Hey, friends, Peggy hall, back with you from thehealthyamerican.org and this is a new video for you. We are going to do a deep, deep dive about Trump’s invasion of Venezuela. What it seems like nobody’s really talking about and why I am questioning the veracity of it all. Bear with me. My microphone’s not working. I’m on a different computer. But this information was too important to delay. So Trump said, says we’re going to run the country, meaning Venezuela. This is his announcement about his indefinite occupation of Venezuela following the January 3, 2026 Delta Force Midnight ambush in Caracas to abduct President Nicolas Maduro and his wife, Celia Flores.

Now, I made some notes here so that I could stay on track because, as you know, I can often go in another direction. So I understand that some of my viewers may be giving this action a standing ov. They want to see despots removed and order restored and penalties paid for crimes committed. Here in South Florida, where I am, there is a substantial Venezuelan population and people are literally dancing in the streets. Oh, wait, isn’t that what got Maduro in trouble? His Trump style dancing was the last straw. I heard. As far as the Venezuelan expats celebrating the capture of Madero, I get it.

I really do. I have friends who are from Venezuela. I used to love this Venezuelan restaurant in Santa Ana, California, where we would all go during our testimony that we were giving to the Board of Stupid Advisors. I think that’s how it’s pronounced. But these Venezuelans were so hardworking. They created this restaurant and they told us how grateful they were to be in the United States, to be out from under the oppressive regime in Venezuela. But their hearts still bleed for their beloved country. For many now, there is relief. There’s celebration and hope for Libertad. But for others, there is uncertainty and concern that Trump announced that the US Would temporarily run Venezuela.

I’m going to talk about that a little bit more near the end of this broadcast. There’s also concern about Trump’s questioning the leadership of the opposition leader, Maria Corina Machado, who, by the way, just received the award for the Nobel Peace Prize. Further, there’s tension over Trump’s revocation of the temporary protected status. That’s called TPS for Venezuelans who flew fled Maduro’s regime. So, I mean, who would want to stay in a place that is rich in natural resources, used to be an economic powerhouse, and now be subject to poverty, severe food shortages, power and water outages, unbridled corruption and political repression, and no, I’m not talking about California, although that is a close second.

It’s understandable that many are applauding the removal of Madero. But for others, there is still concern over the legality of this invasion and abduction. Well, truth and justice in the American way. No, no, not in this case. Midnight raids and abductions of foreign leaders. You know, this is what thug nations in deep Africa, far flung places in Asia, or hard to pronounce countries in the Middle east would resort to. I know that’s controversial, and in my broadcast, I don’t shy from controversy. So in this broadcast, we are going to be looking at Trump’s surprise announcement of this surprise operation dubbed Operation Absolute Resolve.

The parallels some are drawing between what happened in PANAMA More than 30 years ago, the oil angle, the often predictability of foreign affairs, and why I personally am sort of fascinated by them. And we’re going to look at whether Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Canada, Greenland are next for invasions. We’re going to ask the question and answer it. What happened to America? First, we’re going to look at the alleged ties, the Venezuelan ties to corruption and fraud in the American 2020 presidential election and why I’m skeptical about what we’re told is happening and what I think could be coming next.

That’s quite ambitious, I know. So put on your scuba gear if you want to do a deep, deep dive. Along with my healthy skepticism and maybe a little dose of snark, friends, in a very slurred speech, meaning he appeared to slur his words, Trump announced an indefinite occupation of Venezuela and his goal to install US Oil companies. Let’s take a listen. So we are going to run the country until such time as we can do a safe, proper and judicious transition. And it has to be judicious because that’s what we’re all about. We’re going to have our very large United States oil companies, the biggest anywhere in the world, go in, spend billions of dollars, fix the badly broken infrastructure, the oil infrastructure, and start making money for the country.

And we are ready to stage a second and much larger attack if we need to do so. Mr. President, does the U.S. running the country mean that U.S. troops will be on the ground? How will that work? Well, you know, they always say boots on the ground. Oh, so we’re not afraid of boots on the ground if we have to have we had boots on the ground last night at a very high level, actually. There you have it. How do you like them apples? Some people were emailing me right off the bat saying, peggy don’t worry, Trump has authority to do this because it, this precedent was set back in 1989 with a coup.

Well, I’m going to call it a coup, basically a replacement of the leaders in Panama. And this was undertaken by George Bush. Interestingly, it was 36 years ago to the day. Yes, that’s the number 36. When another general, Manuel Noriega, was taken down by US forces in Panama. He was a one time ally of the United States and he also served as a CIA informant. So there’s that. He was wanted by the US for racketeering and drug trafficking. But the facts were quite different in Panama. The US already had more than 10,000 military troops on the ground.

So there was no invasion per se. Further, an American Marine was shot and killed at a roadblock. And this was the justification that Bush used to hunt down and capture Noriega. Finally, Bush did inform Congress, although there was no formal declaration of war, but he did inform them prior to the events. So this parallel between what Trump did and what Bush did isn’t really accurate. This 1989 military action was largely viewed, well, it was viewed as illegal and it was widely condemned as a flagrant violation of international law. I quoted that in the case of Trump’s invasion of Venezuela.

This action was taken without notifying Congress. Trump blatantly ignored the 1973 War Powers act that was passed after the quagmire in Vietnam. And that requires a president to notify Congress of military interventions within 48 hours. And as far as I understand it, apparently only a few congressional leaders, known as the eight, the top eight, or something like that, were told after the invasion had begun. And ostensibly the rest of Congress found out about this from the headlines like the rest of us. So let’s talk about the oil angle and I’m going to explain more about this in my next broadcast, which is going to be Wednesday, because this is really what Trump is basing.

Well, that and drug running and drug trafficking and so forth. But that’s also questionable where these drugs are coming from. Someone say from the CIA? That’s a story for another day. But let me just briefly say that US Oil companies are not all that interested in doing business in Venezuela, in part due to the poor quality of oil and the challenges in refining it. I’m going to do a deep dive for you on that in my broadcast on Wednesday, but suffice it to say that that is one of the reasons Trump is using to justify his actions.

Now, his aggressive action did raise eyebrows, to say the least. Of other countries. And of course, his action is not really that surprising because it followed a whole series of recent threats and actions, including this strange diatribe of a few weeks ago that I’m going to share with you in just a moment. Apparently this was posted on his Truth Social. The reason why I call it strange. Well, let’s just take a look at it here. Venezuela is completely surrounded by the largest armada ever assembled in the history of South America. It will only get bigger and the shock to them will be like nothing they have ever seen before until such time as they return to the United States of America all the oil, land and other assets that they previously stole from us.

I want to stop right there for a moment. I’ll leave this for you and you can read it in more detail. But it was kind of strange because he’s referring to Venezuela stealing American land. And there’s no evidence that I have found that Venezuela has stolen any American land. Trump is ostensibly referring to the nationalization of the oil industry by Venezuela. And that’s true. Back in 2007, then President Venezuela of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez took state control of all oil production and then he ended what is actually temporary operating rights. So it’s categorically false that Venezuela stole American oil.

The oil did not belong to the and does not belong to the American oil companies. The land does not belong to the American oil companies. They had temporary operating rights. So the US Oil companies had this authorization for oil exploration and production, but they did not own any of the land or the oil itself. Venezuela owns the oil in the territory, not ExxonMobil or ConocoPhillips, and those were the two that had been operating. So the other thing that I thought was a little bit interesting is that he wrote, venezuela is completely surrounded by the largest armada ever assembled in South America.

Now, I don’t know how a country that is not an island can be completely surrounded by an armada, but perhaps I’m splitting hairs here. But let’s just be clear. With all the faults of these dictators in Venezuela, they did not steal American oil or American land. Just saying. So, jeepers, here I am talking about Venezuela just a few days after I said I’m not going to be talking about Venezuela, but hey, drug runners, cartel kingpins, international espionage, smuggling, blockade, sanctions, midnight military raids, abducting a foreign leader. It all sounds like a movie. And that’s my question, could it be a made for TV movie after all? The only evidence that we’ve got to go on are the grainy, poor quality videos of AI Anyone and news reports.

And you know how trustworthy the mainstream merry go round media is. So it might have crossed your mind as it’s crossed mine, that what we are being told and shown might not just be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. But just for the sake of argument, we’ll return to this made for TV movie at the end of my broadcast. But just for the sake of argument, let’s take the government and the media and the talking heads at their word and let’s say that Trump ordered the FBI to go along with the military to invade Venezuela and kidnap Maduro and his wife wife in the dead of night.

This brazen maneuver has Trump’s fingerprints all over it. That’s exactly how Trump likes to roll. And where some, maybe many of my viewers here would call Trump bold, others would say he’s bombastic, brash and bullying. I mean, what happened to diplomacy, negotiations, leverage, international law respecting another nation’s sovereignty? Well, I have been fascinated by foreign affairs for a long time and I have this little subhead in my substack that I am referring to here called Foreign Affairs. Wash, rinse, repeat. And just a note friends, this is all my own original research. I do not use AI.

I have gone to original sources and all of these words are my own. I did make notes so that I could stay on track. So back in the day I would have been riveted by all of this international intrigue. While studying for my master’s degree in international relations. Yep, that was my area of expertise, international policy studies, economics and law. I thought that I had all the answers to solving all of the world’s problems, whether in the Middle east or Asia or South America, most notably in Nicaragua, which I studied in some detail. And that was I was in school a little bit after their revolution.

And so there was a lot going on about all the clandestine double crossing back in the Sandinista days when Reagan was meddling in South America and his national security aide, Oliver North. Does that ring a bell for anyone? He was operating an illegal gun running scheme to Iran. Oh yeah, those were the days. Over the years though, it seemed like the headlines just recycled the same old international power struggles, government corruption here, an attempted coup there, sanctions and resolutions everywhere. Wash, rinse and repeat. So back then I didn’t realize, back when I was a student, I didn’t realize that when it came to power and politics, there was more than meets the eye.

I thought that some good old fashioned logic, diplomacy, reasoning, common sense and reality would rule the day. And nope, not at all. What’s going on in the Middle east, for example, has been going on for decades and things have not really changed for the better. Now I can’t tell you exactly when it happened or what the tipping point was for my awakening, but over time I realized that political leaders, no matter the country, didn’t have the best interest of their people in mind. I realized that wars or the threat of military interventions or economic sanctions actually benefited so many government contractors, weapons manufacturing, the military, and of course the bankers.

Now I know many of you are familiar with the book, it’s called all wars are Bankers wars by Michael Rivera. And the premise of that book is that most major modern wars have been instigated and financed by private central bankers for profit and control over nations economies. In other words, these military interventions are not so much to stop the spread of communism or to destroy nuclear capabilities or go after weapons of mass destruction, but to force nations to accept private banking systems and incur debt. Certainly the push for digital currency is a top priority, so there are people talking about it.

Crypto and cbdc, which I’ve covered at some length on this channel, the central bank digital currencies, they are promoted by the New World Disorder for their plan to build back better, or as I call it, bomb back better in this case, or burn back better depending on the method chosen. The CBDCs are pushed as a more efficient way to conduct international trade, to manage cross border payments to avoid traditional banking, allow for access for digital wallets, et cetera, et cetera. You all my lovely, savvy, sophisticated, healthy Americans are well aware of the dangers of ditching cash and you realize what a stranglehold the government would have over our lives, our choices and our freedom once every transaction is digitally tracked and evaluated.

Social credit score anyone? Are Colombia, Cuba, Canada, Mexico and Greenland next? Well Trump said we do need Greenland. Absolutely, he told the Atlantic magazine when he was asked about the capture of the Venezuelan president and what that meant for Greenland. And take a look at this here. His comments doubling down on his desire to ring Greenland came as Katie Miller, the wife of Trump’s deputy chief of staff, sparked further outrage by sharing a picture of the territory covered by the American flag and the caption soon how do you like them apples? What do you think about that friends? So Trump, I am going to quote now from the Telegraph and it says Trump was reportedly moved to order the daring ambush in Venezuela after being enraged by a video of the Venezuelan despot mocking him by dancing.

Friends, in my broadcast on Wednesday, I want to Break down some of the signs and symbols of what we’re seeing, because these dancing videos, I think there’s more than meets the eye. Let me know in a comment if you have any idea what I’m talking about, and I will, as I say, cover that in an upcoming video. Trump has warned Delsey Rodriguez, the interim Venezuelan leader and former vice president. Okay, my own commentary. So he’s still dealing with the current regime. The Maduro regime has not been eliminated. And just letting you know, for all those that are celebrating, he said to her that she will pay a very big price if she does not do as he instructs.

While the US Military action in Caracas rocked the world, Trump’s promise to oust Maduro dates back to his first term, as do his ambitions to take over Greenland. Despite running a campaign on America First, Trump appears to have whetted his appetite for a return to US Foreign intervention. You can see the Telegraph, which comes out of the UK is no fan of Donald Trump. Colombia. Overnight, Trump threatened military further military action in the region, warning Colombia that it could be next if it did not reduce the flow of illicit drugs to the U.S. colombia is very sick, too, run by a sick man who likes making cocaine and selling it to the United States, and he’s not going to be doing it very long, Trump said.

Asked whether the US Would pursue a military operation against Colombia, Trump said, it sounds good to me. Again, this is from the Telegraph. This alongside the US President revealing his ambition to take back the Panama Canal, underlines how Trump has signposted, has signposted his desires with clear threats. All right, back to my comments. What happened to America First? Didn’t Trump run on an America first platform? Didn’t he say he was going to stay out of far flung places and focus on making America great again? Now, some commenters that I’ve seen on other platforms have said that Trump is running this country, running it right into the ground.

Now, friends, I am not out to get Trump. I have no allegiance to any one person. My only allegiance is to truth and freedom, facts and reality. And as time goes by, it becomes more and more apparent that the world leaders are influenced or controlled by deeper and higher layers and levels of powers and principalities that have a shared agenda of controlling people, squashing dissent worldwide, and rolling out the new world disorder. So I ask you, is Trump a good guy out to save the world, knocking out one despot at a time, taking over one country illegally at a time? Well, many people would like to believe that Trump is the knight in shining armor that he is the savior on a white horse.

I personally don’t have evidence for that yet. Could it be that Trump is in place to inch us closer to a totalitarian One world government and central bank digital currency as he first takes over Venezuela and then Colombia, Cuba, Panama, Mexico, Canada and Greenland in the last several days alone? I mean, keep in mind, Trump very stealthily ordered the bombing of Nigeria. He ordered a wave of attacks in Syria. And let’s not forget that earlier in 2025, he ordered the bombings of Iran, Iraq, Yemen and Somalia. That adds up to attacks on seven countries, including Venezuela.

Trump also said that he basically wants to be the prince of peace in Gaza and to run that territory as an international zone. Kind of sounds like one world government to me. Or is that just me? My opinion might be far fetched and I do hope that I’m wrong. What say you? Let’s briefly touch on now the Venezuelan ties to American election fraud. So there’s chatter, and there has been for some time, that Venezuela was the center of US election fraud in 2020, and basically they helped seal the election from Donald Trump. Now, the claim, as I understand it, and there’s not a lot of info that I’ve been able to verify on this, but the claim is that secret computer servers controlled by a company called smartmatic, which had a contract for electronic voting machines in Los Angeles, and then another electronic voting machine company called Dominion, they, they ran the voting machines in other parts of the United States.

These programs and these servers had been created or corrupted by Venezuela and then ostensibly with the help of China to fix American elections. So this is an ongoing and a contentious story. I don’t have all the facts on that, but many are using that principle as justification for the military invasion into Venezuela. Whether or not there were computer servers on board the Delta Force when Madero was seized remains to be revealed. So we might have to circle back to that story. What now? What happens now? Well, the US has withdrawn all military forces in Venezuela. Maduro’s vice president remains in charge, which means there has been no significant regime change in the country.

Ostensibly, US Officials will work with Maduro’s administration, not with the opposition leader. So what really will change? It’s unlikely that oil companies are going to eagerly flock to Venezuela, although they may be reluctant to do so if Trump persuades them to do so. Instability is a red flag to investment, and instability abounds in Venezuela. So those Venezuelans that are celebrating in Miami right now might just want to stay put for a while longer. Now, let’s get a little skeptical, shall we? Here’s what I’m wondering. What if. Just stick with me for a moment. Humor me. Just what if Maduro was in on this entire operation? Think about it.

Stranger things have happened. Well, since you’re my healthy Americans, you know that I like to consider every possibility, no matter how outlandish it may seem at the time. So again I ask you to just humor me here for a moment. So imagine Maduro getting an ultimatum from the US Government saying surrender and step down from power or we’re going to take you by force. And that might not end well. You don’t want a full blown war in your country now do you? And you don’t want to be assassinated now do you? So why not play nice and we’ll get you onto American soil safely and then we’ll let justice take its course.

So why not pretend to put on a raid, pretend to capture Maduro and then continue? Oh, and get all the accolades for doing so? And then continue to work with Maduro’s same regime to get American oil companies back in action? Well, this could serve as a way to de escalate tensions, to keep hope alive among Venezuelan exiles and to showcase American military power and Trump’s international power in all its prowess. Just saying. Yes, it was reported that the highly secretive elite Delta Force, who are trained for the most complex and delicate covert missions, performed this delicate and brazen operation.

Absolute resolve. And I’m certain they are capable of such a daunting mission. But think about what had to happen to make this happen. Are you ready? The US had to acquire precise intelligence to know exactly where Maduro would be at the exact time of the raid. U.S. forces had to enter Venezuelan airspace and they had to evade Venezuela’s significant air defenses. There had to be a coordination of thousands of US troops and coordination of hundreds of factors including 150 different aircraft, bombers, fighters, the intelligence operatives, reconnaissance, surveillance. All this had to be done with extremely precise timetables.

And we’re told that this was launched from 20 different land and sea bases. And all of this had to be done with complete and total surprise, which we’re told was achieved despite the immense force that was deployed. Quite astounding, isn’t it? Further, the entire operation was accomplished in about two and a half hours and there were no losses of US equipment or personnel. Contrast that to Panama where there were dozens of deaths and hundreds that were wounded in that operation. So some would say this is quite unbelievable. Did you understand that word? Unbelievable can’t be believed.

Sounds kind of like a movie script. No wonder I’m questioning it now. I could be totally wrong. I could be totally off base. This illegal military invasion could result in a peaceful transition of power to the opposition leader, Maria Corinne Machado. As I say, she just won the Nobel Peace Prize. But one thing is certain. There is more to the story than we are being told and I, for one, will keep my eye on it and bring breaking developments that I hope will matter to you. So, friends, just a reminder that I’m broadcasting brand new videos every Monday and Wednesday at 4pm Pacific here at the Healthy American.

I might sprinkle in a couple of top hit Tuesdays and throwback Thursdays with content that’s so good it’s worth seeing again. But for now, I’m going to stick on the Venezuelan story. So I’ll be back with you on Wednesday and then on Friday, I’m over at my other channel, Living Swell with Peggy hall, where we leave the headlines behind. I am focused on helping you live fully and freely, helping you keep your head above the waves in the stormy seas of life with positive encouragement and practical tips. And that’s every Friday at 4pm so thank you everybody for being on board.

I look forward to reading all of your comments. I undoubtedly will incorporate those into my substack. That’s over@peggyhall.substack.com and on Wednesday, we’re going to do even a deeper dive into this. I’m going to be looking at the signs, the symbols, and we’ll use this as another exercise in critical thinking. Remember, our thinking minds can be easily, well, for some people, can be easily hijacked by emotions. And those emotions could be fear, but they could also be celebration. They could also be amazement. And that’s why often these military operations are used with a strategy called shock and awe.

Even if it’s something that you’re celebrating, you might be swept away in the emotions and not able to see the truth, the facts, the reality and the evidence. So let’s keep digging, shall we? Thank you everybody, and I look forward to seeing you right back here on Wednesday.
