Summary
➡ A massive fraud scandal in Minnesota, estimated to be around $9 billion, has led to the state’s Democratic governor, Tim Walls, dropping his reelection campaign. The scandal, which involves fraudulent money laundering activities, has resulted in the Trump administration pausing federal funding to childcare in Minnesota. The fraud schemes have led to federal charges against 92 people, with 62 convicted so far. The scandal has sparked national attention and criticism, with many speculating about the potential introduction of a digital ID solution to prevent future fraud.
➡ The Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB), which has provided federal funding to public television and radio stations across the U.S., has decided to dissolve itself. This decision comes after Congress defunded the organization last summer, encouraged by President Donald Trump. The CPB’s final act aims to protect the integrity of public media and democratic values. Despite the defunding, the CPB believes that public media will survive and continue to play a crucial role in education, culture, and democracy.
➡ The speaker is encouraging people to sign up for emails from New World Next Week, promising not to spam. They express excitement about the upcoming year and the events it will bring, and look forward to continuing to provide news and information in an entertaining and informative way. They end by thanking James for his work and saying goodbye until next week.

We’re gonna run Venezuela until such a time as we can do a safe, proper and judicious transition. We you don’t want to be involved in having somebody else get in and we have the same situation that we had, the President said on Saturday. We are there now and we are going to stay until the proper transition takes place. Trump went on to say that the US Is prepared to attack Venezuela again. We are ready to stage a second, much larger attack if we need to do so, he continued. All political and military figures in Venezuela should understand what happened to Maduro can happen to them and it will happen to them if they aren’t forgiven.
The president did not name a new leader of Venezuela. However, Maria Corina Machado said today, we are prepared to enforce our mandate and take power. Machado is a Venezuelan opposition figure who won the Nobel Peace Prize last year. She has endorsed US Sanctions and military action against Venezuela. Trump did say he had not spoken with Machado, adding that she doesn’t have the respect needed to lead the country cause she’s a woman. Vice President Delsey Rodriguez said following the attack that she had activated Maduro’s military plans. And of course this has a million exciting bits of espionage to get into in the the panic room and how they got him out into the USS Iwo Jima and all that stuff.
The first thing President Maduro told the people of Venezuela was people to the streets activated as militia, activating all the nation’s comprehensive defense plans. The vice President said no one will undermine the historic legacy of our liber father, Simon Bolivar. The people of Venezuela in perfect national unity must mobilize to defend their natural resources and what is most sacred, their right to independence and to the future. Trump claimed his administration spoke with Rodriguez, who agreed to work with the US which sounds a little different from what we just heard a couple seconds ago. When asked by the press.
Trump refused to give a timeline on how long American control over Venezuela would last. The president said Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth would act as the viceroys of Venezuela. What a time. Trump added that he was willing to deploy American troops to occupy the South American nation were not afraid of boots on the ground. He claimed Washington would pay for the occupation. Admitted the occupation with profits from Venezuela’s oil. Trump said no Americans were killed and no American equipment, no precious, precious equipment was lost in the operation that captured Maduro still less than a week ago.
Caracas has not reported on the Venezuelan casualties from the American raid and strikes. Trump said he ordered the attack on Venezuela because Maduro was trafficking narcotics to the U.S. hosting Washington’s adversaries. Sweet Fauci and Netanyahu are totally next man. Oh and stealing American oil. Under them, CIA played instrumental role in Maduro kidnapping and the big question from Global Research why Venezuela’s military? Why didn’t Venezuela’s military fight back? James, before I throw it to you, I did cover this pretty extensively on my return Monday morning Monarchy show. And the interesting thing when you hear from people in South Florida or even Portland, Oregon from Venezuela, they said we wanted this.
We already voted harder for regime change back in July of 2024 and I’ll include links to my morning shows James, but I guess just leave it on that question. Why didn’t Venezuela’s military fight back? Right. Well on the note of those Venezuelans who are happy to be love bombed by the us you might want to check out some of the AI generated videos that are going around right now. People crying with happiness and whatever total garbage nonsense imper propaganda. This is not our first rodeo and I’m sure it’s not the first rodeo for a lot of people in our audience.
So we know what the war of terror that’s been going on for at least 25 years now, if not much longer than that, is all about. And the way the propaganda rolls so we know, you know, whatever illegal invasion of a country’s sovereign territory for fictitious reasons completely ginned up out of wholesale cloth. All of that. Yeah, I I guess the General Joe Six Pack and Jane Soccer mom need to be informed about that. But not our so the real question is that global research question why did Venezuela’s military not fight? Because exactly. Against what we’ve been hearing from all of these bought and paid for Kremlin propaganda shills in the US alternative media who talk about how Russia is going to back up Venezuela.
Trump Won’t go near Venezuela because they got These fancy Russian S300 anti aircraft defenses and all of this that did precisely absolutely nothing. Now realistically, of course, if the US military went full on invasion of Venezuela, Venezuela would fold like a deck. Fold like a deck of pancakes. No, I’m just making up mixed metaphors right now. But anyway, you get what I’m saying. They would not last. But you’d think they’d at least try to put up some sort of resistance. But absolutely nothing. So why did the dog not bark? There was a deal cut here somewhere at some level and unfortunately I do not have the receipts on that deal for you today.
I don’t have the signatures on the bottom line. If anyone out there does, has the names, the dates, the signatures on the bottom line, I’d be very interested to see it. But there was a deal cut here somewhere at some level between some people. And just as an indicator of what such a deal might look like, we can point back to 2019 when it was revealed that Russia had floated a Venezuela for Ukraine deal with the Trump 1.0 admin. Hey, you guys want to do your Monroe Doctrine, your sphere of influence, take over Venezuela? Sure, whatever.
We’re not going to stop you on that. But hey, maybe we want to take over Ukraine and you shouldn’t stop us on that. That deal was floated back in 2019. Was there a deal cut in 2026? I guess that remains to be seen. Or even, even did Maduro, Was this some sort of Maduro, was he involved in this? In terms of. Hey, okay guys, you’re going to indict me and take me away and then we’re going to have the show trial and then I’m going to disappear to wherever. I don’t know, I don’t know what, what level this deal is taking place.
But all those weird AI looking generated photos of Madura giving the weird thumbs up as he’s being arrested and all of this, I don’t know, there’s nonsense going on here somewhere. So why did Venezuela’s military not fight? Seems to me the real question here. But even beyond that, of course this is precedent. Suddenly now, okay guys, it’s on the table. You can just. If you don’t like somebody in another country, you go in guns blazing and abduct them out of there. That’s the new international precedent. And what is that going to mean for this year of the storm? Let’s find out.
And I will be writing about that very specifically in my newsletter this weekend so people can Stay tuned to corporate report.com for that. So anyway, I started blasting. I think they would buckle like pilgrim shoes. Maybe you might like that one better. I did see. I believe in this morning, speaking of mouthpieces, the Epoch Times reported on some Russian tanker seized around the area. A lot of bizarre stuff going on. Hey, don’t mention AI. There were like two people that were really mad about my AI Music is awesome segment at the end last year. But I do have real non AI human running a Portland restaurant who fled Venezuela in 2005.
Actually played clips of that this morning. Again, it’s to watch sort of the liberal Portland Oregon News. Have to. Have to. Well, again, I don’t know if they have to. Interesting, Interesting thing. I was still essentially on break and trying to not look at the news and then suddenly see oh crap. And this happened on a. On a Saturday. At least it was a Saturday to us here in the States and But hey, you know, it’s not all bad news. Danish prime minister says U.S. takeover of Greenland would mark the end of NATO. That’s another one of the chats going on that the US Might seize neutral NATO.
Or of course Marco Rubio would be super excited to go into Cuba again. The is endless, but it certainly won’t include Fauci or Netanyahu for spreading all those awful drugs and terrorism. That’s how we return for 2026 with a new world next week. Episode614 the second story another pretty big massive story going on here in the States. Everything we know about Minnesota’s massive fraud schemes as national attention focuses on the growing fraud scandal in Minnesota, which federal prosecutors estimate could top $9 billion, the state’s Democratic governor, Tim Walls, seen previously running for vice president with Kamala Harris, announced he is dropping his reelection campaign for governor right before New Year’s.
A viral social media video by YouTuber Nick Shirley, which was amplified by Elon and JD and Pam Bondi beach, pushed the fraud story into the center of the national conversation, stoking a scandal that has been brewing in state politics for years. Again, most things don’t happen overnight. They brew for a decade and then maybe explode over a couple of nights. In the wake of the video, the Trump administration announced it is pausing federal funding to childcare in Minnesota because it doesn’t look like there’s really kids in some of those daycare centers. With Trump calling Minnesota a hub of fraudulent money laundering activity, don’t mention D.C.
the U.S. department of Health and Human Services also announced sweeping changes to how all states must submit claims for Medicaid supported daycares, including requiring a justification and a receipt or photo evidence before we send money to a state. Even before the video spread across the Internet, however, scandal plagued Minnesota in 2021, federal law enforcement first probed a series of multimillion dollar fraud schemes. Damn you, Biden. Those fraud schemes have led to federal charges against 92 people, with 62 convicted and counting. Trump and other Republican lawmakers have focused attention on the states that Somali community, as most of the fraud defendants are of Somali descent, drawing stiff criticism from local officials, including, of course, Walls, who denounce Trump’s criticism as vile, racist lies and slander towards our fellow Minnesotans.
Walls, meanwhile, has faced intense scrutiny from both inside and outside Minnesota over his administration’s handling of the crisis. National Guard for Snow, but not for the Fentanyl Floyd riots raging in 2020. Remember, Minnesota was pretty much ground zero for that crap. The governor has acknowledged in recent weeks and that the fraud problem could stretch into the billions, but disputed the 9 billion figures cited by prosecutors. While Nick Shirley’s video focused on allegations of fraud in daycares in Minneapolis, federal investigators told CBS News Paramount Sinai that childcare is only vaguely a priority for prosecutors in attention and resources are instead focused on more than a dozen other social services programs in Minnesota, including nutrition, housing and behavioral health.
The COVID era 250 million dollar scheme. Ah, Covid, the grift that keeps on giving now includes upwards of 75 defendants. Revolved around a nonprofit called Feeding Our Future. The group claimed to work with restaurants and caterers to distribute meals to schools and extracurricular programs, but instead submitted fake meal count sheets and invoices, raking in millions in administrative fees and getting kickbacks from people who ran their meal distro sites. And this involves Ilhan Omar shuffling money to her husband’s venture capital firm and the website getting scrubbed as people were finding out about all of this again, there are seven different angles to this story.
Much like Covid, much like 9 11. Much like any of the big stories, they don’t do it for one reason. And again, I have been covering that extensively this morning on my Food World Order morning Monarchy. But James, isn’t this gonna roll out like in the UK where the government, whoops, sorry we let all this fraud run rampant, but we have got just the solution. And what have we seen? Even this past week, Trump sells us out to the big AI boys passing a law that makes it illegal for states to pass their own AI regulation laws.
So of course that’ll be the solution James. They’ll have a new digital ID and so all this fraud and all those Somalis won’t stab your daughter at the mall and everything will be okay. James. Right. Great minds think alike, James. Because I myself am looking at this story as to what is the real story here. Why is this being shoved in front of our face right now? And it is demonstrably not because Americans are suddenly angry about billions of dollars of wasted taxpayer money. Demonstrably not that we have many, many, many, many examples of that that we could point to that people are not outraged about because their favorite news sources aren’t telling them to be outraged about those stories.
Just as one example that broke in the past couple of weeks, the the pay for play pardon game that is being played with the Trump 2.0 administration and apparently the lobbying rate to get a presidential pardon is going for about a million dollars. And with that million dollar investment you can get convictions for billions of dollars of scams. Poof. Completely disappeared down the presidential pardon memory hole. And so for example, why are we not outraged? Why is Philip as formis not a household name there in the United States despite the fact that he stole $1.3 billion from Medicaid and Medicare, single handedly was convicted of that and has had his sentence commuted by the Trumper in chief? Why, why are people not, why are the exact same people who are telling you to be outraged about Minnesota are not telling you about that? It’s because they don’t care about the money.
It’s not about the money. It’s about a political football game that’s going on for various reasons. And I think you’re right, probably we’re drifting towards some sort of digital ID solution. Yeah, but we don’t have to stop there. How about the $1.5 trillion that apparently Trump is going to ask for for the military budget in 2027? Why are people not getting outraged about the $1.5 trillion? Oh, who cares about that? No, I’m concerned about what’s going on in Minnesota. Great. Be concerned about what’s going on in Minnesota. But maybe you should be a thousand times more concerned by what’s going on in the US Military coffers.
How about more than that? What about the missing 20/question? Trillion dollars that has been missing from the Pentagon’s coffers over the past 25 years? Again, go search missing trillions on corporatereport.com I’ve talked about it in 9, 11 trillions. I talked about it with Katherine Austin Fitz. I talked about it with Dr. Mark Skidmore. But the very same outlets that are telling you to be outraged about Minnesota have never uttered a single word about the missing trillions from the Pentagon’s coffers. Again, this isn’t about the money. It’s about leading you along a narrative. One possible reason for that, I’m sure that they are going to push the digital ID solution to this.
Another interesting tidbit that some have proposed. It just so happens that in the past couple of weeks, maybe you didn’t hear about it, but Israel has become the first country to recognize the breakaway Somaliland as an independent state from Somalia. Breaking up Somalia right at this time, as Somalia is suddenly back in the news and we’re all very outraged about Somalians, right? And oh, by the way, did you know that in the past past week, the first week of 2026, the US has bombed Somalia no less than four times? No, again, you don’t know about it because your favorite news sources don’t tell you about that.
They tell you to be outraged about this Minnesota scandal thing, but they don’t tell you that about the other pieces of this story and the greater geopolitical context. They don’t tell you about the digital ID solution that they’re going to push. And unfortunately, as I’m sure most people in our audience know, the, the mindless plebs around them are going to get bray and get angry and do the two minutes hate thing in order to be led along by the nose through this narrative. So let’s keep our eyes on the real prize here and where this is really going.
And if people really cared about missing money, I don’t know, maybe they could start by talking about the missing trillions. This is lock her up 3.0 is a lot of it. There’s just a lot of that culture war crap to kind of put into it. And again, people that should be mad about this are the people of Minnesota, New Mexico, West Virginia, all this. You’ve got problems of your own to deal with. Maybe look for the billion dollar fraud going on in your own backyard that would actually affect you and the thefts taken from you that they call taxes.
James, I do have to throw a shout out to my man Hybrid, who does cover art for my morning shows. We joke that they’re albums for bands that don’t exist. And I think he really did a good one with ubl. And I’ll include the links to that. But man, a million, you really, you really cannot beat that kind of deal. I mean, what a salesman Trump is our third and final story. Again, so much going on in the world. We call this new world next week. But when we’re off for a couple of weeks, we gotta maybe, maybe play catch up a little bit.
James it is called the Donald J. Trump John F. Kennedy center for the Performing Arts now, so put a pin in that one as well. As the Corporation for Public Broadcasting votes itself out of existence. Cpb. You’ve seen the logo if you’ve ever watched public broadcasting here in the states, brought to you by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and and viewers like you, leaders for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, a private agency that has steered federal funding to pbs, NPR and hundreds of public television and radio stations across the country voted to dissolve the organization that was created in 1967.
People love to do things on big round anniversary dates. CPB had been winding down since Congress acted last summer to defund its operations at the encouragement of President Donald Trump. And I see the tweets that do claim to say whether they’re bots or not, I voted for this. Its board of directors chose to shutter CPB completely. Not to be confused with cbp, the, you know, the borders and customs patrol, that one’s booming, that one’s doing really well. They shuffled that funding over. Its board of directors chose to shutter CPB completely instead of keeping it in existence as a shell.
CPB’s final act would be to protect the integrity of the public media system and the democratic values by dissolving rather than allowing the organization to remain defunded and vulnerable to additional attacks, said Patricia Harrison, the organization’s president and CEO. Many Republicans have long accused public broadcasting, particularly its news programming, of being biased towards liberals. But it Wasn’t until Trump 2.0 with full GOP control of Congress that those criticisms were turned into actions. Ruby Calvert, head of CBP’s board of directors, said the federal defunding of public media has been devastating. James We’ve even noticed on some of the public radio that we enjoy that we still stream since we moved out of Oregon here to New Mexico.
There’s a jazz station there that we love. It’s non commercial. It’s fantastic. Cass Bot noticed the other day when she put it on the stream, she was like, it didn’t play the thing at the beginning that says this is brought to you by Oregon Public Broadcasting. Da, da da. We need your support and money. So they’re not even saying anymore that we can take your money that way. Even at this moment, I am convinced that public media will survive and that a New Congress will address public media’s role in our country because it is critical to my children’s education, our history, culture, and of course, say it again, democracy.
To do so. CBP said it was financially supporting the American Archive of Public Broadcasting and its effort to preserve historic content, which of course I’m always a fan and in favor of, and is also working at the University of Maryland to maintain its own records. I saw the White Stripes back in the day before they were huge at the University of Maryland. But really, James, I mean, think about this. Compared to these, what are huge outlets? Npr, pbs? They’re national. Huge media outlets that act like they’re little Davies versus their good buddy Goliath. While I would argue we are the quiet exemplars of the proof that if people like something, they’ll support it.
You’ve never heard an ad, you’ve never heard a sales pitch. I don’t even think you’ve heard pre roll ads saying, you know, you could support us because we are commercial. We could. We should maybe. But James, this is really interesting. So Corporation for Public Broadcasting. Again, the power of. I’m not as, I’m not as good at tabletop gaming in D and D as I would like to be, so I could roll out the funny references, but anything Trump does, he’s just got to like, boom, spell, reflect and it goes back double time onto you. It’s fascinating, James.
Yeah, but, but James, won’t somebody think of Elmo and Big Bird and oh wait, wait, no, they hoard themselves out to HBO a decade ago. You remember that? And, and now that that deal’s over, I guess now they’re with Netflix. So don’t worry about to continue their Covid pushing propaganda and all the rest of it, trying to indoctrinate your children. It’s just they won’t get as much taxpayer money to do so. I’m sure they will. It’ll just be through a different funding mechanism, through some other back door, some loop polls or the next Congress, as has been promised.
But of course, it’s not just about Sesame Street. It’s about all the propaganda that comes out of the goodness of the Public Broadcasting System and NPR and the National Petroleum Radio and all the other propaganda crap that they’re pushing. But of course, the biggest lie of all is exactly that. That. Oh, but it’s. It’s for, it’s for democracy and it’s for teaching and it’s for helping. No, it is not. As always Will reference Neil Postman, amusing ourselves to death. Where on page 142 of the edition. 144 of the edition. I’m reading. He makes the very, very important observation.
Sesame street does not encourage children to love school or anything about school. It encourages them to love television. Exactly right. This is, that’s what this is about. It’s not about teaching your children. And that’s at best it teaches them to love television. Actually these days it teaches them to love mummy government and don’t and take your Covid boosters. Children don’t worry, Elmo doesn’t because his daddy told him to do it. Remember all that crap they were pushing back during the pandemic? Remember the Great Reset and Sesame street being part of that? You probably don’t, but I did a propaganda watch on that, so I’ll throw that in the links for people who want to go down that rabbit hole.
But anyway, yeah, propaganda being funded by taxpayer money. Oh boohoo. Let’s cry ourselves to sleep. Now if there is genuine educational content that people really care about, then put your money where your mouth is. That’s what this paradigm is all about. Don’t say no. You have to rob everyone else to pay them to pay that station that I don’t even listen to. But I feel good and get my nice, you know, feel good virtues by pretending to support. No, no, no, no. If you like it, you support it. And if, if you do that it will continue and if you don’t, it will die.
That is the way that real media and everything else works in the real world. Deprived of government funding. So anyway, you know, I’m not crying myself to sleep over this development. James. This episode is a hat trick of trillion dollar boondoggles, tax theft to go bomb countries, to lie about actually helping kids and of course to lie about propaganda and media. All three of them really, that really, that really all come together really well. James Reason argued years back and mostly I’m just into reason for Remy and his satire parody songs. Reason argued years back that being feds like, like NPR and PBS actually held them back because of all the stipulations and rules for how things like that get funding and tax support and blah blah blah, as opposed to hey, you like my show? Hit me up, buy me a coffee.com media monarchy.
Now watch though. This, this will be interesting. If outlets like the aforementioned Oregon Public Broadcasting, opb, what if they become more, more powerful regionally? I could see them being the dominant public media outlet in the Pacific Northwest, which I would say includes Northern California, Southern Washington as well. Maybe even then they’ll start hyping, you know, decentralization when they realize it helps them Other quietly huge stories I am hitting on your Media monarchy kingdom. Oh, PayPal’s gonna be a bank.
