Hey, it’s Dan. Welcome back to I Allegedly. I’ve got a good one for you today because you are 100% right, nothing is fair. Nothing is fair in this world. Nothing. Not a thing. Like, subscribe, share this video. Let’s get right into it. First things first, there’s no particular order of these stories, but they’re all go to the same theme of the lunacy of trying to live your life, be a good person, and get ahead. So that someday you could slow down and take a break. I have friends that are retired right now, and they just try to live their lives and be as happy as they can.

First things first, San Diego. The county of San Diego is like every other county in the country that is hurting from money. So they came up with a brilliant idea. We’re going to tax the homes that are vacant. You heard me. They’re going to put a penalty on your house if you are not living in it. You can’t rent it out. You can’t do short-term rentals. You can’t do Airbnb. But listen, the fact that you got ahead and you may live across the country and you want to come to sunny San Diego and live part of the year? Nah.

You’re going to start to pay a penalty. And I thought, what is this going to be? $149 a year? No, it’s $8,000 a year. $8,000 a year. If you continue and you do it multiple years in a row, it goes to $10,000 a year. Now, the city managers and the people that couldn’t run their own business are going, gosh, we can generate basically, you know, we’re going to generate $26 to $36 million a year for this. Would you imagine that? Right now, they anticipate the ones that they know of that there’s 5,100 houses that are vacant right now.

5,100. OK. Well, you can’t have a vacant house in San Diego. They’re going to pass this because, again, the legislature is incestuous and on top of each other. And they’re doing their own thing where they cannot think of what would make it better to bring, you know, manufacturing to San Diego, production, another sports franchise. You know, no, no, no, no, no, no. Let’s pass the people that are middle class that have a second home. Think about that. It’s vacant. No, you can’t have it be vacant. So cannot do that. Isn’t that just insane? It’s absolutely nuts right now.

So there’s more to this. You know, you’re starting to see people complain more and more about the World Cup. The World Cup is outrageous as far as the price of the tickets. Now you’ve got the New York City transit system that has a bus and train tickets that are basically $12.90. No, they’re going to be $100 tickets, guys. $100 to take the train during the World Cup. Why shouldn’t we profit from this, too? Is that insane? $100, you know, ticket to do this. So again, again, no creativity, nothing to, you know, increase business. Do anything that’s good in this world.

We’re just going to go out and raise the price of public transportation. God, that is just so sickening. But just it really is troubling right now when you hear this stuff. It really is. So now I thought I’d take a little field trip down the streets with 7-Eleven. Why is that? Because 7-Eleven is going to go and shut down over 600 stores. We’re at 645 stores because what they’re going to do is they’re going to go through a massive rebranding and remodeling with all their stores. Stores that are not making money are done. They want to compete with buckies.

Have you ever been to a buckies? How is this going to compete with buckies? It’s not. But we’re going to offer full food service. We’re going to be like Sheets and Wava, which I’ve never heard of either one of those stores. But they’re going to compete with that and they’re going to make the 7-Eleven be more competitive as they close all these stores. They cannot afford to stay open. The labor costs, the franchisee costs, everything. So you’re just going to see 645 stores close in 2026. Now, one other thing that I thought was wild that wanted to cover here was, homework associations are an absolute ripoff.

There is a homework association that is in huge trouble. And I did this on Facebook and it got a ton of views. But think about this. Guys having a heart attack, the ambulance, pulls up to see this guy and see if he needs to go to the hospital. HOA says, no, he’s behind on his dues. We won’t let you in. Could you imagine that? Could you imagine stopping an emergency vehicle? You shouldn’t pay your homework association. What if there’s a dispute? What if they improperly build the person? Whatever. But do you live in an association? Have you ever had any run-ins like that? And the one thing I talked about on Facebook was I was the president of the architectural committee and I saw lunacy.

I saw people do things that you would not believe when it came to that. So I quit because they were horrible people. Let me know about this. But think about it. An ambulance stops from going into the complex because the guy didn’t pay his dues. What do you think about that? Let’s talk about our sponsor, Thisla Copper. They trade under the ticker symbol VCUFF. Late last year, I talked about copper and I talked about the importance of Alaska when it comes to getting our critical minerals. The Department of Energy and the Department of Defense just opened up something called Ambler Road.

And they have full support of our administration in getting these metals out of Alaska. You’re going to see more and more successful projects that are going to be mined there. Now, Thisla Copper owns something called the Palmer Project. They own 100% of it. They anticipate there’s 178 million pounds of copper, 543 million pounds of zinc in this one area. And the advantage to this is that it’s just untapped. Now, they have a billion dollar management team. They have had successful projects in the past. And you haven’t seen anything yet when it comes to the mining to this.

But we want to keep these mining projects in our own backyard right now. It’s critical that we have this. Marco Rubio has also talked about the importance of defense and also maintaining critical minerals when it comes to the security of the United States. Take a look at VCUFF, guys. It’s a different play. It’s a smaller company that has huge potential to it. So check it out today, guys. I think that one thing that’s exciting about this is the fact that they have the support of the government. You’ve got all these people that have had really successful projects in the past.

Two similar companies that were smaller had over 200% gains on their stock price. Trilogy Metals and Nova Minerals had just amazing results. Check out VCUFF today. Do your own due diligence. But I really think that this is a winner because of everything that they’re working on right now. And it’s very exciting. Don’t forget that we have the private channel iAllegedlyLive. Don’t forget to follow me on Facebook for iAllegedly, iHeartRadio, Spotify, all that fun stuff. We’re on the Apple Store. We’re everywhere, baby. So when the economy goes south, it is customary that people go out and try to cut corners.

One thing that they do is they don’t pay the parking tickets. There was an Audi G5 second generation that had 293 parking tickets. Isn’t that crazy? 293 parking tickets to the tune of $286,000 in fines. They finally towed the car because the person wouldn’t pay it. So again, tickets are legit. You have to pay those in order to register your car. That’s how it is in Maryland. That’s how it is here in California. I had an ex-employee who had one of my trucks parked it in front of his house. And then he stopped taking care of the truck, got 19 parking tickets.

19. Think about it. Every two weeks, you’d have street sweeping. Let’s just kept letting the tickets, you know, compound, compound, compound. So finally, hey, they’re going to tow your car. I’m like, what are you doing? Aren’t you moving the car on street sweeping day? No. I went to go register the car after the fact, after they towed it. Oh my God. So you’ve got thousands of dollars for the fines. Just let this thing go to auction and give the truck up. I was curious over this. This is the same employee that when he stopped working for me, drove my truck to go work for other people and drove through the toll roads here with three transponders in the glovebox for other vehicles.

So it was hitting, hitting, you know, just charging galore. Didn’t think anything about it. But again, haha, Dan’s got to pay for it. You know what I mean? So needless to say, nothing is fair. Nothing is reasonable. You want to know why things are expensive? It’s things like that. Oh my God. You know, we are starting to see a world where people are getting caught doing bad things. Tamika Brown was a woman in Florida who’s been charged with, thank Dr. Martin for this one, charged with stealing 200 identities to get their SNAP benefits to the tune of almost $150,000.

Wow. Now you can sit there and say, how do you eat $150,000 for the food? No, you sell the benefits. You walk into the store and say, hey, here’s a SNAP card that’s got 800 bucks on it. Oh, well, we’ll give you 200 for it. And then they buy stuff with it. That’s generally how it’s done. But again, you know, Massachusetts has lost its mind. Massachusetts is going to have a law where they’re going to limit your driving to support green energy. Yes. What’s the limit, Dan? Well, there is no limit. We’re not going to set it.

We’re just going to have guidelines for you. And if you don’t fall within the guidelines, you’re going to pay more for registration and things like that. So everybody’s going to pay for that. It’s funny. My son, I was thinking, wow, he drove for that one job. He drove 45 miles to work. I wonder if he would be considered, you know, a scoff law and driving too far to get himself to work every day. Who knows? Who knows? Isn’t that terrible? It’s just you can’t make this stuff up, guys. You really can’t.

You know, as we sit there and we go through all this stuff, all these different parking tickets, the fact that nobody can afford to go out and go to the movies. Vegas right now is going through such a problem. And I’ve got to go to Vegas next week. I was invited out for an event. And I am telling you, it is crazy because you’re starting to see more and more hotels have an all-inclusive program just to get you there. What they’re hoping is that you’re going to walk by the slot machines and throw a little money in there while you’re there.

This is the end of Las Vegas. You’re going to see, you know, in addition to convenience stores going out of business, you’re going to see the fact that Vegas hotels, you’re going to see somebody go bankrupt. I think that you’re going to see fast food places go out of business. You’re going to see the fact that you have places like In-N-Out Hamburger, who’s a deal. In-N-Out’s inexpensive guys to go eat there. The food’s pretty good. The patties have gotten smaller, and I’ve complained about that. But you just get a three-by-three or four-by-four, and it makes for a nice burger.

And it’s still inexpensive, too. Plus, they have this thing called a puppy patty, which is about a buck. And they cook patties and don’t salt them, so it’s a treat for Rosie. Final, final story from Dr. Marvin. And again, if you want to email me, it’s HelloWhatIAllegedly.com. There are more millionaires out there. They don’t feel like they’re millionaires. Yeah, because a million bucks isn’t what it used to be. Remember, John’s a millionaire. John bought a house for a million dollars. He used to be like, wow, what did he get? Does he have a lake in his backyard? You know what I mean? There was a point in time when a million dollars was the figure.

Now, I’m telling you guys right now, as I walk through this park, every house here is well over a million dollars, a million five. Okay, check it out. Veterans Park. Pull it up on Zilla, waste of time. The point is that there’s more and more millionaires that don’t feel like millionaires right now. Duh. Nobody can afford anything right now. This is the problem that we’re living through is the unaffordability crisis of America. That’s what’s happening right now. And when people go to the UK, or they go different places, my daughter just got back from Japan, and she was telling me all these different places that she would shop, and they had like little chicken sandwiches at places.

She said, dad, it was less than $2, like $1.40 for these chicken sandwiches, and they were just delicious, and they were real small, and it was a good little snack, you know, as I was going to different museums and different things. You don’t get things like that. You don’t get value in anything that we do anymore. So, let me know, guys. Like, subscribe, make bad choices. I’ll see you soon, okay? Thank you. [tr:trw].
