So why are you paying income taxes where there’s no law requiring you to do so? People have not filed and paid federal income taxes for over 30 years. Been teaching Americans to do the same. Irish told me very well. I beat them in court many times. Never been to jail. None of my students ever gone to prison for not filing for income tax.

Now let’s get to the topic at hand, how and why the IRS is broken. Something that I always talk about, the propaganda of the corrupt major media drummed into all of our heads for decades, that there’s a monster that will eat you alive if you don’t file bankrupt taxes. Well, here’s a proof that they’re not a monster, they’re a lizard. Okay, look at this. This is an example of the letter that is sent out.

This is from IRS in Kansas City, Missouri office, okay? It says time sensitive information. Oh wow. Really? Open immediately. Oh my gosh. This must be urgent as heck. This Linda who got his letter in the Villages, Florida must be really scared. Oh my gosh. What is it that the IRS wants from me that I got to open immediately at this time? Sensitive information? Really? Well, let’s see. This is June 23rd, 2025, okay? And it’s Irish. Notice L36. Look at that notice L36. This is just a dumb computer generated letter from the get go. They admit that, okay? Urgent, urgent, urgent.

You have an outstanding tax issue. Okay? We look at this letter, okay? And guess what? It’s not even a name of a person or anybody signing this letter. It’s just obviously a form letter. Don’t even bother, okay? Putting a name of somebody on this one page letter, just one pages long. That’s all it is. Okay, so what does it say? Okay, according to our records, you are one of approximately, not exact, 525,000 current or retired federal employees who are non compliant. They don’t say how, but you are non compliant with respect to their federal tax obligations, whatever that is.

I get a filing or paying income taxes as of April 30, 2025. Ah, notice how they do not give you an exact number. Why can’t I just count it, right? Why do they say one of approximately 525,000? Can’t they simply count how many fellow workers there are and retirees, add them up, see which ones are non compliant and give you 524,826 for example, or 525,293. Why do they have to give us an approximate number? Because they don’t know. They’re not this organized machine that’s gonna get you, they’re watching you one by one. They’re gonna shoot you.

They have this overall general rough number because whole system is about you believing that you are weak and they’re strong. And that’s the lie that they keep trying to perpetuate. Okay, but they have to be halfway honest. Okay? Innocent. So what they say. We appreciate your service, the government and dedication to supporting the United States. Oh, how nice. They want to try and make you feel good. Now as you know, everyone has a responsibility to pay the share, pay their taxes on a timely basis and. And current or retired federal employees should also lead by example.

We expect you to resolve this matter promptly. Okay, but what if I don’t? What if I don’t? You just expect me on my own to do it? Well, what if I don’t want to? Well, let’s see what the letter says. If you don’t want to. The letter says you can, but you don’t have to call a service center employee at this 800 number. Please understand that we will follow up with you directly if these obligations are not timely resolved. Really? You promised that. Well, why don’t you contact me before, huh? Why do you have to even write this letter? If you wanted to contact me, why didn’t one of your employees simply just call me or write me a personal letter from John Jones, James Robertson or Steve Green? If you have some employees that’s going to follow up on me, why didn’t you do them in the first place? Because they don’t have enough employees to come after all these tens of millions of Americans that owe him money.

80 million plus non fathers, okay, they’re just bluffing you folks. It’s a bluff to get you to be afraid on your own with a bluff going paying money that you don’t have to pay him in the first place. Okay? So what you need to do immediately, okay, they want you to on your own. If you have an online account, view your account amount you owe and tax returns you filed. Okay? If you don’t have an account online, which means you haven’t filed probably anyways, it is easy to create one and pay your balance online. Oh, isn’t that so nice? See, that’s all they got.

They got nothing. They are toothless. Over half a million federal government workers. They don’t file. How big is that? It is significant. Here’s why. I’ll show you in just a minute. Here’s that. Congress.gov they say that in year 2022 more than 2.7 million people received civil service annuity or retirement payments. Okay, all right. Remember the number 2.7 million retirees of federal government. Okay. Number of federal workers in the US in 2025. Okay. How many people work for Uncle Sam? Well, according to this report, as of early 2025 US federal government employees. Just over 3 million workers across all agencies.

Anyhow, let’s add up all these numbers and more. I got online and you see category, you know of civil federal employees, Active duty military, total federal employees and added the retired federal employees. Okay? These guys are all Johnny Paychecks. They all get a check from the US Government itself. They control the check that pays them, right? Well, look at this. There is about 7 million total federal employees. And 525,000 of them are not filing annual paying income or tax. That’s 7% of the entire federal workers are not filing and paying income tax. Think about it folks.

All of these people, Uncle Sam writes him a check. If the IRS believes they owe the money, all they gotta do is say hey irs, listen, we know where the guy’s money coming from us. So tell me how much you guys owes and we’ll deduct it from his paycheck. So easy. Why do they do that? Because the Irish is so disorganized and lazy. Incompetent communist agency as bad as Venezuela. Yes, communism, socialism does not work. No one owns anything in Venezuela. There’s his own responsibility. Same here in the irs, the government. So no one’s responsible. They’re all lazy.

Kicking back long coffee during breaks. Come to work late, work out the home. We reported on this before, many times. Okay, so here is 7% of the federal workers they’re not paying IRS or not filing. Iris doesn’t do anything about it. What does that reflect? That reflects the IRIS is a bunch of hot air. You don’t need to be afraid of them. I mean, at least these guys paycheck is right there in their own hand. If you’re private employee, they have to find who you work for. You run this company, maybe you left that company four years ago, you’re someplace else.

Right? They don’t know if you got your own business or salesman, independent contractor. Oh my gosh, those guys switch a lot. They don’t even know about you. There’s only been a withholding problem from your paycheck because you don’t have a paycheck. You know, they just cannot find you so easily as you think and assume they want you. Assume that they’ll get you. Okay, so. And they use propaganda. Oh yes, they use propaganda for decades since going back to World War II to brainwash you. It’s your duty to protect American freedom and pay your fair share of taxes.

That’s before the deep state the federal government became so corrupt as it is today. You’re going to see two clips of two Donald Duck cartoons in the 1940s era. 42, 43. Okay. The men were sent to war. Now, who had to fill up the jobs that men left empty, the ones that were working? The woman. So we had full employment because, you know, all the unemployed and many of the employees went to war. Women were working full time. So the woman said, hey, anything, you know, you can play my feelings and my emotion. Oh, please do that.

So that anything I could do for freedom, right, for my family. So guess what? That was not the only one. The second one they did, and it’s all propaganda. Here’s the second one. Right. To make a war on American people. Right. It starts out small and back then. Baba. You have to pay the income taxes quarterly. There was no withholding at the time. That’s right. There was no withholding in 1942 from American People’s paychecks. That’s why this first of the Dollar duck videos. They had to say, every quarterly pay on your own. Save to pay Uncle Sammy money you never owed in the first place. Hirohito, taxes are higher than ever before. Will you have enough money on hand to meet your payments when they fall due? Ah, we’ll take care of that later.

Yeah, you have to save right away to make your tax payments you never owed. Well, most of your employees. So I want you to stop having to allow your employer to steal your money and give it to the irs. Okay, you can free yourself from income tax withholding for free. Without the W4 form, they have no legal authority to steal your money out of your paycheck. And the employer give it to the irs. They’ve convinced and duped the employment employers that if you don’t do that employer, you’ll be in trouble with the irs. You better do it as your employers. They will not hire you unless you fill out a W2A W4 form to begin with. But I got a way around that. Legally correct and safely for you. The third thing in the drop down menu. And the instructions are all there. Video instructions, written instructions. And remember, you have the sample forms right here at the bottom of the page there for you to follow. Right? The W4 form which has done property, which has our objections to the crooked system, how they’re forcing you to put exempt on this thing, even though you don’t have to do this at all in the first place. At the bottom you see right here, this is your saying, I don’t have to fill out this form, but you’re being forced ab to do this, Mr.

Employer. So. And you have the IRS instructions on the 1040 on this W4 form. Okay? It’s all there. Highlighted that and the law that shows you are not subject to withholding to begin with. Okay? Now, next thing you got to know is that the system is based upon. You sign a confession 1024 and put the rope around your neck for the IRS to hang you.

There it is. This cartoon is the truth. That 1044 Nissan is under oath. It’s a rope you give to the IRS to put you in prison and steal your money. Yes, you see, you got to learn that you need to stop filing income tax forms. Okay? Okay. Because when you sign and file the 1040 confession trap form, you state under oath that you owe the IRS money. And this is how you give the IRS the power to audit you. Empty your bank account, steal your crypto, steal your property and put you in prison. Do it all to yourself, unwittingly.

Because they got an army of accountant bookkeepers, CPAs, enrolled agents and tax attorneys who make money making you a slave. They say, trust me, I’m the cpa. I’m a tax lawyer. I know the law, I’m your protector to keep you away from trouble from the irs. But they do the opposite. They actually help put the rope around your neck. They say, oh, I have to put the rope around your neck, but I make sure it’s loose, not too tight on you so you won’t go too, you know, hurt you too much. Being a slave of the irs.

This is how they do it to you. Watch. Okay? So you got to understand that the belief that filing an IR 1024 form is a safe way to avoid your IRS audits and keep yourself out of prison. It’s false. You got to think again. The safest way to have the IRS leave you alone is to not file any 10. 4 Income Tax Confession forms. Here it is. I’ll show you. When you sign the 1028 form, you stated on the road that you will the IRS money. Sign here. Big prints. The content shows you H and R block, Right? Turbo attacks.

Right. Under penalties of perjury. What is this tiny small print I read out here? Nobody ever told you, did they? I bet you not your counter didn’t tell you, huh? Well, what it says is under penalties of perjury. Well, what does that mean? I don’t know what that penalty of perjury means. Well, what it means is basically throw me in prison. You’re saying if everything on this form is not true, correct and complete. Yep. Guess what? Your accountant, cpa, tax attorney. He does not go to tax prison for any mistakes. You go to prison for the mistake he made, and you paid him for it.

Okay? And you also, under oath, you say amount you owe on line 37. Here it is. This is the amount you owe. You said it, right? You claim that you owe the Irish money on this line 37. Yep. So see how they cleverly got to raise an army of accountants and CPAs and tax attorneys out there from these schools, Universities that are deliberately trained to be ignorant of the law to make you a slave. Here it is. The Internal Revenue Code. This is the bible of the irs. All of the federal tax laws are right here.

Not the regulations, not the court cases, just a plain law. Here it is, you see, about 10,000 pages and 10,000 sections of gobblegook. Tiny font, tissue, thin. Can you make us say. Come on. Of confusion deliberately so you look at it and say, I don’t understand it. I hope this professional accountant, CP enrolled agent or tax attorney, help him to rescue me and my business and make sure I don’t get in trouble with the IRS. Thank you, Mr. Attorney. Thank you. CPA, tax accountant. Okay, enrolled agent, you are the professionals you that help me. By the way, I get the COVID jab all the time.

Tell me I get any shot, because my doctor, whatever he says, I just blindly do whatever my doctor tells me, okay? Because he knows everything and about the health and. And you know everything about the irs. Hmm. So the key thing is, now that you realize what’s going on, you wake it up. You need to take action about this. But they got you afraid of the irs, just like the wizard of Oz got Dorothy and her friends afraid. And that wizard of Oz is a corrupt major media for decades brainwashing to be afraid of the Iris along with charismatic preachers.

Okay? You know, and they push your buttons, pay your taxes, file early stress, panic, relaxation, adulteration of government, right? Fatigue, that’s what they’re doing. Whereas a bunch of lazy, incompetent workers are back the collecting pages still running on 1960s computer technology. I’m not kidding you. The access computers still run in 1960s assembly level Cobol language, which I was studying the COBALT back in 1980 in college. They no longer teach, okay? They’re inching along just like the Soviet Union. You know, they did that corrupt system that they got going on there, right? That’s why it imploded. Okay? So step three is you got to realize the IRS operates on bluff and deception.

Watch the videos on this thing. There’s about 80 million non filers they have. If they come after non filers, they have to give you each of you every year they come after you separately, a chance at a full blown trial. And they have only about 20 judges for the whole United States. That’s right. 20 judges for over 80 million non filers. They’re already behind. They’re already overwhelmed. There’s no way they could come after all these 80 plus million non filers. So they just use this deception, fear and propaganda to get you to sign the 1044. Obviously.

So you got to watch these videos on yourself on step three because there’s not enough time right now. Watch it on your own as you drive around town. Now I want you, as I told you before, the image of the IRIS as a Godzilla is a myth. They’re a toothless lizard with no firepower. If you stick. Stop filing those 1040 forms. When you sign it under oath, you give them the rope you put on your neck yourself, you give it to the irs, right? So now that you know that, okay, you got to take courage from our victories.

None of my students has ever gone to tax prison, nor have their paycheck or bank account levied or home of business seized by the actual. Yep. And myself. I’ve not filed income tax for over 30 years. Iris knows me. I’ve beaten them in court many times. And so have my students. I assisted and see all these victories, some of them on our website on step four and step five is very simple, folks. Simply question authority like America’s founding fathers. Okay? Write your Congress members File and pay income taxes. Only if your congressman can show you the law that requires you to file and pay federal income taxes.

That’s okay. So would you request an ein if you had clients, you know, that wanted to send you a 1099, you know, instead of using your Social Security number, basically. Well, this is not a black and white question, okay? Because you don’t have to get ein legally to speak with you. There’s no law requiring you to get a slave surveillance number or Social Security number either. And they, they deceive banks, force banks combination to get you a slave surveillance number before they open a bank account for you. So they’re just making it difficult for you to not have any number because your name is no longer Kevin.

Your name is that Mark of the Beast slave surveillance number. Okay? Social Security number. That’s what it really is. You change your name all you want, change your sex as you identify all you want. They don’t care as long as you have number. That’s all they care about. And unfortunately, they’ll do most businesses in America that before they do business with you or continue to work with you, they need to get that number from you so they can report it to the irs. Now, it’s best if you don’t do so if you can talk to them, educate them about all this stuff.

First. I’ve known about you for several years, and I come in and out of your chats. I come to your website invariably for information. And I had been doing okay for a while, but now I’m getting. Basically, I made mistakes of course, of filing the confession. Right. I amended the confession, then I rescinded it. They went back and basically made their own assessment, of course, ignored everything I said. And that’s the battle that I’m in. In addition to that, I am basically fighting with the state of California who is, who accepted my return, filed how Pete Hendrickson used to file it, which is a zero stated income return.

Right. No income. And they accepted it. Fine. But now they’ve come back and said, well, the IRS says you owe this money because you worked in a duck poultry plant out in the middle of Iowa, which I’ve never been to. So I responded, sent an affidavit on their form, they never rebutted it and they’re coming back and say, well, we’re going to go ahead and levy if you don’t amend the return or file it or pay it. So I said okay, fine. So you’re basically saying that I’m going to have to amend a return that isn’t even mine.

I don’t have the ein. And under protest, right? And I said fine, I’ll amend it under protest, but this is not my liability. So my question, the issue is that they continue to come back, of course, and ask me to file the next return and the next return and the next return. Within your information on the website, am I able to find a way out of this mess short of having to sue them and drag him into court? I need to see the paperwork of your case. It’s not a simple question to see what’s going on and evaluate that to go to answer.

Okay, yeah, so at this point I’m an independent contractor and they have note that they should not have any interference, but they want to interfere in this contract. And that’s another thing that you mentioned, that if you’re an independent contractor, they’re not going to be able to do this. But that’s actually not true. They’re able to go out. I never said that letters. I never said that. They cannot do that. FTB is the most aggressive of all state tax agencies and the best organized. So they come after people very aggressively. So I never said they can’t do that.

They’re lawmakers, they’re mafia ftb. So no, they do stuff like that, I’m afraid. But again, listen, you can tell me all you want about the situation, but to be honest with you, I cannot help you with that scene of paperwork. Your situation is more complex. FTB says this based on irs, blah, blah, blah, blah. This, look, this is a situation where I Got to see the patient, ask a detailed question, look at the paperwork, examine your body, what’s going on, your back pain, neck pain, eye problem, tooth problem. Okay, you know, your knee problem, everything else.

And maybe do some more tests, blood test, and then see what’s going on. You have complex case. I cannot help you with that. Seeing all these relationships of ISS that you’re describing. To just pay it this one time or is There a way for me to find a way out of this? By doing a consultation with one of your people.

From what I see, unfortunately, you were deceived in the filing a 1040 income tax confession form under oath and told the IRS they were the money. They added our penalty and interest to this thing, and that’s where it is. I cannot get anybody out of the confession they made on the 1040 form. That’s what happened to you. They tell you, they send you, you know, several notices about what you confessed toward them under oath. When you signed that 1044 form under penalties of perjury under oath, you confess to owe them about over 2,000. Now it’s over 4,000.

No, there’s no way out of this, unfortunately. All you can do. So learn from here forward, okay? And do not file 1040 income tax confession forms with the IRS anymore. Okay? Okay. All right. Well, I haven’t. Yeah, I have a little bit of savings, so. All right, so I’m just gonna go ahead and I’ll just pay it and be done with it. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. It’s up to you to pay them off completely or zero or make a payment process plan, okay? So I cannot tell you which way is best for you.

You have to decide. Having said that, I’ll tell you this. Your balance is only about 4,000. The federal government budget is over $4 trillion. This 4,000 does nothing to them. They’re unlikely to come after you, take your paycheck or bank account on by force. Okay? So if you want to pay them, if that makes you feel better, sleep better at night, go ahead and pay them. But if your attitude is, look, I don’t want to pay these crooks and criminals any more money, if they’re going to come after me, they better come after me first. I’ll just save up the money on my own then.

I was going to pay them. If I was going to pay them $200 a month or $800 a month or pay it off, I’ll save it, buy some gold, maybe crypto, whatever. And if they come, take it from me by force. Well, I got the money saved up to replace the money they took by force. That is option available for you as well. So the penalties are maximized. Anyhow, all they’re going to charge you is interest at this time. So you don’t have to necessarily pay him right now if you don’t want to. I think I ran in. Ran across you when I was a. Pursuing the state national. Okay. Which I ended up walking away from for various reasons. But anyhow, my question. I was watching your videos, and on one of your videos you go to Title 8, Chapter 12, Subchapter 1, Subsection 1101, and you were. You were going through number 36, number 38. Number 36 was the term state and number 38 was the term United States. Well, while I was watching that on the screen, I noticed number 37. I couldn’t believe what I was saying, so. So I went to OLRC and looked it up for myself and printed it off.

And number 37 is talking about the term totalitarian party means an organization which abdicates the establishment in the United States of a totalitarian dictatorship or totalitarianism. The terms totalitarian dictatorship and totalitarianism mean and refer to systems of government not representative, in fact, characterized by A, the existence of a single political party organized on a dictatorial basis with so close an identity between such party and its policies and the governmental policies of the country in which it exists that the party and the government constitute an indistinguishable unit, and B, the forcible suppression of opposition to such party.

And I’ve never seen that before. Okay. A couple weeks ago. Okay. And my question is, is that why the government, the IRS or the lawyers are so hard to fight? Because what they do, in spite of the facts, what’s in Title 26, you know, where we can’t find anything that says we’re required to pay this or that, and the discrepancy on how income is defined. Like for a corporation, you have cost and profits and your net profit is actually your income, so it doesn’t apply to wages. Hold on. You went very off the reservation, very vague.

Be more specific with your question. I’m not clear where you’re going with all this. Be more specific, please. You showed me this last day. You went someplace else completely. What’s your question? My question is, is that why it’s so hard to fight for the average person? Because. Or even for you, but for average people, if we were trying to do it ourselves, when we go into court, we just get railroaded and ramroded over, run over by freight train? Because. No. Because. No. Let me ask you. No. The reason people go to court get railed on it, number one reason is ignorance of ourselves.

We don’t know enough about law and court procedures because the government school system, the public school system failed Us, they don’t teach us hardly anything about the law and our rights. Okay? So as adults, we go out there, come across some police, irs, government agency. We don’t know what to do, what to say. We don’t know how to play the game. Game. It’s just like you try to play basketball and break the rules all the time and you lose. You don’t know not to dribble, for example, I mean, not. So you carry the ball, I should say.

You know, you play volleyball. You don’t know that you shouldn’t touch the net. Okay? So that’s why we lose the number one thing. We do not know how to play the game of law. Okay? And of course the courts are corrupt too, you know. You know, not as bad as most of the world, but still they’re not exactly unbiased either. They have that government biased as well, to a certain degree. I beat them in the court all the time. Okay, you know, and so that’s the other reason. What’s your other question, my friend? Well, kind of what I was saying is like it says here, refer to systems of government, not representative, in fact, okay, when you present the facts, you know that you can’t find this in title 26.

It doesn’t say that. It doesn’t say anything about. In fact. Look, look, I don’t have time for long dissertations of law about what that code section some other thing means. What does this got to do with your freedom, brother? Why worry about it? Why get the same it all in all this stuff. Why does it matter how they find totalitarian dictatorship? Why is this such a big deal? Well, I was just. To me, the big deal is they were. They were looking to. They were like two steps away from stealing our country from us, you know, except we won in November of 24.

And what’s November 24th? Why that decision? Special date. Look brother, where you going? You go all over the map. Do you have a question? That was my question. Is, is that why? Yes, I’ve been a non filer since 2021 but I continued to get two 1099 and I’m just wondering what the impact of those 1099s are to me the business goal is obviously 1099 meet the income so they can reduce their tax expense. But does that have any impact on me being a non filer? For the most part, 99 plus percent. No, Kazaris does not use those against non filers.

Because there’s over 80 million non filers based upon IRS as best estimates, okay? And they have only about 20 tax court judges. They cannot have these judges killed by overwork by coming out the large numbers of non filers, okay? So what you want to do is go to step three on our website, okay? And make sure you go through seven steps. And step three is realize the IRS operates on deception and bluff. They make you believe that because your employer gave the IRS A W2 form saying how much they paid you that they falsely tell the IRS was taxable.

Is there a way around this problem they want which are providing tax returns? Yes. All you gotta do is have a relative or friend be a co applicant with you. Really any relative or friend will do and they can provide their tax returns and the immigration is good with that. So if you have friends, relatives who are slaves who follow transplant forms. Let them be a cooperate. It means nothing. Really it doesn’t. There’s no one going to come after them even if they go on welfare. So everything will be just fine. You’ll be free and you can get your wife in he congratulations for finding the wife the you are looking for online.

But the toothless private collection agencies have no power to take your bank account or paycheck or any assets of yours whatsoever. But of course I cannot guarantee that every sleep better at night to pay them off. You can do that or you can put the money aside, buy some gold or crypto. Otherwise if they take your money, you can reimburse yourself. That’s all available for you. But those are all your options that I know are available to you. You could do bankruptcy in some cases, but those are usually for big amount of dollars and you have to file, be current on that issue, also on filing. So it’s not. It’s rarely the way to go. Okay. So the IRS may have sent a proper letter to your old address. That could be a reason why. I don’t know.
