Rumors have been swirling for a few days that half or even up to 60% of the employees at The Daily Wire were recently laid off and Jeremy Boring the former CEO did confirm yesterday that about 50 employees were laid off but added that’s not 50% it was just 50 people he’s added that it wasn’t even 40% of the workforce it wasn’t even 30 so it sounds like it actually was about 25% 20 25% of the workforce because they have approximately 250 employees and oftentimes employees are lumped in with contractors who technically aren’t employees so it sounds like about a quarter of the people who work for The Daily Wire in some capacity are gone.

This when Ben Shapiro’s YouTube channel which has over seven million subscribers making him the number one most subscribed supposed conservative in the industry has died and something very strange happens to youtubers when they just get sick of watching a channel they almost always never actually unsubscribe people just stop watching so that’s why he still has seven million subscribers but as you can see on his latest uploads at the time I’m making this video early in the morning on Wednesday morning he has seven thousand views on a video that was posted eight hours ago okay five point eight thousand views on a video posted 10 hours ago oh there we go there’s there’s 200,000 views on a video that was posted 14 hours ago 30,000 views the only videos that are getting more than 30,000 views are his entire podcast and they’re getting a whopping 500,000 views on all of these and so it looks like what they’re doing is it’s very common for The Daily Wire to just pay to have pre-roll ads on other conservative YouTube channels of Ben’s show and others and something very unique happens when a channel does that is that view then gets counted towards the view the view of the pre-roll ad gets counted towards a view of that video and so The Daily Wire is taking Ben’s shows and then using those as pre-roll ads on other YouTube channels and then if you don’t skip the ad then the entire show just keeps playing and playing and playing it’ll play for the full hour that’s how the ads work and there’s really no other explanation that’s plausible for why only the show is getting the ads when he’s populating his YouTube channel with so many different videos those seven million subscribers would be spread out over a whole bunch of different videos but it’s very consistent when it’s the whole show the whole podcast those are the ones that have about a half a million views which still is absolutely pathetic because usually an engaged YouTube channel has between 10 and 15 percent of the subscribers watching any given video and it’s obvious why so many Ben Shapiro subscribers stopped tuning in and again it’s absolutely pathetic with seven million subscribers to still only get a half a million views on your podcast on your main show but before i state the obvious in case you’ve been living under a rock about why so many people have abandoned little Ben’s show i will show you what Patrick Bette David thinks about it but first i will show you that Ben Shapiro has spent over 11 million dollars on Facebook since 2019 boosting his posts astroturfing his posts okay and the reason why i know this is because if you know where to look after the 2016 election Facebook changed their policies to be more transparent so you can go if you know where to look and see how much a particular page has paid in order to boost their posts and as you can see here the total amount spent on little Ben’s page 11 million two hundred and ninety thousand fifty five dollars do you know how much i spent in advertising on Facebook to get my nearly one million followers i think it might be like 20 or 30 dollars i tried it once and got no response and i just thought well this is terrible i’m just gonna go the old-fashioned way with organic reach so basically nothing me nothing Ben Shapiro 11 million dollars but tell us Patrick Bette David oh why is one why do you think so many people have stopped watching Ben Shapiro and why is the daily wire collapsing when you think about daily wire who’s the face of daily wire Ben Shapiro guess what you know he it comes with the territory you can’t be upset about that’s an awful lot of nose rubbing there you know that’s a subconscious gesture of don’t you i will tell you a couple feedback here uh when did Jeremy boring step down Rob what was a year ago i think it was March of last year yeah oh and i’ll get into that in just a moment okay so by the way this makes Jeremy boring look good this makes Jeremy boring look good because this says the creative guy was gone okay maybe i have to get into it now he’s gone because he blew over 20 million dollars um the pen dragon cycle a seven part feature film that he produced for daily wire plus paid subscribers nobody’s subscribing to the daily wire plus for their shows and their behind the scenes live streams and access cares about watching some game of thrones knock off okay he wasted so much money because he wants to be a big Hollywood director that they literally told him you gotta go or we’re gonna fire you and so he left he quit quietly at first they tried to spin it like he was stepping down as the ceo to just focus on entertainment for the daily wire this on their website daily wire co-founder Jeremy boring to step into new role focusing on entertainment he is turning his full attention to creative and entertainment ventures for the company that was in March of 2025 but what they didn’t tell you is they allowed him to finish producing the film and then put it on their website oh thinking that would somehow be less of a loss that if they just stop production and abandon the project altogether and then they told them to leave he’s gone do you understand how deceptive this is it’s the daily wire what could we expect the co-founder to step into a new role focusing on entertainment for the company no you finish that waste of money and then they got rid of them and he started a youtube channel the once god king of the daily wire has about 30 000 subscribers on his podcast which consists of him complaining about Tucker Carlson and about how so many Americans are just sick and tired of hearing about Israel and don’t want to fund them or support them in any way but anyway continue revealing how out of touch you are pdb love him or hate him you know he at least maybe was the creative guy that was doing stuff okay he was doing stuff all right he was wasting tens of millions of dollars you moron he was a guy that was going out there doing the if you have to say naturally who is more funny Ben Shapiro Jeremy boring it’s not even it’s not even close right it’s not even close because a ham sandwich is more hilarious than Ben Shapiro Ben Shapiro has the personality and the comedic talent of a paper towel here he is featured in a Tom McDonald rap video he said goofball rapper looks like a wigger no one knows who you are anyway back to pdb man but i’m gonna tell you smarter i’m gonna tell you no that’s not even that’s not the conversation smart yeah so the rebranding of Ben has been let’s try to see if he’s funny and let’s make him be funny and doing all this stuff i don’t think it’s working the rebranding of trying to attack and the way they do with candace the way they’re doing i also don’t think that’s working okay i don’t think that’s working i think if ben went on the road and did some of the stuff with campuses and schools and stuff like that i think they can bring that eyeball back up again because he’s phenomenal with that the reason i’m sorry to have to state the obvious just in case you’re new around here and you’ve been living under a rock uh the reason why nobody is watching Ben Shapiro anymore certain kinds of influence that their people have over america do i need to play this clip again i played it so many times over the last few years the regular viewers probably seen it leave me a industry people in hollywood who are conservatives to get together and network with each other and it was founded by gary sinise and i’ve spoken with several well-known people people who you would know who have been there who were members and they all said that it got shut down as soon as jeremy boring took over and then articles started confirming that in mainstream media yes the secretive group of hollywood conservatives suddenly dissolves as soon as jeremy boring took over as the director because it operated as a 501 c3 because you know they would rent venues and things and so it’s on paper you know they had a budget and they would all donate head dos and things like that and as soon as jeremy boring took it over once gary sinise wanted to move on and do other things he shut it down and how much must it pain ben shapiro that his little protege brat cooper who quit the daily wire to start her own independent youtube channel is now an anti-semite you know according to the definition of those in conservative ink for making comments like this about jewish congressman randy fine he’s representative from florida he’s the same guy who bragged about not washing his hands after he had a handshake with net yahoo he’s repeatedly introduced bills to criminalize anti-semitism infringing upon free speech meaning obviously i’m sorry to say but he obviously cares more about israel than he does you know principles like free speech so buddy like my advice to you randy fine is just move to israel at this point like so she just committed two terrible anti-semitic tropes there by saying that he puts israel first that’s considered to be anti-semitic even though that’s the core principle of zionism zionism is the belief that the jews must occupy that land over there you know what if they were to believe that that’s fine they want to fight for that that’s fine but here in america we’re tired of hearing about it we’re tired of our tax dollars being used to pay for it and we’re tired of americans having to go to war over in the middle east because of it you’ll have to play this clip of harry truman again admitting the obvious that in 1948 when the state of israel was created there were already people in that region and so many christians forget apparently i have never even read the bible but the jews weren’t the first people to go to that land in fact in the list of course it was added to the new york times bestseller list which is just a favorites list of the editors over at the new york times the amazon bestseller list is actually an accurate rank of how books are doing compared to other books i was watching it as i do many others books the day that it came out didn’t even make it into the top 10 i don’t even think it made it into like the top 30 i was gonna do a video about it but then just other things are more important than just ragging on ben shapiro’s failure of a book uh and speaking of books by the way i have a new one coming out at
