And we have Eric Pratt, the big boss man over at Gun Owners of America, back here to give us some more information. And Eric is going to give us something that we all should take. The first one is most states. Eric, I’ll get you in a second here. If you know the number how many states do this, let me know. But most states have what they call a lobby day where you can, as a citizen of that state, go and petition your legislators for your grievances. It’s part of the legislative process. It’s part of the Constitution.

And each. Some states have that opportunity. And I know specifically a lot of the pro gun organizations have been organizing that. VCDL does it, GOA does it and others. And we have one here in Tennessee coming Up. Eric, why don’t you tell people a little bit about the Tennessee lobby day. Absolutely. So it’s March 26th in the capital city and we’re teaming up with TFA, the Tennessee Firearms association. And so we will be there to make our voices heard and in fact we’ll give you the URL for it as you can put on the screen. But that’ll be very helpful if people who want to go will sign up ahead of time because then it allows us to determine how many people we have for each legislator.

In other words, we can match the people coming to their legislators and let the legislators know ahead of time, hey, you’re going to have five people or 10 people coming to see you. And so anyway it helps with that organizing. So registering ahead of time on the, the GOA site will be very helpful. So yeah, March 26th and please, you know, take the day off or whatever, make plans to be there. Yeah, I went last year. This year I will be in Florida on you know, coffee related business. But last year was pretty cool. It was my first, first opportunity to do it here as a Tennessee resident.

And we the, the real people, the, the, the Constitution loving Americans far outnumbered the anti gunners. Yes, there were a couple of commie mommies that were there but it was a good opportunity. You got to speak to a lot of legislators, got to get our points across and it was good to see those who are on our side defend the right to keep and bear arms. And I think we made some good ground and it was probably helpful that there were so many of us there that it kind of repealed some of the crazy blue stuff coming from like Memphis and stuff like that.

So take part in it guys and gals. You know, it’s, we sat in on, on quite a few hearings where they were discussing bills and different, different you know, chamber rooms. So it was a good day and then we had lunch with a couple of the, the red reps and city senators. So it was good time. I really, really recommend it. Again, I’ll put the information on the screen, I’ll have it linked in the description and the pin comment. So all you got to do is click that link and let GOA know if you’re going or not.

Is there a, a magic number you’d like to see at these? I mean I always like to say if we can get a hundred of our folks get there, then there’s no way we’ll ever be outnumbered. Because I’ve gone to a few of these things other than the VCDL year where we had like 26, 000 people show up. Is there a number you prefer to see on these events? Well, certainly we don’t want to be outnumbered by the commie mommies. So that, that’s just the baseline. Right. You know, we want to, you know, 10 times as many as, as they bring.

So. Yeah, boy, if we had a hundred, that, that would be fantastic. You know, you made reference to the, the one in Virginia. I mean we had like 30, 40, 50,000. That was incredible. Of course we were under fire in so many ways. But the, there are some tremendous bills that, and you know, you’ll get talking points when you’re there, but there are some, there’s some really good legislation that we need to get behind. So as many people as we can be there to talk to their legislators about it, that will really, really help. Yeah. And if you are going to be there, if you’re a resident of Tennessee, tell them to fix constitutional carry.

Because our constitutional carry is a joke. It’s the worst in the country. If you don’t believe me, read, read the law on that one. All right, so something really pressing for the nation. Quick breakdown for y’all. February 7th this year, President Donald Trump issued the first of its kind and executive order protecting the second Amendment rights of citizens. What it really did was gave the Attorney General Pam Bondi, a 30 day window to go back and look at everything that happened when whether it was done by Biden himself or the ATF or anything in between, that violates the second Amendment rights of the citizens to include ongoing lawsuits.

And that 30 day window ends this Sunday on the 9th, which is why Eric and I are here right now telling you this morning as you’re watching this, to take action today on a lunch break or whatever, it’ll only take you a couple minutes of your life to take action on this. And there’s a couple things we want to talk about. Eric, I’m going to give you the reins on this because you guys over at G O A have done a crazy amount of work on this. You guys have been talking to people in the administration, so let us know what you want us to do.

Yeah, thanks, Jared. We’ve given the administration a couple dozen ideas. There’s a whole lot of things. But I think if, you know, now that we’re in the last days, if we could just give them like two or three super important things. So that’s top of mind for the administration, things that need to be done. In fact, we just put an alert out on this. So. And that makes it real easy for people to take action because they can just, you know, click on the, on the take Action link. It takes you to a widget where if you’ve already taken action, it automatically preloads your information.

But if you haven’t, just type in your name and address and boom, you just, with a couple clicks of the mouse, you have taken action, you have exercised your citizenship duties, and you know, you’re letting the, the White House know that, hey, this is a really important issue to you. And so I think there’s three, and we can talk about each one of these separately, but basically three really important things. One, abolishing the ATF gun registry. That has to go. Repealing the frame and receiver rule, and we can talk about why that one specifically. And then finally just holding ATF and FBI officials accountable for having violated the second amendment rights of law abiding Americans in the past under previous administrations.

It’s just really important to hold them accountable. And we can just go through some quick examples of what kind of abuses we’ve been talking about. But you know, I guess just to start from the beginning, Jared, abolishing the ATF gun registry, I would put that at the top. I mean, obviously there’s lots of threats to the Second Amendment. Arguably this is the most dangerous in my mind. You know, back during the Biden administration, Goa publicized an ATF leak document that showed over 50 million records had been digitized in one year. And so Representative Michael Cloud of Texas took that and he’s like, huh, if that’s happening in one year, I wonder how many are happening or, you know, how many they have altogether.

And so he submitted what’s known as a Freedom of Information act request. The answers he got back were stunning. One billion gun records, about 900 million of them digitized. And then a subsequent Goa FOIA request found that those, the digitized records were searchable. So, you know, and here, here’s what’s stunning, Jared. The ATF admitted to Representative Cloud that that registry was not useful for solving crimes. So, you know, we talk about this all the time. So what is a registry really useful for? Confiscation. That’s the only thing it’s useful for. So I put that at the top of the list.

I mean, can you think of a greater threat out there besides maybe the mere existence of the atf, which we eventually want to abolish them too, But I mean, as long as they’re still there, can you think of any greater threat out there than getting rid of that ATF gun registry? No, that’s the biggest one because I mean, it just lets the government know who has what where they live. And that makes it all too easy if they want to cherry pick under the COVID of darkness, which we’ve seen them do in a couple scenarios. Yeah, absolutely.

So that’s the first one you’ll see that mentioned in the alert. The second one is repealing the frame and receiver rule. Now this is the rule that prevents you from buying an 80% receiver without a background check. You might remember the good old days before Biden. You could buy an 80% receiver and make your own gun at home. But Biden said, nope, we’re going to treat those 80% frame and receivers as firearms and you’re going to have to go through a background check. Now there’s a lot of other executive actions by Biden. I mean, people, probably the more well known ones are like the pistol brace firearms ban which covered up to 40 million firearms, or the engaged in the business rule which instituted universal background checks.

So why am I saying the frame and receiver rule is, you know, why am I elevating that one to the top? And I would say this on those other rules, the ones that I just mentioned, we’re actually winning really big on those cases in the federal courts. I mean, and so we think we can kill those gun restrictions for all time in the courts. But when the Supreme Court held oral arguments on the frame and receiver rule in October, it didn’t go so good. And universally, people on our side think that the Supreme Court is not going to give us a great decision.

Probably the court might say something like 80% receivers need to have a background check to purchase. And so that’s why we want to nip this in the budget, just moot the case. And the President can do that with an executive action reversing the rule. And I would add this too. The case that went before the Supreme Court didn’t touch the registration aspect. This frame and receiver rule also prevented dealers from trashing 4473 forms after they’ve had them for 20 years. So now it requires them to retain the form and send those 4473 registration forms whenever they shut their doors and go out of business.

Which by the way, shows how pernicious the zero tolerance program was. Right, because for every shop that got shut down, guess what happens to those 4473s? They get sent to the ATF. But anyway, we have a similar case that we have in the courts, a frame and receiver rule case. It’s in North Dakota where which does challenge the gun owner registration part of the rule. But the case, the one that’s before the Supreme Court, does not challenge the registration aspect. So regardless of what the Supreme Court does on frame and receivers, I mean, even if they were to surprise us, Jared, and rule favorably for us on frames and receivers, that registration that I was just talking about, the registration of gun owners, it’s going to stand because again, that court case just didn’t even bring it up in their arguments.

Right. All that to say that’s why I think it’s really important for the president to reverse this rule. I mean, Jerry, what are your thoughts? I mean, does that logic make sense as to why we’re asking Trump to especially focus on this one and reverse frame and receiver rule as opposed to all the others for beginners? It does because I covered the Vanderstock oral arguments live here on the Supreme Court. And, and while I was, while I was live streaming, I was making comments like this isn’t good, guys. And after the fact, I said, this is, you know, I am not really optimistic about this.

And you can go back in my, on the search function in YouTube and find that if you really want to get frustrated and like, like you said, I mean, we’re very close now. June is when they typically drop their major decisions, the Supreme Court. And, and I’m, I don’t want that, that ruling to come out because I don’t think it’s going to be like a Rahimi. It’s like I don’t think it’s going to be good. But how bad could it be? Yeah, it could be really, really bad. And for those who, folks who like right now are saying, you know, I personally think that the pistol brace is a bigger issue.

Yes, we’re winning it in court. But yes, you can still reach out and I’ll tell you at the end of this how you should reach out and express your concerns about that as well. You don’t have to lock yourself into these three. But what Eric’s saying is strategically, we’re going to win the pistol race issue. And we also have, I did a video on the, the 30 senators that sent that letter to the ATF saying, all right, these four things get rid of them immediately. And the pistol brace was one of those things there. So they’re getting crushed in court.

Pam Bondi can, can end that case immediately saying, you know what, we’re wrong. We’re, we’re not going to defend this anymore. And the senator’s actions could also force ATF’s hand, who maybe Cash Patel takes care of it administratively as well. So there’s a lot of things going on, guys and gals. So don’t get too focused or focus your energy and being upset. Focus your energy in taking action here. You can add whatever you want to your, your messages that go out. You can. I’ll show you what you should be doing. You should be tweeting these people.

But yeah, those. Eric, strategic wise, that’s, that’s a solid way to go. Yeah, absolutely. So again, people can find this at the alert. It’s. If you’re on our email list already, you would have gotten it. It’s also up on our website and we can put that on the screen. The final one, which I think people will really get behind, is holding rogue ATF and FBI officials accountable. I mean, first of all, let’s, you know, mention that both agencies have been involved in murdering Americans, right? I mean, Brian Malinowski, who they raided last year. And then, you know, think back to Waco and Ruby Ridge and there have been others.

And as far as I know, there have been no criminal punishments in any of those cases. And that’s just horrific, really. There’s also what we were just talking about a few seconds ago. ATF illegally shutting down gun dealers for mere clerical errors. You know, what’s known as zero tolerance. Hundreds of dealers have been shut down. We would like to see, you know, Trump or Bondi or Patel fire these agents and restore the dealers. You know, those dealers that were driven out of business, they should be restored. So, you know, just for starters, those are some of the big things that the ATF has been doing that to violate our rights.

But then there’s, you know, a bunch of the other violations of our rights and there’s zillions of them, like, you know, ATF spying on pro gun message boards to create lists of law abiding gun owners who purchase guns legally through private sellers. It was actually. What’s that? I’m on the list. You’re right. Yeah, all of us are right watching this. In fact, they’re probably, if they’re still doing it, they’re monitoring who’s in the chat now. But you know, it was, it was a GOA Freedom of Information act request which discovered this. And that same FOIA found that ATF considers private sales as being outside the law.

And as if that wasn’t bad enough, it’s not just the ATF that was monitoring lawful gun owners. We also found FBI spying on gun owners who’ve committed no crimes. And this was interesting. It was mostly black women who buy guns or people who didn’t make a lot of money, let’s say in a recent quarter. But they spent money on guns. That’s what the FBI found as suspicious activity. I mean, that’s like mind blowing, right? Democrats should be all over that. But of course they’re not. But bottom line, the ATF and FBI were spending time watching and tracking innocent people rather than going after real bad guys.

Honestly, our federal government has figured out a lot of ways to spy on decent Americans. We also discovered that ATF was spying and registering gun owners by using, using facial recognition technology. I mean, that right there is pretty scary. And it’s a gigantic step towards gun owner registration. And you know all these things. I know, Jared, you’ve reported on them. We’ve reported on these abuses in our Minuteman moments. That’s on our YouTube site. So all this should be familiar to your viewers. I mean there’s really a long list of these, like just kind of nickel and dime type of things.

I mean, as compared to the Brian Malinowski cases. But I’ll just mention a couple more real quickly. Sure. GOA also caught the FBI again through a FOIA request. We caught them coercing law abiding gun owners to s. Sign away their right to purchase firearms. So no due process, just FBI agents showing up at a people person’s home or their work and intimidating them into, into putting their name in the NICS system. And then the FBI. We actually got the emails in this FOIA request that we had asked for. Emails between FBI agents congratulating themselves, patting themselves on the back for having gotten another guy into the NIC system.

I mean, it was really disgusting. Of course, these are people who have no criminal record whatsoever. Also, the FBI under past administrations has really had a disdain for gun owners. I mean, who can forget when the gun world discovered that the FBI was designating gun owners as MVE’s right militia, violent extremists. That was pretty good. So good thing, by the way, when all is said and done, I mean the preliminary efforts that are being done under this administration with dogecoin, you know, Elon Musk is looking at these two agencies or at least eventually, and you know, they’re going to find a lot of corruption, not just in terms of violating our gun rights, but also in terms of squandering money.

I mean, thanks to whistleblowers in the atf, we now know the agency has been caught stealing from taxpayers by illegally overpaying its Agents and stealing firearms for personal use. Yeah. So, you know, we’ve already started to see some accountability. You know, Pam Bondi fired Pam Hicks, the ATF’s chief counsel who was behind Biden’s anti gun executive actions. They also fired the head of the FBI guy up in New York, the Southern District of New York, over refusal to turn over records in the Epstein case. So the accountability has started in ATF and FBI and we just want to expand that net.

Hold agents accountable for violating Second Amendment Amendment rights to make sure, you know, to send a message that in the future, American Second Amendment rights can never be violated like this again. Yeah. And I’ll say this because we’ve found out that there occasionally people in these current administration do watch this channel and videos we put out. And they might just be watching because Eric’s on it right now, guys and gals, accountability is more than firing as well. Hold these people accountable to the letter of the law. That’s the only way, coming from a guy who did career law enforcement.

It’s the only way to actually prove a point and to scare off other people who are looking to be tyrants. But yeah, there’s a lot of heads that need to roll. I think what we’re just uncovering now with Doge is just the tip of the iceberg. I can’t wait to see what they uncover with Social Security because that has been the piggy bank for the government for far too long. That’s gonna be interesting. All right, so I’m gonna go a little, a little different on y’all, so we know. And I’ll have links down below for everything Eric has mentioned, including their action, their, their alert.

We can hit the button and take action. So it makes it easy for you. I’m also going to mention that we have a, an administration like we’ve never had before. Yes. It’s his second term. However, now he’s more Agreed aggressive Trump, that is. And we’ve seen policy being made already based off of some tweets, some posts on X that have gone viral or been picked up by Elon Musk and others. So with the couple days we have left, please be a thorn in their side. Make some tweets specifically on Twitter, because I know the administration is on Twitter.

I know they’re on Truth Social too. So if you have a Truth account, do that as well. I’m going to say some things and I’ll put them on the screen here. I’ll annotate them. I want you to tag some individuals, some accounts that will give it a bigger opportunity to be picked up by the people who need to pick it up so that it’s brought before Donald Trump. So the first one is rapid response 47 at rapid response 47. And that has been the big one right now for the Trump administration. So if you can get them to pick up one of your tweets, you’re already rocking and rolling in the fast lane.

The other ones, obviously, are at potus, potus, President of the United States at Real Donald Trump at VP for Vice President at J.D. vance at Donald J. Trump Jr. Which is his son, Jr. At Elon Musk at Doge, and whoever else you want to tag. But you want to get those ones in specifically, because if we can get them to realize that there’s a lot of smoke behind this movement, whether it’s on, you know, action alerts or people emailing or calling the White House. Again, do that to area code 202-456-1111. That’s a switchboard. I’ll put it down everywhere as well so you can see it.

But we, they need to realize that we the people are pissed. And this is an opportunity that we’ve never been given before where we can correct a whole bunch of wrongs just like that. Now, the knife is coming in a couple days. It doesn’t mean everything’s gonna happen on the 10th. Pam, Bonnie has to submit this report with all of her findings to include everything we’ve talked about and, and more, a lot more. From there, he’ll, you know, take her considerations, what she recommends, and then he’ll decide what he’ll do. So we don’t know when he’ll do what he’s going to do, but I do know it’s going to anger a lot of people on the other side of the aisle.

So be part of the smoke. Let them know that there’s more than just what they think we want, that we actually want a lot of things. And start with the ones that Eric mentioned, because that’s the tip of the iceberg. Those are things that we, we’d rather see them take action on, because a lot of the other stuff, we’re winning and winning handsomely. So I’ll again, I’ll put those accounts down in the.
