Summary

➡ Gerald Celente and Judge Andrew Napolitano discuss the erosion of American rights, particularly the right to privacy. They criticize the government’s overreach, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and express concern over the potential removal of warrant requirements for surveillance. They argue that this is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment and a threat to the pursuit of happiness, a fundamental American value. They also discuss the influence of foreign powers on American politics and the need for a return to constitutional principles.
➡ The article discusses a failed negotiation between the U.S. and Iran, led by Vice President Vance, who was described as unprepared and lacking authority. The author suggests that President Trump is not genuinely interested in peace, but uses the idea to boost equity markets. The article also criticizes Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and accuses him of dishonesty in his dealings with Iran. Lastly, the author expresses concern over ongoing violence in Israel and Gaza, and suggests that the American public is being misled.

Hello, everybody. This is Gerald Celente, and it’s Wednesday, April 15, 2026, and once again, we’re very privileged, honored, and lucky to have with us Judge Andrew Napolitano, the man that I want to see as President of the United States. Not because of the friends I like the cat, there’s nobody that knows the Constitution and the Bill of Rights that writes about it and does everything he can to bring it to the public’s vision of how we lost it and how we need to bring it back. Once upon a time, it was a thing called, you know, We the People of the United States.

We the People? What do you mean, We the People? Hey, I’m the President, all right? You’re nobody. And whether it’s Trump, Biden, Bush, Obama, one after another, robbing us of our rights. Judge, thanks for being here. You have an article coming out, and it’s in this week’s Trends Journal. I mean, it’s right in front of everybody’s eyes. American heresy. Excuse me. The makers of our Constitution undertook to secure conditions favorable to the pursuit of happiness. Judge, happiness is a dirty word. Life, liberty and a pursuit of happiness. You never hear the word happiness again.

It’s gone. That line, and there’s more to come, which I’m sure you’ll get to. It’s not mine. That’s, of course, Justice Brandeis in a famous dissent. But I thought of you when I came across that, because of what you just said about happiness. The Declaration of Independence guarantees the right to pursue happiness. The government doesn’t care about happiness. The government is happy when we obey it. Yep. The government’s happy when we obey it. Look what they did during COVID. Look at these little clown boys and girls locking down every place based on a bunch of crap.

Yeah, don’t remember. Don’t forget to wear these masks. Remember that? Yes. These masks do not eliminate exposure to the risk of any disease or infection. Right on the box. I remember being asked to leave a restaurant because I refused to wear the mask from the door to the table. Once you’re at the table, you can take the mask off because, as you said, the germs know not to come into your nose when you’re at the table. That’s right. They only come into your nose when you’re walking from the front door to the table.

This is how, I don’t blame these young kids that ran the restaurant. They were doing what they were told to do, but this is how the American people became sheep and were acclimated to the absurdities that the government accepted and foisted upon us. The unconstitutional absurdities. Happiness. Gone. No happiness. And everything changed since then. People have no idea. We write about it in a magazine. Oh, there’s an article this week about the office building bust, how these buildings are selling for nothing because the people are working at home, a lot of them, and they haven’t come back, and the people that were renting them said, yes, stay home.

I don’t see any way you’re in a cubicle. I don’t need all this space. Life is totally different now. Globally, it changed. So going back to the pursuit of happiness, they sought to protect Americans in their beliefs, their thoughts, their emotions, and their sensations. They conferred, as against the government, the right to be let alone, the most comprehensive of rights and the right most valued by civilized men. Nah, nah, nah. You have no rights. I’m a slimeball politician in a country near you. They’ll tell you what to do. And it’s amazing. From a mayor to the state representatives, to the Congress, to the president, every one of these pieces of political crap are in charge of our lives.

Well, it’s very troubling. The article itself, as we’ll get into, is about Congress contemplating authorizing warrantless surveillance of Americans in direct defiance of the Fourth Amendment. Direct defiance of the Fourth Amendment, which requires search warrants before the government can spy on you. Yeah, again, you’re right. Again, when the Bill of Rights was being crafted in the Senate, it was the values that would provide an insulation between government negating freedom and the inalienable rights of all persons, the right to worship freely, the freedom of speech, and of the press. And basic fairness from the government will be relatively easy to reduce to writing, even to catch your Ninth Amendment, which recognized the existence of natural human rights through broad support.

Then, of course, came the uniquely American right, which is the right to be left alone. Brandeis called it the right to be let alone, two different words, meaning the same thing. The colonists had been victimized by a secret court in London that issued general warrants to British agents in the U.S., allowing them to search where they wanted and seize whatever they found. Fast forward to the FISA Court issues General Lawrence, a secret court in Washington authorizing agents to surveil what they want. But at least there is the warrant requirement, which requires the presentation of some evidence in order to get the warrant.

Congress this week is being asked to remove the warrant requirement and permit federal spies. I didn’t put this in the column, Gerald, you know how many spies there are that the federal government employs to spy on Americans? 60,000. 60,000 federal spies that work for the federal spying agencies will soon have the authority to spy without any warrants if Congress enacts this. There is a serious pushback from progressives on the left, libertarians on the right, even some basic Trump-supporting conservative Republicans are saying this is going too far. They’ll probably cave. Massey won’t cave.

AOC and her crazy lefties won’t cave, but most Republicans will. You know, you’re talking about 60,000 and who’s paying for it? Hey, this is, you got to pay this. You got to pay a tax day, right? April’s 17th, stealing our money for this, for this crime syndicate. And again, as I said, you know, you can’t stand Trump because he makes it clear what a crime syndicate it is, but how about little Georgie Bush who gave his homeland security? Well, that has 280,000 employees, two thirds of which are plain clothed and military garbed and mask wearing cops.

This is serious masks, not for any health purpose. They’re wearing masks so you don’t know who they are and you can’t identify them in court. After the Watergate fiasco, Congress enacted the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978, which established a secret court in Washington, not unlike the London court Madison condemned in the pre-revolutionary war days. The FISA court issues secret warrants allowing spying on Americans and foreigners in the US. In 2008, you write, Congress added section 702 to the FISA permitting warrantless surveillance of foreign persons to communicate with Americans. The FISA court interpreted section 702 to permit warrantless surveillance on Americans who communicate with foreigners.

So if you or I email a hotel in Florence, Italy to book a room because we communicated with a foreign person, the feds can surveil us without warrants forever. I call my mother, my hundred year old mother, the feds can surveil her forever. She calls her 96 year old sister, the feds can surveil my aunt. The sister calls her daughter, the feds can surveil my cousin. This goes on for six degrees. This happened three and a half million times in 2023, the last year for which we have digits. Do the math, three and a half million times six degrees.

You know what that comes to? 340 million, the population of the United States of America. That’s what Congress is being asked to reauthorize. This power expires at the end of this month. So as I said at the beginning, the person that I would love to see is President of the United States is Judge Agent Napolitano, because what he’s saying is to bring back our rights that have been stolen from us right in front of our eyes, right in front, but nobody knows this, what you’re talking about. They have no idea. And you go on to write here.

We have a so-called democracy that rejects Brandeis’ recognition that the Fourth Amendment was written to protect more than our quote, persons, houses, papers, and effects. It was written to protect our beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and sensations from the government’s insatiable appetite to know more about us than we know about it. And again, you call it a democracy, you spelt it wrong. It’s D-U-H, duh, M-O-C-K, mock, R-A-C-Y, duh, democracy. It’s not a democracy. By the facts that you’re written over here, this, why don’t we, you know, I just came up with a new name, the U-Z-S-A, the United Zionist State of America.

Wow. It’s what it is. You know, Pat Buchanan, 30 years ago, said the Congress of the United States is Israeli-occupied territory. Only Pat could put it that way. Oh, look at it. And you see, the Democrats just came out going against AIPAC. It’s the article in your Trends Journal this week. And, you know, the, it’s, they control, look, we talked about that article that was in the New York Times last week about how Netanyahu and Mossad came to America and told Trump what to do with this war. And Netanyahu sat at the head of the table.

And they call it a, what, a situation room? How about a stupid room? Look at the clown’s jerks in there. Hexent, Rubio, one jerk after another situation room. You know, Democrats support AIPAC in Israel. There’s an article in your Trends Journal this week. Judge, what’s going on that you know about what’s going on with Iran? Well, with the great people that you have on, judging freedom, and everybody you want to see and hear people that you’re not going to find anywhere else, go to judging freedom. It’s phenomenal. I just interviewed Muhammad Marandi, who’s a professor of literature at Tehran University.

Professor Marandi was born in Alexandria, Virginia, and raised in the United States. He’s American as the rest of us, and he has dual citizenship. He was part of the Iranian delegation that went to Islamabad. Wow. He described Vice President Vance as ill-prepared, lacking in sleep, a nervous wreck, constantly leaving the room to talk on the phone. And every word he said, monitored by the Zionist spies who were there, Jared Kushner and Steve Whitcoff, the Iranians requested that they not be there because these two have lied to the Iranians so many times, but the White House took the position.

Probably accurate that they could bring whoever they wanted. It was clear to the Iranian negotiators that Vance had no authority to agree to anything. The Iranian negotiators, the foreign minister, the head of the parliament, the deputy head of the parliament, had all the authority to cut a deal right then and there. So this was basically a stunt pulled off by Trump to make the world look like he was interested in negotiating. He’s not. The Financial Times this morning said that, a little bit of tongue in cheek, Vance drank the poisoned chalice.

I mean, Vance had a terrible week. He campaigned for Victor Orban for three days in English, two people that don’t understand English in Hungary. Orban got clobbered. He made a fool of himself with this negotiation. He came back home and he tried to take on the pope, which is typical of new Catholics. You know, the converts make the most religious Catholics. They think they know more than everybody else. So, man, I don’t know where any of this is going. Pepe Escobar will be on with me in a few hours, has some insights from people on the Iranian side that were at the negotiations as well.

Here’s the deal as we see it. Trump just keeps playing the game, peace deal, peace deal, ceasefire, ceasefire to keep the equity markets up. Yes. Yes. Agreeing with you 100%. Matter of fact, today he even said that the war is going to end, the war is over and the stock markets are going to boom. And what people have no idea about is that the equity markets were going down before this war began. We write about it as it was happening. And they’re artificially propping it with all of this BS that he keeps selling day after day after day, lie after lie after lie.

How many times has he said this war is over? Well, we know what happens with artificial propping that leads to a bubble and the bubble will burst. You got it. You got it. Who else do you have coming up? Professor Glenn Diesen, and your second biggest fan after me, the great Phil Giraldi. Yeah. Boy, the articles that Phil Giraldi writes each week are unbelievable. The facts that he puts in there. He really… His article is called, when is a ceasefire a scam? I know it’s in your trends journal. We published that one too, along with yours.

Great, great. And yeah, no, this is very serious, what’s going on. And I’m very concerned. Again, Israel is not going to end this war. They’re going to keep taking all the land they can from Lebanon. They’re killing people every day. And they just killed another 13 people in Gaza. It’s totally out of the news. Oh, and Trump wrote something about today, about Iran, that they killed some 47,000 people during those protests. And how come they’re not being condemned by the Pope? Did you see that? No. How about Israel killing, according to Lancet, well over a hundred thousand Palestinians and demolishing the enclave to ruins? How about that, Trump? Oh, no, don’t talk about that.

I forgot. You talked about Jared Kushner, the little clown boy. That’s his son-in-law that we quoted in the trends journal back in March of 2024. That quote, this is very valuable waterfront property in Gaza. And that the Palestinians should be moved into the Negev desert. Oh, that Jared Kushner. And who’d you say the other guy was at the meeting over there? Steve Jerkoff, Wickoff? Yeah. What a joke. The American people need to wake up because they’re being robbed left and right. If a Democratic presidency succeeds Trump, you’re probably going to find a lot of insider trading with all these ups and downs and ups and downs manipulated by Trump.

Yep. I mean, he tried to pull off one of these trades and his brokers refused to do it. Yep. And again, if the Democrats get in, remember we had genocide Joe before we had we had Trump. Correct. That’s the same, you know, same thing, different story. Judge, thanks so much for being on. And remember everybody go to judging freedom. Nothing like it. [tr:trw].
