Hey it’s Dan, welcome back. You’re watching I allegedly and I’ve got a good one for you today because we are all in the same boat together guys and I don’t care what industry you’re in, I don’t care what you’re selling, what service you offer, everybody’s in the same boat right now. Please hit the like button, please subscribe to the channel, and let’s get right into it. I’m just going to give you example after example after example. First things first, there is a story that there were seven trucking companies that went out of business in one day, one day.

Now the story is below, it’ll be the first story, but I want you to think about this. If this is in fact true, were they all owned by the same company? As I’m trying to research this, this is somebody telling us about this and I started to look for the bankruptcies and things like that and haven’t found them yet, but this would be basically within the last few days that this happened. But the catastrophic part about this is everybody’s going to lose their overtime, they’re going to lose any vacation pay that they have, people are not going to get paid at some of these places and they’re going to lose their pensions at some of these places.

Now I have had people write me, you know when I’ve ripped on Boeing when Butch and Sunny were up in space for that extra time, people said it’s a great company, how dare you? Yeah, they should sue Boeing to oblivion. Boeing can’t build the president’s plan on time and you want to tell me what a great company they are. All those people that revolve with that spaceship should be in jail as far as I’m concerned. That’s just me though, okay? You can do what you want with that. You’re starting to see more and more problems with companies, but I’m telling you this right now, your pension, your 401k, hey the old company, you know Benjamin Smith Trucking is brilliant.

They’ve been around 75 years down, they’re going to survive me and guess what? They don’t and I just made that company name up so don’t look for it. Anyways, the point is is that you have all these people that are going out of business right now. Omaha Steaks, I want you to think about this. They just closed a division in the last week for something I did not know that they did and that was food service business. They supply in the Midwest a tremendous amount of restaurants, cafeterias, corporate food places with their food and meat products and they cancelled that.

Is that the end of Omaha Steaks? Are they done? Now when you see the story below, look at the video of the businesses that are like, we have no idea where we’re going to go. You know, we can’t pay 30% more for our meat. They were getting a tremendous deal from Omaha Steaks and they’re done with the food service business. Who knew? Who knew that they did that unless you bought from them? All I remember is the commercials. I remember when the steak deal, I’m old enough to remember when it was 29 bucks.

Now it’s $200 to get steaks from Omaha Steaks. So that’s that with that. The rule base survived? Who knows? Who knows? But again, everything’s great, everything’s perfect, but you’re the only one having a difficult time. Costco. Costco just changed its return policy and I’ve seen this happen. Hey listen, here’s my receipt. I bought some milk last week that wasn’t any good. Can you replace it? Sorry ma’am, got to bring the milk back now. What? Yeah, you have to return the food items now that are no good. You just can’t say that the tomatoes didn’t taste right or that the mushrooms are horrible as we got down there.

There was mold there, so they’re starting to change that. So you’re gonna have to bring the product in and they’re starting to clamp down on the date. When did you buy this? Okay, you have 30 days on this one purchase. You have 90 days in this purchase. It’s 94 days in. Can’t return it. That’s what you’re seeing more and more of right now. Okay, so I saw a guy at In-N-Out Hamburger once walk in and place an order to go listen. The last time I was here, it was horrible. Can I show you pictures of the food? And he pulls out his phone, shows pictures of the burgers and I’m like, this is gonna work.

This guy’s gonna really scam these guys and say his burgers were terrible last time and then ordered four burgers, fries, four drinks, and they gave it to him. And I’m like, wow, there’s a place in hell for that guy for being a common thief, but that’s just me for thinking that. So all of this stuff is happening right now. Okay, now here’s the one that’s crazy and I was gonna title the video of this. Middle-class America is selling plasma. They’re selling their blood. Now, here’s the thing. Margo Thompson, she’s in the article that I presented to you guys.

She makes over $150,000 a year between her and her husband, but what did she do? They bought a new car that’s over $1,000 a month, so what does she do? She sells her blood routinely every month to cover expenses. Are you kidding me? Now, there’s people dead broke. One woman in the article talks about how she needs money for toilet paper and just essentials around the house, so she gives blood. Two hundred thousand people a day give blood to meet the nut and pay the bills. And again, what does it cost you to live every month? I don’t care if you live by yourself or you have six kids, you should know exactly what your budget is.

A month after month after month. That’s difficult, Dan. That’d probably take me 15-20 minutes to figure that out. Yeah, it probably would, if that. But here’s the thing. I get a kick out of people that write me and say, oh, you just made that story up. That’s crazy. This one came from NBC News, so you can decide if I made that one up. But again, in the video description, I either reference somebody that wrote me a story. I got that one, but it’s just terrible. Now, we talked a lot about farming last week and about how farmers are dead broke and they’re having difficult times.

Well, you got a huge amount of mental illness in these people not being able to survive mentally and emotionally because they’re not making any money and they’re having to survive these difficult times. It’s terrible, absolutely terrible. But when you read about these people, these are the people, I am telling you the stories that I get sent that I can’t talk about yet. You have to have supplies in your home. You have to stock up on the essentials because if this happens, if the tomato farmers go out of business, guys, you’re going to see cans of tomato sauce go to $20 a jar.

Oh, that’s crazy. What if you can’t get it? What if you can’t get it? I’ve talked to restaurant owners and said, hey, did you hear about this? Yeah, we’re stocking up on supplies for spring for when people hopefully want to come back to the restaurant and buy pasta. So you’re going to see this, but the farmers are depressed because they’re not making any money like the rest of us. So, guys, you have to take this stuff seriously. You have to take these warnings seriously. When I was younger, my daughter was younger, one thing that we used to like to do was watch HSM, Home Shopping Network, and QVC and make fun of the ridiculous jewelry, and we would do it at night after she got done with her homework, and she still jokes about how I would turn the TV down to silent mute, and then I would do the sales pitch for the ring for my daughter.

Oh, this is a magical ring, only caution. $29.99, and then we would guess and what. They were going to charge the people for it. Same thing with QVC. I have known people that have written me, and my wife is a QVC junkie. Dan, she buys so much stuff. It is sick, the amount of money she spends every month. I have packages after package being sent here, and guess what? QVC HSM looks like they’re headed towards bankruptcy. They had an emergency meeting early this week to talk to their creditors, because guess how much they owe? Think about this.

This is a successful business. $6.6 billion QVC and HSM. And again, let me tell you how these meetings go when you get that far into this, hey, you guys better work something out, or we’re going to pull the plug. Hey, listen, we’re going to seize your inventory. We’re going to take you out the air. We’re going to seize the network. Good luck. Good luck running this place. One thing about that place is that if you research QVC or HSM, they have been run by some really heavyweight marketing people that know a thing or two about television.

For those of us that are my age, you remember the infomercials at night. They were fantastic. You used to be able to buy time, and you would go out and you would buy, you know, 2 a.m. time, and you’d wake up and you’d be like, oh my gosh, that thing’s kind of cool to wash my car. I want one of those Shamwows, too. You know, Vince from Shamwows, you know, that guy’s running for Congress someplace, I think Florida, but that guy’s using his Shamwows-style commercials to do that. Needless to say, QVC, HSM, it looks like they’re going to go down for the count, guys, and if they don’t work this out.

But are you going to go out? Think about your lifestyle. Think about how you’re tight right now financially. Are you going to go out and are you going to go and spend more money at HSN? No. No, no, no, no, no. Disneyland is off. Las Vegas is off. There’s a great article I read about how, you know, you can’t, people are not going to the strip. Everything’s so expensive. You know, one thing, it’s nice to be Danny, and it’s nice when they offer me stuff and shenanigans, and my friends want to go see baseball because they have that little stadium, and the Angels are going to play the A’s and stuff, and we can get deals worked out and things like that.

That stuff’s cool, but these guys are not going to bring ten grand apiece to gamble. They’re going to bring a few hundred bucks, walk through it, have a good time, and call it a day, okay? So that’s what you’re looking at right now. Do not forget that we have a private channel that is, I allegedly live, and it’s all the uncensored stuff. It’s all the shenanigans. I’m just going to park this because that’s pretty beautiful. If you guys know Newport Beach at all, if you go across that little area right there, that is what’s known as the wedge, where they have huge waves and huge surfing, but the waves are not big today.

I would have gone over there for you guys. We’ll do that in the next week or so. So starting to see dealerships go out of business. There’s a Ford and Honda dealership that shut down after 45 years of service. That’s terrible. The Trump administration is getting rid of the fake CDLs, the commercial driver’s license. They’re cracking down and saying this is what the requirements are. Guys, if you have somebody working on your home, a plumber, somebody driving one of those big rigs, and again, I’ll probably drive into Vegas with my buddies when we go see those baseball games.

The point is is that you hope that the truckers know how to speak English. You hope that they can navigate the roads safely because you don’t want to run into somebody with something that weighs several tons. It’s just that simple, but they’re cracking down on that, and that’s terrible, and how dare you say that, you know? So a couple more things. Hollywood is dead. Making movies is dead. I want you to understand something that I had from them. I did something that you couldn’t do. I went out and wrote scripts and then sent them to movie producing.

That’s something made in a past life. Then my kids wanted to eat all the time, and I had a problem with not earning a living every day, so I changed what I did for a living. Anyways, Hollywood is dead. I know a guy who is a commercial cameraman for ABC News, and he has no work right now. Well, there’s no work for you right now. Nothing. No special projects. Nothing, and they’re going with the same crew after crew after crew. Somebody the same. But Hollywood film production? Yeah, I knew something.

Karen Bass got together. He’s the governor of California, and she’s the mayor that should be in jail, those two, with what they did with those fires. That’s just me. They’re gonna change Hollywood. They’re gonna fix it now and make it so production’s gonna be here, and they’re gonna have incentives. The only problem with that guys is you have film production cost X amount of dollars. Paying the crew, paying the actors, paying everybody to do this. And it’s funny, my son, when he does his little film stuff and his little auditions and things like that, they always send them all these different radical little stories, you know, about how, hey listen, you’re going to Georgia and we’re gonna pay you X amount of dollars a day, but if you could stay with a friend, that would help on the film production.

I’m like, really? I mean, really? And then our, hey, we were gonna pay you $600 a day, but would you be happy for 140? And I’m like, get out of it. Don’t work for them. So it’s happening guys. It’s happening all over, but film is dead. TV is dead. Rob Lowe’s game show, The Floor, they fly all 100 contestants to Ireland to film in Ireland and put them up in a hotel for six days. It’s cheaper to do that than it is to walk across the Paramount lot and you can search the Rob Lowe things about that, but you’re in the same boat as everybody else right now when it comes to this stuff.

Everybody’s having a difficult time right now. I spoke to a guy that deals with products and getting product placement done right now and he’s like, and we’ve got to make sure that people understand that everybody’s paying less right now and we want to get companies that are going to pay people once we work out a deal with them. Well, that is wild, guys. That’s wild. So all the prizes are getting mailed out this weekend. You’ll see more and more of that. I will make announcements for that.
