescription drugs, is medullary thyroid cancer diagnosis within 12 months to 36 months. And these GLP1 drug prescriptions are for life. So you’re going to be on them for at least a year to three years. So for me there’s better ways, there’s safer ways, and I’d rather use nature to help me achieve the ultimate goals that people have, which is to reduce obesity, improve their bmi, improve endurance, longevity of their life and.
And the ingredients inside of naturewind’s Hydro Complete do that. You’re talking about it like it’s another drink, but to me it’s life altering for a lot of people if they can see it, if they can hear it and receive it. Because I believe that hydrate complete is. It is the most amazing thing that you can drink aside from water. So can I tell you a story? I don’t even know if I told you this. Absolutely. It happened last week. Uh oh. So I really look forward to the day when I’m on a flight one day and the pilot comes over and says, is there a doctor on board? We have a medical emergency here.
Please go wherever. Okay. I am flying from Manchester, England, a 10 and a half hour flight last week from Manchester, England all the way to Dallas. And I’m at hour five and I have my headphones on and I’m watching a documentary. And then the pilot comes on, the captain comes on, he’s like, this is captain so and so, is there a doctor on board? We have a medical emergency in the back galley. And not a joke. I was like, whoa, I was born for this moment. Not a joke. Took off my headphones, I had no idea what was going on.
I just took my headphones off, sat it down, I walked back, I introduced myself, I said, hi, I’m Bryan Ardisan. The flight attendant said, are you a doctor? And I said I am. What kind of doctor are you? I said, oh, I’m a chiropractor, acupuncturist and nutritionist. Oh, okay, great. And I said, and who are you? These are the flight attendants. And I said, well who are you? And these two other ladies are standing there and they’re like, oh, we’re nurses. I said okay, great. And I said, so what’s going on? And there is a super pale white sheet white gentleman sitting on the toilet and you could tell he’s real disoriented.
And I said, what’s going on with him? And she said, he had the exact same symptoms a couple weeks ago when he had this other mini stroke. And I said, well, what’s the emergency right now? What are the symptoms? And she said, he’s vomiting non stop, he’s super dizzy, got a lot of vertigo, but he won’t stop throwing up. Now the concern for the pilots in the flight is it’s going to have to be diverted. We’re not going to be able to make it all the way to Dallas. We got to get this medical emergency off the plane.
And I said, I looked at the two nurses, Mike and I said this, okay, so nurses, regardless, if we’re diverted and we have to get them off the plane, what’s the first thing the EMTs are going to do to a man that’s just had a stroke? They believe both of them said this. They’re going to hook him up to saline. I said, right now, this is important for everybody here. In every bag of Salt water is 9,000 milligrams of salt, which is four times more than the FDA says you should have in 24 hours or you’re going to have a stroke or heart attack.
And it’s five times more than the American Heart association says you should have in 24 hours or you’re going to have a heart attack or stroke. But this is the first thing they’re going to do to him when they land is give him salt at 9,000 milligrams. I said, that’s right. They’re going to give him salt water, saline. What else is in that salt water bag? And the nurses said, chloride. I said, right, it’s sodium chloride, two electrolyte minerals. I said, you’re right. That’s the very first thing they’re going to do to him in the front of the plane.
I’ve got a product I’m going to bring right back here. I’m going to open up one of these packets, I’m going to put it into a water bottle, I’m going to shake it up. Wife, you’re going to give it to him. While he’s sitting right there on the toilet, you’re gonna give it to him. This is exactly what I said. Within 10 minutes, you’re gonna notice all of his color comes back. The ingredients inside of this nature winds hydrate complete. There are two minerals inside of there, inositol and choline, that will halt the progression of the stroke.
All of his color is gonna come back, his balance is gonna come back. He’s gonna stop throwing up, and he’s gonna be able to walk back to his seat. Okay, wait a minute. Wait a minute. This happened last week and you didn’t tell me about it? I haven’t seen you since. I go back. Are you kidding me? No. So this is what I say. All right, I’ll be right back. I go to the front. I get my hydrate complete. I go to the front. The first class areas. Got these little areas with snacks and water bottles.
I just got the water bottle, put it in there, shook it up, took it back there, said, here you go. Wife give this to him. And here’s two other packets. In the next hour, you need to give him two of these to get the salt, chloride, and other mineral and vitamins up to a therapeutic dose in a mini stroke scenario. I said, just give it to him. He’ll be fine. We don’t need to divert. We’ll make it back to dfw. And I go and sit down. I mean, I literally went back, just walked right straight back and sat down, handed her the two extra packets.
He drinks it. Not a joke, Mike. Fifteen minutes later, I’m back up watching my documentary, and the flight attendant walks up to me and says, sir, I need all of your information. American Airlines is going to want to know all of your information, please. Email, phone number, all that good stuff. Okay? Your license number. Okay? Medical license number, chiropractic license number. Okay, fine. Here you go. This is what she says to me. Dr. Ardis. Within five minutes, all of his color came back. He stood up, walked back to his seat. He stopped vomiting. He says he feels completely fine.
All of us in the back are like, what in the world? The nurses, the flight attendants, we’ve all taken pictures of the packet. Where do we get this stuff? We’re ordering it as soon as we land. I said, well, you go to naturewins.com and you buy it now. For me, this was an incredible moment. This isn’t actually what I thought was gonna happen when I heard, is there a doctor on board? This is not what I thought. I also didn’t know I was the only doctor on board of any kind. But for me, it was an incredible opportunity to have something I had been creating for eight years.
Researching therapeutic doses, scientific studies that have already been done, determining the health benefits of these nutrients as you lose them, what’s the detrimental effects and what’s the benefits. And to have something with me that I could easily put into a water bottle and give it was miraculous. And it was Incredible. We did not have to divert the flight, made it all back, all the way back to dfw. They did have paramedics waiting. We get right to the gate and the paramedics come on. There’s no stretcher needed. He can get up, stands up, walks himself into a wheelchair.
They wheeled him off, all of his colored back. He’s fine. To me this was a miraculous opportunity and an example of the health benefits of these individual nutrients you don’t find in any other product. I mean, you won’t find it anywhere else. No one else has done this research. So for me, this is just one example of when and why I believe Hydrate Complete is so significant as a product that I think will bless millions of people around the world, not just athletes. And this was not an athlete. This was a very different scenario. But I mentioned earlier in this interview, the only reason why I made this product was to prevent heat strokes and heart attacks unnecessarily happening in young people.
And imagine my disgust when I find and sent you an article a few months ago that USA Today online has an article titled Cause of death of young Athletes. And you can put in the topic the category of cause of death, type in cardiac arrest and hit enter. You will see that in 2025, just last year, a 7 year old boy died while playing football from a heart attack. An 8 year old girl died from a heart attack here in Texas while playing her favorite sport, basketball. So for me, these things are disgusting. Like these young people should not be dying.
I mean, if you’re a coach and you have children that you’re overseeing in flag football, I don’t care, ymca, they should all be drinking Hydrate Complete. If you are a university coach, a professional athlete, an Olympian, you should be making sure you’re replacing everything you’re losing in every drop of sweat. There’s only one thing that has the word complete on it, that is hydrate complete. And if you don’t replenish what you’re losing every single day while you think you’re doing hot yoga, that’s going to benefit your life. Every drop of sweat you have while sitting there in yoga, you are losing 40 essential nutrients.
And if you aren’t replacing that, I’ll just say right now, if you don’t replenish, you will diminish. You’ll diminish your life, your health, your endurance, your longevity, the time period you can spend doing that activity that you love. And I cannot be more excited than to team up with you and help bring this what I Consider a life preserving product that I can think could benefit anybody two years and older. Oh, you know what else is amazing? We have a granddaughter who had UTI symptoms. Burning sensation when they pee. They called us at home. What should we do? I said, take the Hydrating Complete, open it, pour half of it in a little water bottle and give it to your daughter.
All symptoms went away in 24 or sorry in 48 hours. No more burning sensation, no more pain, no complaining. She ends up going to the pediatrician a couple days later. The mother tells the pediatrician about her UTI symptoms and they said, well, what did you do? You didn’t call us for an antibiotic. And then she just hands her Hydrate Complete. The pediatrician reviews all the ingredients and then went, just do this for her. Just keep doing it for another 48 hours. This will take care of all of it. I mean, this is the power and benefit of these nutrients that support the immune system, the nervous system, the cardiovascular system.
And we are excited to bring it to you. Dr. Dr. Ardis has done truly an amazing thing. So I’m excited to partner with him in this and give it a try. 30 days, that’s all. 30 days. It’ll go like, like that. If you’d like to learn more about Hydrate Complete and each of the 40 ingredients, nutrients that are found inside of it, you can go to naturewins.com go to the product page of Hydrate Complete. I have research studies listed there backing up all of the evidence that’s been found by medical research groups to actually confirm the health benefits of replenishing each of these nutrients back into your body and how it improves your life, longevity and endurance, performance and any activities that you do.
