I realized something that nobody in the healthcare system knows. Casey didn’t learn this in Samford. I never ever learned in medical school or residency that I could write a prescription for food or exercise. It’s totally legal and if you do that it can be covered by… you can use tax advantage dollars tax-free. Never learned that in 9 years. So you mean you could use tax dollars to give people gym membership? Yes. Yes. That is right now legal. I never learned that. It’s called letter of medical necessary. Yeah, R.C.R. Med this year will do 500,000 gym membership recommendations from providers.

We initially got a lot of questions from the industry because they’ve never heard these letters of medical necessity. We’ve walked in the law. As much as Pfizer has tried when I worked for Pfizer, the definition of medicine in the IRS tax code is not a synthetic pill made by a large pharmaceutical industry. The definition of medicine is something that’s recommended by a medical practitioner for the prevention, reversal, cure mitigation of the condition. The problem is that they’ve co-opted what medicine is in our brains. And at Stanford Med School, nobody understands it. So we’ve actually been educating members of Congress about this, but there’s $150 billion in these HSA funds.

Go to your doctor and demand a letter of medical necessity when they’re taking out the prescription pad for the statin, for the metformin, for the SSRI. The IRS used one organization as the model to shove every religion into. And that one organization was the Salvation Army. And they created 14 points and said, this is what the Salvation Army does. So this is what church is. Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism, you name it, is tucked into that same 14 points. You need a house of worship. You need a board of elders. You need a creed or a form of worship.

You need childcare. It’s literally just replicas of the Salvation Army. Today, there’s 400,000 churches in the US. You know what else is a church? The hell’s angels. What? Yeah, they’re registered as a church. I had someone from the CIA call me a few months ago. They were like, hey, Nathan, what do you know about the 14-board checklist? All I know is what the head of the IRS, the nonprofit sector, told me. And they go, OK, good. But it wasn’t IRS that created that. It wasn’t the CIA. And I said, why would they do that? They go, Christianity is dangerous.

Yes. And I said, yes. And they go, Islam is dangerous. Yes. And I said, yes. And so they go, why not put everything into a box that you can control? So the carrot that the government uses to get religion into that box is tax exemption. What if I told you that 1913 changed America forever in ways that you probably didn’t realize? That was the year the Federal Reserve was created. But it’s not really federal. It was pretty much a bunch of private banks that created one private bank that prints our money. Also the year the IRS was born.

Funny coincidence that a private bank takes control, then your income starts getting taxed. Also in 1913, the Rockefeller Foundation was founded. Charity or control over medicine, education, and science. But here’s the twist. Just one year prior, the Titanic sunk. And there may or may not have been some very powerful, very wealthy people on board that opposed the central bank. And JP Morgan, who is supposed to be on that cruise, he canceled his trip last minute. Coincidence? Then in 1914, we get World War I, which was the first war that private industry made a ton of profit on war.

And guess what families own those industries? Since then, the dollar has pretty much lost almost all of its value. The middle class is getting crushed. Debt has become pretty much meaningless. War has become a business. And money? Just pieces of paper or numbers on a screen. So ask yourself, is 1913 really the year where everything changed and you’re just now realizing it? How is the income tax unconstitutional? Well, you know, if it ruled unconstitutional during the Civil War, in one presidential debate, one of the Republican candidates was sort of lamenting, you know, half of the people don’t pay any income tax.

I said, we’re halfway there. We’re going to go over two whistleblowers that both lost their lives. Is it because of their whistleblowing? Is it natural? I don’t know. But this particular woman worked for the World Bank for over 20 years. She went on to whistleblower to say that there was two constitutions in America. One of them, the second one, favored the bankers, not you. Unfortunately, we are being snookered by the Congress. And we are not under our first constitution. We are under this second secret constitution. What that constitution provides is that our tax dollars are going to pay interest to the Federal Reserve.

They’re not paying for any of the services that we need in our country. We got that second secret constitution. So is that second secret constitution, is it… Who is it in favor of? Is it in favor of the people or the corporate United States? It’s in favor of the banks. It’s certainly not in favor of the people. What happens when you have a child is your child is given a Social Security number. They estimate how many taxes your child is going to pay over his or her lifetime. And they went, they take that birth certificate and they issue it on the capital markets and they earn money on it.

Y’all guys want to see the end result for her, for Karen, who does, for speaking out, for standing up, for having courage, for being the change. You want to see what happened to her? Okay, buckle up. In the last video over a month ago, and that was when I had just gotten out of the hospital and rehab after I was poisoned by arsenic, and I’m making a lot of progress. As you can see, I’m doing okay. Last night, I don’t think people really wanted me to update you because somebody just led me to the floor very hard.

But, you see, I’m sort of resilient, and it’s slowing me down a little. It just made me a little sore, and I’m going to have a little back ache for a while. That’s Karen, who does, guys? Look, of course, it’s written on American bank note company paper. And if you remember, I used to show that I was traded on the stock market until they got rid of the website. Income taxes violate the 16th Amendment.

Explain that idea. Well, I’m more concerned about the way the 16th Amendment was passed, and I don’t think it was technically correct. And I think Mr. Bannister is correct, and technically we shouldn’t have to pay the income tax. For the home stretch, this is Mr. Bill Benson. He’s a former federal investigator for the Illinois Department of Revenue. He co-authored a book that proved the 16th Amendment was not lawfully ratified because they went to every single state and got the certified copies from the state to prove that it was all done illegal.

I’m going to show you the co-author of the book. There you go. By the time I wrote my book for the again Republic in 1981, we knew that the 16th Amendment had not been ratified. The evidence had not been completed until January of 83. And when I took it into federal court the first time in March of 83, they refused to accept it because they said it was not certified. So Mr. Bill Benson from South Holland in the Chicago area, South Holland, Illinois, he went out and went to all of the 48 states.

Judge Moody in federal court in June of 1980, I testified and he said, you’ve got to have a witness that will testify that he’s gone to all the states and gathered all this information. They put up a bunch of hoops for us to jump through, and we jumped through every single one, and it cost us about 100 grand to do it. But when Bill Benson completed the journey, the sojourn across the United States, we had over 17,000 certified documents. We put this book together, volume one, the law that never was.

Back there about 1987, every single congressman, every senator was given a copy of this book with their name bold and boss on the cover. Mr. Bill Benson, like I said, was a federal investigator for the Illinois Bureau of Revenue. You know what ended up happening to him after he wrote that book, The Law That Never Was? They took him to court. They put an injunction on his book. He was no longer allowed to print that book because the book had all the certified documents, and it proved that it was not lawfully ratified.

That’s what it proved. They would not allow him to introduce the evidence into court, stating that it was too old to be overturned. There’s nothing that can be done too bad, so sad. That’s what they told him. They put him in prison. But whenever you combine this as a whole, what do you think, guys? Is that liberty or is that tyranny? The truth is there’s only one way to restore a constitutional republic. Only one. It has nothing to do with voting, guys. Nothing to do with right versus left, nothing at all.

It has to do with only one thing, a well-informed population. See, that is the only way to restore a constitutional republic, is by you. You are the only way. You are the only hope. If you think you’re going to vote your way out of tyranny, you’re wrong. It doesn’t matter which side you pick. Do you hear me? It does not matter which side you pick because both sides are two wings of the same bird. It’s true. Well, you’re absolutely right, Judge. What we have to look at is the president is the chief executive officer of this corporation called the United States of America.

Look, guys, they made us the prisoners and the guards in this system. The only way to change the system is by you. God gave you free will. It’s even written in your Declaration of Independence that your rights are granted to you from your creator. That means that government cannot take him away. It means that government did not make him. It means that your rights come from your creator. And that’s how your documents were written on purpose. Second paragraph, Declaration of Independence. Go read it for yourself. So God gave you free will. The question is, what are you going to do about it? He wants us to believe we should obey the IRS code, which is being enforced in violation of the many Supreme Court decisions.

The Supreme Court made a decision. Thank you. Thank you, Mayor, and I think we’re finished. I’m sorry, Mr. Cohen, for doing that. Well, I’m sorry that you constantly re-argue the point. You’re liable because the law says that you’re liable and the courts say the law says you’re liable. That’s why you’re liable. You see, he’s talking about the lower courts who are not in compliance with the Supreme Court, as they have to be. Doesn’t the court have to be in compliance with the Supreme Court? The Supreme Court has so held. Where? You caught me unprepared.

I’ll come back with that. Well, I don’t want to do that. But let me ask you a hypothetical question. You’re making silly arguments here. Why is the Supreme Court decision a silly argument? Well, because it’s inapplicable. That made my heart stop. He just said Supreme Court decisions do not apply to the IRS. That’s the behavior you would expect from a totalitarian country, maybe China or Russia or Cuba. Not from America. They’re just making up the law as they go along. Now I knew the tax honesty movement was right. The IRS thrives on intimidation and fear, not by law.

It’s no different than a criminal protection racket using force to extract your money from you. Then the former IRS commissioner, now working at a prestigious Washington law firm, threatens me. Watch. Aaron, you understand Yiddish. Cornish to hell for me. For those of you who don’t understand Yiddish, that means nothing will help you. Now it all became clear. I understood why the IRS wouldn’t go on camera and talk about where the law was. I understood why all the senators I called refused to be interviewed. There is no law. And now you know what our political leaders and the courts have known for decades and have tried to cover up.

The United States Constitution strictly forbids a direct unapportioned tax on the wages and salaries of American citizens. The United States Supreme Court has consistently ruled that the income tax is a tax on profits and gains, not on labor and wages. On behalf of the American people, I challenge the IRS to show me a statute that allows a direct unapportioned tax on the wages and labor of the American people. And if I’m wrong, I will give my most humble apologies to the IRS. If the IRS is wrong and there is no law, then every person who’s been jailed should be let out of jail immediately and any assets seized should be returned to their rightful owners.

Okay, so here’s the truth. We don’t need to fight the system. We just need to stop feeding it. The system only works if we stay plugged in. Taxes, fines, licenses, registrations, and interest. All of it runs on our energy, our money, and our consent. And most of that consent was never actually truly given. So here’s how we start peacefully opting out and it’s not a rebellion but a remembrance. Step one, know who we are. We’re not corporate entities. We’re not the all-caps name on a license or a birth certificate. We are living men or women and we have unalienable rights.

And when we know that, we stop asking permission to live freely. Step two, reclaim your standing. You can lawfully withdraw consent using documents like an affidavit or status, a notice of non-consent, a conditional acceptance, and a revocation of signature or implied contract. These say, I do not agree to your system and if you claim that I do, then prove it. And spoiler alert, they usually can’t. Step three, we need to exit the system gently. We don’t need to run off to the bush. We can actually just start paying in cash instead of cards, trade, or barter with locals, move our money out of major banks and into credit unions or crypto, grow food, even if it’s just herbs in a pot, start somewhere, and say no to permits and licenses when you can lawfully stand your ground.

And step four, the most important, we need to do this together. This only works when we move in unity. We need to find our tribe. We need to host sovereignty workshops, share resources, pool skills, and build micro-communities. The system can’t stop thousands of people peacefully withdrawing consent. We’re not breaking the law. We’re standing in our truth and we’re not protesting. We’re building something better. The gears of the system only turn if we stay plugged in. So, unplug, reconnect with other people and step into your rightful power. [tr:trw].
