Hey, it’s Dan. Welcome back. You’re watching I allegedly. And I’ve got a good one for you today, because time is up, and it’s crystal clear. There’s all these signs around us, and I’m going to prove this to you. Hit the like button, subscribe to the channel. We have a sponsor today, Noble Gold. I’ll talk about them in a bit. But let’s get right into it. Start researching all these companies that are moving different places. And the one that really caught my eye was a 144-year-old company that you’ve heard of that good old Bobby Kudlow loves. And that’s Exxon.

He loves it. Loves it. Loves oil. Loves gas. Loves companies like this. Well, Exxon’s moving from New Jersey. They want to get out. I’ll cover that in a second. But let’s go to the bigger problem, and that is in Corpus Christi, Texas, there is a water shortage. And they’re saying, oh yeah, we had a drought, and that’s the problem for our water shortage. Wait a second. You guys are known about this forever if this is the case. And you can sit there and go, big deal. What’s that have to do with anything? Well, the problem with it is that you have one of the largest ports on the planet Earth that handles a tremendous amount of shipping, and it handles a tremendous amount of fuel and everything from natural gas to oil to the refinery of gasoline from places like Valero and Sitco.

How many refineries in the Corpus Christi area? Six. I looked it up. Now, of these six refineries, the Corpus Christi, you know, city council, the city, the, you know, city manager. I love, you know, city managers make a boatload of money. This guy, Peter Zanoni, he makes 400 grand a year, but they have a water shortage problem there, and you can sit and say, oh, big deal. What’s that have to do with anything? Well, it takes a tremendous amount of water to run a refinery. Oh, people don’t just drink it and bathe in it? No. Water affects everything.

And these people have known about this since 2020. And now it’s 2026, and one of the former city employers says it’s a den of imbeciles, which caught my eye, because that’s one of my favorite words. I had a guy write me and says he wants to ban the word imbecile and shenanigans from my channel, and no, no. Normally, I’d make a joke about his mom right here, but I’m going to see her again tonight, so I’ll make that tomorrow. Anyways, the point is, is that these people that get these cush jobs where you make 400G a year, and the world is going to be affected by this.

Because the problem with Texas, and it is a problem, is so many people are moving there. Exxon, okay, let’s go back to them. Exxon wants to leave New Jersey because of the corporate litigation. Wait a second, isn’t it cheaper taxes? No. We’re tired of getting sued. We’re tired of employees that, hey, listen, Bob, you’ve got to show up on time. No more 8.30 when you’re supposed to be at 8 o’clock. We’re going to write you up. Well, I’m going to sue you guys for mistreating me. Ridiculous employee lawsuits, ridiculous director lawsuits, shareholder lawsuits. You know, New Jersey is one of those states.

It’s like, oh, you guys got all the money in the world. You guys need to figure this out and settle it yourselves. It’s nonsense. It’s nonsense. So Exxon wants to move a 144-year-old company, so much so that they’re going to vote on it in May to move to Texas and read the article below because it’s brilliant. Because they’re talking, the reason why we want to move is because of the litigation. These people have just put the company in jeopardy. We’ve got an oil company that’s sick of frivolous people complaining. We live in a world, and this was one thing about going with my friends over the weekend.

You know, we’re all the same age. We went to high school together, junior high with some of these guys, and it was like, oh, you want a job? Move. Oh, you want to buy a bicycle? Okay, you want one of those? Yeah, isn’t it great? Well, go get a job. Move. You know, we all worked through it. There was no mental health issues. There was no your bosses yelling at you. Oh, they asked me to come in early. You know, my one friend who retired told a story after story after story as a county inspector. Hey, listen, this job, what’s your next assignment? Oh, you’re going to do the midnight to 8 a.m.

shift on the highway as they build it, and you’re going to be inspecting that for the next five months. And okay, nothing you can do about it. So he said, you know, you got offered a job. He’s the guy that I told you last week that got offered this really high paying per hour job to run crews and things like that because he has nothing but boys that don’t know how to do anything. Again, shenanigans. These kids, just everything’s tough. Well, it’s not. Everybody’s moving, guys. Everybody is leaving these states, these terrible states that do not know how to treat a company.

And the idea with this is the arrogance of these companies, of these municipalities, they think, oh, where are they going to go? Where are they going to go? Ask Portland, ask Washington, state, all these people that all these great companies, Dutch brothers left. You know, a $2 billion company left because of the taxes. And then the mayor of the city in Portland complained about it’s terrible that they’re ditching us like this. No, they’re doing it because of you. They’re doing it because of you. But I want to just bring up something that’s so brilliant. And that is there are certain people that are leaving.

I want you to think about this. Chevron wants to leave California. Tesla moved to Austin. Oracle from Redwood City to Austin. Caterpillar from Illinois to Texas. Hewlett-Packard from San Jose to Spring, Texas. It’s kind of a theme for Texas. CBRE, the commercial real estate group, left from California to Dallas. Frontier Communications from Connecticut to Dallas. Fisher Investments, Washington to Plano. That’s in Texas, guys. Professional Bullwriters Association, PBR, from Colorado to Fort Worth. I love watching those guys, man. I’m talking about real men, jeez. Throwing up a bull, getting gorted. Not the Cowboys, but what are those clowns? Those guys are insane.

But anyways, everybody’s moving. And once again, you have a company moving not for the high taxes, which New Jersey, they’ve had it forever. It’s not that. It’s the litigation. You’re not treating us with respect. All these frivolous lawsuits have weight and have merit in Peltown of New Jersey. So let me know what you think. There’s a lot more to cover in this video. Let’s talk about our sponsor, Noble Gold Investments. Let’s face it. The rules for money and for finances are changing. And they’re changing rapidly, basically daily right now. We saw oil hit $120 a barrel over the weekend, only to shoot down yesterday to under 80.

What are you going to do? Seriously. One thing that is held is gold and silver right now. You have to look at this. Silver is considered a strategically critical metal. And they’re not going to let the price drop, guys. You need to protect your future, and you need to protect your retirement, and you should call Noble Gold today. 877-646-5347. Let them answer all your questions. They’ve been around for almost a decade. They’ve done over $2.5 billion in transactions. Have 10,000 clients. They’re doing something right. The thing I love about this company is their customer service. Contact them today.

If you don’t want to call, use the link below. They will answer all your questions. Send out a guide and invest it in gold and silver. It’s absolutely fantastic. Remember, silver is the new oil, guys. 877-646-5347. Contact them today. Now, there’s so much more to cover on this. I want you to think about something that I’ve never understood. When we have gasoline panic, which we’ve had lately, in the last week, oh, my gosh, since February 28th, and we started to visit Iran, we had gas prices spike. I don’t understand that. I don’t, because the gas is in the ground at the pump.

I have been at a gas station, and I’ll never forget the guy goes, hey, what are you getting? Premium? Unleaded? Getting mid-grade? What are you getting? Getting the premium? Go get it now. Hurry. Slipe your credit card. Why? Because I’m changing the price. It’s going to go up another 12 cents a gallon, which is 15 years ago. And I’m like, oh, really? Yeah. Just get ready for it. How can gas prices go up when the gas is in the ground? Nobody can explain to me, oh, it’s a commodity, Dan, and the commodity, it’s already been paid for.

Imagine you order a cheeseburger, and by the time you get the bill, you don’t understand, burger prices went up, cheese went up, lettuce. Well, you know what that’s done. It’s gone through the roof. No one would tolerate that. No one. But that’s the only industry that’s like this right now. Now, here is something that affects each and every one of us, whether you’re flying or not, and that is jet fuel. Jet fuel has skyrocketed over the course of the last week. And if jet fuel goes above $4 a gallon, it makes it so that all of these airlines are unprofitable.

The airline that can still squeak out a profit above $4 a gallon is Delta American and Southwest. So with that, you know, the other ones are doomed. But again, squeak out a profit. I didn’t say they’re going to make a ton of money. They’re just going to squeak out a profit. But the jet fuel affects each and every one of us. What’s shipped by cargo plane? Oh, yeah, the packages that we had set. Everything is affected by this. Air travel, vacation, everything is affected by jet fuel prices. So you haven’t seen anything yet. You haven’t seen anything yet.

Now, here’s the thing. Oil prices have dropped. Oh, great. Why aren’t gas prices dropping precipitously? Why aren’t they going down 27% in a few hours? Why is that? Because it’s nonsense. Because they’re identities. They rip us off. The oil companies are in it for the profit. And I don’t believe this. No one can give me a good explanation. Hello, what I allegedly dot com as to why the gas it’s been delivered in the ground, it can change and the price can go up on the meter there. I have already had people tell me about seven dollars a gallon gas in Los Angeles, and it’s just going to go up more.

So here’s a couple of things that are fantastic. Yamaha, another motorcycle company that is the latest company to flee. Democrat California. They’re leaving California. And where are they going to go? You guessed it. They go to Texas. So once again, their lease expires, 25 acre campus, been there 50 years. 50 years in Orange County, California. And I know I could drive you guys by there. So they’re gone. See you later. See you later. Now, the next one is Porsch. Porsch is a den of idiots because they had their electric Porsche and they’re abandoning that to the tune of over four billion dollars at a loss.

How stupid are you? I’d like to meet the person that bought an electric Porsche. Zim, zim, zim, zim! We’re going to be able to get parts forever. No you’re not. No you’re not. You’re going to have a 4,000 pound paperweight is what you’re going to have. But again, that’s what they’re doing. Think about this. Billions of dollars. This test that we did, remember we’re going all in on electric vehicles. Okay, go all in. I guess now you’re all out. So the big pull out of Porsche. So, oh my gosh. You can’t have companies that do this.

You can’t have high end companies like this that you have to look at. You know, go buy a Yamaha motorcycle. They’re incredibly expensive, guys. Good value, great bike. They’ve been around Orange County. They’ve been there forever. I’m in Orange County right now. They’ve been there forever. But they’re not making any money. So that’s the end of that. The next one to lose money, you’ll have this, is good old Volkswagen. 50,000 jobs are going to be lost. 50,000 jobs. Because the profits have dropped by half. 50% on 50,000 jobs, 50% on the profit loss. Why is that? You’re not buying Volkswagen? Volkswagen to me has never recovered from the mileage nonsense.

Remember that, where they did all this stuff with the mileage and, you know, this thing gets 38 miles per gallon. Oh my gosh, honey, that’s great. Until you drive the car, oh, it doesn’t feel like it. I still don’t know how the electric car companies can get away with that. So, now the next thing, talking about jet fuel, the next thing is diesel prices. Diesel prices right now, the filming of this video averaged $4.56 a gallon. It’s more than gas is around the country. But again, why is diesel shooting up so much? Why is it? Well, wait a second.

Oil prices are dropping, Dan. You know, there’s a lot of stuff. I have a private channel called iAllegedly Live where we’re covering this and more. You sign up at iAllegedly.tv where I take it one step further and that’s where we’re going to go with this exact subject. So, go over there. But, you know, again, planes, having jet fuel too much, diesel too much, everything. It’s funny, I drove to and from Vegas over the weekend with my buddies to go watch baseball and hang out for my birthday. And it was great. It was really great. But I have a different fear driving these semis driving across the country.

I used to think these were the safest drivers in the world. Every time they do a lane change, it seems weird. I’m thinking, oh, it’s one of those imbeciles that shouldn’t be on the road. And you just want to steer clear of it. You want to steer clear of it. So, let me know what you think about that. Now, final, final story to clear this video. And again, if you ever want to send me anything, it’s Hello at iAllegedly.com. Love coming out of the lake. The weather has been utterly fantastic here over the course of the last two weeks.

It’s just been beautiful. It’s nice in Vegas too. There is a guy who’s going to own an entire restaurant chain when this gets done. And a man went to a golden corral, Gary Salinger. He was in Henderson, Nevada, just outside of Vegas. The city over. My niece lives there. And her husband. It’s nice, nice city. Anyways, they went to the golden corral. I know where it’s at too. It’s kind of funny. Well, the guy was eating there on Friday. And the manager comes up and says, hey, you guys didn’t pay for this. You guys need to get out of here.

He’s like, sure we did. Sure we did. So, Gary goes to, let me show you my receipt. No, no, you guys are leaving. So, what happens, the manager who was not trained in de-escalation came over and a fight ensued and they stabbed the customer with a fork a few times and a fight broke out and he had serious injuries. Why am I laughing about this? Because I have a buddy that I, whenever I get stuff like this, I send it to him because he works on employee de-escalation and he’s like, that’s management’s fault. It’s not the employees that stabbed the guy with the fork.

Which is funny when you think about it because it’s insane. It’s insane. What would make you, you know, would elevate you at a restaurant that you, you know, work at that some guy is going to go out and stab somebody with a fork? I’ll show you. By the way, the guy did pay. The guy is suing that Golden Corral. So, it’s going to soon be called Gary’s Golden Corral. I love stuff like this. Not because Gary got injured, but because of the lunacy and the stupidity of these people. The last time I ate at a Golden Corral, I got so sick, and I explained this to my friend, that it was, it was, oh my God, everybody touching everything.

It, I mean, think about it. It’s the cheapest buffet that’s out there, and it was brutal. Seriously brutal. So, tell your eating horror stories with all of this. Hit the like button, subscribe to the channel. Again, guys, time is up. Corpus Christi is going to have a problem, but we’re all going to have a problem if this doesn’t get resolved soon. Now, how do you get water there? How do you keep the refineries open? Let us all know. Okay? See you soon. Thanks for watching. [tr:trw].
