Tip of the day: Consider the other person’s perspective. In communication with anyone, most of us want to have the other person understand us first. Switch it up today.
Seek first to understand the other person’s perspective. Put yourself in their shoes and imagine life from their viewpoint. That may create a shift in the interaction, how we perceive and respond to things.
And whatever it is you’re doing, master the basics!
