This is really kind of part three of a series of videos that I have done about what you can do, because we can talk about all of the ways that they tried to hoodwink us, they tried to pull the wool over our eyes. How many people do you know that? Felfort, hook, line and sinker.
I’m going to read a couple of your comments because they were so compelling and so many of you have stood up and stood strong all this time. We are actually entering into year five. I guess this was the five year plan, the five year war or something. And you know that I’ve been standing up and fighting for you, and I know that you have been fighting as well.
So in this video, I want to cover another dozen or so of specific things, exact things that you can do. And I’ve already given you a laundry list on my substack, which is peggyhall dot substack. com. And more ideas came to mind. And you shared some ideas. And these are things that will help us feel empowered instead of powerless. We feel encouraged instead of discouraged. Because remember that psychological wearing down is exactly what the bad guys want.
And I’m going to show you exactly how we can push back against that. Now, there are people that have been, you know, investing in gold or I know somebody that has a lot of coins, just coins, not valuable coins, but they might become valuable down the road if you need to exchange those in some kind of barter or trade.
And I’m not saying that a nickel is going to hold its value or a dime is going to hold its value or even a dollar bill. We see what’s happening right now. I had a very funny meme, by the way. Let me see if I can pull this up for you over on my Instagram channel. And that was all about the value of money and how it is really dropping.
And so let’s see if I’ve got my, this pulled up for you here. Yeah, I think this is so funny. Let me share my screen. And here we go. This is it. 50 is the new 20. Oh, my gosh. Remember when you could actually get, like, a lot of groceries for $20? Well, it’s. I would like to know what your weekly grocery bill is this time. So I think that’s really funny.
And it’s not funny because of inflation. So having different methods to safeguard your wealth, I think, is very, very important. And this is not going to be a video about prepping, per se, but this is just some simple actions that you can take. So, number one, consider what you can do to get out of debt, to have enough reserves. And I think that’s on the mind of so many of us, especially these days.
So some of this is going to be preaching to the choir, I understand. But many people even healthy Americans are still asking me in an exasperated manner, what can we do? And I think that question, sadly, is driven by fear. And that’s going to fall in with my next point. And you probably don’t do this, but it’s a good reminder to stop believing the mainstream merry go round media.
You want to go to direct sources for your information. Suffice it to say that you can’t believe everything you see or read or hear. You need to vet it with evidence against your own God given discernment. And every once in a while, you know, I will bring you some headlines on this channel because I want to use that as a source of, like, a critical thinking exercise. I will be bringing more content to you about spotting logical fallacies such as a red herring.
A perfect example of that is in the video that I did where RFK junior did sort of a rebuttal to Biden’s state of the union. And he gave his state of the union. And there were some points that I wanted to rebut in Bobby’s statement. So I did my own rebuttal to RFK juniors, State of the union. And somebody put in a comment. How come you’re not talking about Trump? All right, that is a classic red herring argument.
It is introducing a new topic to divert the attention away from the actual topic at hand. The video was a response to what Bobby Kennedy was saying. Why would I be bringing Trump into it, or anyone else into it, for that matter? And that is an error in logic. Now, whether this person did it intentionally, I don’t think so. I think they were just ignorant of how you actually have an argument.
And I don’t mean a fistfight. I mean, you put forth your premise and then you have evidence to support it. So I want to do more along those lines. I’ve done some snippets of it here and there when we talked about headline news. And it also reminds me, not you lovely, sophisticated, supportive, healthy Americans, but some people, this is like social media. And I saw a similar meme.
I can’t find it, so I can’t give the attribution, but it was along the lines of, you know, social media is like me saying my favorite fruit is watermelon, and then the comment is like, well, what about pineapple? And what about berries? I can’t even. I am literally shaking. I am unsubscribing from this channel. I can’t believe you’re so narrow minded. It’s like, okay, I can’t cover every single topic in every single video with every single perspective.
So anyhow, the point being, let’s go to the original source, not rely on the mainstream media. And for heaven’s sakes, you want to spot these logical fallacies. And that is a generalization and a red herring. The example that I just gave you now, you may or may not have children or grandchildren, or you may or may not have children or grandchildren in public schools, but if you do or you know somebody that does, this is your wake up call to get your children out of the public schools.
Now, right off the bat, you can go to celebrationeducation. com. My friend and my colleague Heather Martinson, she runs that program, and there are curriculum ideas that you can get for your family. She has information for free. She has other types of information that you can invest in. And in 2020 and 2021, we did a program together called Learning outside the Box, and it was all about freedom learning.
And I believe I still have a smaller, lightweight version of that on my website. But I will be updating many of my comments about my philosophy of freedom learning. You do not need to be a teacher. Your children are really going to be self directed and self educating, and they’ll be doing exploration and discovery as long as you create the conditions that allow that to thrive. So there’s a lot to talk about, but this is tops on my list.
The children have got to get out of public schools, even some private schools. I think children should be pulled out of. In my opinion, there is no superior learning alternative than to have a child learning with his or her parents. And it doesn’t have to be during the work week. It doesn’t have to be nine, eight to two. You can be doing this on the weekends, in the evenings.
You could even have a babysitter that is trained in my method of freedom learning to help facilitate the child’s learning. Even if you have a special needs child, even if you yourself are special needs with any type of objection, I would like to hear it because I can help you through that. There’s a lot of fear that surrounds this. Many objections come up. I’m not going to cover them all today because I’m giving you a list of things you can do, and that’s one of them.
I’ll cover that in detail at another time. I think number four is so important, and that’s what I strive to do on this channel. We need to focus on everything that is going well. It’s so easy. Maybe easy is not the word, but it’s almost like a knee jerk reaction to look and emphasize everything that’s going wrong. Always scanning the headlines for the worst things, emailing in a frenzy.
Did you see this? Did you see that? I could go back over the last six months or a year and all the things people told me were going to happen never happened. All right? There is so much fear being fomented and a lot by the so called freedom fighters. I don’t want to participate in that. So this is a reminder to myself and to you to observe, don’t absorb and to be informed, but not obsessed.
And I have videos by those exact titles to help remind you of putting limits and putting healthy boundaries around your freedom fighting. Otherwise you are going to burn yourself out. You are not going to be effective at standing strong. So think about all of the good things that are happening. All right? In my detailed summary, I reminded everybody of the good things that we did. We got the suffocation devices removed in California. We pushed back on the jab passport. We got those highway signs taken down that said stay home, stay 6ft apart, wash your hands while you’re in your car. Later in California, they actually had basically like an advertisement running on those highway signs telling you to go on your phone on an app to make an appointment called my turn.
And guess what it was your turn for on the freeway, the sign telling you to go on your phone and go on the app. Well, we did grassroots action against that. Those signs came down quickly because we pointed out how they were illegal, they were violating the regulations put forth by the Department of Transportation. And those are just a few of the top hits. But think about in your own realm, what is going good.
Are you part, are you of a part of a group of people that you’ve connected with? Are they doing good work? Do you feel like you’re more intelligent now and you’ve increased your knowledge? Do you feel more empowered? Do you feel that you’ve got your eyes on the public serpents and you’re not going to have the wool pulled over those eyes. All of these things are to be acknowledged and really applauded.
Otherwise the bad guys are going to pull us under. One of my sayings is kick harder and swim faster. You want to just leave them in the dust. By the way, I’ve got a t shirt with that on there. I have not been promoting the t shirts. I have a link, I think, over at my website. I will endeavor to leave a link for you in the descriptions of my videos going forward, and I think I’ll try to add that to my substack as well because it’s such a great conversation starter.
People love to wear hats that say things like look up. I want to have a t shirt that says strong on it, like a blank line. And then strong. Let me know in a comment if you know what that alludes to. It’s kind of a one size fits all, literally. So that is what I recommend, is focus on what is going good. So much is going good. When I was working in animal rescue, it was very, very emotionally draining and psychologically and emotionally horrifying to see the animal abuse and so forth.
There are so much good that’s going on. I will bring this to you in an upcoming video, because many of you are asking about which animal rescue groups I support, because I’ve been in that action and activism for many, many years. Oh, my gosh. Ever since, like, I was about 16 or 17 years old, I volunteered at animal shelters. I’ve done a lot of everything from a to z in animal rescue, and I want to help you, if you’re interested.
You’ve asked me who I trust, because I do not give my money to the humane society or, you know, the big humane society of the United States, the big ASPCA. I go local. Local. So when I was working animal rescue, it’s very easy to just be so traumatized. And what I would do is I would focus on the animals that were saved. I would focus on the good people that were not all wrapped up in the drama because there’s a lot of mental illness, sadly, that goes in with animals, hoarders and all of that.
So I turned my focus to all that was going good. We need to do that in this as well. All right. The next one I have for you is this is one. It may seem odd coming from me because of the business that I’m in, which is informing and encouraging and educating and inspiring people to understand the truth of what’s going on. But the fact is, I think it’s important that we stop arguing with others.
All right? The time has passed. They can find out the information just like you did. There’s a weird thing that happens with certain people that are very obstinate. I think, you know, some of them, I call them contrarians. I even did a video on this channel and on Living Swell with Peggy hall, which is my backup channel. I hope you’re subscribed to both of them. That really helps me get my messages out.
And the video was called how to deal with difficult people. It was another video that was like 45 minutes long. It was like a masterclass in dealing with narcissists. And so many of you loved that. And it just gets to the point where there are certain people that regardless of what you say, they’re going to push back. You could say that there are 24 hours in a day and they’re going to argue with that.
So my advice is, stop arguing with people. They have to discover the truth on their own, just like you did. It is not up to you to help them find it. You know, you could pray for them. I think that’s an important thing to do, and it is literally up to them now. And I do believe that there are some people that do not want to be helped.
I’ve been in health and wellness for many, many, many years. And that really is reflected in my other channel, living. So with Peggy hall and some time ago, gosh, it must have been about a decade ago now. I was doing well. There’s one incident in my many years of doing health and wellness coaching. And I had a very obese individual whose life was basically spent going to doctor’s appointments, going to physical therapy, having different treatments done.
He didn’t work because he had all these health issues. And he came to work with me and I got him in the pool because physical exercise in the water is so good, especially if you have any physical challenges. It’s just the best in terms of total body workout. You feel great, you’re getting oxygen. It’s just wonderful. And I helped him with a healthy eating approach, and he was quite obese.
So coming back after a week, he had lost like twelve pounds. Because people who are more overweight typically have that weight comes off them a little faster. And in the second week, he was, you know, now he was over 20 pounds down. And in the third week, he didn’t come back. And I’ve seen this again and again. It’s so distressing that there are certain people that are not willing to let go of their crutches or their crosses or whatever it is that they are dealing with.
Because think about it, he would have, had he gotten healthy, his wife likely would have said, okay, now it’s your turn to go to work. Because I’ve been working all the time. And he wouldn’t have spent his days going to the nutritionist and the physical therapist and all of that. So certain people do not want to be helped. I’ve learned it in my many decades coaching people, and certain people want to.
And that I count you among them. You want to understand the truth. You’re willing to dig deeper. You’re willing to have that discomfort of reality not matching up with what you thought reality was. Not everyone, frankly, has the constitution or the intellectual ability to do so. That’s my opinion. I did another video called signs of intelligent life, and that was a roundup of attributes and qualities that, you know, able bodied adults, I think, exhibit when they are intelligent.
I’m not talking about education at school. I’m not talking about that at all. I’m talking about kind of a God given, innate ability to see things. All right, the next point I have for you is, and I know that you don’t do this, but I want to put it on the list because it’s important to remind ourselves. It’s easy to get tripped up in this. Don’t buy into the spinmeisters that are masquerading as freedom fighters.
I have several videos called how not to be hoodwinked, duped, and bamboozled, and how to spot the fakes, frauds, and phony. So I’m not going to go into it because I’ve already gone into it a few times. But basically, the bottom line is, if all they are doing is peddling doom and gloom, you got to find somebody else to listen to. You are at risk of being emotionally manipulated.
Now, you may want to watch these because you are able to withstand the emotional manipulation, the fear based, you know, the fear fomenting of fear. You may be able to pick apart some of the little nuggets that they may have and fantastic, but just be aware of it. Like, what is their agenda? Why are they playing all this scary music and, you know, spinning hypnotic stuff? Like, I don’t care for that at all.
All right, talk. I spoke about focusing on the good and getting your own self healthy in your body, literally your physical body, getting off the junk food, whatever it is that you know, how you feel when you eat certain foods. You know how you feel when you’re getting the right kind of activity, exercise, movement that your body responds to. You know, how great you feel when you’re getting a good night’s sleep.
So you want to be able to increase your mental endurance as well as your physical endurance, your intellectual stamina, your determination. And all of these things are chipped away at when we are run down. I speak from experience because in the first year of the hogwashing, I barely slept. It was an emergency in my eyes. In terms of the emergency was I needed to help people that were suffering and struggling.
And literally, I had people. Oh, my gosh, I had to follow up with one woman because she. I didn’t think she was going to make it. I didn’t think she wanted to make it through this. And she did. She came through it. But there were some very, very troubling times, and I didn’t care about any of that. I didn’t care about what I ate, where, how I slept, what I wore, none of that.
Everything was put by the wayside. But a year into it, I realized I was on the fast track to burnout and I could not continue. I wouldn’t be able to serve you, to serve God, to serve our country, to do what I want to do, which is expose the evildoers, to defend our freedom, to stand for truth and enter, promote health and wellness as well, because we need that to withstand all of these, the sloshing of the hogwash.
So that fits in with the next one, which is literally to take breaks from it all. There is more to life than anticipating and dreading the next hogwashing. All right? And I know, I appreciate my lovely, healthy Americans sending me emails, but there are times when I, like, I feel in your email the anxiety and the dread. It’s almost like I can feel how you were typing that email.
And when I get, you know, dozens at once, it’s like, from the same person, it’s like, okay, I hope you didn’t spend a lot of time digging all this up, because there’s more to life than the tyranny if we only fixate on that. They have one, and I want to talk about that at the very last. I’ve got a couple more points here. This is really important. You have to understand what it is you can control and what it is you can’t.
There’s that poem or that saying that we have. Somebody can leave it in a comment about, lord, help me understand, give me patience to. I can’t even remember it right now, but it’s basically what I’m summarizing because frankly, the only things that you can control, well, you can only control yourself. And hopefully you are able to control your thoughts. You can choose thoughts that are going to serve you.
You don’t have to choose the thoughts that keep you stuck. The thoughts and the emotions are quite intertwined. And so you also have an ability to choose your feelings by choosing a good thought that’s going to generate that feeling. And if you’re feeling overwhelmed or drained, at least notice it, acknowledge it, and decide if you want to keep feeling that way, you have control over your thoughts, your feelings, your choices, and your actions.
In some cases, you have control over your circumstances, right? You can set up a boundary. You can leave if something is not, you know, within your boundary. But when it comes to other people, you don’t have any control over other people. I mean, even if you have children, it’s very hard to control children. I can’t even control my pets. All right? You cannot control other people’s thoughts or their feelings.
You are not responsible for their happiness or their emotions. You are not responsible for other people’s actions. There’s no such thing as you made me. No, nobody made you. You may have felt compelled or desiring to do it or maybe reluctantly doing it, but no, each individual is responsible for themselves. You see, the greater hogwashing is that you made them do it and they made you do it.
No, no, no. We need to let that go. Once you realize that you cannot control the public servants, I mean, you cannot control the milky skies. You cannot control the visitors infiltrating our country. Like, I cannot control that now. I can inform, influence, educate, inspire, empower. I can do all of those things, but I’m not at the border allowing people in or not, okay? I’m not in the plane or flying the drone turning on and off those jet plumes, all right? I don’t have control over that.
And once you realize that the things that you don’t have control over, you’re going to enjoy life so much more, right? I’m not saying give up, give in and give over. I had entire videos dedicated to you doing what you can, all right? Those are the previous ones that I did last week, all right? Very, very important. And I think you know this. You’ve got to enjoy your life.
You’ve got to live each day fully and freely. I like to think of energy or my life, what’s left of my life. Like, I have a giant bag of rice. Like, just dry grains of rice, and each little rice grain is a unit of life or breath or something like that. Am I going to just scoop up these grains of rice and scatter them at Fox News, scatter them at Twitter, and rumble? Like, why would I do that? Why would I waste my precious units of life? It doesn’t even make sense to me.
This is why I rarely don’t even ever watch movies. I certainly don’t watch the horror movies, the gory movies, the. Why would I do that? It does not make sense to me. That’s just me. I am going to enjoy my life. I’m going to be careful with those grains of rice. Even doing my videos here. Trust me, there are days I repent because I kind of flip my lid and go on a rant.
It kind of feels good sometimes. And many of you say that you let off some steam while I’m doing that as well. But I balance that with loving life, living life. Which is why I want you to go to the living swell with Peggy hall. We don’t talk about all this hogwash. We talk about empowering you to live fully and freely, all right? To make the most of what you have going forward.
So God alone numbers our days. Why would I be worried about, I don’t know, shedding or whatever I could worry about? It’s not worth the worry. Worrying does not add any length to your days. That’s also biblical. And don’t let the tyrant steal your soul, your peace of mind. This is coming up on my last couple. Think about terrorism, all right? Terrorism is actually based on the fear of something potentially happening.
That’s how powerful it is. It’s much more the fear of it happening than the actual event happening. I don’t live in fear of my house burning down. Now, I am as prepared as I can be. I’m not going to live in fear of that. I know that God will provide and that I have my emergency plans and so forth. By the way, if you would like emergency food, that is preparewithpeggy.

A five alarm fire going on, you know, their clickbait headlines and all. We don’t need that. So don’t give in, don’t give up. Do not give over your peace of mind. I think that is equally as important as freedom. It actually goes hand in hand.
Your peace of mind and your freedom are interconnected. So I live in freedom because I have freedom in my soul. I’ve got to do another video for you. This was on my list. I want to share with you my journal. Like in the very first few days of the hogwashing, it’s going to be uplifting because I made a list of everything that I can do that the government can’t touch.
These are the things that I like to focus on because I’m not going to let the bad guys win. It’s just not in my nature. Now, what I want to do is tell you about Ephesians, and that’s my last tip here, which is to pray Ephesians. What does that even mean? Let me share my screen and I’m going to bring this up for you and we will hop right on over.
Friends, the truth of the matter is we are in a spiritual war. And I have healthy Americans on this channel that are Christians, that are Mormons, that are Catholics, that are atheists, that are Buddhists, that are Muslims, that are Hindu, that are, uh, pantheists. Any, any manner of, uh, faith I have on this channel. And you have to admit that regardless of your beliefs, this is what we’re facing is far more than just man against man.
And here we go, the book of Ephesians. The instruction we get is for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Now, I have a part two that I want to follow up with because then we get the remedy. All right, so I love the book of Ephesians. It’s a very short book.
It’s very empowering. Again, regardless of your faith background, I believe you will find important instruction, inspiration, empowerment in the book of Ephesians. And think about it. If we’re not dealing, we’ve got the public serpents, and I’m calling them serpents intentionally. And I can see that YouTube is freezing my feet again. Yeah, I will wrap this up in a few minutes. The fact is there are individuals that are influenced by evil, that have been taken over by evil, and Lord help them who are evil, right? They have turned from God’s goodness and grace, and they have chosen the path of evil that is also biblical.
Again, you don’t need to believe in the Bible to understand that that is a truth. So if we are fighting against these spiritual entities that are manifesting themselves in those who have, don’t have the power of the Holy Spirit, also known as the holy breath, breathing in their body, we need to pray for them. And let me share with you the instruction of what we actually do. I’ll go back.
And this is the very next verse. So here we’re finding out that we are wrestling against. We’re in a spiritual battle. And here we go, the next verse. I just love this. And I’m going to look at new King James here. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day. And having done all to stand that right there, I could end on, but I’m going to continue reading this.
But you keep standing. You don’t fall. You don’t give in, give up, or give over yourself to the evil. You stand. I just love this, this verse. Many of you have written to me in your cards and letters that I’m going to be sharing with you in an upcoming video. And then it goes on to say, to say, stand. Therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace, above all, taking the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
Okay, if this doesn’t inspire you, friends. All right, stand. Therefore, having girded your waist with the truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace, above all, having taken the shield of faith, I have that I go forward in faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. Can I get an amen here? Right? Having done all stand.
Friends, I find this so extremely inspiring. And I want to just finish off with a couple of your inspiring messages. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate having you on board. So many of you have said, Peggy, I come to your channel because it helps me realize that I literally am not alone in all of this. Sometimes I think I’m going crazy. People will write, and from my video the other day, green is the new black said, I’m loving your backstory, Peggy, and the chronology.
I’m definitely going to share this, my husband, Pastor David, said, because I was talking about the immune system. Getting a good night’s sleep and eating well and being just nourished and not. I call it keeping your vessel pristine. You don’t want to allow all these things. You don’t want to allow visions that you don’t want to see. You know, you don’t want to look at things or, um, just don’t want that stuff to be, uh, a part.
Become a part of who you are. Pastor David says it’s not the immune system. I think it’s the immune system now. And Apple owns it like the iPhone, the iPad, and the immune. Okay, that is brilliant. One of the commenters said, when I go to the store, I pretend to have a conversation over the phone. My conversation can consist of, there’s no such thing as, um, how do we call it? Public health.
There’s only individual health. And then she said that she explained that at her medical checkup, and she’s been told that she has to lose weight, stop drinking coffee. And then I say, in all of the years, never, ever, ever have I been told to suffocate myself in order to protect my health. And she said, I also say that when the doctors ask me to suffocate myself for another person’s health, I say, how can I believe that you have my best interest in mind if they care more about another person’s health than mine? Having a conversation, specifically out loud in public, in a line.
She said, people listen to my conversations and out of politeness, have never told me that they don’t want to hear anything that I have to say. And I really appreciate having all of your comments.
