President Trump, call the Justice Department, respectfully. Let’s get the documents, expose the Biden corruption, and frankly, it should be criminally investigated within the law. The changed circumstances of Trump coming into office has resulted, as I’ve noted, in kind of new legal arguments as a result of President Trump’s various actions, and President Biden’s corrupt actions. One of the most corrupt actions that President Biden engaged in, and there were many, were the blanket scam pardons of his family members, including Hunter Biden. Now, as I’ve observed and commented upon, I don’t think those pardons are legitimate and should be treated as invalid and null, and as I call them, the empty-set pardons, because they are not specific, don’t name specific offenses in large measure, cover a massive period of time, and are therefore unenforceable.

Now, while that being said, the Hunter Biden pardons did specifically, at least in part, remove the liability on some of crimes related to Hunter Biden, including certain IRS charges he was facing, even though they were limited as a result of Justice Department corruption. So we initially had sued for records about the IRS investigations of Hunter Biden, the Justice Department, what they had on that, and they said it’s law enforcement, we’ve got ongoing investigations, and we couldn’t think of a way around it because the courts are deferential, so we dismissed the lawsuit.

As I say, we filed, excuse me, as our press release says, we filed an earlier lawsuit in 2023, the July of 2023, after the Justice Department failed to respond to our FOIA request for access to public records to Special Counsel Jack Smith. During the course of the suit, the Justice Department invoked Exemption 7A to withhold records due to an ongoing enforcement proceeding regarding Hunter Biden, and the suit was dismissed. In light of the recent pardon issued by the President to Hunter Biden, no open law enforcement proceedings remain. However, the original FOIA request remains open, and so Judicial Watch filed a new complaint stating, the Justice Department has failed to produce the requested records or demonstrate that the records are lawfully exempt from production.

And as we know, this again is a perfect opportunity for the Trump Justice Department to expose the extent of the IRS DOJ corruption to cover up Biden family corruption. Now, you know, we’ve got lawsuit after lawsuit on Biden family corruption. Many of these lawsuits have been obstructed, documents have been withheld by the Biden administration. All of that should be evaluated by President Trump’s team. And this is what we were specifically requesting. Records and communications, including emails chain, email attachments, text messages, calendar invites, et cetera, of the Office of Attorney General or the Office of Deputy Attorney General for any person acting on their behalf regarding the Internal Revenue Service investigation of Hunter Biden.

So, again, President Trump called the Justice Department respectfully. Let’s get the documents, expose the Biden corruption, and frankly, it should be criminally investigated within the law as well. For more information, visit www.fema.gov
