All right, folks, welcome to Nino’s Corner tv. I’m with Elizabeth Lang. Elizabeth Lane, author of the book Luminescence Manual. Did I say all that correctly? It’s a mouthful. Yeah. I almost messed up in the Nino’s Corner TV park. So, anyway, I just want to welcome you to the program, and I gotta say, you’re here to bring a solution to everything that’s happening today. I mean, what everyone has experienced today is massive ptsd, massive trauma. There’s so much happening in the world today, and it’s not even done yet. Like, we’re not even done with this. Whatever you want to call it, movie, flick, whatever it is.

The world is a stage, right? The Matrix, whatever. It’s. It’s not done. It’s gonna get crazier and crazier and crazier. And there’s been, at least in the last. I’d say the last. Well, since 9 11, really, the exposing has really gone full speed ahead. And especially with Trump in office Biden, everything’s just very polarized, very chaotic. People are trying to wake up. They don’t know what direction to turn. It’s been a difficult process for a lot of people, and I’m hoping that you can come on here and share your knowledge, your wealth of knowledge. So thank you for joining me.

Thanks for having me. Appreciate it. So you’re the author of this book, the Luminescence Manual. What. What just. What is this. What is this manual here that you’re. You’re. You’re. You’re seriously. Because, I mean, I had been a lot of people on. I bring a lot of people down that talk about the Bible, that talk about different things. I just had Rose Ambar on yesterday, giving her outlook on life. And I mean, everyone’s just kind of putting their two cents in. What’s so big about this? Okay. About the book specifically. Sure, sure. The whole message. The whole message here.

Right. Let’s start. So basically, it’s identifying what. Okay, so I. The question started. I started asking questions when I was studying university about journalism and wondering what all these messages, what kind of effect they were having on me personally as. As far as through the media, what kind of effect are they having on me individually and also collectively? So the msn, The MSN programming is like the messaging you were getting for. That is when you started to wake up and say, okay, what kind of effect is this having on my nervous system, my mind? Right, Correct.

Correct. Specifically, yes, our thoughts. And then not only myself, but collectively, I felt that it was suppressing us and suppressing my own natural ability to have higher thoughts or to create a beautiful reality. Right. Or consciousness where I’m getting bigger and higher. Right. And I do think that’s possible with anybody. Any soul has the ability, any human has that ability to make things better for themselves or better for the world. It’s possible. If you can imagine it, it’s possible. Period. Right. This is, this book’s about raising your frequency, right? Sure. Oh, for sure. I say just turn off the me, turn off the tv.

It’s like the number one way to do it, Right? Of course. But you know what? We’re inundated. It’s not just the tv, you know, social media. It’s the social media. It’s the phone, it can be even the radio. It’s billboard messages, it’s magazines, you know, it’s. You know, it’s not like you invited those messages, but they’re gonna, they’re gonna bombard you. And most people don’t have that armor up. It’s not like you need to reject it. However, you have to be aware of it that, hey, you know what? This is taking my attention. This is feeding off of me in a way, almost.

Right. And what? And then it’s such a distraction and distortion. It’s like, what are they so scared I’m gonna be thinking of? And I’m gonna focus on that. They need to constantly distract me or constantly have my attention. Who’s they? Well, the media. It started there for me. Who controls the media? Right, right, right. It’s almost like they want to keep us at a lower vibration to better control us, Right? Yes. That’s how I feel. Because. And it is such a physical, dense world we live in. However, if you come from the place of, hey, you know what? I’m a spiritual being.

I have tremendous power. I have more than just this physical dimension. If you’re starting from that place, if that’s something that’s true to you, then yeah, for sure. We have so much more capacity. Excuse me, Than what we’re actually living. You know, we’re being suppressed. We’re being kept down on purpose. Your frequency purposely being, you know, suppressed. Sorry to keep using that word, but that’s truly just what I think. And I know, I know. So in this book, are you exploring ways or showing people ways to raise their frequency and get out of this, you know, this low vibrational, mundane lifestyle or.

I mean, a lot of these people, man, I mean, more than ever. I mean, I’m. I’m a 90s kid. So I was raised before Internet, before cell phones and man, kids were like outside playing. We were. There’s a lot, a hell of a lot more human connection. Yeah, we had tv. Everyone had a TV in the living room. We’re getting inundated by that. But for the most part, most people were interacting and outside and doing things. You knew your neighbors. You can’t really say that anymore about people today. Everyone’s just glued onto their laptop or their phone.

Right. Well, and it creates, not only like you’re saying that division of human connection, but it’s also breaking down your own oneness, like your own wholeness of self. Because it’s just, you know, it keeps you in a divisive. Look how divided we are today. Like you can’t even have a family dinner anymore. Right? It’s. It’s so obvious. Like keep us divided. Right? I don’t, you know, sometimes I question even the good and the bad that they present to us, they’re both bad. And I’m not saying like, nobody’s here to save us except ourselves. You know, we need to reclaim ourselves in order to reclaim our right to this world, our right to, you know, do what we need to do here.

That’s a powerful statement. Nobody will save us except ourselves. I have a lot of, you know, Christian audience, a big Christian audience. And I think it goes, you know, I believe, know, for me personally, Jesus Christ died for my sins, but I still feel like I am, I have to take responsibility for myself and my life and make sure that I am moving to the next level or vibrating at the next level. I’m not gonna, you get what I’m saying? Like it’s, I have to take full responsibility. Everything, everything and anything and everything that’s ever happened to me, I take full responsibility for.

It’s my fault. I don’t blame anybody else. Right. What’s your thoughts on that? You know, because I do have a big Christian audience and they say, well, you know, it’s all on God and this and that. I say, hey, we’re all part of God. We are all co creators and we’re able to change our reality on the flip, literally on the flip of a switch, flip of a dime. I was a raging alcoholic. You know, I was a pro athlete and alcoholic for the longest time. I juggled two to extremes. And the only, the only way to stop it is I didn’t go to rehab or anything like that.

I just stopped it. I walked out of a bar and said, that’s it. And that’s been Five years ago. Five years and some change. And that’s how you do it, right? You got to make the decision and change it yourself. I could have gone to church, you know, every day of the week, and it wasn’t until I decided to make that change. Is that kind of what this book is preaching here? Right? Yeah. The book is more about intuition and making sure we’re listening to our intuitive messages versus, like, the messages coming at us. But to comment on what you’re saying, that’s.

That’s truly what my. What my message is personally, not just in the book, is we have the power God gave you. Are. You are already a part of creation just by being here. Right. Were you not created, And I’m not talking about the story in the Bible thousands of years ago. You are literally a part of that. Okay? So you were born, you’re here. You’re. So you’re physically existing here. Right? So you’re literally part of creation. Do you know what kind of power that is? Like, that’s the power they don’t want you to know. Right? And that’s amazing.

That’s what’s truly. Truly what we need to tap into. And all these external things are just keeping us down, keeping us separated and mostly separated from self. And not talking about self in this big egotistical way, talking about the true, you know, your soul, your spirit, and God. You know, I tend to look more at God as an entity of energy because if he’s an. It’s in all things. It is everything, Right? I don’t want to say it’s this big man sitting in the sky, you know? Yeah. I don’t see him. Some dude with a beard, with a pair of testicles, pointing at everyone.

Don’t do this, don’t do that. I don’t see it like that. I see it as a big source, loving energy that we’re all part of, and we’re all drops of that ocean. You know what I mean? So, yeah, that’s how I see. I’ve always seen it like that. It’s bigger than our comprehension. It’s a super consciousness, right? A super ethernet of consciousness. And there’s demonic entities, or archons, whatever you want to call them, playing in this game as well, that sucks off that energy and uses that energy, and they use fear for that, right? Definitely fear.

Right, Division, Do I need to read your book? Please, please do. It’s entertaining. I mean, it’s, you know, like I said, a fictional expose. But, yeah, everything. So we are unlimited and everything that’s Sort of in our environment and coming at us is limiting and keeping us in that limitation mindset, right? Whereas if like you talked about what you think God is or what you believe this energy is and this consciousness that is completely unlimited and if we’re part of that, then I’m unlimited and you’re unlimited and think of that possibility and potential. So it’s really, we need to be breaking free from this and recognizing and realizing who really has the power here.

You know, you say we’re unlimited and you know, and I know that energy doesn’t die, it transfers and it keeps going. You know, and I believe our consciousness keeps going. But if you’re trapped in a fear based mindset and you’re, you’re, you’re in a lower vibrational realm, I think your energy goes into that void or lower vibe density energy, right? When you pass on what’s your thoughts of life after death? Do you think that depending on, on your frequency, is it, is it depending on your frequency, is that what adjust your travel or is that what dictates what’s after life? I mean what, because I have a huge Christian audience that’s going to be asking these questions like what does she think about life after death? You know, like where do you think you go, what is all this? You know, and that’s the million dollar question, I guess.

Yeah, yeah, I wouldn’t say that I have an opinion decisively. I do believe that I’m eternal and what other form, like you said, energy is mutable, right? It’s changeable. So I know that I’m infinite in a way. Now what that looks like post this physical body in this dimension, in this world. I’m not quite sure. I did hear something interesting though. This woman was talking to an atheist and he was saying, well, there’s nothing and there’s nothing and it’s black and there’s nothing. There’s no afterlife, there’s no reincarnation, etc. And she had, she was like a medium, a psychic medium.

And she said she came into a relative’s reading and she picked up on his energy and he was like, see, I told you so. It is nothing. I’m in nothing, there’s nothing. And so I thought that was interesting because what I think it’s saying is that whatever you think and believe it is and what energy you tap into, that’s what it will be. So you’re again creating, right? You’re, you’re manifesting your destiny of what it is. Right, I can see that. I think it’s Dangerous though, for, you know, I think we’re all parts of God. I think we’re all, you know, like drops of the ocean, you know, and this is my belief.

But I think it’s dangerous to say that we are gods. I don’t believe, I don’t. I don’t believe that because I know for damn sure I didn’t. I know I’m part of it. Part of it is a big difference. It’s a big, It’s a big difference than saying I am it. You know, a lot of people say you are your own God. You are this. Well, I didn’t. I mean, as far as I know, maybe on the other side, but I didn’t pick my family. I didn’t pick my situation. You know, I’m, I’m. Well, hold on.

I’m. I’m manifesting my situation. Right. But I did not create this universe, this earth, this, the bigger things than me. Right. I’m part of it. I know I’m part of that. That’s why I believe in a bigger omnipresence. Right. I don’t, I, I know I’m just part of this. I am a co. Creator, okay. Helping to create my reality that was given to me to do so. An authority type of thing. Does that make sense? For sure? Yes. Yes. Okay. Yeah. Okay. So I’m, I, it’s complicated. What are you supposed to do with that then? You know what I’m saying? Like the absolute best you can be and help as many people as.

As you can, you know, on this light, in this life, just benefit as many people as possible and love yourself. Love yourself and love others. That’s what Jesus taught. And that, that’s the main message is love yourself, love others as you love yourself. I mean, that is just that, just that one thing right there says it all. Right. So we don’t have, not necessarily responsibility, but I believe that we can go. Go even one step beyond that. That, yes. The loving each other and self and everything and helping. But I believe we have this capacity and power to even bring that heaven unto earth.

Right. In a way, I’m not saying completely, but that would be the collective, though. Correct. So. But it starts with you. It starts with me. It starts with individually. Right. So we need. How do they control the collective by msn, by religions having a spite against each other. That. That’s how you destroy the collective. Right. So we can never reach that, that point, that pinnacle, because we’re always fighting amongst each other. Yeah. And then, like I said, also fighting within yourself. You know, if you’re divided with. You’re divided internally too, right? If you have. We need to be getting back to self and get.

Getting back to, I don’t know, just recognizing who we are and what capabilities we have. Because we’ll never know if we’re not trying and if we’re just allowing our lives to pass us by. With media telling us what the world is and what reality is, they literally dictate our lives in our world. Have you ever met somebody that just like that gives you their outlook or their opinion and, you know, they got it off from the msn, like everything they’ve learned, it’s been from the msn and they just tell you, they just regurgitate it. And so explain to me the difference between intuition and.

And creating your own thoughts and what resonates with you then from what’s being told you on msn. Because a lot of people are like, why? I watch what resonates with me. I watch Fox News or I watch cnn. You know what I mean? So, yeah, so I mean, what is the difference there? Like. Right, That’s a good point. Well, I think intuition, we. Getting back to our intuition is one of the first steps. I don’t know which step, but to me it’s one of the first steps because that’s where we’re tuning in. We’re listening to maybe and hopefully something bigger than ourselves, something just more inspiring.

Right. I just always feel like if I can disconnect from, you know, media is a. Is an illusion of connection. Okay. I get up, I see the news. Oh, I know what’s going on in the world. But you’re. But you’re massively disconnected, you know, and it almost creates this apathy. These issues are big. These issues are something. If I’m sitting there, I don’t really feel like I can solve them. So just have anxiety and frustration. Right? So what is it that’s actually not helping? Whereas, you know, I believe journalism and media is sort of a service and it should be performed by a duty, which is why I left it, because it’s not.

It’s not done in that way. But like, if you have this big environmental catastrophe and I’m watching that, I can’t possibly fix that myself. Right. But I can turn inward and fix things with myself, you know, and if they want it like environmentalism, they want children to be so concerned about climate, then you know what? Half the classroom, we need to be outside teaching class. We need to be engaging with nature. And that’s also one of the ways to get, get in touch with your intuition is through nature. You know, I, I would wake up in the morning and hit the.

And before I would get on the treadmill or do anything like that, I’d go and look right on my phone as I start scrolling and just seeing everything. I stopped that now and I watched something, I think it was on Instagram, some, some clip. You get all your information now and, and it said, you know, take time to wake up in the morning, take dandy breaths, walk into the bathroom. And when you brush your teeth, instead of, you know, I’m right handed, instead of using my right hand, start using my left hand to brush my teeth, which is very hard.

And I’m doing that and it starts rewiring your brain. And then look into the mirror and give like five to 10 positive affirmations. Well, I’ve been doing that and I’ve been knowing, I’ve been, I’ve been noticing it’s shifting my day a little bit because I’m saying I’m brushing left handed, which is forcing me to learn something new. And I’m like, ah, this is difficult. And then I’m. And then right afterwards, as my brain is rewiring or in that setting, I’m saying something positive in the mirror, which usually it’s something negative. Right. For me, I’m like, oh man, this, you know, and then, but now it’s, it’s.

And I’m noticing it’s changing or it’s redirecting my entire day. Wow, that’s so little. Things like that. Yeah, yeah. I’m a big believer in that because even when I stopped drinking, I was like, okay, look, now just bear with me here. I was at the bar getting hammered, okay. And I was like, I got to stop. And I was looking around me, I could stop. I’ll just finish drinking tonight and I’ll start tomorrow. But I chose to stop right then in mid drink and put the beer down and make a statement so my brain remembered it and make it a big sit and make the situation big so that I always remember it.

So what I did was I put the beer down, I waited everybody, and I left the bar and I never went back. And that stopped it for me. Wow. Because I made it. I made it an exclamation mark. Does that make sense? You have to make something that imprints the mind and the soul. That’s how I believe that. Right, right. And all that power comes from within you. Nobody’s doing that for you. You know, I talk to so many People, I want to stop drinking. I’ll stop tomorrow. Tomorrow I’m going to finish. And I would stop right now.

Right. Beautiful. Make that exclamation point. Right? Yeah, yeah. Right. And those messages is. You’re doing that. You’re in control of that. Another whole side to this is just the. I think we’re outsourcing our thoughts, and therefore you’re outsourcing your power. Right. Because I’m giving that up to something else, essentially strangers. And it’s like there’s something inherently wrong with that. Why am I giving them my time, my energy, my. When they’re not? It’s just, to me, that’s just such a disconnect and outsourcing everything. Oh, I have to look here for this. I have to look here for that.

And it starts with little things, you know, like the magazines when you’re a young girl. Oh, how to get a boyfriend. Like, really? So I need someone else to talk, or I need someone to tell me, or. And this is the messaging. Right. And it’s like, no, I don’t need someone to tell me how to do something. I. We have the knowledge, we have the wisdom. You know, it comes from within. It does. And so we’ve been programmed to outsource it, to get it externally from ourselves versus, you know, so we need to return to within.

Yes, to that spirit, too. You know, that’s. That’s where the truth. That’s where it comes from. Yeah. Because if you think about it, like, every time you watch msn, you have the same people. Like, let’s say someone watches Jesse Waters or whatever, it’s the same guy in your living room where. Or on your phone every day. You’re just watching that guy. So you. You create a bond or a trust with that person. So whatever they say, you pick it up and you just take it as truth. Because you trust that individual. Correct. Right. Right. Yes. And I’ve actually.

Thank you for. I’ve actually never thought about that, but that’s fascinating. Yeah, That’s a person you trust. It’s almost like a family member. I meet people that don’t know me. I don’t know them, but they’ll come up to me like, dude, I watch your. It used to be boxing. It’s so weird now, but it’s like, oh, I watch you this and that, and they feel like they really know me, but I don’t know them. It’s a strange situation. But, you know, I. You know, you’re the only person I listen to now. Blah, blah, blah. I Get that a lot.

And it’s like, it’s like. But still, you shouldn’t be like that with anybody. With anybody. Nobody. Not me, anybody. You should listen to yourself. Right. Yeah. I find that. Wow. I mean, even with me, I mean, as transparent as I try to be, you still should not put any faith in. In me or anything but yourself and God, you know, seriously. Right. Truly, at the end of the day. And it doesn’t mean like, I mean, if someone’s watching your show, I mean, that’s not consuming and you’re not coming at it as a, you know, mass media, you know, you’re having conversations, it’s a little bit different package, I feel like.

Right. But like, if you’re scrolling on social media and there’s all these reels, and sometimes I’m like, what am I doing? This? This is completely pointless. And then 20, 30 minutes go by and you’re like an hour. Sometimes you’re like, I can’t believe I was on. Like, you were just. It’s almost like you just got sucked into it like a tractor beam. Yeah. And. Right. And is it really benefiting me? And then you could even say, okay, so you’re on social media, you’re leaving some comments. Right. Or you’re participating in some conversation in a vacuum, essentially.

Right. Is it really bettering anything or changing anything? No. Right. So is it the illusion of. Oh, because we’re all on X and we’re talking about these social issues. Maybe we’re buying into an illusion that we think change is happening because we’re all just have this voice there. Or I left a comment. You know what? Information, okay. Information is empty unless there’s inspiration behind it. And that’s truly. That’s why so much information is like miscarriages. Okay, so. So we’re aware of this, but then what? Yeah, right. That’s a good way to put it. Never really heard it that way before.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. Makes a lot of sense. And the dangers of social media every time, you know, and now. And now, you know, I’ve talked to my guy that’s at YouTube or whatever he says, man, now it’s like all shorts. Anything that’s 20 seconds. It’s like the attention span for people is getting less and less and less and less and less. And that’s why people go to TikTok and go to Instagram and they just want to scroll, scroll, scroll even. I was watching the movie Hacksaw Ridge the other day, and it’s. I mean, you know, it’s like the 40s, World War II stuff.

And I’m thinking, I’m just watching this guy, like, really, really try to court this woman and. And make him his girlfriend, his wife, whatever. And they really are into each other, and they could really fall in love and all this stuff. Now even relationships are instantaneous, and it’s just a swipe of a thumb. Like them, not like them. They get straight to the. It’s just everything is instantaneous. Society has become instantaneous. And it’s all about the dopamine hit and then on to the next one, on to the next dopamine hit and on to the next one, then on to the next dopamine hit.

That’s where we’re at now. I don’t think that’s ever coming back, if you want my opinion. And that’s why you have to really work on it yourself. But, I mean, people don’t really. I mean, it’s gonna get less and less. People don’t really court anymore. I mean, you can go into a site and just find somebody and Tinder or whatever, right? And it’s. It is what it is. Everything is instantaneous. Gosh. Yeah. I wonder what kind of effect that’s having. Do you. Let me segue here. Do you think. Let’s say people are out at a concert or a bar.

Do you think people are. To the dating thing? Do you think they’re picking up on people, like, in person anymore? Or is it just so easy to be private on your phone? And I think people are lacking social skills. Meet a person in. In public and talk to them. I think it’s just all about hooking up. I think they just want to hook up and go hook up. And other than that, everything is just lost in translation. Just lost. Everything’s just on the phone, right? Empty. And, you know, I was like. You said concerts, right? Well, I was at the last concert I went to.

Were able. Actually, I’ll say the last ACL I went to in Austin, Austin City Limits. I went there and I was like, what is this? Like, okay, it used to be, like, live music, but there’s different stages set up now where people are wearing headphones and. And you can’t hear the music unless you have the headphones on. What is the point of going to a concert at all? They’re not even talking with each other, right? They all just have their headsets on, just doing this, bobbing their heads on a quiet stage. What are you there? It’s outdoors.

Outdoors. But they were in a tent. Okay. Looking at the stage, the guys on his computer, mixing whatever he’s doing. You can’t hear anything if you’re all. You only hear it unless you have your headset on. You’re in that tent. Very weird. It’s like, what is that? Yeah, yeah, what is that? Right? And what is that? What is that leading us towards? And that’s the younger generations when they thought that was cool as anything. Like, to me, I was like, that’s sick. You know? Yeah, I. Yeah, that’s so weird. I. That’s what I mean. Like, what is it easy? Like, what is the point? Is it easier then to sort of control humanity if we’re just.

Yeah, I think. I think they were. You could have given subliminal messaging into that to the headphones. Whatever, man. Of course. Right? Yeah, Yeah. I just. There’s such a disconnect from self. It just compounds on all the, you know, chaos that they throw at us too. You know, like, add all that together, that means we really need to be reining it in and coming back. And if you notice, too, people are, like, expecting. Especially, like a lot of Christians and stuff like that, like, which I. I kind of just. I disagree with this, but they’re expecting the end of the world.

They’re expecting the. Right. The apocalypse. They’re expect. They’re expect Armageddon, I should say. They’re expecting this, you know, to end. And. And I just feel like we can control our destiny. It doesn’t have to be that way. Correct. So, yeah, this could be a whole another topic. Because I. I believe. Correct. We are. If that’s what they believe and that’s what they’ve been told, then they’re literally creating that. I think that’s what Jesus was here trying to teach. Right. You know, you can mountains, he told people, you can move mountains if you have the faith of a mustard seed.

I mean, it’s like, that is powerful. Very powerful. But I think, okay. And who knows? And I’m just posing the question. I’m not saying yes or no or it is or it isn’t. But from what I know throughout history of man, books and documents and things are always tampered with, edited, or let’s say, studying history. Certain events are chosen for you to learn about. So what makes people think that maybe some religious texts have been edited or tampered with, or maybe you don’t know certain things on purpose? I’d like to know what’s in the Vatican archives.

You know, I’d like to know what’s in the Basement, Right. You know, me personally, I’d like to know that. 100. I agree. I’m not saying it’s true or false. I’m just saying you have to entertain that thought and come from that place and say, but I am already part of God. I believe I already have the tools. You know, you come here to this existence, you don’t bring a suitcase. You already have everything you need. So why are we so driven away from that throughout our lives? You know, it’s like beat upon us that I need someone else or I need the media to tell me what my world is, or I need this person to do that.

No, I’ve already come here fully equipped and I can, we can, I can create my reality. My thoughts are super powerful, right? And we have these higher faculties like memory and imagination. Why do we have imagination if it’s not to imagine something and to create that? And that’s how you create, that’s how you invent. Yes. Everything was just a thought at one point, right? Or like not everything or maybe everything, right? Yeah, everything was. But, but think about this, you know, and here’s another point, you know, just look at your air conditioner. You know, someone had to think that up in order to install it in your car and have freezing air blowing you when it’s 110 outside, right? That’s crazy to me, right? So somebody thought of that or some people and then created it, period.

And if I, and this may sound super idealistic, I don’t care if I can believe and imagine and know peace, so can the world. 100%. I, I totally agree with you on that. Yes. And you know, people say, well, there’s no God. I’m like, well, look at matter. Can’t create thought a thing. Right? This cannot create thought, but I can create this. So thought had to come before matter, right? So imagination, thought, consciousness came, which is God came before things, this energy. That’s why it’s so important for them to push evolution. Oh, push the. I’m sure that’s why it’s important.

That’s why they keep perpetuating this man. Oh, we came from a slime into the. And we just happen to come in. No, no, no. Thought. We are, we were created. I firmly believe that. Right, Firmly believe that. Well, also, if you, it’s what another point of that is. If you think you came from nothing, then that sort of I, that sort of admits like, hey, I think I’m nothing. Right. And that takes your power away. Right? Whereas like I believe, like I come from something spectacular and multi dimensional and extravagant and amazing. Right. And expansive. Therefore I am 100.

I am. Those are powerful words. Yeah. Is that your book behind you? Yes. Can I see it? Can you hold it up to the camera to let people see it? There it is, folks. Luminescence manual. That’s beautiful. The, the. Thank you. The sea, the seashell right there. That represents what, the figure. Fibonacci. There it is. Yeah, yeah. The Fibonacci sequence. Correct? Yeah, yeah. That’s fractals. Thank you. Yeah. Very interesting. Where do people get this book? So it’s on Amazon or Barnes and Noble and there are links on my website. What’s your website? So it’s my first and last name.

Elizabeth Lane Dot com. That’s L A, S, A B. Yeah, I’ll put it down there below in the description. And folks, you can just get it on Amazon or elizabethlang.com. i’ll put it down there in the description box. I. I’m glad you have a solution. You know, there’s just too many people bringing out the problems like me. I do that on my show, so I’m glad I’m having someone like you bring the solution, so. Well, that’s the thing. If we start giving energy to higher thoughts and higher, you know, message good messages. Right. Can’t we be the leaders and we can sort of take that energy and create more of it.

We won’t need leaders anymore. We don’t need to listen to anybody anymore. Right, right. Thank you so much, Elizabeth. I really appreciate you coming on. Yeah, I loved it. God bless you too.
