Summary
➡ The text discusses the process of isolating vitamins and hormones from living tissues, questioning the validity of these methods. It suggests that the steps taken in the lab may create substances that weren’t originally present in the tissue. The author also introduces the concept of ‘new biology’, which views the universe as a unified entity, alive with forces that connect everything. This perspective sees the world as composed of the elements earth, water, air, and fire, all existing within an electromagnetic field called the ether.
➡ Life is made up of four elements: earth, water, air, and fire, which are present in all living beings, including humans. Each species and individual has a unique relationship with these elements, which also form different organs in our bodies. Health is defined as a harmonious relationship between these elements and a free flow of emotions and thoughts. The new biology approach to medicine aims to restore the balance of these elements and promote healthy thinking, as any imbalance or stagnation can lead to disease.
➡ The article discusses the benefits of cardiac glycosides, chemicals found in certain plants like Strophanthus, which are used in medicine. These chemicals, particularly one called Wabain, are known to improve heart conditions like heart failure and atrial fibrillation. Recent studies suggest they also have potential in treating various diseases including cancer, viral infections, and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s. However, the author argues that the scientific explanations for these effects, involving complex biological pathways and receptors, are incorrect, while acknowledging the observed improvements in patients.
➡ The text discusses a new biological understanding that suggests Strophanthus, a plant extract, can improve health by affecting the body’s sodium-potassium balance and enhancing the structure of water in our tissues. This leads to better functioning of the nervous system, heart, and overall health. The author also criticizes a reductionist, materialistic approach to health and encourages a more holistic, sensory-based approach to understanding our bodies and the world around us. He suggests a homework assignment of rejecting reductionist thinking and focusing on personal experiences and feelings to improve health and regain control over our lives.

Okay, welcome everybody. Today is another edition of Wednesday webinars. Today is November 12, 2025. And thanks everybody for joining me. And I don’t think I have any announcements, so maybe let’s just get right to it. And yeah, so last time we I was asked to repeat the lectures talks that I gave at the Weston Price Conference, which was a two talks and the first was a farewell to the old biology. And then the next one, which is today is the warm welcome to the new biology. And hopefully everybody has seen that. The previous lecture and basically I talked about the old, old biology and then how there was a catastrophe and then came the what is I now call the old biology.
And this catastrophe. It’s hard to pin a date on it exactly because it’s history is so mixed up and hard to believe and all that stuff. But sometime in biology, around the late 1800s, and it basically with the introduction of the cell theory of Rudolph Verschau and the germ theory of Louis Pasteur and the evolutionary theory of Charles Darwin. And so biology eventually became based on, instead of observation and experimentation, it became basically models. Or as Einstein put it, no longer will science be based on observation and experimentation, but on the free inventions of the mind, which I translate is basically making stuff up.
Making stuff up. So all the young men and women from that time on were sent forward into the world to make stuff up. And of course that’s what they did and that’s how we got the old current biology and science. So let’s pick up where we left off last time and I’m going to share my screen. Let’s get out of this and pick up where we left off and make this a little bigger. Okay? So again, basically science became constructions of the mind or making stuff up. And we went over some of these. But here’s a list and we got to number 17, 18 and 19 on this list, which are hormones, vitamins and omega 3, omega 6 fats, and of course there’s many, many more.
Now this seems particularly heretical and hard to believe for most people. In fact, it was hard to believe for me. And it’s very important to be extremely precise and clear about what I mean. So I don’t mean that you cannot synthesize insulin, estrogen or testosterone in a laboratory, or vitamin C, vitamin A or B vitamins. These are basically chemicals. And nor am I saying that giving people or animals these chemicals doesn’t have an effect on them because clearly chemicals have effect, but the fact that a chemical has an effect on a living being is not actually proof that the living being contains that chemical while it’s alive.
Because if you believe that or think that that’s true, that obviously if somebody is sad and you give them cocaine, then that must mean that the reason people are sad is because they don’t have enough cocaine. And cocaine is found in the living person. And I don’t think anybody actually believes that. So all these things clearly have an effect. And not only do they have an effect, but they have a interesting and mimicking effect of the typical organ from which they’re mostly found. So you see a similar effect of testosterone as the human, as the male genitals, and estrogen as the ovaries, and insulin as a extract of the pancreas and vitamin C from eating certain fruits like lemons and rose hips, et cetera, and vitamin A from eating different fats and B vitamins from all the different things that contain B vitamins or allegedly contain B vitamins.
Same with omega 3 fats and omega 6 fats. So the question which I’m going to get into in a minute is how do we have any of these chemicals actually been found in living systems? That is the only question that I’m trying to address. Again, not whether these chemicals have an effect on living beings. Now, the next thing is I wrote a, a short list of, of the functions, biological functions that are either misinterpreted or simply don’t exist. And let me run through this. DNA is a mechanism of heredity. And we gave a number of examples of heredity that couldn’t possibly have anything to do with DNA.
Particularly this striking example, a girl who was born without four of her fingers, or four of her fingers were as if they were cut off. And it turns out her mother had a accident with a buzz saw or something and cut off the ends of those four fingers early on in pregnancy. So there are many, many examples of this that there’s no way that could have possibly changed the DNA. Yet there is some, some sort of heredity, some sort of transmission of, of traits from one generation to the next. So again, I’m not saying there isn’t heredity, because clearly there is.
What I’m saying is that a chemical called DNA is not the mechanism. So the next one is the DNA coding for MRNA within the nucleus. The translation of MRNA into prot. Seen on the ribosomes. Obviously the ribosomes don’t exist, so that can’t possibly be true. And I talked about the problem with the nuclear pores, the alleged holes in the nuclear membrane and how you can measure a difference in the ph inside and out, in the, in, inside the nucleus versus the cytoplasm. And it’s clearly different. And we’re told that’s because of the difference in the hydrogen ions, which means the hydrogen ions can’t equilibrate across the membrane, the nuclear membrane.
And it’s hard to imagine how you can have a hole that lets an MRNA out, which is a million times bigger than a hydrogen ion, allegedly, and keep the hydrogen ions from equilibrating. It’s like making a screen that allows the elephants to go out, but not the mosquitoes. So that can’t be nanomotors in the mitochondria. This can’t be. There are no nanomotors that have ever been actually seen or purified or identified. ATP is not the fuel or currency of energy supplies of biological systems. Gilbert Lang talked a lot about this. We don’t have an immune system.
And I talked about the problem with what do we mean by an immune system. And this was just a post hoc explanation for trying to explain why some people who allegedly got exposed to a virus got sick and others didn’t. And so there must be some sort of immune system that keeps you from getting sick. That doesn’t mean there aren’t white blood cells that actually eat up garbage. But the so called humoral or antibody part of the immune system is clearly a myth. And therefore, since we’re told that autoimmune disease are caused by antibodies attacking yourself, this simple way to prove that would be to purify, isolate an antibody from a person like rheumatoid factor or thyroid globulin antibodies, and then give those to another person or animal and recreate the sickness.
And I can guarantee everybody that that’s never been done. Therefore, the whole theory of autoimmune disease remains at best unproven and in actual fact has been disproven. There are no infectious diseases because there are no viruses. Nobody has ever shown the existence of a virus. There are bacteria and fungi, but isolating those and purifying those and exposing them to, well, animals or people, as far as we can tell, has never shown the transmission of disease. And since that’s the obvious logical, rational way to sort this out, until there is a study that demonstrates that, you would have to conclude that there is no evidence that bacteria or fungi cause disease.
They are certainly present at the site of injury and in people with disease. But that’s different than saying they’re the cause. And if you say they’re the Cause then you have to demonstrate that by isolating them, having only the bacteria and exposing them to, well, people and showing the disease. It’s not enough to say that some of the people who ate a certain kind of lettuce that’s probably been sprayed and poisoned, some of those people get diarrhea. And in some of the people with diarrhea they have listeria. And on some of the sprayed poison, breaking down lettuce, there’s also listeria.
That doesn’t prove that it was the listeria that cause the disease. Again, this is a simple logic and thinking problem. You got to isolate the bacteria, in this case listeria, and show that it’s the causative agent. And every time they try to do that, they get crickets. Number nine neurotransmitters creating the phenomenon of nerve transmission. We already have shown that there is no synapses, therefore there can’t be pre and post synaptic junctions. And the idea that there’s chemicals swimming across these junctions is way too slow for what we actually experience. And all you have to do is watch somebody play Chopin on a piano to know that there’s no way those chemicals are swimming across the junction that fast to create that experience.
And that’s not to say there aren’t chemicals potentially liberated after a nerve is transmits its impulse. But those are a secondary phenomena or a creation of the impulse, certainly not the cause. And then all the things that have to do with cell death, autophagy and apoptosis have to do with the Virchow theory that we’re made from cells and basically health is about managing the life of these cells. And since we know that isn’t true, then these things become irrelevant. So let’s look at some of these and I’m going to go quickly through this. So this is how vitamin A was isolated and therefore shown to be true.
So the way that I did this was I went back to the original papers and asked the question, how did they demonstrate that there was actually vitamin A in living substances? And basically you go to the procedures and then you find out they took 36 grams of an acetone soluble material from some living tissue and then they dissolved it in hexane and then they shook it with the alcohol and and then they washed it five times with hexane and then they re extracted it twice with 75% alcohol. And and then they buffered it with sodium hydroxide and then they got something that was ether soluble and that became vitamin A.
And so here’s the then they recrystallized it, and then they tell you what the properties are of the stuff that they got from these procedures. So the question that I have asked many analytical chemists in these last few years is how do you know that all these steps that you have to do in order to see or have a chemical called vitamin A that you can then analyze in the lab, how do you know that none of these steps that were done on starting with living tissue didn’t make something appear in your test tube that wasn’t actually there in the living tissue? I mean, it’s not usual for living tissue to be dissolved in acetone and hexane and alcohol and sodium hydroxide and all the rest of it.
And the obvious answer to that question is, we have no idea. So while that doesn’t prove that there is no vitamin A in this whatever living tissue, maybe it was cod liver oil that they started with, it certainly doesn’t prove that there is. In which case, at this point, we have to conclude, since this is the only way that they can actually get the vitamin A, that there is no evidence that it’s found actually in living tissue. Now, again, I’m not saying that whatever tissue or stuff they got it from, like cod liver oil, doesn’t have an effect, and it might even have a good effect.
And I’m not saying that vitamin A that’s been purified and synthesized in this way doesn’t have an effect. And it might even have a good effect, and they might even have similar effects. Cod liver oil and the stuff that they derived from it. None of those answer my question, which is, does that prove that the vitamin A was in there in the tissue? Because the answer is certainly not. And so we’re left with that question. And even. And it gets to the bigger philosophical question, do we have biochemicals and these chemical compounds in us? Or as it was pointed out, all of these molecules, all molecules are basically hypothetical constructs or constructions of the mind.
And so here’s the same thing. So again, I did the same thing. This was the original paper of the isolation of testicular hormone, otherwise now known as testosterone. So if you ask anybody, does do men have testosterone? And even women, they say, yes. And they tell you that, well, I took testosterone and my voice got deeper, or I had these effects, or I had these negative effects. And none of that is the question. The question is, how do you know that it was there in the living being? And again, we go through the, the, the steps, and they take the 14 grams of potassium hydroxide, ground it into a coarse pattern.
And then they take some fish liver oil and then they make a jelly like mass of soap, dissolved it in boiling water and then they put some petroleum ether, then they rotate it and emulsify it and layer it and then they put some more ether and on and on and on. And the same question, how do you know that none of these steps or all of them didn’t make something appear that wasn’t there in the original stuff? And the answer is nobody knows. And so we’re still left with the, the question was this there in the original sample? And frankly we have no idea.
That doesn’t mean that the chemical that they get doesn’t have an effect, doesn’t mean that eating the organ doesn’t have an effect, doesn’t mean they don’t have similar effects. But it doesn’t answer the question which is are we made of chemicals and hormones and vitamins and omega 3s and omega 6s? And the answer is there is no proof of that. And that is the hopefully the end of the old biology. So I’m gonna finish I think with that and then we’re going to turn our attention and welcome in the new biology. So what is the essence of the new biology? And let me just put this and maybe I’m going to stop the share for a second.
Actually I’m not going to stop the share, I’m gonna backs, not backspace it. Yeah, that’s what I’m going to do. So actually to start this welcoming the new biology, I’m going to read some quotes from somebody that you all have heard of. There’s some question, somebody certainly brought this up whether this guy was an actual person or not, and I can’t answer that, but let’s just say for now that he was. But I think whether or not this was a person or not, and whether the whole Tesla corporation is a Elon Musk based mockery of us is a different question.
Somebody said this and they whoever said it I think captured the essence of the new biology way of seeing the world. So the first quote is that which we call matter is merely vortices or whirlpools in the ether. Again this was attributed to Nikola Kessler. And the second Tesla quote is light cannot be anything else but a longitudinal disturbance of the ether involving alternating compression and rarefraction. In other words, light can be nothing else than a sound wave of the ether. And then there’s another quote here which has not got to do with Nikola Tesla, but it’s from the Buddhist philosophy Which I think makes the same point.
In Buddhist philosophy, the concept of the monad can be understood as the fundamental, indivisible unit of existence, a spark of awareness that is both unique and interconnected with all others. Together, these perspectives hint at a profound unity. The universe is neither inert nor random, but alive with forces, spiritual or electricity, that bind all things, making the individual both distinct and inseparable from the whole. And I think that kind of summarizes it almost exactly. Let me go back to this. And so if you remember when I talked about what were the principles of the old, old biology before the catastrophe, and they were, to put it simply, that the world, the earth, is based in a indivisible entity, a coherent whole that is called the ether.
And this is a. Essentially the medium, which is essentially the electromagnetic field that the earth is bathed in. And all of the wavelengths of sound and light, they move through this ether. They’re the medium that the waves move in. And so there’s not actually moving anywhere. They’re simply just as they said, perturbations of the ether, which then looks like a wave and looks like it’s traveling, but it’s actually not. It’s just different vortices and perturbations, disturbances of the ether. And then the ether was divided into four, essentially four parts. And these parts we know very well because we all sense them.
And they’re the earth, water, air and fire. And so we have basically this. This conception of what is as all that is is bathed in this medium called the ether, which is the electromagnetic field that all exists in. And then this ether gives rise or gives birth, or you could say even is differentiated into the various elements which are called earth, water, air and fire. Now, even more differentiation happens in living beings. Well, first in the mineral metallic world, if you want to use that word. So the earth sphere is divided into many different minerals and metals.
And essentially all of those are found in every living being. All living beings are made of the earth, and they contain in various ratios all of these different minerals and metals, as do we. The second element that makes up living things that now we’re talking about the plant world is the world of water. And then we talked about how the. In the living world, there is this structured, coherent, charged type of water that all living beings use as the. Their medium of life. And then we move into the animal world and we have motion, or the ability of animals distinct from plants to have free motion.
And that correlates with the emotional or soul world. And that’s based on the free movement of air into and out of these living beings. And finally, we have the world of the humans, which is the world of the fire or the spirit. And that is associated with the ability to think. So living beings have also have all of these four elements. They have all the elements, the metals and the minerals of the earth, and they contain pure, crystalline, structured water. All humans, and they contain this emotional air motion element and the fire element that we have associated with the spirit.
Furthermore, the old, old world’s picture of life was that all species have both a species specific configuration or ratios or properties, or at best, I think, configuration of these four elements. And so all frogs and all cats and all humans share a common general species orientation of having a certain ratio of minerals and metals, a certain type of crystalline water, a certain relationship with the air in motion, and a certain relationship with the fire element. Now, in addition to that, that we all belong to a species, we can also see that even down to the plants and certainly in animals and even more so in people, that there is also an individual relationship to these four elements.
So that we, we each individual person correlates with the general species elemental constitution or ratios, but also has an individual one which is Tom or Linda or Harry or Sally or whoever. We also have a slightly different type of crystalline water. And we have a slightly different relationship, an individual relationship to motion and the air, and a slightly different relationship and ratio or connection to the spirit and thinking and fire. And so that gives us the both. We’re both connected to our species, and the species are a creation of this ether world, the creation of the Creator, the Universal all, which again some people refer to as the divine or God or just the Creator.
So I think all the old, old biology people would say there was a Creator who worked through the ether and then differentiated into the four elements. And each of each species was an individual relationship to the four elements. Each individual was a individual relationship within that species configuration. And then even more so, the, these electromagnetic forces and properties and relationships of the four elements make up the different organs, the liver or the spleen or the heart, that are found in all the animals and all the humans. And so then you end up with essentially three different layers of, of configurations, the species layer, the individual layer, and the organ layer.
And they defined health as having a harmonious relationship between these three layers and a flow, a free flow of, of this, the motion and the soul and the emotional life and the thinking life through these different organs without excessive flow or stagnation. And that was what was assessed in Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic medicine, two of the premier examples of the old, old biology. And I would say this may be a little bit anticlimactic, but the old, the new biology is just a recreation or a restating of those exact same principles. We also then take it down to the so called cellular level, which is better referred to as the tissue level, because we don’t know that these individual entities called cells are really what makes up a liver or a spleen or a heart.
They’re likely more in living systems, in the living state, more like Syncytium. But they have these, all these properties they, that we found in the old architecture in the old world. We see basically when we look at what are we made of and how does this function. We see tissues that are these individual relationship of ratios, configurations of the four elements. And they basically are a harmonious sheet or entity of structured water. And in that structured water, which is like a gel or a matrix of charged, structured, coherent water, there is a dome. And the dome has an antenna in it, which is possibly, I’m not sure about this.
The function of the chromosomes have nothing to do with DNA or even having to do with reproduction. But they are little metallic pieces that stick out of the nucleus, which is also always shaped like a dome. And that is embedded in the crystalline water. And the, and the purpose of this is to download the electromagnetic field where the information about the species and about you and your individuality and your heredity and what you need to do in life, all that is housed in this etheric field, or this ether field sometimes, that’s called the Akashic record. It’s essentially all the, the wisdom that is, and that is downloaded into us through this antenna, through the dome, into the water to basically give us life.
And you can see this exact structure. I’ll go back to my favorite picture of this, which is obviously here and you see these exact structures. We see the dome, we see the antenna sticking out, we see the capacitors, we see this downloaded into the water. And this was to essentially harvest the energy and the information from the ether field that was then used to power and enlighten and heal and work with all the, all the people and plants and animals in that vicinity. So obviously the people who made this knew about the old, old biology and they knew about the new, new biology.
And they knew that this was the structure that this was all based on, which is basically like this. Okay. The only thing that I would add for the new biology principles, and this has more to do with Medicine and healing. And I didn’t, I don’t see this being at least emphasized in the old, old biology world. And maybe that’s because I haven’t studied it enough. But again, we have. This picture of life is basically you’re having structured water with the entire array of minerals and metals dissolved in this and embedded in this structured water. So you have all the different earth possibilities.
You have pure, clean, crystalline, structured, coherent water. The energy of the ether through the air and through the fire is downloaded through these antenna, which is possibly the chromosomes, downloaded through the dome, which is the nucleus, and then comes out into the cytoplasm, which is the structured water or the body of the organ. If it’s a syncytium, meaning no cells. And that is basically the foundation of life. When any of that structure is impeded, either it’s stagnated. So the energy flow, the emotions become stagnated. And you’re not allowed to feel all the different possible emotions. So there’s a stagnation into hatred or jealousy or envy or distrust because of the different factors in your life.
Or you were not exposed or didn’t consume all the different minerals that you were supposed to, or you destructured your water through your experience and being too much around WI fi and non native emf or the warmth element, your ability to think properly, which is basically a huge epidemic these days, that basically happened since the change in the thinking in this 1850s, so that essentially we had the death of, of the thinking process. So now all science is not based on proper, logical, coherent thinking, which should have been the domain of all normal people, but instead is based on just imaginary constructions of your mind.
So that’s not really how thinking is meant. So when all these things happen, you get a deformity and a stagnation of the energy flow through the being. And that creates the kind of symptoms which we call disease. And the principle that I think is maybe new in new biology is these things that we call disease. These collection of symptoms and experiences are basically your body’s attempt to heal you. So it’s the getting, it’s the. You were exposed to splinters. So your body uses the earth, air, water and fire to create inflammation, redness and heat. That’s the fire.
And the redness is the, essentially the, the emotional element, the soul element. And you get swelling, which is the tumor, and you get rid of the pus, they get rid of the splinter through this, create this activity of your body so that all the symptoms we have, which are mistaken as diseases are actually Your body’s attempt to heal, and therefore a true medicine is working with your body to be more effective in these elimination of whatever it was that created this imbalance or disharmony, to letting the emotions flow, to restoring thinking to its normal human place, which is a natural activity.
Logical, rational, scientific thinking, which is so rare in our day. Instead, we don’t know how to think about whether there’s vitamin A or viruses or synapses. And that’s why I go through this whole thing. It essentially is the root cause of all disease is a disorder thinking process and that permeates down through the levels. And you get abnormal water, which your body has to dissolve through, warming it up and making it into mucus. And then you cough it out of your body so you can restore healthy gels again. And that is the entire basis of the new biology approach to medicine, health and healing is to restore all the elements, have them work in the proper be present and work in the proper relationships.
Restore the crystalline water that belongs not only to you, but the organ involved, your different crystalline structure and different mineral composition of the liver versus the spleen. And then you have the emotions, all of them flowing in a, a nice way, a harmonious way through them. In other words, you feel everything that needs to be filled, all the joys, all the sadness, all the elation, all the despair, all those you feel you are grateful for that information that comes to you. And then you integrate that with your thinking process and you end up with a harmonious individual embedded into this ether medium and being part of the species of normal human beings.
That is the essence of the new biology. And let me just check here. And then I thought I would finish which something I’ve done before. And here we just see a picture of some alleged cells demonstrating this principle. All there is coherent water. There’s a dome which has the chromosomes in it, and there’s little power plants scattered around, which you see in all the different orientations called mitochondria. And then I thought I would look at one of our favorite and the plant that I’ve had the most to do with, which is Strophanthus, and look at it from a old biology and a new biology perspective.
And so let’s take a look at this and see what we can find out which hopefully will bring this point home. So, Strafanthus is a plant. It grows mostly in Africa, Cameroon and place like Madagascar. It’s about a 300 or so foot vine and it makes pods, sort of like coconut. And in the pods they have Seeds. And it’s the seeds that are used as medicine. And the seeds contain a chemical allegedly called a cardiac glycoside. And this is a family of chemicals which I’m going to talk a little bit more about, which all have a similar effect.
And as you can see here, they’re used to treat things like atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and for congestive heart failure. Then they talk about how do these cardiac glycosides work. And they say that they inhibit the action of the sodium potassium ATP enzyme that is embedded in the. In the cell membrane. And when you inhibit the action of that, it causes the buildup of calcium in the sarcoplasmic reticulum, which is similar to the endoplasmic reticulum in the cell. And the increased intracellular calcium creates a positive inotropic effect, which means it causes the heart to beat essentially harder or more effectively.
And that’s why the heart failure gets better and the atrial fibrillation gets better. They say that the cardiac glycosides. And here they’re talking about digoxin from the digitalis plant. And in Stravansis, the cardiac glycoside is called Wabain. And there’s some other ones which I’ll show you in a minute. It binds to this receptor site on this enzyme, and that’s how it works. And this was From a recent 2025 review article, by the way, that reviews the varied effects of cardiac glycosides from all the different families on various functions of the human being in health and illness.
And here we see the similar thing with Wabain, which is the cardiac glycoside of Strafanthus, inhibits the sodium potassium pump that causes calcium to accumulate, and that makes the cell the higher cardiac contractility, meaning beat harder. An increase in the vagal tone, which is the name for the parasympathetic nervous system. So that’s how they say wabain works. And here is the article I was talking about the cardiac. It’s a review article. You can see the. It was received in May 7, 2025, from a journal called Biomolecules. Cardiac glycosides, from natural defense molecules to emerging therapeutic agents.
So it’s basically talking all about all the different ways that cardiac glycosides from the different families have used. And they say they have historically been used to treat heart failure, but now we know they have many different effects. And they modulate all these different pathways, and they’re used in cancer and viral infections, immune regulation, and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s and als. And then they talk about all the different ways, the mechanisms of how these cardiac glycosides affect cancer and affect kill viruses and help your nervous system and treat Ms. And epilepsy and Alzheimer’s and so on.
And so there they’re talking about the history and the different plants or substances that have them. The ancient Egyptians, they got their cardiac glycosides from the oleander plant, and then it became the foxglove or digitalis plant. And they also got them from shanzu, which is Chinese medicine, and that’s from the skin of and venom of toads. And they’ve been used for centuries to treat all these different inflammatory conditions and certain cancers. And here you see a picture, and you see the cartoon at the top, because it obviously wouldn’t be a scientific article unless there was some cartoons, but these are actually a little bit better drawings.
And you see the different plants. Oleander, digitalis, Adonis, strafanthus. And also you see the different toads that have these cardiac glycosides in their skin, which may have been the reason for the connection between the different effects that happen in fairy tales when people lick or kiss toads, had all to do with the cardiac glycosides. And here’s the different ways that the cardiac glycosides affect us. The green arrow means it stimulates the growth of the skin. The yellow arrow means it’s modulating, so it modulates the activity and helps heal the nervous system and the immune system. And the red arrows mean it inhibits, so it inhibits the growth of cancer and the growth of viruses.
And so you can see the varied effects of this. And again, as I said, it wouldn’t be a scientific article unless you had complicated cartoons and pictures. So here you see a cartoon of the cardiac glycoside binding to a receptor on the INS embedded in the membrane. And all the different factors that come into play with the activity of these cardiac glycosides, starting with the binding in the membrane. And then it makes the P1.12k and then the AK10. And then it influences transcription and translation on the endoplasmic or sarcoplasmic reticulum. And then they talk about the finding of endogenous wabane or endogenous cardiac glycosides, which is an interesting thing.
It obviously believes that you can find these chemicals in us. They’re indistinguishable from the wabain that’s made by the strophanthus and these are chemicals made in our nervous system and in our adrenal glands that modulate all the different effects of these different functions. And so then you hear about the different effects it has on cancer. Increasing evidence that the cardiac glycosides, and they were particularly talking about wabine, slows tumor regression, it increases the therapeutic response and works well with any other chemotherapy or surgery related interventions. And then you see the modulation of immune system. And again, all the different cancers that are affected by cardiac glycosides, especially Wabain, you see liver cancer and colorectal and breast and lung and pancreatic cancer.
And it disrupts the cell cycle and interferes with the genetic transcription and translation and it induces autophagy and apoptosis. And here’s all the mechanisms that it does that. And the way it does this is by the signaling pathway. So it changes the activity of the SRC and ras and all these other pathways and induces apoptosis, as I said. And even if it’s from a p53, which is a common mutation or a BRCA gene mutation in breast cancer, it still can heal those, according to normal science. And here we see the cognitive benefits in elderly people, people who had the cardiac glycoside digoxin.
Also the same happened with Wabain, had better cognitive performance, had less symptoms of Alzheimer’s, and it helps with cerebral hypoperfusion, which is like strokes. So we’re talking about neurodegenerative, neuropsychiatric and neurovascular disease. All these cardiac glycosides has been shown to help. And then you wouldn’t be complete unless we knew that these cardiac glycosides kill all these different viruses, including herpes and cytomegalovirus and HIV, of course. And not to forget SARS CoV2 that Wabain gets rid or inhibits the growth of SARS CoV2. And here’s some other things, including the coronavirus. And then Paul Bunyan had his own virus.
So digoxin inhibits those. And not to spoil this, but basically they put unpurified stuff in a cell culture and then they put some Wabain or strophanthus extract in there. And in the cells don’t break down as quickly, meaning something in the Wabain or the Strophanthus seem to protect the cell culture at least a little bit. And they call that an antiviral effect. So the conclusion is, even though that these were just originally used to help the heart, they have emerged as a non specific class of beneficial chemicals which have everything to do with all these different kinases and nuclear receptors, co regulators, epigenetic modulators, and wide effects on everything from cancer and neurodegenerative disease, viral diseases, angiogenesis, inhibits metastases, and on and on and on.
So of course all that I just said was pure nonsense. None of those pathways exist, none of those receptors, none of this binding to ATPases in the membrane, none of this nuclear transcription, all of that is nonsense, old biology. But what is true and what, and if you say what is observed, what you observe is people with heart failure do better. People with atrial fibrillation do better. People who have cancer do better. People have metastatic cancer do better. People with neurodegenerative disease, Alzheimer’s, ALS, MS, neuropsychiatric disease do better. People who are sick with alleged viral disease, all these people do better.
That is still the facts, the mechanism that they went through these 20 pages and I just bored you with all nonsense. None of that is actually true, valid or has, has any evidence at all. So what is the new biology understanding? And you can sometimes tell this by. So it affects the sodium potassium balance. That’s what it does. So what do we know about the sodium potassium balance? That is a function which I’ve gone over many times, of the specific crystalline structure of the water joined with the minerals in the cytoplasm. So what strafanas must do, not waba in, but strophanthus extract must do, is go.
When it goes into you, it somehow sends you the signal to all your tissues to make a more perfect, coherent, charged water in all the different tissues of your body. And then, as if by magic, your nervous system works better, your heart functions better, your circulation functions better, you can think more clearly, you don’t get sick as much, and on and on and on. Because all those are related in the new biology way of thinking clearly to the ability or the coherence of the structure of your water in your tissues. Somehow Strophanthus sends an energetic signal.
I am the signal to make your water more pure, more whole, more crystalline, more charged, more coherent. That allows your body to harmonize, to regain the proper balance of sodium potassium, which allows the CH cells to recharge themselves, the cells, meaning the tissues. So the nerves then get recharged and they then, as if by magic, function better. So all of these, all of this stuff becomes perfectly understandable as long as we know the very simple and easy to understand and coherent principles of the new biology way of seeing the world. And so with that, I’m going to leave everybody with the same homework assignment that I’ve been doing for the past year or so and that I encouraged all the people at the Weston Price Conference to do.
And it’s a homework assignment which I hope everybody takes seriously because it has had a huge impact on my life. And also that it’s hard to do. It doesn’t seem like it’s hard to do, but it is. And if you try it, and I hope everybody does, you, I think you’ll see what I mean. We have been so indoctrinated in our lives to see the world in a reductionist, materialistic world. And so we go through life on almost a minute to minute or hour by hour or certainly day to day sense of choosing things based on this reductionist and I would say erroneous way of thinking.
An example is, so we eat tomatoes because they have lycopene, and lycopene is supposedly good for us. We do fasting because it increases our autophagy and that’s supposedly good for us. We avoid eating certain sugars because that increases our insulin and that affects our genetic transcription of the MTOR RAS pathways. And the next thing you know, we need to take a supplement of of mitochondrial extracts in ATP form in order to redress that. And the next thing you know, you’re so far away from being able to say, who am I, how do I feel and how does the world affect me? So that you regain your agency.
As soon as you go down this reductionist, materialistic path, you eventually don’t know what you’re talking about and you’re actually thinking about things which either don’t exist or don’t function the way you think. And so you will get confused and disoriented and then you will make mistakes and the next thing you know, you’ll think they’re viruses. And the next thing you know, somebody’s injecting poison in you to protect you from the virus. And there is a way out. And that’s the homework assignment, which is for the next hour and then day and then week and then month.
And for me it’s been like a year. My quest is, and let’s say as a quest, is to not talk to myself, talk out loud, or explain any of my actions from this reductionist, materialistic point of view. So rather than eating or not eating tomatoes because of lycopene, I eat or don’t eat tomatoes because who grew them, how they grew them, which you can easily find out, especially if you grew them. How does it make me feel what kind of people in the history of the world ate them or didn’t eat them? What did they have to say about them? All of these things are observable, sensory, repeatable, clear, concise information which you can then act on.
And what happens, at least happening with me is the more you commit to only doing that. No more lycopenes, no more zinc and oysters, no more RAS pathways. It’s all about, who am I? What, what is this stuff? How does it make me feel? You end up getting better and better at it to the point where you may be able to even start assessing or experiencing. Now I’m in a harmful EMF field and I don’t like the way it feels. I’m with people who have a weird vibe, which we all feel to a certain extent, and I don’t like it.
Or I’m in people who, I enjoy their company, I experience their energy, and that is a direct experience. And you get better and better and better at it. You learn more about the world around you, you retake the agency in your life. And as far as I can see, it is the simple and most profound path to healing. So I hope everybody takes this homework assignment seriously, gives it a try, and then hopefully reports back to us. Because I think it is the most profound intervention in medicine that anyone can do, is take back your life and increase your ability to sense the world, understand the world and its relationship to how it makes you feel and think and act and what happens to your body and all that.
And that’s the real exciting adventure of life. Okay, so thanks everybody for listening. As always, I will enjoy reading your comments and keep in touch and I will see you next week.
