Summary

➡ Dr. Bryan Ardis discusses acne, a health issue affecting 20% of the world’s population annually. He explains that acne is not just a teenage problem but can affect people of all ages, including women aged 20 to 45. The podcast reveals that acne is caused by hormone imbalances, often due to a zinc deficiency, and can be treated with natural remedies. The information shared can help those suffering from acne and also provide insights into other health conditions, including cancer.

➡ Zinc deficiency can lead to prostate cancer and acne by causing an overproduction of estrogen and oil in the skin. Taking zinc supplements can help reduce these issues. Acne is a common problem affecting 1.6 billion people globally, with a higher prevalence in women due to their higher estrogen levels. The solution to acne and other health issues lies in understanding and addressing nutrient deficiencies, particularly zinc.

➡ The article discusses various acne treatments, including tretinoin, adapalene, antibiotics, azelaic acid, and salicylic acid, and their potential side effects such as skin irritation, peeling, burning, and redness. It also mentions that some treatments can cause liver problems and other health issues. The article then suggests that natural remedies, like zinc, may be more effective and safer alternatives to these treatments.

➡ The text discusses a study on the effects of zinc and other supplements on acne. The study found that zinc significantly improved acne in many participants, with some seeing up to 75% improvement. Other supplements, like DIM from green leafy vegetables and Google Lipid from a tree in India, also showed promising results in reducing acne. These natural supplements could be a beneficial alternative or addition to traditional acne treatments.

➡ Google Lipid resin extract, a natural ingredient, has been found to be effective in treating severe acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin irritation. It has even shown to improve skin symptoms caused by radiation therapy for breast cancer. This extract also has benefits for cardiovascular health, such as lowering bad cholesterol and improving good cholesterol. Despite being used in smaller amounts compared to traditional acne drugs in studies, it has shown to be more effective, suggesting its potential as a natural alternative for skin and health issues.

➡ The text discusses how natural ingredients like guggulipid resin extract and saw palmetto can be more effective than FDA-approved drugs in treating skin conditions like acne, psoriasis, and eczema. It criticizes the manipulation of data by drug companies to sell their products. The author also highlights the benefits of essential oils like tea tree oil in treating skin conditions and reducing scars. They recommend their Clear Skin complex supplement, which combines these natural ingredients, for anyone with skin issues.

➡ Natural ingredients like tea tree oil, lavender oil, and limonene from limes can help reduce acne and improve skin health. These ingredients have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, and are found in certain cleansers and moisturizers. Sea buckthorn oil, another natural ingredient, can also improve skin health by fighting free radicals, rebuilding cells, and delaying cell aging. It’s important to consult with a doctor or trusted adult before starting any new skincare regimen.

➡ This article discusses the effectiveness of natural substances like curcumin, red light therapy, and rosehip oil in treating acne. It highlights how these substances can disrupt acne-causing bacteria and reduce skin lesions. The article also points out that many antibiotics used for acne treatment are ineffective as the bacteria become resistant. Lastly, it emphasizes the importance of using natural products for skin health and acne treatment.

Foreign. I’m Dr. Bryan Ardis and you are joining us for a special edition in a podcast all about a health scenario that affects the physical and emotional experience for 20% of the world’s population every single year. Now, just for perspective, I did the math. That means it’s at least 1.6 billion human beings walking around on the earth every year have this one health problem that affects them physically and can scar them for life. Not just physically, it can scar them emotionally for many, many, many, many years. And what we’re going to be discussing here are what are the conventional medical treatments for a condition that affects the skin cosmetically that all of you know as acne? Now I just mentioned, if you’re thinking you don’t want to pay attention to this, one in five people in the whole world struggle with acne, and I bet you know more than five people.

So I hope even if this doesn’t apply to you, and you think you’re beyond the age of acne, or you don’t have any acne, so this doesn’t really apply to you. Yes it does. The information you’re about to learn, which we’re about to show you, is what the people you know and love and adore, if it’s not you, that you have as nephews, nieces, sisters, moms, you have no idea the amount of people that are affected. And it’s not just teenagers, it’s actually the 20 to 45 year old women are actually the second group of people most affected by this condition.

So there’s actually specific root causes for acne. And I’m about to show you what are all the natural remedies that don’t have the negative consequences that so many prescription medications and over the counter drug laced products do. So just so you know, did you know that the same causes for acne are the same ones that cause cancers? So if you’re afraid of cancer and want to learn how the human body actually behaves, how it functions, how it detoxes, how it repairs, how it stays healthy, everything you’re about to learn about acne applies to every other condition known to man, including cancer, specifically breast cancer, and all of the cancers they call estrogen dominant responsible, which is breast cancer, cervical cancer, prostate cancer.

So if you don’t think this applies to you, this information does. And I really am excited to show you how the information I’m about to lay out for you could free people you know and love, even the young and old and middle aged, from having the emotionally upsetting, complex issues for the skin. Complexion issue, sorry for the skin that affect their entire confidence. Wanting to leave the house, wanting to engage for jobs, applications, go to school, it’s demoralizing. ACNE is so 1.6 billion people on the planet suffer with this every single year. And there are natural remedies to them that outperform drugs.

They’re going to seek for prescriptions. So this is everything you need to know about acne. Natural remedies to acne. If you know somebody who has zits, pimples, cystic acne, regular acne, you name it, please forward this presentation full of hope and answers to all of them around the world. Let’s dive in. This is going to be exciting. All right, so this is going to be a PowerPoint presentation. I’m going to walk you all all through. Let me start a slide one here. Natural remedies for acne. And it’s time to walk you through what it is we know.

Remember, you can scan this QR code and actually get updates and alerts through email. Put in your email. We’ll alert you when the next narrative, next podcast, next presentation, next speaking events coming up for me. We’ll let you know. And we do a one podcast every week. There are some special editions of things that are high topics in the media or celebrity people or authors or really incredible health rangers and pioneers who I find out about and I want to do an exclusive interview with and I’ll have them on the show with me. So, so that does happen.

So we’ll alert you on those two. All right, so let’s dive in here. Let’s define acne. So this is Yale Medicine. Acne vulgaris, a common skin condition that occurs when the hair follicles get clogged with oil, skin cells and bacteria. Symptoms include blackheads, whiteheads, pimples and painful nodules under the skin. Now just for context here, I know a lot about acne and in fact what you know is the Nature Wins brand, which is our supplement brand here for the Dr. Ardis Show. There is actually a brand I had launched in 2020, right before my father in law was murdered in a hospital.

And it was called Artist Labs. And when I launched Artist Labs, Artist Labs only had one product. It was a kit, it was a supplement you took orally and two cosmetic topical products, a cleanser and a moisturizer that was to cure acne and the causes of acne, internal and external. That’s really what I created. It’s the only thing I created and launched. I know a lot about acne. So some of the things I’ve been educating people on for 20 something years about acne, adults and adolescents and teenagers, blackheads and whiteheads are the same thing. They only look black because blackheads, the mucus and pus and oil in the pore is called sebum.

S E B U M Sebum. When it’s exposed to the air around you, it turns black. And that is called a blackhead. What makes a whitehead white is the whitehead has sebum in the pore, but it’s not exposed to the air because skin is covering the top of the pore. So when air is not touching the sebum oil to oxidize it and turn it black, it stays white. Which is why you pop the pimple. It literally pops out. It comes out of a thin skin layer that’s over the top of it. That’s the only difference between a blackhead and a whitehead.

They’re the exact same thing, only there’s a piece of skin over the top of the whiteheads. So you got pimples, painful nodules under the skin. That’s what acne is. Acne is one of the most common skin disorders. It peaks in adolescence and early adulthood, affecting around 85% of all people between the ages of 12 and 24. Do you know anybody between the ages of 18 and 24? I. I hope you do. Eight out of 10 of them have acne. Though it is often thought of as a teenage problem, acne can occur in all people of any age, though it grows less common as time goes on.

Still, over 1 in 4 women and 12% of all men, 1 in 10 in their 40s report having acne. So please don’t dismiss this topic. I know you might think this doesn’t apply to you. The information you’re about to learn could be life transforming, emotionally upset ridding for the people who are suffering with this demoralizing issue that’s on their face. Our face is what we present to the world. This is why acne is such a big demoralizing problem emotionally. How many people want to commit suicide, don’t want to live anymore, because they don’t want to face the world with acne on their face.

So what causes acne? You’re going to learn here what the medical profession wants you to know, and then I’m going to teach you what it is. Acne develops when hair follicles, the small tube shaped cavities near the surface of the skin from which tiny hairs grow, get clogged with oils. Dead skin cells and bacteria. The oil comes from the sebaceous glands, this is true, that are connected to the hair follicles under the skin surface. They secrete sebum, an oily substance that travels up the hair follicle to the surface where it moisturizes the skin and hair. Alright, now the next paragraph you’ll see underneath there explains that hormones dictate how much sebum you make.

Now this is very important, I’m just going to throw it out there because most of you have no idea. Excess estrogen, too high of estrogen, too high of testosterone, produces too much sebum and too much oil in the skin that the body can’t seep out of. The hair follicle gets clogged or stuck. If it’s too thick in the pores, then the bacteria on your skin can get trapped in the oil called sebum, and you can have irritation, inflammation and redness and pus that just gathers there. And that’s what you see is acne. 100% of all acne is caused by hormone imbalances or overproduction of specific hormones.

And the number one cause for excess, too much hormones that cause acne formation, which is too much oil in the skin, that’s completely driven by hormones, is usually caused by a zinc deficiency. You’re gonna see that here as I get farther in here. And one of the main ingredients I put in my original skin product called the Clear Skin complex, you can still get at our site. One of the ingredients I put in there first was zinc. It had to be in there because zinc deficiency leads to excess estrogen. In fact, when I said this whole discussion about acne directly correlates to breast cancer, prostate cancer, it’s because excess estrogen causes breast cancer and is linked to prostate cancer.

And do you know what one of the things they offer to men who have enlarging prostates or an elevating PSA that tells the doctor you might have prostate cancer is a zinc deficiency. And if you start supplementing zinc, the prostate will shrink back down and PSA levels come back down and you can reverse what appears to be a cancerous issue, when in fact it’s just a mineral zinc deficiency. So if you put zinc into the body in a supplement form, you stop overproducing estrogen, you stop over producing oil in the skin and you see acne improve.

Now, as we go farther along in this presentation, you’re going to see I have a zinc plus supplement that has a certain amount of zinc in it. I also, a couple Years ago took zinc out of my Clear Skin Complex supplement for acne because I’ve learned that people there’s a range from like 30 milligrams of zinc a day up to 220 milligrams. You’re about to find out here in this presentation work to clear people’s acne. So I would rather people do their own research and due diligence to see how much zinc they individually require and can manage increasing that dose, decreasing that dose of zinc without adding increased amounts of unnecessary other ingredients in my Clear Skin complex.

So you’re going to see there’s now two supplements I’m going to recommend, Clear Skin Complex and Zinc Plus. And you can manipulate the zinc amounts all you want. For some people, too much zinc is bad. For some people, they need a lot more zinc than others. So this is why I separated them. So anyway, you’ll learn about that here later. The connection to cancer and acne is defined. It is mineral deficiencies like zinc deficiencies lead to excess hormones that that directly cause acne zits, pimples and cancers of all forms. This is why it applies to you and I hope you’re just excited to learn like I did every day.

Here is pierrefob.com Pierre Fob Laboratories presents the first global study on the epidemiology of acne. How acne is affecting the world. One in five people are affected by acne around the world. So if you don’t think this affects you. Do you know five people? If you do, at least one of them are dealing with acne issues. The global prevalence of acne is 20.5%. That’s exactly 1.6 billion people on the planet. So this applies to a whole bunch of you. It is the highest in the group of adolescent and young adult issues, reaching 28.3% of them between 16 and 24 years old.

And also remains quite high in the group of adults ages 25 to 39 years old. That’s 19.3%. 19.3%. That’s one in five people between 25 and 39 years old. Do you know anybody in that age range? Well, one in five of them are struggling with acne. Women are more affected than men, both physically and emotionally. Generally speaking, women 23% are more affected by acne than men. 17%. I just told you about the estrogen connection. Can you now understand why women are more affected? They have higher amounts of estrogen and when they have low zinc, they get way more estrogen than we do as men.

Major impact on the quality of life. This global study on the rise of acne around the world. People suffering from acne experience fatigue 50% of them and have difficulty sleeping. 41% of them due to their skin condition. They are also more inclined to be more careful with their spending. 44% of them don’t want to even go out and shop. That amazing. And have often had to give up the activities they love. 27% of them. So if you don’t think acne is a big deal. One third of the activities people enjoy they stop doing when they have acne or they change their plans.

31% of them regarding their sleep difficulties. Itching was one of the main symptoms cited by people suffering from acne. Behind burning or tingling sensations and skin pain. Embarrassment, by far is number one. I can speak from experience. I had horrible acne as a kid. Oh, it sucked. I wanted to wear makeup. I wanted to steal makeup at grocery stores as a child. I was like 15 years old. I didn’t want my mom to know I was buying it. I didn’t want the grocery store clerk to see I was buying makeup. But I wanted to cover it up.

I never did steal it. I just wanted to. I would always talk myself out of it because I’m like, man, I can’t put makeup on my face and have zits and pimples and acne. It’s going to look even more weird when I go to school. I was called pepperoni face. It was awful, man. In middle school and high school, it sucked. I hated it. I didn’t want to go to school. I used to cry to my mom and dad, don’t let me go. Don’t let me go. It was awful. I would have never had to suffer with that stuff.

And neither did any of my kids because I learned the stuff from my own experience over the last 30 years as a doctor. Helping people resolve these issues and understanding what causes them. I never was in that position to learn that information as a kid. I was thrown all the drugs. I went to dermatologist. I was throwing every single alcohol wipe, steroid cream, antibiotic and all. All that happened was my face became beet red. So now it’s beet red with zits and pimples all over it. It was demoralizing to me. I hated it. Had to learn a lot since then.

Which is why I started my artist labs company, which is now Nature wins with a product I knew that affected millions of people around the world. And if I could help them improve their daily living experiences, get them to Reengage more in life by removing one simple problem that is so emotional and physically damaging. Like acne. Man, I couldn’t wait to provide that value. So, as you all know, Covid hit in 20, early in 2020. And then I kind of lost focus on that acne brand and I just went off trying to help people understand you need to stay out of hospitals and stay home.

You’ll be safe. Now we’re away from that world a little bit. Now I have the opportunity to educate you on all the principles of why I created this product in the first place years ago. It affected every aspect of my life and all of my confidence. And I don’t want this affecting 1.6 billion people on the planet if it doesn’t have to. So I’m about to show you what you don’t have to suffer from. All right? So please share this with the people that have acne. Cystic acne. I don’t care what kind of acne. Or just a few pimples or zits and they think they have acne.

No, there’s a difference. Pimples and zits are just a few pores on the skin full of oil. It’s either red or black or white. Acne is considered a medical condition that needs to be treated with medicine. And you have a whole bunch of acne blemishes all over the face, body, neck, chest, you name it. Alright, so here we go. Skin conditions by the number. This is the. This is the American Academy of Dermatology Association. So these guys know what they’re talking about. By the numbers. Skin conditions by the number. Acne is the most common skin condition in the United States.

Not psoriasis, not hives, not smallpox or chickenpox, not dermatitis. It’s acne affecting up to 50 million Americans annually. There are different types of acne. Blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, acne cyst or nodules. Acne usually begins in puberty and affects many adolescents and young adults. However, it can occur at any stage of life and may continue into one’s 30s and 40s. Adult acne continues to increase. Up to 15% of women in America have it. Do you want to know why it keeps going up? Because you all be. Are. We all are becoming more and more mineral and vitamin deficient.

And if you haven’t been, you haven’t read my book yet. I show you. Remember during COVID they talked about everybody needed to supplement zinc. The virus they called Covid was depleting zinc from the human body. So over the last five years, whatever they spread around the world that you want to believe Covid was, it was depleting zinc. Well, what happens when you deplete zinc? You increase estrogen. What happens when that happens? More cancer and more acne. Are you starting to get the picture here? It’s all about nutrients. And they figured out how to steal these nutrients from our body and from our food supply.

And all of us develop symptoms as a result. Approximately 85% of people between the ages of 12 and 24 experience at least minor acne. You know people with this, Please forward them this info. The Mayo Clinic says for acne, this is your treatment. This is the only treatment for acne. They tell you medically. The most common topical prescription medications for acne are retinoids and retinoid. Like drugs. All you need to know is retinoid means a type of vitamin A derivative. All right, so examples include tretinoin, otherwise brand names Avita and Retinae. Another is Adapalene, which is or Adapalen, Adapalene D Differin.

You’ll see it in every grocery store in America. Differin and Tazarotein, otherwise known as Tazorac or Avage or others. The next drug to be prescribed for acne sufferers in America per the Mayo Clinic is antibiotics. Examples include clindamycin with benzoyl peroxide. They have brand names Benzaclin or duac and erythromycin with benzoyl peroxide known as benzomycin. These are topical antibiotics or oral. The third is azelaic acid and salicylic acid. Azelaic acid is a naturally occurring substance, acid produced by a yeast prescription. Azelaic acid is known as Azalex or Phoenicia. What their treatments actually are published to do.

If you use these prescription drugs or over the counter drugs which I just named are the only options from the Mayo Clinic I just showed you. We’re going to dive into what are their published side effects. This is what Retin a gel cream looks like, otherwise known as their generic name tretinoin gel. But this is what it looks like. Let’s go through some of its published issues. These are some of the adverse published side effects of Retin a cream. If you give it to your loved one or yourself. If you’ve got acne and you think this is the issue, just know that up to 32% of all people that takes it, one in three have reported and disclosed they have severe skin irritation.

Well, what does that look like? Peeling skin, burning skin, bright red beet Red skin like I used to have as a kid. Oh, it sucked. Now we get to frequency not reported. This is the area where they, after the research studies on Retin A cream were done, the same people that took the product kept reporting these problems, but they don’t because it was outside the trial. They didn’t collect the percentages. So you don’t even know what percentages these are of the people that took it. This is just what was being reported. And then there’s post marketing reports.

After the trial’s over, they continue to have these people throw these side effects of the drug to the researchers and the manufacturer of Retin a gel cream. So you’ll see, for example, for the cream, mild irritation, peeling skin, erythema, pruritus, erythema, red blotchy skin like blisters all over your body. Blistering pain, crusting, tenderness, dry skin, burning, warmth, stinging, photosensitivity, increased sensitivity to sunlight or light. They will tell you if you’re on this stuff, you have to wear sunscreen every time you go outside, you’ll burn like almost immediately. That’s because of the drug. Post marketing reports, hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation, vitiligo.

Anybody skin atrophy. Anybody want to lose their skin and get thinner? Skin rashes very common. Up to 12% have peeling or scaling skin. Up to 16% have dry skin, burning sensations. Up to 10% of all people, sunburn. You see it there? These are the side effects of the drug. They have a microsphere gel. What are some of its most common side effects? Up to 10% of all people, 1 in 10 will get skin irritation, skin burning erythema. And I’m going to show you what that looks like here in a minute. You’re not going to like it.

And dermatitis, peeling skin, dryness, hyperpigmentation, hepatic. This is liver problems associated with the cream. They know this happens, but they’re not going to tell you what the percentage was because all the reporting liver problems were after the trial was ended. But the people kept taking the product, the cream and they had all these problems. Reversible, thank God. Liver function test changes like bilirubin, alkaline phosphate and alt ALP and ALT ast. Metabolic frequency not reported. Thymol, turbidity. Oh my goodness. That’s your thymus gland. You got to pay attention to that. Your immune system. Increased floculation, that’s like aggregation, lumping, clumping of stuff in the blood, in the body.

Tazarotene cream or Gel, lotion and foam. These are the brand names. Orazio, Avage, Fabio, Tazerac. You’ll see one on the screen there. This is another treatment for acne. On the bottom of the screen are images. And here we go. You ready? The very common. Look at the word, very common. This happens to the majority of all people. 29% of them will experience desquamation. You know what that is? That’s the images on the bottom left where all your skin on your body starts peeling off like a snake. Dry skin, 27% erythema. 21% of all people, one in five will develop the rash.

As you see on the bottom right, that’s erythema. Not sure. That’s better than having acne on your face. Is that crazy? Did you know that’s a very common side effect of these very common prescribed drugs? The Mayo Clinic and the medical profession tells you are your only options for treating acne. Up to 10% of all people, they also report. Oh, never mind. 14% underneath the very common category, burning sensation. 14% of them. Your skin will be burning like it’s on fire. Yeah, I used to experience that with these drugs. Up to 10% of all people with using this drug will experience pruritus, blistering, peeling of the skin, redness, irritation, non specific rash, contact dermatitis, skin pain, worsening of psoriasis.

What? Thought this was helping. Skin condition. Worsening of psoriasis, stinging sensations and inflammation. 10% of you, liver problems. This drug will cause hypertriglyceridemia, elevated triglycerides. Up to 10% of you. Facial pain. Thank you. 10% of all people. Eyelid edema in 10% of all people. Your eyelids will swell. Eyelid inflammation, eyelid irritation. Not sure anybody wants their eyes. All jacked up with pain from an acne drug. Benzocline. Generic names are benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin. Topical. That’s an antibiotic. Benzoyl peroxide drug combo. Alright, you see the picture up there? Benzoclin. This is an FDA black box warning. This medicine can cause a rare but serious allergic reaction or severe skin irritation.

Stop using the medicine. Get emergency medical help if you have hives, itching, difficulty breathing for an acne medication. Feeling lightheaded? What? Why is my heart and blood pressure changing and dropping? Swelling of your face, lips, tongue or throat. Ask your doctor if this is right for you. Very common skin reactions to benzocline, benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin. The antibiotic. Look at these numbers. Erythema. I showed you the red blotchy rashes all over the body. Up to 30% of you, one in three scaling that peeling of your skin and psoriasis. Like scaling 19% of you 1 in 5 peeling up to 70% or 17% of all of you.

Dry skin up to 15%. Itching up to 15%. Up to 10% of you will experience sunburn, burning, stinging, pruritus, itchiness of your skin, little blisters of your skin for your intestinal tract. Oh goodness, look at this. For your GI tract using this drug for acne, colitis, stomach inflammation. Thank you very much. Hemorrhagic diarrhea. Do you know what that means? Hemorrhagic means bleeding out. That means you’re going to be liquid poop out of your butt with blood all mixed in it. Oh my God. That’s a side effect of the drug. Diarrhea, abdominal pain. Not sure that’s all better than just having acne on your skin.

Immune reactions, anaphylaxis. Now let’s jump to the natural ways because you’re going to learn the natural ways actually outperform all the drugs including clindamycin, including benzoyl peroxide. I’m going to show you the research studies. All right. Those are some of the acne most common prescribed drugs. Over the counter prescription drugs for acne. It’s now time to show you what God and mother Nature created that outperforms the man made drugs and chemicals. I just showed you. Nature wins. That’s why we changed the name from Artist labs to Nature wins. Why Mother nature does win. Why? Because God created and God knows more than I do and any other man on earth or woman.

So I have more faith in God’s stuff that he created than I than stuff I can make. So that’s why we dive into the natural research studies. All right, so this is a research study that was actually published in. Do I see the date? 2018. You see at the top left, Role of zinc in acne. A study of 77 patients. Now I’m just going to hold it up here. This is why we have Zinc plus is my zinc plus supplement. So just be ready, I’ll show you at the end. But anyway, this is zinc. I want to show you this.

Pre treatment blood levels of zinc level was estimated in acne and non acne patients. Acne patients were given oral zinc, oral zinc, 220mg two times a day. That’s 440mg. And control group was given a placebo after treatment. Blood levels of zinc levels were estimated and the blood level of zinc improved. And the improvement of acne was correlated. As the levels of zinc in the blood went up, so did the improvement in acne. Now how specific was it? So here’s table 2 showing the reduction in the severity index at 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 9 week, 12 weeks of zinc only treatment for acne and you can see the results.

Look at the severity in the first table. Table 2. Treatment group, the severity, it went from 60%. Severe cases went down to 40% after three weeks, 32%, not nine weeks was 27% down to 24%. You can see the control group, it stayed from 46% to 37%. That didn’t drop very much. Now look at the percentage of improvement at the end of treatment with zinc. I mean, check this out. The second table. Table 3. Those who saw a more than 75% improvement were 5 out of the total 47 participants in the treatment group. That was 10% of all the patients saw an improvement in their skin.

Those who saw a 50 to 75% improvement in the amount of acne just taking zinc was 23 out of the 47. That’s half of them. 48.9%. The people who had a saw a 25 to 50% improvement in the amount of acne they had. That was 17 out of the 47 people. That’s 36% of all of them. And those who saw less than a 25% improvement, that was only two out of the 47 for a total of 4% of them. Look at those numbers. That’s just zinc all by itself. And that’s 400 milligrams. Just, you know, one capsule.

Mine only has 30. This is 440 milligrams of zinc for 12 weeks. And look at that improvement. I do not think you actually need everybody that much zinc, but if you have severe acne, I think you’d want to try it and you now have a source. Five patients in the treatment group had more than 75% improvement. 23 had 50 to 75% improvement and 17 had 25 to 50% improvement respectively. Two had less than 25% improvement. There was significant improvement. 60.9% reduction in pustule lesions acne numbers after 12 weeks of treatment. Isn’t that amazing? 2, 220 milligrams of zinc twice a day orally for three months gave better results than the placebo.

After 12 weeks of treatment, 60% of patients on zinc therapy showed more than 50% improvement in their acne severity. Well, who wouldn’t benefit from that? 10% showed more than or less than 75%. 48.9% showed 50 to 75% improvements. And you see the numbers. Look at the last statement. None have had worsening acne while on zinc. That’s amazing about that. I skipped over it. One of the drugs, one of the drugs I just showed you actually says worsening acne. I will not go back. You can go back and look at it as a common side effect, worsening acne.

Oh, thanks. All right, here we go. An observational study from the dermatological therapy Journal. Skin study Journal. An observational study of methionine B bound zinc with antioxidants for mild to moderate acne vulgaris. APC is a novel methionine based zinc complex with antioxidants like vitamin C and others that has been used to treat acne as as a nutritional supplement. This is based on the proven role of zinc and antioxidants in improving acne. Oh wait, they’re doing this study because it’s been proven in other studies that zinc works. Yep. Specifically the inflammatory lesions. 48 patients were treated with the oral APC thrice a day, which includes the zinc complex and other antioxidants from plants for three months followed by a four week treatment free period.

So three months they treated them, then they took a month off and they waited. At the end of the treatment period, week 12, there was a statistically significant improvement in the global amount of acne which began after week eight. Almost 79% of the patients had either 80 to 100% improvement. There was a significant reduction in pustules by week 8 and 12 weeks and papules and closed comedones. The big cystic acne stuff you see at 8 weeks and 12 weeks. Ask your doctor if zinc is right for you, if you have acne. And remember we have zinc plus.

That’s why I’ve got it now. You’re about to learn zinc’s not the only thing. It just happens to be one of the first things I make people aware of when it comes to acne concerns and the underlying causes for them. So I’m not done. So let’s keep going. The Anti Cancer Agent 3, 3 Diindoyl Methane, abbreviated DIM. If you’ve ever heard of the supplement diminish, it’s this thing Di indoyl methane which is actually what is released in the human body when you eat cruciferous green leafy vegetables. DIM inhibits multi species biofilm formation by acne causing bacteria and candida albicans, which is what you know as yeast or yeast infections, toenail fungus, that kind of stuff.

All right, all right. So the anti cancer agent Dim, which comes from cruciferous vegetables, you’re now learning, is an anti cancer product. Isn’t that funny? Inhibits biofilm formation by acne causing bacteria. So let’s dive into dim. Dim, everybody, is the very first ingredient in my Clear Skin complex supplement, which was the first supplement I ever made under our brand name. It’s the very first thing in here. Diminishing the antibiofilm activity of DIM was compared with those of three antibiotics, namely benzoyl peroxide, gentamicin and ciprofloxacin, which also dose dependently inhibited C acnes, which is the type of bacteria biofilm formation.

While benzoyl peroxide, which is commonly used to treat acne, was less effective at inhibiting the bacteria called C period acnes biofilm formation than DIM did better. DIM did better than the antibiotic benzoyl peroxide. Gentamycin, which is an antibiotic and broad spectrum antibiotic ciprofloxacin were more effective at inhibiting the bacteria, acne cell growth and biofilm formation. So DIM by itself was better than benzoyl peroxide, which by the way, all of you is the number one ingredient in most over the counter acne products. DIM is better than that. Now we’re going to keep going here. These are the charts they show you.

They show you benzoyl peroxide. And on the left then they. So gentamicin, the antibiotic and ciprofloxacin. And you see it’s lower for the next two than it is for benzoyl peroxide. At the end, anti biofilm activities were enhanced. Check this out. They took those antibiotics that were effective, those two on the end that I just showed you, and they decided to throw DIM with them and see what happened. Anti biofilm activities were enhanced when DIM and antibiotics were used in combination. Gentamicin at 5 nanograms per milliliter reduced biofilm formation by 53% by itself. But when they added treatment with gentamicin and dim, it reduced the biofilm, which includes the bacteria that causes acne formation, by 93%.

So I don’t care if you trust me and go, you know what? I’m gonna try just the natural stuff from Dr. Dr. Ardis. If you’re on any of these antibiotics for acne and they’re providing any benefit they just showed you here, it reduces the biofilm that has that bacteria on the skin leading to acne by 53% by itself. But when they add the immune, it increases the ability of the die off of that bacteria that causes acne up to 93%. The antibiotic is enhanced with DIM. I would actually argue that DIM just does it by itself.

Also, ciproflaxacin, another antibiotic commonly used for acne, reduced biofilm formation by 37%. Now watch this. Whereas treatment with both that antibiotic, ciprofloxacin and DIM together reduce the biofilm formation by 84% more than double its effectiveness at ridding the skin of this bacteria that causes acne. C. Acnes, which is the type of bacteria that causes acne most often inside the pores that makes it red and irritated and painful. The bacteria is just getting trapped in the pores with the sticky oil that that you’re making too much of the bacteria is not the problem it’s supposed to be there.

C. Agnes often forms biofilms on the skin with other microorganisms like Staph aureus or Candida albicans. We investigated the inhibitory effects of DIM on Staph aureus or Candida albicans biofilms under aerobic with oxygen and anaerobic conditions without oxygen. For example, dim, the first ingredient in our clear skin complex, which is also an anti cancer agent. I just showed you in the research titled article. When dim at 0.1 micromoles, it inhibited Candida albicans biofilm formation by 94% and it inhibited Staph aureus biofilm formation by 71% under oxygen rich conditions. DIM significantly inhibited or blocked biofilm formation of Candida albicans and Staph aureus after culture for six days under anaerobic conditions too, when they deprived them of oxygen, it still worked.

More specifically, DIM inhibited Candida albicans formation by 83% and inhibited Staph aureus biofilm formation by 65% without oxygen. Incredible. Dim is miraculous. This study shows that DIM offers a potential means of controlling acne vulgaris, acne and multispecies biofilm associated infections bacteria due to its antibiofilm and antibiotic properties all by itself. If you know anybody who’s on antibiotics, steroid creams being treated by a dermatologist for acne, they should be on our clear skin complex. Supplement with it. I just showed you the evidence. It enhances all the antibiotics used and and by itself it’s anti acne and antibacterial that causes acne.

It’s miraculous right now. The second ingredient inside my clear skin complex is this one called Google Lipid. Comes from the tree called Kamaphora muckle in India. It’s the SAP of this tree. Actually the SAP has another word called resin. So you’re going to see on the back of my bottle, you’re gonna see Google Lipid resin extract. Google resin extract, that’s what this is. And you’ll see it’s the actual second highest ingredient in my product, the im and then Google Lipid resin extract. This is Google a medicinal important herb in ayurvedic medicine. And they’re gonna highlight what it does.

The first thing they’re gonna talk about is how it’s used in the in the world and in India particularly to cure people of acne. Check this out. Google has been studied for its potential to treat acne. It has been shown to be effective in both complementary and alternative treatments for nodulocystic acne, a severe form of acne affecting the face, chest and back. One dated study in 21 people found that taking 25 milligrams of gugglesterone orally was as effective as the antibiotic for acne called tetracycline, an antibiotic commonly used to treat acne. Additionally, people with notably really oily skin responded significantly better to Google sterone than they did the tetracycline treatment antibiotic.

An even older study found that taking Google orally for six weeks helped treat acne without causing any major adverse effects. That is the second main ingredient inside of our clear skin complex. It’s why I put it in there years ago. Google Lipid resin extract is also published to improve eczema, psoriasis and skin irritation. Eczema and psoriasis are both non contagious skin conditions that are mainly caused by inflammation of the skin. Google based creams have been shown to improve itchiness, redness or skin discoloration and inflammation in people with psoriasis and eczema. Google based cream treated skin reactions that occurred as a side effect of radiation therapy for breast cancers.

It’s found that Google based cream improves skin symptoms such as redness, inflammation, tenderness and pain as well as reduce the need for topical steroid creams for treatment after breast cancer treatment with radiation. Google I want all y’ all to know something. We are working with our own organically sourced Google resin extract and you’re going to see very soon the Dr. Ardis show and Naturewinds is going to have its own Google resin extract alone supplement. The reason for that Is is, it’s so incredible. This one nature provided nutrient lowers cholesterol, LDL cholesterol raises HDL cholesterol, your good cholesterol, it helps reduce triglycerides, it helps to improve cardiovascular function, it helps to reduce thickening of your blood.

It improves the, it improves so many things. It improves all your skin issues. Psoriasis, eczema, acne. As you’re learning and there’s so many people that could benefit from the anti inflammatory benefits of Google Resin extract. When it comes out, we’re actually going to put on the label that this is a natural way to help improve cholesterol levels. And it is. It should be used 100% of the time over statins a hundred percent of the time and it’s even more effective. But by itself, this one natural ingredient is effective at improving acne, eczema, psoriasis and all skin irritation, even from radiation poisoning, from breast cancer treatment.

It’s an incredible thing. This is why it’s in my Clear Skin complex supplement for acne. All right, let’s go to the next one. This is all about Google Lipid resin extract. Also nodulocystic acne, oral Google Lipid which is what’s in my capsules for the Clear Skin complex versus tetracycline, the antibiotic for cystic acne. This is nodulocystic acne in the title. Look at it. You don’t think acne affects these people’s entire life? How they see themselves, how other people see them and want to talk to them and engage with them. I wonder why they don’t want to go outside and be active.

Why it is they don’t go shopping. Why does they stop doing the stuff they love? This is what nodulocystic acne does. And I need all of you to pay attention to me. These people’s lives are being ruined emotionally and physically with scarring that are physical and emotional too. So please share this far and wide. These people are really suffering needlessly. Now this is probably my favorite study ever that I found like eight years ago in developing this product called the Clear Skin Complex. And me learning what are all the nutrients God gave us on the planet that can help reverse acne.

This one study blew me away and I’m about to show you why. Watch this. This whole study, you see the title there. This type of acne, as you see in the pictures, oral Google lipid by itself, this one nutrient versus a drug that comes by prescription only from a drug company called tetracycline. For this Condition you see on the screen. Watch this blows me away. There were 20 patients with skin like you just saw in those pictures were randomly allocated to one of two treatment groups. The first group was given tetracycline, the prescription drug. The dose they were given was.

Pay attention here, people. 500 milligrams. Or the other group was given with the skin you just saw were given Googleipid, which was equivalent the amount to 25 milligrams of Gugal sterone. Okay, pay attention here, please. This is why this is so flipping amazing. In fact, I’m so excited to explain this to all of you. This is a drug study comparing a drug to a nutrient called Google lipid resin extract. And inside this resin, or SAP from this tree is a natural hormone they call Google Sterone. This component is what helps to improve acne, skin, psoriasis, eczema, you name it, and cholesterol.

All right, let’s start over. They split these groups of people with this horrible cystic acne into two groups. And they gave one group 500 milligrams of a drug, prescription drug approved by the FDA to treat acne. The other group was only given 25 milligrams of this Google lipid resin called Google Sterone. Okay, look at the amounts, people. The drug group was giving 5, 500 milligrams. The all natural group was given 25 milligrams. That’s 1 20th the amount of the drug. Okay, does this look like a fair comparison? 500mg of a drug, 25mg of the nutrient, 1/20 the amount of the natural substance compared to 20 times more of a drug for acne.

Okay, this I find miraculous. Okay, now let’s keep reading. Both were taking. Both groups of people were taking their drug or the Google lipid extract twice daily for three months. Stay with me. That means they gave the group that had the horrible cystic acne 500 milligrams of a drug twice every day for three months. That’s a thousand milligrams of tetracycline, 1,000 milligrams, which equals one gram. That means the Google lipid group. It also says they were told to take the 25 milligrams of the natural substance twice a day also, which means it was 50 milligrams. So now you have 1000 milligrams of a drug being compared to 50 milligrams.

1 20th the amount of a nutrient. This is so ridiculous and amazing. Let me show you what’s amazing. With tetracycline tetracycline, the drug 20 times more of the drug than the Gugu lipid resin extract. The group that both, both groups had horrible cystic acne, the drug group. The percentage reduction in the lesions of acne was 65% after three months. Look at this. The 1000mg a day of drug improved their acne 65% compared to 68% which is higher than 65%. 68% improved with gugulipid alone. Holy crap. You should be jumping out of your seat so excited. Going on and buying Google lipid extract.

Buying my clear skin complex right now. Anybody that’s got acne, you should be buying this right now. Why? 1 20th of GUGU lipid resin extract in this drug trial with humans improve the human’s acne more by another 3% than the drug did at 20 times the amount. That’s how good Google lipid resin extract is. Holy crap. Anybody with acne should be getting Google lipid resin extract and taking more than that, 25 milligrams. Imagine all of you at home if they set up this study to be equal amounts. Go Google steroids from the Google lipid resin of the SAP of this tree.

Imagine if the nutrient was at the same dose as the drug. What do you think the difference would have been if they took 1000mg of tetracycline, two 500mg tablets and took two 500mg doses of Google lipid resin extract? Oh, I can tell you what would have happened. It would have been 100% cleared of all acne in the Google lipid resin group, which, which is why they couldn’t use that dose. They had to use a lower dose. All to be able to say in the conclusion of this study that tetracycline, the drug at 20 times the amount of the nutrient is just as effective as the actual Google lipid resin extract.

You just didn’t know. The amounts were very different. A less amount of the nutrient of the higher amount of the drug. This amount actually cleared acne better than this amount did of the drug. But they didn’t want you to see that. They wanted to actually get the number of improvement in both groups. So they kept reducing the Google lipid resin extract amount until they could get it to where the numbers were less than 0.05% different between the drug group and the results in the nutrient group. And then in the conclusion you actually read in this study, the conclusion is tetracycline and guggenlipid resin extract actually are basically the same.

No they’re not. This whole drug study is a freaking fraud. They use 20 times the amount of an acne drug compared to a 1/20amount of a nutrient from a tree. And it still outperformed the drug, but not enough to be able to say in their conclusions that the nutrient was was more than 5% better than the drug. It’s all fraud, man. Scientific, manipulated, calculated fraud. Google lipid extract is so much better. Even in this experiment at 1 20th the amount of the drug. This is why I love this study so much. I’ve known about this study, had it printed sitting on my bathroom counter for like five years because I’m blown away at how drug companies manipulate data and research studies to convince you.

You can try tetracycline, an FDA approved drug, or guggulipid resin extract. They’re basically the same. The nutrient had a 68% improvement. Our drug had a 65%. But the Google lipid resin extract is not FDA approved, ours is. You might as well just use the FDA approved prescription drug. Oh my God, they just lied to you. The Gugu lipid resin extract at 1 20th the amount of the drug was more effective than the drug. Are you starting to see the, the scheme, the slimy deception they do in medical research? This is why I read entire research studies and I love it.

Almost every single one of them have a fraudulent claim statement in it. You got to go read the whole research study and then the picture starts to unfold. Let’s read the last statement on the screen. Interesting observation. Was that the patients with or oily faces, if you have a lot of oil being made in your skin, you just don’t like. Your oily skin responded remarkably better to Googleipid than tetracycline, the drug oily faces out there. We’ve got a Google Lipid resin extract singular supplement coming in the future, in the next few months, maybe in the next month.

But it’s also the second ingredient in my Clear Skin complex supplement. You should be. If you have psoriasis, eczema, hives, you name it, you should be on our Clear Skin supplement. It’s got natural herbs that help with acne, with psoriasis, with eczema, with hives, you name it, pruritus, erythema, all those conditions, anything with the skin, it’s called Clear Skin complex for a reason. Do you want your skin to be clear? Those are all the natural ingredients from God, I’d love that study. Thanks for spending some time with me with that. It’s just amazing that they used 20 times the amount of a drug for a condition and a nutrient still outperformed it at 1 20th the dose.

That is not a fair comparison. I hope you guys realize that. All right. They needed to sell tetracycline is what you know is what you’re recognizing from the study. In fact, I didn’t even show you the conclusion because it’s so absurd. I just showed you what happened in the study. That’s all you need to see. It outperformed the drug. All right, here’s a. Here’s a journal called the journal of cosmetic Dermatology. Clinical and instrumental study of the efficacy of a new sebum control cream. What are they talking about here? Their aim is to evaluate the efficacy of a sebum oil in the pores control cream containing polyphenol, multiple plant extracts from saw palmetto, sesame seeds and argon oil in subjects with oily facial skin.

Just really oily skin. They took a total of 20 healthy volunteers. Nine men, 11 women age 17 to 50, 16 of them with oily skin and four with combined skin, oily and dry were studied. The test product was applied twice daily to the face for a period of four weeks, twice a day for four weeks. A visible oil re regulating efficacy was reported in 95% of all of them. Their oily skin totally reversed and went drier, not dry, but better. You know what it looks like for people who have really oily skin? They hate it. You can improve that with set with saw palmetto sesame seed oil, argan oil.

This is just an example. After four weeks of treatment, the clinical assessment scores decreased by 33%. There was a significant reduction in the casual or causal sebum level by 20% and the area covered with oily spots was improved by 42%. The conclusion of the study using soft palmetto oil included these results objectively and quantifiably show the efficacy of the sebum control cream tested to reduce the greasiness and improve the appearance of oily facial skin. My clear skin complex has dim the anti cancer acne improving cruciferous vegetable ingredient. And then the second ingredient is Google lipid resin extract which I just showed you outperforms antibiotic drugs for acne, psoriasis, eczema.

And the third ingredient in here is saw palmetto, which is what’s in this study right here. Traditional herbs to treat acne vulgaris. I’m just going to show you the highlighted table out of here. You’re going to See, these are all the herbs plants around the world that have been medically tested in research studies to improve acne. Now the ones in red you’re going to see us, you barely see it hinted on the screen. There’s some of them that have red boxes around them on the left. The first one is comma four muckle resin which is gugul G U G G U L which we’ve already discussed.

I just highlighted that underneath that four down from that is curcuma longorizome which is from turmeric. Well, just so you know, that’s also in my Clear skin complex supplement and in my topicals for acne. That’s why I highlighted here. If you go to the right, you’ll see melaleuca, that’s tea tree oil. Oh my goodness. That’s in both of my cleanser and cream. And then you’ll also see they mentioned sereno reapings fruit which is the Latin word for saw palmetto Semi Clear skin complex supplement. I just want you to see there’s reasons for these. I actually went through all these studies years ago and I found the actual plants that had the highest efficacy rate at clearing the skin of acne, zits, pimples and oil.

And I combined them all into what is called the clear skin complex at the Dr. Ardis Show. If you have any skin issues, that’s why I built the product to supplement. Take it. Alright. Conclusion of this review of herbs published by medical science journals around the world to cure and improve acne. Our traditional heritage is hiding a number of miraculous herbs. This is out of India. Our traditional heritage is hiding a number of miraculous herbs which are safe and effective alternatives to cure acne. Acne vulgaris is a common skin disorder impacting the lives of millions. Many herbs and plants are used to treat the acne because all these traditional plants and herbs have some antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal activity.

So they help to treat the acne. Mic drop. Now let’s get to some essential oils. The essential oils are in my cosmetics, my cleansers and cream for the skin for those suffering who want to see improvements there. We’ve all been conditioned that acne is just a topical problem. So people are washing their faces with multi step products that have toners, cleansers, you name it, all kinds of stuff, moisturizers. So I introduced a healthier version of cleanser and cream because people have been conditioned that you got to treat it topically when in fact all of acne is an internal problem showcasing itself on the surface.

So I take care of it internally with the clear skin complex supplement and topically with our essential oil rich fruit from plants ingredients. And you’re going to see some of these highlighted here in these research studies. These are essential oils from plants. This is tea tree oil. Tea tree oil has a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity showing effects in treating acne. These are medically published articles. Not making anything up. This is a conspiracy. You know who’s really going to hate this stuff? Proactive is really going to hate this information. The number one selling acne product over the counter.

All the antibiotics and dermatologists are going to hate this. Tea tree oil is considered one of the most potent natural antiseptics meaning it clears antibacterial like staph epidermidis and C. Acnes which is the bacteria causing acne antifungals. It’s antifungal Candida albicans and the other ones. There you see anti inflammatory and antioxidant effects of tea tree oil have been demonstrated in a whole bunch of research studies. The strong antibacterial effect of tea tree oil is obtained even at low concentrations. You don’t need a lot of it. It has been proven that in the concentration range of 0.6 to 30 milligrams per milliliter which is very little, it inhibits the development of gram positive aerobic cocci or bacteria of the staph origin epidermidis.

And in the concentration of 1-5mg it has antibacterial effect against 32 strains of acne causing bacteria which were isolated from acne lesions. Holy crap. What? This one thing tea tree oil doesn’t. Not an antibiotic, a plant’s oil. Tea tree oil significantly decreased acne formation by inhibiting the growth of acne related bacteria C Acnes and S. Aureus. That’s staph Aureus and reducing acne caused inflammation. Tea tree oil concentration of less than 5% is more suitable and safer for treating acne than higher amounts. You don’t need a lot. It’s in both my moisturizer and cleanser at the Dr.

Ardis. Tea Tree oil has great potential in treating acne due to its antimicrobial effects. Ability to reduce scars. Any of you interesting reducing scars? You might want to use my tea tree oil laced cleanser and moisturizer and ability to promote wound healing. Researcher Mazzarello and his buddies proved that a cream containing tree tree oil only 3%. And as Dr. Janice Schmidt would be excited about 20% propolis from bees and aloe vera 10% has antimicrobial and anti inflammatory properties and is more effective in reducing acne and erythematosis scars and acne severity index and the total number of lesions compared to the preparation of synthetic origin like erythromycin, antibiotic creams, propolis from bees, aloe vera and tea tree oil all from nature.

That’s why nature wins. Amazing. This should be very exciting for the 1.6 billion people on the planet who didn’t know they had an option outside of drugs or that nature has already provided safer with no side effect cures for this really demoralizing emotional condition and physical antibacterial and antifungal properties have made this is lavender oil, one of the most commonly used oils on the skin surface in the treatment of acne, eczema and psoriasis. Lavender is also an ingredient in both my cleanser and my moisturizer. It also improves skin condition. The advantage of using lavender is that is often applied undiluted to the skin.

You don’t have to reduce it to a small amount like tea tree oil. The skin quickly absorbs the oil and its ingredients. Lavender oil has a bacterial cytal effect meaning it kills bacteria even on some antibiotic resistant bacteria. So even if you give an antibiotic, it doesn’t work. Lavender will work which is essential in the case of long term acne treatment. Ask your doctor if lavender oil inside of our nature wins cleanser and moisturizer right for you. Kim and Chin two researchers demonstrated in the body studies that a mixture of tea tree oil and lavender oil applied topically for four weeks significantly reduced both the total population of the bacteria that causes acne and the number of acne lesions.

These studies confirm that the tested essential oils have antimicrobial activity and improve acne lesions in the body. And lavender can be used as an alternative treatment method for patients unwilling or unable to use antibiotics to treat acne. Just so you know, tea tree oil and lavender oil at these doses is what is in my clear skin cleanser and moisturizer product. You might want to ask your doctor if these are right for you. Actually, just ask your mom if they’re right for you and tell her to order for you. The essential oils obtained from the fresh leaves of C.

Medica have antibacterial activity on Staph aureus, C. Acne and Candida albicans. Hann et al showed that limonene. Now this is coming from lemons. Sorry, limes. Limonene effectively inhibited the growth of Staph aureus. It was confirmed that limonene, which is also found in my clear skin moisturizer and cleansers topically you’ll see lemon on there and its extracts. This is where you get this stuff. It was confirmed that limonene caused the destruction of cell morphology and the integrity of the bacterial cell walls of the bacteria that cause acne. Damaging the cell membrane, increasing membrane permeability, punching holes in it and reducing the metabolic activity of the bacteria cells breathing systems.

The antibacterial activity of this limonene gives vast possibilities of using these products to treat acne. An anti acne serum composed of lime oil, peel and patchouli oil and olive oil in a ratio of 11 to 1 to 18. Proving while the serum and lime oil rich in D. Limonene turned out to be significantly more active against the bacteria causing acne then tea tree oil, patchouli oil and acne gel together. That’s how great this limonene is. And it’s inside of our products. Essential oils that can be recommended in anti acne therapy should be distinguished by strong and documented antibacterial, anti inflammatory and antioxidant effect, but also a calming antidepressant and toning effect.

Because the disease influences the physical and the emotional mental spheres, this is demoralizing emotionally and mentally for people. So here they’re going to discuss. The essential oils listed in this review are tea tree oil, eucalyptus myrtle. You’re going to see the ones I highlighted in red. They’re in my products already. They’ve been there for years. Tea tree oil, lavender, lemon, oregano, thyme meet those requirements and can be recommended as anti acne agents. An acne treatment program that uses a combination of tea tree oil and lavender oils, which is what ours has, and citrus oils. That’s what’s in our two products.

All of these are in there along with thyme and other components and other highly active oils can be effective in improving acne lesions due to its antibacterial antibiofilm, inflammatory and reduction in sebum production effects. Now this is actually one of my favorite topical oils to talk about and it is only in my clear skin moisturizing cream. Cream that you put on at night and in the morning and leave on. This is what makes it different than our cleanser. Primarily our cleanser does not have sea buckthorn oil. This has two forms of it. It’s got the fruit from the sea buckthorn plant and the seed oil in it.

Oh my goodness. Are these miraculous sea Buckthorn oil was the one essential plant oil I needed to add to the tea tree oil, to the lemongrass, to the lavender to help me improve the skin of people around the world. And it had to sit on the skin longer and that’s why it’s in my moisturizing cream. I don’t, I didn’t want it going on and then being washed off. I wanted it being absorbed into the tissue for hours because of its published medical improvement effects with acne. All right, so here we go. And seabukthorn oil are seeing in a bunch of cosmetics right now.

It’s a very high trendy thing, but for years we’ve had this in our products. Okay. Inside of sea buckthorn oil are a few fats and acids. One of these is linoleic acid. Found in sea buckthorn oil plays a significant role in the skin. It strengthens the lipid, the fat barrier of the epidermis, the top layer of your skin in dry skin. And it protects against trans epidermal water loss in patient so drying out your skin. In patients with acne prone skin, a decrease in the content of linoleic acid in sebum was noted. Yay. As a result.

As a result, when you do that, blackheads and spots form. Linoleic acid used in the care of oily and problematic skin can stimulate the function of Sebacen’s gland, unblock those pores and limit the number of blackheads. Gamma linoleic acid, also found in it is a. Just so you know, sea buckthorn oil has a beneficial effect on skin because it is a strong antioxidant. This oil fights free radicals, rebuilds cells and delays cell aging. Anti aging, anybody, that’s what this is for. Supports wound healing so the scarring reduces scars and discoloration. Treats dermatoses like contact dermatitis, dermatitis, eczemas, ulcers, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis.

Acne improves skin elasticity. Who doesn’t want that? And structure. Provides appropriate hydration of your skin and limits excessive water loss. Protects against harmful radiation, solar and x rays and any other radiation, and has a regenerative and anti aging effect. This is why we love this moisturizing cream. My wife uses it every day. My teenagers use it every day. It’s been a godsend to them. Here’s the impact of sea buckthorn oil fatty acids on human health as a whole. Sea buckthorn is characterized by a unique mixture of bioactive components. Being one of them the fatty acids in general, the Oil obtained from seeds, which is inside my moisturizing cream.

I just said we have the oil from the fruit and oil from the seeds. The seeds oil is rich in Omega 3s and Omega 6, while in the pulp oils, the fruit are predominantly fatty acids from the Omega 7 group. So this has. My moisturizing cream has both Omega 3 and Omega 6 and Omega 7s, which is why I combined both sources of oils from sea buckthorn plant. Several studies of fatty acids contained in sea buckthorn oil reveal that it may play an important role in very different aspects in relationship to the human body, such as cardiovascular disorders.

Important to improve various skin conditions such as atopic dermatitis, acne skin or psoriasis, just to name a few. Ask your doctor if sea buckthorn oil is right for you. I know it has been for years. I’m excited also. I am Dr. Dr. Ardis, so maybe you’re asking me. The omega 6 fatty acids GLA and LA may have clinical applications in skin disorders. Linoleic acid is beneficial in psoriasis and GLA gamma linoleic acid in acne skin, atopic dermatitis and dry eye syndrome. Sea buckthorn oil is a promising product due to its diversity of fatty acids and its unique composition of omega 7 fatty acid group.

And these fatty acids have a strong relationship with Human Health. Overall, 45 acne skin patients were divided into two different groups according to diet supplements. The supplements were Omega 3 GLA and Control Group. The results obtained showed a significant reduction of the average inflammatory and non inflammatory acne lesions in the groups 1, 1 and 2 compared to the control group. Visual scale was established at the beginning of the study and it was also reduced in both groups. So they counted all the acne lesions and both of them were reduced after the study was over. Ask your doctor if sea buckthorn oil is right for you.

Now you’ve seen the word C period, acnes. This whole time I keep saying that’s the bacteria that causes it. If you want to know what the C stands for, it’s Cultibacterium acnes. It’s right there on the screen. Now this whole article is about using curcumin in combination with red light therapy utilizing photodynamic, that’s light properties of curcumin to disrupt the biofilms created by C. Acnes bacteria. A promising approach for treating acne. Curcumin’s in our products by the way. All of them. All right, here we go. We use curcumin. We need it in our products. For this research, they say we chose five frequently employed antibiotics that are advised by medical recommendations for assessing drug susceptibility against C.

Acnes. Among the 25 clinical strains of this bacteria, it was discovered that the resistant rates to antibiotics, the amount of bacteria that cause acne, and their resistance to being killed off by antibiotics called erythromycin and clindamycin were remarkably high, reaching up to 72% and 44% respectively. So when they would use these antibiotics to treat the bacteria that causes acne, 72% of the bacteria were resistant to erythromycin. They found 44% of all the bacteria, the 25 different strains were resistant to clindamycin. They don’t even react to the antibiotic. They don’t care. However, conversely, the resistant rates to tetracycline, doxycycline and minocycline were 36% and 28% and 0%, respectively.

So they found these other antibiotics were better. We’re going to keep going. This suggests that the problem of macrolide antibiotic resistance in relation to acne cannot be overlooked. There are so many antibiotics being prescribed to people with acne, but most of those antibiotics, the bacteria become resistant to them immediately and they don’t even get affected by them. So why are we even using them? That’s what the researchers are saying. Furthermore, our investigation uncovered that curcumin photodynamic therapy found in turmeric not only hampers the survival of the bacteria strains biofilms, but also undermines their structural coherence they die off.

An example these two researchers, Kusa Kunai and colleagues. They found that facilis biofilms were subjected to curcumin and red light therapy, resulting in a notable decrease in biofilm biomass and destruction when compared to the individual treatments of curcumin alone or just LED lights. Similarly, the study conducted by Camillo and colleagues curcumin photodynamic therapy treatment resulted in a notable decrease in microbial growth and metabolic activity of mature biofilms of MSSA and mrsa. It has been proposed that it hinders the communication systems among bacteria the curcumin does, resulting in decreased production of exopolysaccharides sugars and their mobility to move the bacteria so the food source and their ability to move.

Moreover, amalgamation of curcumin and photodynamic therapy boosts the effectiveness against bacteria by producing reactive oxygen species ROAs when exposed to light. These ROS, including hydroxide radicals and singlet oxygens, contribute to bacterial cell growth. This is very important. We keep talking about the impact of Red Light therapy. I have a red light bulb sitting right here on my desk to distract and disperse and minimize all the EMFs from all these devices I’m sitting in front of. Also we have Sauna Space. Sauna Space is a trusted partners of ours and I get in twice or three times a week.

My Red light sauna from Sauna Space. They’re awesome. This is the effectiveness of Topical Rosehip Oil Rosehip Oils in both our moisturizer and our cleanser topically. I hope you’re forwarding this presentation in this PowerPoint which you can find the PowerPoint by itself in the resources tab of the Dr. Ardis show and you can forward that for people to review the why all of the natural ingredients are in our Nature’s Wins Cleanser moisturizer and our Clear Skin Complex, but this is Rosehip Oils on Facial Skin Characteristics A pilot study on wrinkles, UV spots, reduction, erythema and age related signs.

Porphyrins are organic compounds that play an essential role in cell biology in the context of dermatology and skin health. Porphyrins are produced by bacteria living on the surface of the skin, including propionil bacterium acnes which contributes to acne formation. The presence of porphyrins, often related to acne and other dermal issues, has been shown to be effectively managed with Rosehip Oil due to its antibacterial properties. Rosehip Oil is in both our cleanser and our moisturizer. By the way, the oil contains various plant chemicals called phytochemicals that have demonstrated antimicrobial efficacy, including the ability to inhibit bacterial growth, which is critical in reducing skin lesions associated with porphyrins.

The antimicrobial action helps clear bacteria that might otherwise exacerbate inflammatory responses to contribute to acne development, promoting healthier skin overall. By controlling bacterial populations on the skin surface, Rosehip oil may also indirectly support the prevention of porphyrin accumulation leading to clearer skin and reduced acne lesion formation. What a godsend. Evaluation of Rosehip oil treatment showed a noticeable improvement in skin texture and a reduction in redness and spots which suggest anti inflammatory regenerative effects which may be due to their carotenoids containing including for those nerds out there like me, lutein, lycopene, beta carotene and zeaxanthin, but also their phenolic content and antioxidant activity.

A decrease in bacterial activity and an overall improvement in the skin health is known. All right, that’s going to wrap up the research studies. Now we’re going to highlight what was in those research studies that’s inside our product. Now, I mentioned earlier, this is an old label of our Clear Skin complex. You will not see zinc on these new labels. Zinc is not in there. I took it out because there are certain people that do better with a lot more zinc, which is why we have the zinc plus and the Clear Skin complex together. They should be taken together.

You need the zinc first research studies I showed you. All right. On the label you will see the three in the bottom. Dim Diandoyl methane was the first cruciferous vegetable research study we showed you. And then the Google resin extract. And then you’ll see the saw palmetto extract. All three of them are in there. Our Clear Skin Daily cleanser, you will see, has lavender, it has tea tree oil, it has the lemon citrus oils. And as rose hip seed oil. You see it, our Clear skin moisturizing cream. You will see the sea buckthorn seed oil. You’ll also see the sea buckthorn extract right below there, but it’s not underlined.

Then you’ll see rose hips. You’ll see curcumin, the turmeric leaf extract. This is why we combine these incredible collection of natural, natural substances that God gave us. Nature wins. And once again, with all these research studies I’m showing you, nature has created compounds known to science and to medicine to do outperform and clear the skin better than even drugs do. Ask your doctor if Clear Skin Complex, our cleanser and our cream moisturizing cream are right for you. You can scan the QR code. Remember, if you scan this, go to our website, go to the Resources tab.

You can Download this entire PowerPoint for free without listening to me. If you like the podcast with the video of me talking you through all of my thoughts about these research studies. The show’s on the homepage of the website. Remember our book Moving beyond the COVID 19 lies? You can scan here and order it now. We just ordered more in preparation for these big interviews that are coming up. It’s going to be very exciting. There’s a audible version, a Spanish version, soon to be a French version, and there is a electronic version. So go get them.

You can get them on Amazon. Get them@thedoctorishow.com all right, let’s back out of this. Thank you for spending time with me. This. The reasons why I ever began creating products was to formulate products found in nature that are proven in medical research studies to improve your life Physical, emotional, spiritual, all of it. Those who suffer with acne, like I did so horrifically as a teenager, it was demoralizing to me. I didn’t want to go to school. I. I didn’t want to engage in church activities. I didn’t want to hang out with friends. I didn’t want to be involved in sports because I didn’t want people looking at my face instead of looking at my eyes.

I didn’t want them looking at all these embarrassing spots all over my face. It’s why we developed this three piece system, the nature wins clear skin complex, the clear skin moisturizer, the clear skin cleanser, and why it is you need to add zinc to that combo. I’m Dr. Dr. Ardis. May our products at nature wins and this presentation bless you or someone else’s life that you know and I look forward. Please share your testimonials with us. Show us the before and after pictures when you get these things. Nature has already been proven to clear the skin better than drugs.

You don’t need the drugs. You don’t even need the overcounter drugs. This stuff is better and safer. We guarantee it with a money back guarantee. I’m Dr. Dr. Ardis. God bless you. We’ll see you next time on the Dr. Ardis Show. Sam.
