let’s see what happens Stellantis has already closed its Jeep manufacturing facility in Mexico and in Canada okay we’ll go make those here okay now understand this it’s very difficult just to close up a factory and move things from one place to the next I get that but one thing that’s fascinating right now what’s the first thing to happen Ford steps forward and Ford says that it is going to charge people with the employee pricing how great is that you guys want to go buy a car go buy a Ford right now it’s a tremendous deal right now I’m telling you that employee pricing it’s the best deal you can get I know people through the years as an old man that have had employees buy GM cars and all this stuff and what they’ve done is just waited okay I gotta buy it in Ted’s name and then Ted transfers it over to me I’ve seen all the stuff but it saves people a tremendous amount of money doing this okay so next thing is GM GM just announced that they’re hiring more locally here in the states they’re going to add extra shifts they want part-time workers to assemble vehicles why is that well because they understand there’s going to be immediate demand for the GM cars okay well that’s a good thing right I think so once again the idea with this is make stuff here here is the deal with this and if you looked at the Honda deal and you look at places like Apple and everybody else all you have to do is have some type of agreement worked out with the government and you can manufacture here and you want to be subjected to the tariffs it’s that simple look at Honda Honda made this deal they’re not going to manufacture cars here for three years and not paying the terrace okay that’s it that’s a tremendous deal who’s next uh-huh it’s terrible Dan it’s terrible and again I get it I get that half the people hate this guy I really really do I’ve never you know swayed from that CNN steps forward and I found an article earlier today where they said it’s going to cost the average family $3,800 a year for the new terrace and then I went back to that article and now it’s only going to cost us $2,100 a year like a financier and economist came forward you know guys whatever it’s going to cost us nobody complained over the last four years when it cost the average family $4,000 a year with the inflation numbers no one complained about that it was part of the price of doing business and it was always the other guys fault you know what I mean it was never the current administration well now these guys spent money on everything everything and it’s a bad thing you know I keep getting things sent to me oh they’re killing this program they’re killing that program please understand this that my channel has been open for five years I started doing this helping people get grant money helping people get money to pay their their heating bill their electric bill those programs are never going to go away I’ll tell you what’s gonna go away the waste in those agencies having an agency that has 45 people work at it that needs three and you can sit there and say oh Dan you don’t know how many applications we get how simple it is no it’s very simple do your job and process the paperwork I’ve helped so many people get this money one of them is called Laheap which is the low income heating energy I got to anyways I can’t think of what the other words are with it but the thing about this is that it’s people are gonna suffer people are going to freeze well it’s getting to be springtime guys no one’s freezing this week okay let’s put it that way but the other thing is that I want you to understand that these programs they’re not getting rid of this stuff the stuff is not going to go away you’re still going to be able to get this money and and you know it’s just there’s so many different ways around this there really is and I’m telling you guys you you want when you get your cell phone bill paid just ways to get it paid you want to get health insurance paid there’s ways to get it done those programs are not gonna go away these vouchers and the voucher programs for people the idea with this is if you are able-bodied and you are lazy you shouldn’t have your rent paid for you if you are ill or you are disabled you should be entitled to free rent that is how the programs were set up and I’m telling you this right now is that they’re getting rid of this all these different programs the Health and Human Services they’re getting rid of 10,000 employees right now why just to be cruel no guys they’re cutting back and they’re making it so that these people are going to have to take care of themselves that’s just that simple so I for one am NOT fearful of the tariffs right now I really am NOT interest rates went down this week interest rates they say went down because of the tariffs for mortgages we’ll go buy a house oh by the way this house right here that sold for 17 million dollars last time it was for sale so go get it this one here’s one Colville Banker right right in the water go interest rates dropped about a quarter of a point go buy it it’s it’s insane just the days of the handout okay we’re doing nothing are over with Amazon I’m your house and a lot of people that rent apartments that are not doing well that that’s gonna help okay so just let’s face it I’m it’s just the inner workings of all that stuff is crazy but let me do a deeper dive in the last story but the next one is a myth I like this Americans haven’t felt this bad about the layoffs since 2009 we haven’t had the layoffs like we have right now you have more layoffs right now than you’ve had in in years yesterday’s video covered you know 115 companies are laying people off what else guys it’s just it’s never ending right now and then the final final story multiple people where you could have multiple manufacturing in one facility okay this guy’s gonna take up 1,500 square feet this guy’s gonna take up 2,000 this guy needs an injection molder and so
