That brought the markets down and still waiting to see what’s going to happen with China. And we’re going to have a lot more about the tariffs as well.

Brent crude is down 71 cents. Supplies building up. Demand’s going down a bit. Bitcoin still hanging around 116, 000 and change. Gold was up only 16 bucks, but it’s down from. Yeah, it was. It was floating around 3320 bucks. 30 bucks for a couple of weeks and now it’s a little bit under 3,300. China’s July manufacturing activity contracts more than expected declines for the fourth straight month. Okay, again, China caused this problem on their own when they locked down the country for three years when they launched the COVID war on January 2020 Chinese Lunar New Year, the year the rat.

They destroyed the economy and the lives and livelihoods of hundreds of millions of people. And now you got a global slowdown. You’re seeing numbers pick up. The GDP numbers in the United States are stronger than expected, but yes and no. And why, we don’t know. But you’re looking globally. And again, manufacturing purchasing index was 49.3. Anything under 50s contraction. And again, it’s the fourth straight month Germany faces $170 billion euro budget gap amid spending spree. Amid spending spree. They’re in recession. Service jobs made up the bulk of the entire positions created in July.

And they say that the national multifamily vacancy rate rose to 7.1% in July. Rents were still unchanged. So they’re still very high and they’ve overbuilt it.
