Foreign I’m Dr. Bryan Ardis. This is the Dr. Ardis Show. And this is a very special interview. This is not something I had planned, but until a couple weeks ago when I was reached out to and told that there’s an attorney that’s traveling from Australia, coming to the United States, making the rounds, and his name is Tony Nikolic, and. And he is here. He’s been defending the rights and freedoms, even medically, for over 11 years, making people aware that there is atrocity, lies, deceits and harm occurring even in our young people, even in Australia. Since 2014, he’s been battling the things you and I were battling together during COVID 19, which was tyrannical rule and the governments of the world being influenced with bribes and lobbying dollars in favor of drug, pharmaceutical products as much as possible being forced on the young people, the elderly, and all of their horrific side effects.

So that is. You guys all know why I started speaking out during COVID 19. But I really have loved and enjoyed over the last five years getting to meet others. Attorneys, scientists, medical professionals, politicians who were standing up in defense of the freedoms of people around the world, including some of my favorite people that I got to work with directly on many, many interviews, working those in Australia and those in New Zealand. And I have a very deep love for those people. The information we’re going to share today, this is going to be a very organic conversation.

I’m excited that Tony’s here, traveling around the United States. He’s now here in my home, sitting in my studio, and I look forward to having this conversation with you because out of it will come an awareness for you that individuals whether, no matter what their vocation is. This guy was a criminal lawyer. So if he was able to recognize there’s problems even in his field, specifically where he could discover there’s problems with specific prescription medications that are leading to horrific outcomes in children’s lives that he started to defending and speaking out on over 11 years ago.

You need to know what these discussions are, who these individuals are, and I applaud him. All right, so we’re going to bring him on the screen. This is Tony. Listen to his incredible Australian accent. All of us here in America are like, bring on the British, the Australian, South American accents. Bring them on. We love them. And then everybody in those countries are like, keep talking your southern twang. Dr. Ardis. This is awesome. Awesome, man. Bring it out. All right, so here with me is the incredible attorney, the man who stands for your freedoms. Freedom of speech being a big one, freedom to make Decisions medically on behalf of your loved ones and then taking action to rewrite the laws to protect all of you.

This is Tony Nicolet. Say hi. G’ day everyone. Tony Nikolaik. Brian, thanks for having me on. I really appreciate it. Now I’m loving Texas, I’m loving the United States. It’s an absolute incredible experience. And one thing I’ve really loved since being here is the patriotism and that sense of that, that sense of freedom and liberty and something that we in Australia are starting to see and feel a lot more. All right, so what’s the sense of feeling you get coming from Australia, which from the outside looking in Australia had a horribly look like communistic Marxist socialist experience during COVID 19 that was even far worse than what we experienced here.

And so my conversations with individuals there, it was way more trying, way more evil. It felt like demonic, Luciferian, Satanic. It was awful. What has it been like coming from Australia right now? And this is September of 2025. What has been your experience walking around, traveling around the United States compared to what the experience is and the feel of the energy, air, land, humanity in Australia? For me personally, I’ve come here and I’ve seen a dramatic shift. It was literally overnight. So from coming in from off the plane into Dallas, I seen this sense of awareness from the community and that was, hey, don’t tell me what to do.

And it’s that sense of that, you know, I guess because you guys were forged in those freedom battles against the English and things like, whereas we pretty well acceded to everything. And so we’re still acceding and we’re still giving them everything. And the brutality of the lockdowns pretty well showed just how bad it really was. Is where a lot of Australians were just accepting this as the norm. It was not the norm. And when I stood up, I could see that there was a lot of injustice coming. When I come here and I look at people and especially when I got to Texas, I met some people and they were like, no way you’re telling me what to do.

I’m going to tell you what I’m going to do. And that’s the attitude. We’re starting to see that come now in Australia, we’re starting to see that rise because we’re starting to see that we were screwed. Screwed over really bad. Yeah. One of the original Roman laws I recently learned was you better learn how to defend your rights because if you don’t, they can be taken from you. I mean that’s one of the most old and Basic Roman laws. In order to preserve your rights, you have to be willing to defend them. And there is a bumper sticker, there’s a T shirt, there’s a tagline, a slogan that really represents the attitude of Texans.

You mentioned, like, America, you know, saying no to the mothership of Britain. Like, no, you’re not going to control us anymore. We are going to secede as an entire country. We’re going to revolt. Texans took it a little bit further. Texan was like, we are going to revolt against the United States of America and we’re going to be our own country and we’re going to revolt against Mexico and be our own country. We’re going to secede and make our own country of the United of Texas. And there’s a tagline that really fits the narrative. Maybe that’s why God led me back to Texas as many times I keep believing I end up back here.

But Texas has a slogan, Tony, and it literally reads, don’t mess with Texas. And that really is the mantra here. And I really do believe that God has literally the greatest gift he ever gave all of his children, which includes you, me, everyone in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Africa, Europe, you name it. The greatest gift he ever gave you was freedom. Free agency, agency to make choices. And anybody on the damn planet who decides they’re going to take your freedom of any kind away from you. You are anti God, in my opinion, anti human. That’s going against every human right, personally.

So let’s talk about what you’ve been working on, where your discoveries led you from doing law and criminology, really, and crimes to you told me downstairs before we just walked up here, it really started with when you uncovered, maybe you don’t remember where it came from, but you were reviewing some cases or some information about SSRI drugs which are called antidepressants. All of you, Prozac, Zoloft. These are all SSRIs that you found and discovered that SSRIs were increasing a specific outcome emotionally and physically in children. And then children that were being put on these drugs and being diagnosed as depressed when they would get put on these.

There were some really horrific things these kids were doing, experiencing and trying to do to themselves and others that then were being blanket swept under a medical like terminology which would make everybody look at and go, man, that really sounds like it created an emotional upset in these people, but not really as bad as you think it is. All right, let’s talk about that. So talk about the SSRI discovery and then how that led to obviously looking at COVID 19 going, oh my God, here we go again. You guys are lying to people and creating more harm with unproven safe products.

I’m actually speaking for you now, but maybe that’s how you feel. That’s how I feel. Here we go. Dive in. Tony, what was this SSRI revelation? What did you learn? Everybody at home, pay attention. Particularly those with children. Go ahead, pay attention, everyone. Back in 2012, we started looking into this study 329. That was from Australian researchers. From South Australia, psychiatrist John Girardini, epidemiologist Melissa Raven. And in that study we ended up working out. Sorry. They discovered, I should say is that children were being administered SSRIs. Some children were being prescribed as young as two. And.

And I was amazing. That’s ridiculous. Yeah, I heard that downstairs. I was like, what? All right, get upstairs. How many two year olds do you know are. Are upset and depressed? Listen everybody, you all learned the terrible twos is the definition, right? Terrible twos, tantrum threes. I mean this is just human beings, man. These two year olds are crazy. They are not depressed and they don’t need to be put on drugs. Sorry, go ahead. No, that’s absolutely correct. And we were finding out that through that process the SSRIs were being linked to suicidal ideations and. And those sorts of things.

But what was really interesting. Hold up, don’t skip over that. Suicidal ideation and behaviors. What ages of kids. Did you see or hear stories of kids being put on these and then them wanting to die or kill themselves? They were from 2 to 14 is where we were finding it. But there were 8 year olds, specifically 8 and 10 year olds who were engaging in behaviors of wanting or attempting to act out these suicidal behaviors. So we had this child who was given these antidepressants and not only were they attempting to act out these suicidal ideations, is that the clinical practice guidelines? What we ended up finding out were actually being constructed by the pharmaceutical companies.

So where we see the 2 year old to the 14 year olds being diagnosed, well, that was literally a checkbox. If the kid is experiencing this tick, A, B, C, this kid now needs this antidepressant. So this ssri, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. And you gotta ask yourself a question. How does a ticket 2 year old get depression and what have they got? Bills? Have they have that? Have they had a breakup? You know, the terrible twos. Right. And we started looking into that a little bit further. We started seeing a lot of these kids were actually experiencing miscoding and this was the issue.

So suicidal ideations were coming out. Hold on, let’s define that. Suicidal ideations, what does that mean? Well, suicidal ideation is where the children are getting this idea of suicide and they’re wanting to. They’re now starting to explore that in their mind. This is the generic version of it. And by virtue of that they then start thinking of how can I start looking into how I can hurt myself or harm myself. So we had self harm and all that starts coming in. Yes. I want you to recognize they knew that 2 year olds started having suicidal thoughts, how to kill themselves, seeing knives on a, on a counter, maybe in the kitchen, going, hey, I could just take that, slit my wrist.

This is what they start thinking of, are ways to do it. These aren’t suicidal actions, they’re ideas and thoughts about how to take themselves out of this world. Two to 14 year olds, you should be disgusted by this. They know this is published side effects of SSRIs. He’s telling you, we reviewed this on the show a million times. He’s telling you that the drug trials were constructed by the drug companies and so keep going. So what we ended up finding out from that is these mis characterization of the side effects. For instance, suicidal ideation was being listed as emotional ability.

Now anyone? Emotional ability, yes, is what they were calling suicidal thoughts. So they were emotionally labile. And this was in my view one of the most heinous mischaracterizations, misrepresentations and misleading and deceptive conduct that one could ever give. Because a parent is perceivably relying on a, well, not just the pharmaceutical companies but the medical fraternity to undertake this research in an ethical, transparent manner, leap forward to where we are now. I started seeing that with COVID as well. I started saying, hang on a second, the Australian Department of Health, so the Minister for the Health, Greg Hunt at the time he came out and he said, the world is engaged in the largest clinical trial.

My mind straight away at that time in 221 said straight to study 329. And I said to myself, we’re about to be duped and we’re going to be led down the garden path and everyone’s going to become an unwitting participant or subject to a clinical trial that no one signed up for. We have just mandatorily been signed up. And when he said global, we’re talking about the federal Minister for Health. So is he in the clique of what’s happening? Was he involved with other health agencies from other governments? Around the world. He’s obviously talking to them if he knew it was a global scheme.

And this is one of the things I talk about very openly. When in your entire life, Tony, have you ever, ever seen a moment where the entire world was shut down, told you had no rights and freedom? God’s given you, your government’s given you, wherever you live, your society, whatever your culture, your religion, all your rights to worship, play, visit, celebrate, have holidays, travel. All of it was gone. You can’t do any of it until you show authority figures that you have consumed a specific industry’s product and then we’ll give you some of those rights back.

And it was a card called the vaccine card. Well, who makes vaccines? Drug companies do. So who’s the companies that are ruling the world? They took all your rights and freedoms from you, said, stay at home, don’t go anywhere. You can’t have your children in your home if you’re not going to give them our product. You have to prove to us your kids can’t go back to school, your kids can’t travel, you can’t go to holiday, you can’t go to a church and worship unless you show us your drug card. Every single federal health agency around the world did it all in unison.

So guess who’s telling them what to do? What’s the elephant standing on the globe? In my opinion? They literally just shut down the whole world and said, y’ all ain’t afraid. You ain’t free to move anywhere, even outside your house, unless you can show us your vaccine card, which is made by drug companies. So guess who the largest lobbying industry in the entire world is for all governments, including Australia, New Zealand. You better listen, watch what they’re saying, watch what they’re doing. All of their bribe money called lobbying dollars, the majority of them only come from one industry in every single country.

The leading lobbying industry in every country around the world is the pharmaceutical industry. So when you’re watching your government officials behave, you might want to take notice. They’re being bought and controlled by big Pharma. And this has been the most astounding thing for me is how many politicians do you see coming out and speaking against big Pharma? They literally just took all your rights of the people they you either voted in or have been elected into or have been placed into a position of trust to preserve your rights and freedoms. And only one industry said, prove to us you took our product and show the government officials that you took our product and you’ll get your rights back.

Shame on the pharmaceutical industry. And shame on all federal health agency leaders and politicians around the world who defended a clinical trial experiment on the globe. Brings us to informed consent, doesn’t it, Brian? And not only that, I just want to reflect back on one of the earlier comments you made about religion and its potential of worship. One of the very first cases I ran, actually the first case I ran in Australia, was an injunction because they weren’t allowing people to go to church and synagogues. So it was an emergency injunction. And through that, we actually determined through that case.

Now, it didn’t succeed, but it did. So that was the battle, but we won the war. And I’ll explain what we won, how we won it is because our subpoenas. And I started releasing those subpoenas to the public and I started saying, look at what’s happening. They’re not allowing you to go to church, but you could buy liquor, you could go to these big supermarkets, you could go to hardware stores, and interestingly, you could go to a brothel, okay? And I said, how on earth or how morally bankrupt can our these politicians be if they can provide a directive and orders that allow you to go to a brothel? You’re not in breach of social distancing, but you can’t go to a church.

And the people I was representing, which were pastors and obviously some rabbis in Australia, they were very hell bent on the ability to worship. Because, Brian, the ability to worship is very strong. And what does it do? Well, I’m not only casting out a sermon, these guys are going to the vulnerable who cannot go out of their homes, the elderly. And they’re taking boxes of toiletries and you odds and ends. And they’re taking. They’re also talking to this person who may not have seen anyone because they see them either every Friday or every Sunday. This is where they get to talk to these people and stay in touch with the community.

So it’s not just. And so that importance. And I’m of the Christian faith myself, so to me it meant a lot. And I took the fight. And it was very soon after that, although it was dismissed, I pretty well said, we’re, we’re morally bankrupt. Okay, we’re morally bankrupt here. But at the same time, they opened up the churches and synagogues because I timed it to come on to Rosh Hashanah and the Christian holidays. And so people were really eager to say, hey, let’s end these senseless lockdowns. And so there was a big strategy here. And the strategy was, and my clients knew it, they said, It’s a battle we got to fight and we may not succeed, but we’re going to win the war.

And subsequently after that, the premier came out and said, okay, we’re going to open it up for the vaccinated and in two weeks the unvaccinated can come in. What happened in that in those couple weeks? Let me tell you something. It was the biggest, biggest campaign of misleading and deceptive conduct we’ve seen. But also through that period, I also represented someone, a dentist who fell ill from COVID was put on the ventilator and his daughter, Christian family daughter came and said, tony, you’re the only one standing up for people and you’re the only one that’s taking it to him.

I know how bad it is and I know that things are going against us even with the judicial sector. They’re who words, not mine. And she said, I just want you to try and save my father’s life. He’s been on a respirator now for three months. They’ve given him four to 24 hours to live. I said, I’ll see what I can do. Notably, when I was running my cases, I had people such as Jay Bhattacharya as experts. Professor J. Bhattacharya. Love him. Dr. Peter McCullough, Dr. Sabine Hazan, Professor Barodi, all my buddies. I love these guys.

Bride hope these are. And they’re at the start, a lot of people didn’t even know these people in Australia at the time. Now they’re almost household names. Right. And along with you, I have so much respect for each and every one of them and I consider each and every one of them from the bottom of my heart. They didn’t have to do what they did. And they did it and they did it from. They did it pro bono. A lot of what I was doing was pro bono. Yes. I also. Oh, the fight was very expensive.

We spent a lot of money flying around the world making sure that the testimonies, the data was given to elected officials and state legislative bodies all over the world. It was a overwhelming period, but it was actually calling on all of our hearts, I think. And it was very awesome to collaborate with such a team of humanitarians. It was. And in that, Brian, what ended up happening was we challenged the by way of an injunction. So we challenged the authority of the state and the hospital to say we want to bring our doctors into this. And they had what they called emergency interventionists.

And they’re saying, oh no, we need to follow this protocol and this protocol and our case was essentially, he’s been on your protocol now for three months. He’s deteriorating. On your own clinical Advice, you’re saying four to 24 hours to live. His daughter has come to us as a last ditch plea. It’s a last ditch plea and it was a plea for mercy. To say if he’s going to go, give us this last time with him and let us get our doctors in. So I put a group of doctors together, we used evidence of Professor Bhattacharya, Peter McCullough, and we put that into this case.

Now, Australia was very, how can we say it? Left wing, if I could call it that. And they were very hard. They didn’t want to listen to any, any external voice. Everyone was censored, ridiculed, including myself. You know, the anti vaxxer. No, I was pro science. I want to see things that work. I want to see that actually make a difference to someone’s life. I want to see someone live. I want to see someone not live in pain. This is what. And if you’re. I’m not anti pharma, if your drug can help this person, give it to them.

But if it’s not, why the hell are we maintaining this negative trajectory? And that was. I was very passionate, maybe you can sense my passion here, but I was very passionate about that and I wanted this guy to live. And we got this team of doctors together. They wouldn’t allow us to change the protocol at that hospital. I won’t name the hospital, but very well known. And what they did allow me to do is say, if you can find somewhere else where we can take him, we’ll allow you to take him there and those interventionists can intervene and your doctors come in.

What ended up finding out was the state was sending these emails to this other hospital that we found saying, you do realize you have a duty of care. And this guy, if he comes to you and you accept him and he dies on the way. So in other words, don’t take him. This is one of their. Everybody pay attention is one of their favorite tactics. They will physically lie to you and your family members or your advocate and they will use this phrase, your loved one will not survive the transport via ambulance. They’re so weak, so sick, they probably won’t make it.

No, no, no. Only God knows when your loved one’s going to die. Unless that individual standing in front of you knows they’re injecting poisons that will ultimately cause him to die while on the ride. Get them out of that facility. Do not listen to them tell you he can’t make it. If you have on your heart, in your intuition, in your gut feeling that there’s some better option for them at another facility, move them. No matter what they open their mouth and say, you are tied to these individuals spiritually. You love them. They’re your friends, your mom, your dad, your kid.

You have strength strings attached to them spiritually and emotionally. No one else does. So move them. Oh, my God, I can’t stand this. During COVID they would use this excuse all the time. We’re not going to move this individual off of our remdesivir COVID 19 ventilator system and move them to another hospital. They won’t even make it is what they would say to the family. And the family would call me, like they’re telling me they’re not going to do it because he won’t make it. No, you tell them, I don’t care what you think. Move them and sign any documents you need and go hire a hospital advocate.

You all know that. We’ve done that for years now. All right, continue, Tony. Anyway, I hate that thing. Do not let them lie to you and make you believe that they know more than you do. They don’t. They’re human beings just like you and I. They’re not gods. They can’t see the future and know that in a car ride for 10, 15 minutes to another hospital, the individual is going to take their last breath. Nope. The only way they would know that is if they’re going to physically poison them to death and kill them. All right, Send them to the next facility where someone’s more open minded and willing to work with you.

You have rights. You just don’t know what they are. They don’t want you to know you have them. The daughter. So just continuing on, the daughter of this dentist subsequently said to me, every time we spoke, we would pray. And she, she was very religious. So was the family. Very religious. And through that period, we got to learn each other’s characteristics. But. But most importantly, we got to this point of this care for this doctor, dentist. And we ended up putting so much pressure on that hospital that they now allowed us to bring in a protocol.

And that protocol was influenced by our doctors who we were bringing in. And now they wouldn’t let our doctors in. That was another key factor. They wouldn’t let our doctors in, but they’re saying, okay, well, what are you going to give? We’re not going to do that. But how do we do this? And so we had Professor Brighthope and he was saying, you know, we need to infuse high dose vitamin C, D and other protocols. Okay, we need to get this in there real quick. And you know, these medications you’re giving, they’re filling his lungs and, and body with fluids and liquids and that’s what’s killing him.

And the, the respirator is only making it much worse because he’s going to start drowning. And that’s essentially what was happening. He was drowning on his own fluids. So what we ended up doing was we got that, we changed it. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get another hospital because they then changed their mind soon after the emails from the state attorneys. That was despicable in my view, because here we are, we were genuinely trying to save a life. What ended up happening was we changed the protocol, things started happening. We started moving medications around and eliminating some and adding some other ones.

Within a couple days, he was off the respirator. They invite me, and this is the story. They invite me for lunch every three to six months and we sit at the table and we pray. This is the family. The family. And they cry and they say if it was. And I’m not saying this, but they say to me, you’re a lawyer. You’re not even a doctor, but you stood with us. And my father’s only here because of you. And I said, well, it wasn’t only me, it was you. Which was the daughter, because God bless her, she fought and she would not take.

No, you just said it there. Don’t let them tell you what to do. She would not. She dug in and she said, I’m going to save my father’s life. And I sensed that from her and I said. And I got goosebumps now just talking to you. Me too. God bless her, because she stuck. And I said, you know what? I’m going to hold a line with this, with this family and I want to do everything in my power. And I did, I did every. And I stood against the state and, and they were accusing me of all sorts of stuff, saying, oh, he shouldn’t have done this, and this was procedurally incorrect and you cannot take this.

But our point was this. You. Your own words are 4 to 24 hours of life. I want access to this guy because if I can influence something and we change it, then we’re going to prove to you this is a challenge. D. Challenge. Re. Challenge issue here, right? And we challenged it and we won. He is alive. That is all I cared about. That is all I Cared about, he is alive. If you read the judgment, the judgment will say we didn’t succeed in terms of the court being able to tell a hospital and a doctor how to treat a patient.

But we did succeed to say this on the second limb, which was if a patient wants to go elsewhere and we can find a spot, the Supreme Court will support us because this was an urgent injunction. And I remember I got Justice Rothman out on a public holiday and he’s like words to the effect, Mr. Nikolaik, this better be good because it’s a public holiday and I’ve got him in but four to 24 hours. And he understood and he was a very sympathetic judge and he gave us and the family a lot of room. But that takes us back to what you were saying earlier right at the start, which is that that element of worshiping and that is a very important point because when we give the state the licenses of rights, they are God given, in my view, and we they are God given, God gives them, God will take them.

The state gives you a license for something, they can take it. And they tried that and they did that. And that’s what I’ve been standing up for down there in Australia. And so when I fight, I’m not fighting for any anything. A lot of people didn’t really know what I was doing is just, I just kept getting up there and fighting. I was doing Senate committee hearings, I was doing my best to help these people come out of it. But one of the most important things is this is if we apply ourselves and we unite, we can do amazing things.

And that was one of the key factors that came down to that free speech element. And I know recently we had that sad turn with Charlie Kirk. That didn’t only hurt me because I’ve been doing Senate submissions on this for years. And Charlie Kirk hit a note not just with me, but with many Australians and I know many Americans. And the purpose of that is this is he was influencing people, he was giving them the courage, which is exactly what we’ve been doing. The people who are myself, you, Peter McCullough, Dr. Hassan, all these doctors, Professor Bhattacharya, RFK Jr.

All these people, like them or love them in their own way, are influencing change in this world. But they’re not saying it for the negative. They’re actually saying something very positive is we need to have an open mind. And that open mind needs to be one that allows the battle of ideas to win. And it’s the battle of ideas is what made these countries great. Australia was a free spirited, free nation. We are now being censored, Brian, to the extent that it has become disgustingly obvious. And I mean disgusting. Now let’s talk about that. Censorship in Australia.

Oh, I love you guys in Australia. I can’t wait to, you know, cheers you one day with what I’m told here in America. The word for beer in Australia, from commercials here is fosters. That’s what the Americans are told. Fosters is Australian for beer. I’ve learned that is not true. I don’t even drink beer, so don’t worry about that. But Australia, I love you. Just want you to know know. Let’s talk about censorship in Australia. All right, so I felt the calling to launch a Healing for the Ages conference to remind people annually when we do this every year.

I’m behind stage. I come up on the stage and I put it up on the screen for the whole world to watch. I want y’ all to know that what we’re about to present here at Healing for the Ages is nothing but how God’s infused nature can bring you back to health. No different than what you learned about zinc from Dr. Zev Zelinko, Dr. Ben Marble, Dr. Peter McCullough, myself and others. As you learned about zinc, which is found in nature, was a preventative measure to help you beat Covid reduce the effects of COVID This kind of information is all we were going to be presenting at Healing for the Ages.

And the Australian government banned your access. So I love challenging them, making sure the world knew what the government of Australia was trying to do to people in Australia. Giving them access to life, saving hope, providing education and information. Just like the vitamin C with this daughter. I just want some vitamin C in my dad. I want to do some of the stuff. Oh no, no, no, no. We can’t do that. No. And you can’t even transfer him somewhere else because you can’t. He’s not going to survive the ambus, right? No, no, no. Thank God for Tony and other legislators.

I then come to find out, out right after that first day that the country of France did the same thing, banned access to healingfortheages.com just during our virtual three day conference. Is that not amazing? Censorship is alive and well, people. And they’re trying to deny you this rights and information. Why? Because big Pharma is running your government’s people, they’re running your schools in America. They’re now incentivizing elementary schools, middle schools. The more kids on stimulants like Ritalin, Adderall, SSRIs, Prozac, barbiturates like Xanax and Zoloft if you have. The more kids on there, the percentage of children you have on those drugs in your school, the more state funding goes to the school.

That specific school. How disgusting is that? Okay, it’s absurd. All right, Just want y’ all to know the censorship is alive and well and I appreciate people like Tony. I have a question for you, Tony. How many other like minded attorneys were you proud of during COVID 19 or before COVID 19, speaking out against the atrocities in your government in Australia? How many of them did you see? Man, there’s thousands of you that all woke up with me and defending all the rights of Australians. Did you find you were like a lone wolf? Did you feel isolated and alone? Or did you feel like there was a whole bunch of you that you found were coming out of the woodwork to support you in Australia? There was very few in America, buddy.

How about Australia? I want to know very few. When I, when I did the first mandate challenge, I was pretty well alone and I put out a very big document and it went to all ministers around Australia and it pretty well put it, it was pretty solid and it had a real, a lot of really good science that has proven to be correct now. And this was before everything was happening and so when I actually came out, there were very few, if any attorneys. But I do know and, and I will say this, there were a few, but they didn’t want to be seen to be taking that role.

But they did come to me, and I even had a federal court justice in the background saying to me, God bless you. He goes, I just want you to know you’re going to find this very difficult. He’s retired, by the way, so he’s not conflicting anywhere where he wasn’t. You’re going to find this extremely difficult. It’s bigger than law and it’s bigger than government. His words. And from that point, I had some really good doctors. And sometimes you may see them on Twitter or X chicky leaks. Very, very competent. Whether people agree with everything they say, that’s up to them.

And that, that’s the beauty of free speech. Right. Their opinion, his opinion was one that really helped guide me. And I had some. Nicky Evans, she was an epidemiologist, just done her master’s degree. And so I had some other lawyers in the background, but they weren’t really as up to date on that, that medical science slash pharmaceutical law as much as I was. Post that. Now you’re starting to see lawyers say, yeah, this is wrong. And you know, I’ve been saying this. Well, no, you haven’t. Okay. No, you haven’t. You know what? Tony’s lived past Covid 19’s emergency, so if he’s lived, I guess it’s safe for me to come talk now.

Okay. Yeah. Don’t be a wuss. If you decided to be a lawyer to represent the rights of individuals once you act like one, if you’re a doctor who really took a Hippocratic oath to first do no harm, why don’t you do it no matter the cost? Why would you sit back and let hospitals kill all a certain percentage of people on a COVID 19 protocol? And you watch the data as I’m presenting it to you, and you can see that the same data in Your hospital is 35 to 40% of everybody on that drug is dying.

Why are you still showing up at work? Why aren’t you walking away? You’re complicit in a murderous, profitable plot for the industry you’re working for anyway. Grow some balls and stand up for individuals rights and your patients rights. All right, so look at the camera. Talk. The attorneys out there who are hesitant to come out and be on camera, speak up. What would be your challenge to all those people? What have you realized in the last 11 years of you understanding that there’s some real problems here, that real citizens around the world, individuals walking in their countries, they deserve to have protections and people standing for them and making sure the judicial system knows these individuals have these rights.

You can’t take them away from you. What would be your challenge to lawyers? What would be your challenge to doctors and parents around the world? A human right is a human right and you only need one person’s rights to be violated for you to have some sort of legitimacy and to bring a case. In this instance, I know in Australia well over 140,000 people were injured as a result of the MRNA technology that I have subsequently discovered has we found in every organ of a person’s body a 61 year old chap within 27 hours of taking the Pfizer vaccine.

Ex firemen fit, healthy, deceased. And. And I took the biological slides and I had to take them to Germany because Australia did not want to test them. This is how far the censorship goes. And you’re absolutely correct. We need people with courage and we need people with the intestinal fortitude to say this is a legitimate line of inquiry. We are not here, we’re not turning over cars, we’re not firebombing people, we’re not doing anything. We are legitimately taking care of the community. And for me that means a lot. And that’s why I do what I do.

I’m not doing it for any fame or fortune. As a matter of fact, a lot of what I’ve done, I’ve done on my own wallet. Yes, I am a commercial business and yes, I do take other cases, but a lot of what I do has been on my own back. And in so doing, I just wished more lawyers and more human rights advocates actually rose to the occasion and said, you know what we do have MRNA technology, injured people, we do have people who are deceased. We do have institutions that have regulatorily been captured. We do have a whole bunch of people who are sitting on government and now sitting on large law and accounting firms acting as consultants defending the COVID era.

Now these are issues we know is occurring. We also know based on what you were saying a bit a moment ago, Australia’s regulator is funded to the tune of 96% by the industry it’s supposed to regulate. And my latest FOI with respect to that’s called a conflict of interest, by the way. Okay, go ahead. Massive, massive. And then we get the revolving door aspect which is where those executives from the regulator now go and advise the lobbying groups and now they become the lobbyists for the people who they used to be the employer of. It stinks.

And I’m sorry, it stinks. We don’t need any further. I love this terminology. It’s way different than the Texans, the Americans. I love it. You’re very, very docile in your terminology. I love it. So as the phrase goes in Texas, don’t mess with Texas. All, all attorneys out there around the world. Why don’t you just start saying to all of your clients, I don’t let the governments of the world mess with your human rights. Why don’t you do that? Just take the stance. We’re not going to let you manipulate or take away human rights that supposedly are granted us by God and the fact that we’re just alive.

So I would challenge all of you medical professionals, parents, always stand in defense of your children’s rights, your patients rights, and for attorneys, your clients, human rights. I hope that’s why you wanted to be an attorney anyway, was to defend the rights of the individuals you’re wanting to represent. So, Tony, where. You’re on there. I’m often sharing a lot of your stuff, Peter McCulloughs. And we’re sharing a lot of science. Get behind it. There’s a lot going on out there. I’m running some pretty decent cases, especially with respect to those who were terminated. And if you recall, we had police, nurses, paramedics, firemen. At the heart of what they said was the catastrophe of COVID They were the heroes. And overnight they were all terminated because they didn’t get the MRNA technology. In my view, that is reprehensible. It is disgusting. It is absolute disloyalty. They are still out of work.

Some of them have lost their homes. These are the people who I continue to represent, and I’ll stand by them. And those corporations for Sackingham, the. This is just absolutely reprehensible. It is absolutely sickening that they got behind this. And that, to me, was one of the most disgusting things that we have ever seen. It was un Australian and it was inhuman. So, Tony, one more question for those in Australia and around the world. Sure, you’re just representing those in Australia, but for those of you all around the world looking for someone to represent you, what are the cases outside of those who were sacked? I like that word, too.

In America, we just say fired, let go, terminated. The French sacked. I like that one. That’s awesome. All right, so, Tony, anybody in Australia who. Who’s. Who’s got what they believe, an injunction upon their own human rights of any kind, what is it that you would like to say are the things that keep you up at night keep you excited and motivated to be an attorney, and you look forward to helping them with. Is it just those that got sacked? What are some other examples of people who are sitting at home going, I wonder if this interview even provides any benefit to me, and I wonder if my rights have been violated and if I should call Tony or go to his office.

What are some of those examples of different types of cases you think people should look for you for? Okay, so we’ve got industrial relations, employment law, also do coronial cases. So people who we believe succumb as a result of the injuries based on the MRNA technology. So I’m doing coronial cases. We’re also doing people who are injured. So those people who are injured as a result of this. And also human rights cases. And in those human rights cases, we’re talking about people who had subsequently taken it, injured and not allowed back to work. So these are cases where the person actually complied with orders.

They did everything they wanted. Now they’re not being allowed back in. We’ve actually got Department of Health people who complied. They did everything that the government asked. They did everything their employer asked. They were terminated, and now they’re not being recognized for their injury and they have no work. So these are the sorts of things we’ve got running right now. Obviously, I do other cases, criminal family law and all that. And that was another Tragedy where family law. We had a lot of cases, and I still do that, where custody was based on mum or dad wanting in the mRNA.

That was so sad. Marriages were lost over this propaganda narrative. Oh, marriages were lost and destroyed. Absolutely. And another one was defamation, if you’re familiar with FLCCC. So I represented Dr. Paul Merrick. I know he’s a US doctor. He is. But there was a case down there where there was an allegation by a New South Wales health worker alleging that he engaged in scientific fraud. And he disseminated that all over the world. Now, there was another lady here in Chicago who was doing. Who was collaborating with the New South Wales doctor. And they were indicating that Dr.

Paul Marik, now Dr. Paul Marik, Pierre Corey Flippc, they’ve been doing some great work on the ground. Paul Marc is a lovely guy. When he came to Australia, we hugged. He’s a lovely man. The organization stands for something. They’re doing something, they’re trying something. But we ended up getting an apology. So the attorneys in, in America with my firm, I worked on the Australia. We worked over the Australian guy. They worked over the, the, the US lady. And we got apologies and credit to Dr. Marek. He said, I don’t want damages. He said, I just want an apology.

They’ve destroyed me. And again, this is the sadness of what happened because by the time the truth came out, the lie had traveled around the world that many times that it doesn’t matter what he does. But we got the apology. We now have that apology set in stone to where they say, well, we’re not admitting to it, but we realized that we were wrong. Well, well, yeah, thank you. You’ve just destroyed this guy’s life. And credit to Dr. Marek that when all that came about, it all flushed out. But he still held his dignity and his respect for humanity, which was, I’m first a doctor.

This is what I am first. And everything I’ve done was for the embedded of my patients. I did not engage in any of this silly stuff that you’re accusing me of. And that there showed that Australian attorneys and American attorneys can work with Australian doctors and American doctors to change. And we did that. I think it’s a beautiful thing I do. Okay, so a couple things out this interview I just want to remind all of you of, number one, how disgusting is it to you that children as young as 2 to 14 years old are experiencing suicidal thoughts based off of prescription drugs given to them, where they’re being diagnosed at 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 14 with depression and needing to be on an SSRI drug.

That should disgust you. Number two, I want to remind everybody a part of your story where you were saying about the girl wanting to get her dad saved, the dentist. You said something just flippantly, just said it, and I was like, oh, my God, this is so disgusting. All right, you all discovered that there were. Y’ all is a Texas term, not an Australian term, by the way. Y’ all out there just remember he said the emails they discovered were going to the other hospitals, that they were trying to transfer the people to the. The dad, the dentist to another hospital.

Did you hear who he said was sending the emails to the other hospitals to not receive him? And if you do receive them, you will do the same standard of care being offered at that other hospital. Did you hear who he said was sending those letters? State attorneys. State attorneys were doing that. Not medical professionals and health professionals who have been reviewing the guy’s case, knows his medical history, and there are possible therapies at the next hospital that might be more conducive to their health. No, no, attorneys were doing it who don’t know a damn thing about health.

So just remember, I find it quite disgusting that attorneys are telling hospitals what to do. Do what. The only time an attorney should be even stepping in is if it’s on behalf of a family who’s asking for something to be done when they’re being told that your loved one only has four to 24 hours. This reminds me of a disgusting story out of New Zealand. Do you remember the guy, the farmer who developed swine flu? Family was in Australia and in New Zealand, he was put on full life support from the swine flu. And all the wife wanted was them to try vitamin C intravenously for this of kind guy.

And the hospital kept saying, no, no, no, no, no. The family had to eventually get. He’s on full life support for weeks. They have to get attorneys out of Australia, New Zealand to fight the hospital to get him moved, and they can’t get him to be moved. So they do file an injunction, threaten the hospital enough where he’s at to give him a small dose of vitamin C one day, the very next day, they do his chest X rays. And for the first time in weeks, his lungs are clear of pneumonia. And you know what the hospital told the wife and the family? Family that had nothing to do with the vitamin C.

We decided for the first time since he’s been in here to take him from a prone position where he’s looking up, sorry, a supine position where he’s looking at the ceiling. And we decided that night to flip him over prone. That must have been what did it. Okay, hospital attendees and staff members, if you opened your mouth and said that, why didn’t you flip them over weeks before dummies? Why did you say it wasn’t the vitamin C when in fact they gave him the one dose of vitamin C once they saw him transform in his lungs clear of this pneumonia from swine flu they said was never going to recover.

One dose of vitamin C that they had to get attorneys to file an injunction on the hospital to give them. Then they got the hospital to move them to another hospital. They did transport him. When they refused to give him any more vitamin C and defend the. We just flipped them over. That’s what did it. Oh my God, you guys are morons. Doesn’t he make common sense? Irrational thought. Don’t say dumb stuff. If you’re educated that you look like a. Okay, this is what I can’t stand. You’re just making up stuff. The guy’s life physically changed visually from a medical test.

You could tell he got better and they refused to give him any more. So then they filed an injunction to get him transferred. They did transfer him. The next hospital goes, why are you moving him? They said, because the other hospital refused to give him any vitamin C. Oh, well, we’ll do it. We’ll give him half the dose. You keep saying, but we’ll do it. Do it. This guy wakes up like four days later, comes off the breathing machine, he’s off the GI tube and the wife is sitting there like shoving in his mouth in between every time a nurse or doctor walks in.

More vitamin C, more vitamin C, more vitamin C. That guy in the family of the guy were being told by the hospital to pull the plug. That’s right. And that’s when they hired an attorney to fight the hospital. Give him vitamin C. Let’s do a last ditch effort. What’s it going to hurt? You’re already saying he’s dying. Saying this shouldn’t make sense to any human being on the planet. When they’re telling you to pull the plug, it’s your job to pull the plug and end their life from the machinery that’s keeping them alive. Why will the same group of people look at you and go, we’re not going to try anything else.

No, we’re not going to do that. No, we’re not going to do that. No, we’re not going to do that. Oh my God, you suck As A human being. If you say that to a loved one of an individual who wants that loved one’s life to try anything on earth to help them reclaim their consciousness and their life energy, right? So this guy is still alive in New Zealand because the wife and the family got him moved and gave him some vitamin C. It was the vitamin C and oh my God. I watched a 60 minute interview with this family.

They show you pictures, video, medical records. He was dead. They said pull the plug. It’s all in their notes. The family’s refusing to pull the plug. They want vitamin C, we’re not giving it to them, it’s unproven, blah, blah, blah. They brought a guy on 60 Minutes in New Zealand and they bring a spokesperson for the pharmaceutical industry and medical industry or medical group in New Zealand and that guy’s being interviewed. After you watch the story and watch the guy whose life has been saved by his wife and family defending the use of vitamin C alone, they bring this spokesman on, on 60 Minutes who looks in the camera and says no vitamin C has.

There’s no evidence and not enough research that vitamin C would have ever created this scenario. Oh my God. Oh my God. Seriously, you’re not going to observe the miracle that just happened in these people’s lives? You’re not going to look at the medical records, the medical footage, the photographs, the images? Diagnostically, this guy is alive and was told everybody that he would be doing dead. No, they following the science. Brian, you have got. They’re following the science. No, listen. These are attorneys and spokespersons that represent big pharma. They only make the majority of their money off of patented synthetic products, not natural.

So that’s why they don’t want to give you the vitamin C. They can’t profit off of that as much. And the truth is they could. The problem is people would get better and wouldn’t need the drugs when they left and went home if they just gave them the vitamin C in the hospital and told them to take more vitamin C the rest of their life. It’s really quite disgusting. All right, Tony, I need to wrap this interview. Please tell America, the world, what it is you are standing for. Around the world. I know it’s rights. I know it’s freedom.

Rights. What encouragement, what last words of hope, warning, inspiration would you have for everybody now that you’ve traveled around Australia and defended those families and loved ones came to America, where are you going next? Why is it you keep speaking out? People know why I’m speaking out. They killed my father in law In a hospital. It’s been game on ever since. Like everyone else out there, I’m fighting for the rights of people. But most importantly, I want everyone to know that I’ll be at the funeral for Charlie Kirk. That mattered to me because this is exactly what a lot of us have been doing on the ground.

And he represents a beacon, not only of hope, but for the future of what it takes to have courage, to speak up. And if what happened. And God rest his soul, and may he rest his peace, and may the Lord look over his family. Because what he did, not only for his family, but the community, he showed us just how evil society can be. And what he did was he stood up to that evil. And he’s given us a license now to do what we got to do. And that is stand by him and stand by his family.

And let’s keep that fight going, because once it’s lost, we’re not getting it back. And this is what he was. He was fighting for. He was fair, he was down the line, and we need to stay there and we need to hold that line with him and understand that when we impart that courage onto the next generation, that is where the fight is. And we are now fighting that. And this is where the battle is. And so moving forward, courage, intestinal fortitude. Hold the line. Don’t let them move you. You lift up your swords, lift up your shields, and don’t give him an inch.

Anybody out there that’s ever been a parent, even if you’re not a parent, you’re a human and you watched a child running out into a street, you saw a car was coming at, the child was unaware of. Would you sit there and like go like this? Would you just wave your hands or would you say something? Would you scream and yell to get that kid’s attention? And why would you do that? Why would you use your voice? Why would you project your voice? You would hope to startle, wake up the kid and make him realize, to stop up.

Even if it wasn’t your own child, you would use your voice to bring someone to an awareness of trouble and danger. You would do that? You would use your voice? I don’t know if you know this, Tony. I’ve actually asked. I have a lot of people in the military, lots of veterans in the military, even current active members, 30 year decorated Navy admirals, all kinds of people that I’ve talked to over the years, especially during COVID when it came to Charlie Kirk’s passing. I’m just going to say it here Once. I haven’t even done any kind of official statement.

I’m just going to say, all my love, all of my sadness and grief and prayers go to Charlie Kirk’s wife and his kids and their family. Nothing is more atrocious. As a father of five, stepfather of another three, there’s eight total kids, grandkids, in laws, you name it. I could never imagine growing up without my parent and someone taking them maliciously like that from me when I was very young. I’ve had the great luxury of having my parents still around. I’m 48 years old. And I know the value of having your parents in your life, regardless if and older a child.

So to have someone maliciously take that individual from his family and his children, this is the most disgusting, heinous thing ever. But I want to make this very clear. The people that are in the military, that are snipers and assassins, and those intelligence agencies that are assassins to take people out, they have these creeds. I’ve learned, I didn’t even know this, that where they shoot an individual or how they kill an individual is symbolic. And the killers, the assassins, use the actual target on the body of the individual as a symbol to all the other people that actually know these symbolisms.

And so in these conversations privately over the last couple weeks, it has become very clear every single one of them have said the same thing. Notice where they shot him. They shot him in his throat. I want to remind you all, where is your voice box? It’s in your throat. His voice is what they wanted to symbolically shut off and make sure the world knows symbolically, don’t use your voice to speak against a specific narrative or on a specific topic. And what we’ve continued to speak on here, Tony, and that I think you’ve been continually mentioning in this interview alone, is your right to freedom of speech.

But no, no, no, no. If you think you’re free to speak, ask Charlie and his family, are you free to speak? Just your opinions, your beliefs, your values? Are you free to do that? No, you are not. There are certain things you are not allowed to say, should not be allowed to be seen spoken. And so they will censor that. And what was the difference with Charlie? I believe he would do it in public with a group of people. Many others sit behind a camera and a screen and they just talk. I’m out there on rally steps of state capitol buildings.

I’m out there rallying at hospital lawsuits where we’re filing those in press conferences. I’m very much in the public Charlie also made himself very public, reachable and real because he was willing to sit there and talk to you and debate you and still love you no matter what your belief or your challenge was. I’m just going to speak how I see the world. What I believe is on my heart that God’s given me. And they silenced his voice and they wanted you to all recognize that what he has been speaking on, you are not allowed to speak on and publicly.

And we’re. And you’re making a movement, you’re creating a following, you’re making a difference and we need to take you out. We should always be standing, attorneys included. You should be preserving the rights to freedom of speech, regardless of your opinions, your views, your life experience. I don’t care. You should never hate another individual for their opinions. You should never celebrate murdering those individuals for their opinions. That is solely all it is. It’s just an opinion. It’s a view of life. And all of us come from different backgrounds, different life experiences. Why are you holding them to an account for their own opinion? It’s just a thought.

It’s just a word. It’s just a sentence. Why are you taking it so personal? The truth is, is a lot of these agencies and people are taking it personal. What Charlie Kirk was saying. Just like Tony’s been recognizing and learning in the last 11 years that children, children are thinking about hanging themselves in a closet only after being put on an antidepressant, like literally walking into a closet going, I could hang myself from there. They never had that thought before they were 2 years old, 4 years old, 6 years old, 8 year old. Anyway, life’s amazing. The human family is even more incredible. Why are you finding reasons to hate each other and listening to other people tell you why it is you should hate somebody else? Why it is you should condemn somebody else, judge somebody else, dismiss somebody else, or kill somebody else.

It’s freaking ridiculous. Jesus. Ned Dotse, for any of you out there that believe in Jesus, for example, a lot of Protestants here in America and Australia, but you all believe that the New Testament Jesus would say things like this, bring all your little ones to Me. You read these stories. Bring all your little ones. Do you? Those of you out there that believe in Jesus, who say you go to church and you carry the Christian emblems, the cross, you believe you’re supposed to be emulating Christ, like life, I’d like to ask you, do you think God or Jesus on this planet would be celebrating anyone else’s murder? Anybody? Do you think Jesus, during COVID if his second coming came down during COVID 19, if he landed here and was like, you know what? Bring all the little ones to me.

Do you believe he would have went like this? Bring all the little ones to me, except those who don’t have a vaccine card, who are unvaccinated. Don’t bring those children around. No, no, no. But you behave that way. You let government officials treat you that way. You let your employers and your employees be treated that way. No, you’re not acting Christlike at all. Put yourself in Christ’s position. If you really believe in Jesus and Christ and his hope and his message and his parables that he taught you. No, speak up. Speak truth. Do you remember what Jesus did at the temple, the house of his father, when he found out that there were merchants using the property in a way that was seemingly unholy to him? Did he sit back and go, you know what? I’m going to hold a.

I’m just going to hold a banner in silence and walk up and down the sidewalk. I hope they read the sign that says, you were treating my father’s property wrong. No, he broke out a bullwhip and he started screaming, ranting, throwing, whipping, breaking stuff, throwing them out. No, he didn’t sit back and let people be mistreated or his sacred property. Your human rights is a sacred, sacred property. And God, please, attorneys continue to find ways to defend that. Don’t do what you’re doing to defend the oaths to the court system, the judicial systems that I know you’ve taken oaths to please represent those innocent that you are representing.

And then, parents, please defend your children. Please stand up to those authority figures in the hospitals who are telling you, this is it. There’s nothing else you can do. When they say, and you feel the impression there is something else you would like to try, and they say no to you, you fire them. You look at them and go, you’re fired. Get out of my way. Or in Australia, you say, you are sacked. I just learned that today. All right, last words of hope for everybody at home. Well, I think if we just. I think you’ve wrapped it up really well there, which is, let’s, let’s keep the fight going, stay courageous and remember, you touched on it there.

When they came to Jesus with leprosy, he didn’t discard any of them. He also didn’t give them a prescription to CVS or Walgreens or any other pharmacy. Just so you know, if you think Jesus is miracles today, if he was here were to send you to a pharmaceutical supplying hospital, ER center or pharmacy. You didn’t read the word. You didn’t read it. You totally missed it. All the miracles of healing required no drugs or vaccines. Did you miss that? Okay. Got put inside of your immune system. It knows how to do its thing. All right. Well, at the end of the day, what he said there was, you don’t need a vaccine card to come and see me.

You are still my sons, my daughters. I love you either way. I think if we treat each other like that and understand that with courage comes hope, with faith comes love. And I think that is.
