Summary
➡ Sig Sauer, a gun manufacturer, is trying to keep a document hidden from public court records. This document reveals that their P320 handgun has a small chance of discharging unintentionally if dropped, bumped, or vibrated. Despite this risk, Sig Sauer continues to deny any issues with the gun. The company is now facing multiple lawsuits and is trying to prevent the document from being used in these cases.
➡ The speaker is sharing some information that’s now public and wants feedback on it. They’re promoting a discount code for a product and expressing their growing frustration about various issues. They encourage everyone to do their own research, stay safe, and carry a gun. They promise to return in the next video.

Did Sig Sauer knowingly and maybe even intentionally lie to get the army’s handgun military contract? A 500 million dollar contract that seems to be falling apart? I don’t know, but I’m gonna show you a document that’s been released by practical shooting insights and show you what they’ve dug up and then give you a little bit of math to show you that Sig acknowledges that there are Thousands of guns that could go off these 320s If they’re dropped banged or Vibrated. Yeah, you don’t want to check this one out stick all around for this one This is gonna and this is shocking and should anger people even those who are in the Sig has done nothing wrong camp.
I understand there are people on both sides. I try to just report stuff That’s out there whether it’s a lawsuit or a loss or a victory, whatever But today is gonna be a little different one. I got some information to show you and It’s very interesting. First. I want to thank the sponsor of the video. It’s blackout coffee guys and gals I’m one of the owners we roast our own coffee. We get beans from all over the world Thanks, Donald Trump for making it much more expensive to do business with all these tariffs But we roasted ourselves We give it to you ship it to you within two to three days of your order and two to three days of it Being roasted and we do coffees loose loose leaf teas hot chocolates.
It’s got some cool swag new shirts Speaking of new shirts. This is a new one from TriStar trading I absolutely love it links down below but blackoutcoffee.com slash G&G use G&G 10 to save 10% Let’s jump right into this I’m gonna show you first off the information that was released a couple days ago from practical shooting insights and then we’re gonna go over the documents that they dug up and Were able to unredact. Oh Check this out. This could be the smoking gun. I mean I’m not happy about a company, you know potentially facing some serious backlash, but if and this goes for any company if Glock was in this situation they were and they did a recall before but For a company that if there’s a an issue with a product that could potentially hurt people And it was known about and maybe they’re not acknowledging that I think that needs to get out I don’t care what the company’s name is.
I don’t care if it’s Ford or Cadillac or or Boeing or or anything and in this case just happens to be SIG Let’s get into this. Okay, the title of this is the document SIG sour does not want you to see about the p320 We’ll go with this real quick. It says the story begins with research I started a few days ago after reading about the recent tragic incident involving the United States Air Force Airmen who was killed while on duty Reportedly while unholstering his Air Force issued SIG sour m18 The firearm is for all intents and purposes identical to the consumer p320 model handgun That incident led me to explore recent litigation against SIG sour through court listener I discovered approximately 20 to 30 federal court cases involving the p320 allegedly discharging Unintentionally either spontaneously or when dropped Technically, these are two distinct but related issues before long I came across the case of SIG sour versus Bagnell in Which SIG sour is currently suing one of the primary plaintiff attorneys Jeffrey Bagnell for trademark infringement Under the Lantham act and Bagnell is actively involved in litigation against SIG sour regarding the p320 while reviewing the docket I stumbled across several recent motions filed by Bagnell to submit documents into the record Including one that SIG sour objected to this caught my attention The document titled MHS pistol failure modes effects and critical analysis or the FM ECA Was heavily redacted.
However certain sections such as two columns labeled risk assessment matrix level remained visible These included rows noting risks categorized as high medium and serious I searched for an unredacted version of the document but was unsuccessful The redacted version is available on court listener here. I’ll put a link to that. It is public record It’s on court listener court listener is a service where A whatever a document a complaint an article is submitted in a court case It is submitted into the public record and this is scanned and you can pay for Copies of a case or you can download them if they’ve already been paid for it’s the service.
I’ve been using for years That’s how I get you when I show you filings on On cases, this is what I use and many many people Thousands and thousands of journalists use it. It’s a common tool and it is It’s where they found this information in which sig is suing to keep people from seeing check it out We’ll continue after bagnell submitted the document under seal with a redacted version on the public record Sig sour filed an opposition They argued that the defendant had violated a protective order issued by another federal court and further stated that no good cause Exists to receive this as an exhibit in connection with the permanent injunction trial that ended more than a year ago Which involves specific false depictions of internal parts and dimensions in the animation created by defendants in the lanham act case Additionally sig sour noted that the document had been produced in connection with a completely different case And that defendants had explicitly designated it as confidential under the court’s protective order The situation became even more intriguing after I read an affidavit filed by bagnell in a separate lawsuit This one involving claims of libel and violations of the connecticut unfair trade practices act or cupta In which bagnell himself is the plaintiff it’s page 15 of 66 on this document You can says and effects critically analysis fm eca performed by sig for both its internal use And the department of defense’s analysis in or around 2016 upon information and belief sig has not to close the Fm eca document in p320 discovery to date despite scores of requests for it in federal and state litigation around the country The purpose of the fm eca was to assess the vulnerabilities of the p320 to certain health and safety risks associated with the use of the p320 The fm eca identified risks associated with the use of the p320 including Discharges without a trigger pull of which sig was already aware Upon information and belief sig concealed this document and withheld it in discovery in scores of cases going back to 2017 Indeed to contain the spreading incidents and lethal risk of Uncommanded discharges to end users sig filed a provisional patent application in october of 2017 to add a Secondary seer notch to the p320 seer in case the primary engagement failed due to a mere impulse That causes the striker to disengage From the first engagement surface as noted in the abstract.
That’s interesting, isn’t it? Now sig has said over and over and over again, and i’ve read their statement here before That the gun is the most tested safest most you know, most badass most technologically advanced coolest and it will not fire Unless the trigger is pulled Well recently they’ve kind of said in a different way without Trigger movement to the rear so they’ve changed a little bit. Maybe it’s just semantics. Maybe it’s just the person who wrote the The release but they’ve changed what they’ve said before was like hey This gun will not go off unless you pull the trigger and people in the firearms world know what a trigger pull is And then they change movement rearward movement because of the video that was released where you know Sig’s gun went off even with the use of a screw to take up slack, but let’s continue here because this Document i’m going to show you is the one that sig has refused to release and now it’s out there I was curious to understand what made this document so sensitive upon closer inspection I realized that the redacted text hadn’t been removed only obscured by a black image layer placed over the spreadsheet Using adobe acrobat this layer could easily be removed I’ll leave it to the reader to draw their own conclusions But one particularly damning piece of information is that sig sour appears to have acknowledged as early as february 1st of 2017 That the p320 was not drop safe However, they didn’t announce the voluntary upgrade program until Six months later on august 8th 2017 Just days after a lawsuit was filed claiming that an officer had been shot when his p320 discharged after being dropped For reference here is the unobscured version of the internal sig sour highly confidential mhs program Fm eca document.
We’ll go back to it here in a second I quickly published the document on my instagram and facebook accounts where it received some public attention I anticipated three possible outcomes number one Sig sour wouldn’t notice the document had been made public number two Sig sour would notice but take no action to avoid drawing more attention to the document Especially given my relatively small instagram following and number three Sig sour would notice and pursue aggressive legal action to scrub the document from any public court records As of yesterday, it appears sig sour chose option three This is evidenced by the following motions and affidavits And you can see here a couple he has listed In the most recent filings submitted in a separate case currently in trial over an alleged Uncomanded discharge of the p320 sig sour is seeking to seal both the fm eca document and any testimony related to it They argue Quote the engineering details and discussions regarding how to minimize or eliminate potential causes of failure give sig sour A competitive advantage over its competition and trade secrets that would be highly prejudicial to sig sour if exposed to the public additionally As part of their motion sig sour included correspondence with the us army which expressed the following position Quote the army position would be to oppose the distribution to the public of the fm eca document As it potentially reveals critical information about the handgun design right reliability performance, etc I further expect motions in the days to come It promises to be an interesting few weeks for the various ongoing lawsuits involving sig sour Please share this post and follow me on instagram and facebook for updates Okay, so some of you might be like I don’t understand what you’re saying Well, i’m gonna tell you and break it down for you and first off subscribe to the channel if you’re interested in this information If you’re interested in getting to the bottom of what many people thought was just a user error But now it appears at least that it could be something else If you want some information and truth as it comes out Follow the channel subscribe.
It’s free doesn’t cost you anything um, so i’m going to show you this document i’m going to show you the unredacted version of it and Show you a couple things and then with some simple math We’re going to realize that sig not only acknowledges that the gun can go bang when it shouldn’t But there are thousands of them at a minimum thousands of them out there and people are at risk but Yeah, they’re not saying that they’re not acknowledging that at least Publicly, but here in this document that they gave about this, you know the program the mhs program They’re acknowledging it check it out So on the mhs pistol failure modes effects and criticality analysis form If you look here under the pistol accidental unintentional discharges You can see the potential cause of failure and probability of occurrence says impact to weapon dropped bumped vibration And you can see it’s given a score of c.
Well, what does that mean first? Let’s go to the charts that they supplied here It’s on this chart the probability levels Fmea occurrence and you can see under description occasional which is level c And specific individual item says c it’s likely to occur sometimes in the life of an item And that’s for a specific individual item But if you look at the next column for fleet or inventory, it says will occur several times And then the occurrence in the final column on the right It says occurrence is less than 0.1 percent 0.1 percent.
Now. Most people would say yeah, that’s not a lie. I mean that could be any firearm Yeah, i’ll admit that there’s probably many firearms that are if they’re dropped bumped or vibrated could possibly go off But when they I would like to think that all of the manufacturers when an issue is brought up they maybe Do something about it rather than what it appears Some companies are doing and not doing anything about it But gaslighting you if you talk about it or say that something went wrong, even if it’s happening on video in holsters which Let me show you this chart the part that’s going to probably piss you off Let’s go back to the pistol accidentally unintentionally discharges if impact to the weapon Occurs whether it’s dropped bumped or vibrated.
You can see it’s c Remember that’s likely to occur sometime in the life of the item and the potential effect of the failure Is kill person unintentionally the risk assessment matrix level is Correctly high and then there’s recommended actions which sig says see p320 actions The responsibility is sig engineering the target completion date is complete And then let me show you the action results and the action taken on the 320 The firing mechanism of the p320 is designed to prevent release of the striker in a drop or during Transportation in case of a failure of the seer to striker interface It has a redundant striker safety that blocks striker travel unless the trigger is pulled The p320 will pass drop safety testing iaw arpd 177 it will pass loose cargo testing with the safety on or off The p320 has passed drop safety testing iaw top three dash two dash zero four five and the nato standard ac 225 d14 without a manual safety, however failed customer drop testing notified february 1st so that means Well, this shows so this is sig’s form that they acknowledged The gun can’t unintentionally or I guess the term everybody is using now is uncomandedly go off And they’re saying it will it although it’s a slight chance It failed that customer’s drop safety testing And if it’s vibrated bumped or dropped it could go off less than 0.1 percent of the time Which if you assume there’s 5 million of these in in circulation Like we’ve heard in some of the sig stuff that they’ve put out that would mean at a minimum at a minimum 5 000 guns are in circulation that could go bang When bumped dropped or vibrated Okay You guys and gals i’ll link this down below Where you can get this form and dive into it to yourself because there’s other things on there that will make you go.
Wow and If you dive in like I did this morning into the different lawsuits he’s talking about sig is trying to not To make sure that people don’t see this And you have to ask yourself why Right why if you’re being transparent about the gun and there’s no way it’s not us There’s no way this gun goes off But yet in this form they acknowledge it failed the customer drop test and that it can go bang You know in less than 0.1 percent of the time if it’s dropped bumped or vibrated Yeah, that’s probably not a good look and what’s worse is that sig is trying to in court They’re trying to get a judge to say hey people can’t use this document and anybody that’s that’s talked about this in a case We want to seal that so nobody can see it.
Nobody can hear it Why would you do that? Why would you do that? So I don’t know and what I can tell you is that this came out before Before the contract was awarded and if you know anything about what happened with eotek and the army Where they had to pay back all of the money of the contract and the army still kept the items because Allegedly or I don’t know if it’s proven. I haven’t followed that case enough But eotek the army said they lied in order to obtain the contract and had to pay back all the money um Maybe that’s why sig doesn’t want this to be seen.
I don’t know maybe maybe i’m just spitballing here But this looks like the smoking gun don’t know where it’s going to go from here I’ll link it down below, but I will tell you also and I have A buddy of mine who just texted me this information as we’re all investigating this he discovered that the army acquisition executive Stephanie easter and lieutenant colonel stephen power Knew about this And still awarded the contract to sig She’s gone But he is still serving in his current position is project manager for armament systems slash project manager of medium and large caliber as part of the joint program executive office for armaments and ammunition And that if you’re following the stuff that’s going on with the uh The sniper rifles right now Yeah, well He’s over that too Other guns that go bang without people pulling the trigger on video So guys, like I said, i’m gonna link this down below Dig into it dive into it stay informed whether you are you know People say it in every video.
All right No, i’m not a glock fan boy. No, i’m not against sig in my safes. I I have five three twenties I have at least ten thousand dollars worth of sig product Um at least probably 20, but my wife won’t watch this um I I have a lot of their items and uh If there’s a problem then people need to know the truth and brand loyalty be damned People need to know the truth. Yeah, there have been incidents Where it could have been a person who was at fault But if sig saying itself, yeah, you know what if you bump it drop it or vibrate it it can go bang It’s a very small percentage of a chance Maybe they need to just tell people that instead of saying there’s no way this gun can go off It’s the most tested most badass coolest looking uh, you know, it’s But it is what it is that information’s out now.
It’s public record. Um And i’m reporting it to you. I’m showing it to you And I want you to tell me in the comments down below what you think of this Check out blackoutcoffee.com slash gng use code gng10 to save 10 on the order Grab one of these we the people have had enough because I don’t know about you But i’m just trying to get really really pissed off about more things than I used to maybe it’s because I turned 50 But i’ve had enough and I’m sure it’s perfect. You can get it with the link down below until then guys and gals Do your research dig in have at this and uh, let me know what you think in the comments I’ll see y’all in the next one.
Be safe. Stay vigilant and carry a gun Don’t vibrate it I’ll see you in the next one man. Take care You
