So So as our country, this country has seen an absolute explosion in patriotic citizen activism and grassroots efforts to push back, push back against the multi-trillion dollar cabal that’s opening our borders and poisoning our people and mutilating our children. We’ve also seen an explosion on behalf of the government and its civic society NGO associate groups and their efforts to crush unruly citizens who refuse to roll over. We’ve seen anti-abortion activists thrown in prison. January 6 demonstrators were tossed into goo lags without due process for trials, kept from their attorneys, had their entire lives destroyed.

Cars got repossessed, homes were foreclosed on, they lost their marriages, they lost custody of their children, they lost their jobs, they’ll never work a real job again. Even parents who objected to their kids being peddled gay pornography or transgender pronouns at their public schools that you pay for have been stalked and harassed and arrested by federal, state, and local law enforcement. And not a single one of these things has been an isolated incident. None of this is happening by mistake. It’s not a coincidence. This is a Stalinist crackdown against the American people.

And at the very center of all of it is the ADL, officially known as the Anti-Defamation League. Although, as we’ll get into in just a minute, they themselves defame more people than anyone else on earth. And one of those people is John Sable, known as the Patriot Voice on social media. So right now in Texas, John is in the midst of a lawsuit against the ADL after they placed him on a list of alongside foreign terrorists and mass murderers claiming that he is a dangerous individual, a dangerous extremist, because he organized patriotic rallies.

A press release from the firm representing Sable explains that, quote, Mr. John Sable, who organizes patriotic festivals, has never been arrested. Alleged that the ADL defamed him when it published his name on the ADL center on extremist glossary of extremism and hate, the glossary only names 295 people, many of them notorious terrorists such as Osama bin Laden, Timothy McVeigh, Dylan Roof, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Al-Qaeda member, the mastermind of the 9-11 terror attack, the glossary reminds us, end quote. So you see, if you don’t allow yourself to get pushed around, if you don’t allow your country to be overrun and destroyed by people who hate you and want you and your children and everyone that you have ever loved to be enslaved or sick or dead or raped, then the ADL will call you a terrorist.

They’ll put you on one of their little lists and they’ll try to destroy your life. This happens all the time with these people. The ADL, the Southern Poverty Law Center, the FBI, all of them work hand in hand to terrorize American citizens who just aren’t OK with seeing their country completely destroyed. The ADL has even been known to train the FBI. So if the wrong government employee is running your local field office and the ADL gives him or her a call, well, you’ll just be thrown in prison. The Anti-Defamation League exists to do nothing but defame and destroy anyone who stands up for this country, anyone who pushes back against the openly Jewish-Marxian agenda that has been weaponized against the American people because they’re supremacists.

And they believe that they have been chosen to tell the American people what to think and what to say and what to do. And if you step out of line, they’ll come after you. And by the way, let us never forget this. The ADL was founded to defend a murderous child-raping Jewish person called Leo Frank after he viciously raped and murdered a little girl called Mary Fagan. They tried pinning that crime on a black man in the Jim Crow South, but even the Ku Klux Klan defended him because the Jewish pedophile and murderer Leo Frank was just so damn guilty.

The ADL is a repulsive, pedophile-defending sham organization that exists for no other reason other than to advance the social and political interests of left-wing Jews. And that’s just a fact. And that’s my opinion. And I will stand by that. The ADL should be classified as a hate group, but instead they get to tell Elon Musk who to censor on X while they add American patriots to their blood libel lists. The ADL needs to be defeated, and this lawsuit may just do that. So to share more on this, we’re now joined by the Patriot voice.

John, I’m turning both of you. Thank you so much for coming. Appreciate you coming back. Can you update us on this? Because, John, the text messages that I’m getting from you, which is why you’re on again and you were on in 23. This has been a long battle. So bring us up to speed. Are you going to take these people down? Will they be held accountable for the defamation that they have exacted on you? Well, the way that things are trending right now, it’s looking like a very positive direction. So I would say that we’re in a positive trajectory in the case and things are moving along swimmingly.

The judge just did come back for the third time against their attempts to end the case. So that is definitely, definitely good for me. On what grounds are they trying to end it and just disappear this file, this case, and your presence, really? Yeah, Warren. Stu, thanks for having us on. Yeah, of course. This is the third attempt that the ADL has had to try to eliminate the suit before it has to answer for its actions the first time. And it’s pretty common. These are all common things. They filed a motion to dismiss the very beginning of the suit.

The second one was a motion for summary judgment filed last year. And the third one was following the motion for summary judgment, where the court said, you’re gonna, we’re not gonna call John a public figure. We’re going to allow all these issues to go to the trial. And so the ADL filed what’s called a motion for interlocutory appeal, which is a fancy way of saying, we want to appeal this aspect of the case before we get to trial, because we don’t like how damaging it is to us. And because we have reasons to think that if the court went the right way, then we could end this lawsuit.

And so that was the most recent attempt. And that was denied by the court a week or two ago. And so they were saying, well, John is a public figure. And that typically we talk about public figures. We’re talking about people who are elected. There are exceptions, but generally speaking, if you’re an elected person, you can say bad things about people that are elected. And unless you know that they’re not true, they’re not true. We do it all the time, by the way. Right. Yeah, we’re a little bit critical on this platform of some of our so-called elected officials.

Right. Well, and they can’t sue you unless you say something about them that you know is not true, right? So that’s the difference between the public figure and people will argue about whether or not this is the way it should be done. You know, when it comes to legal work, I’m just a mechanic. I’m not an engineer. I’m not designing the system. I’m just trying to live within it. So the current law says, if you are a public person, then the person that’s speaking and defaming you has to have malice, which means that you know you’re lying and you’re still saying it anyway.

It’s a much higher bar. So the court said, no, he’s not a public figure for purposes of this lawsuit. John, and I appreciate the legal analysis because it’s really important. And I don’t wanna dig too far into, you know, the legalese on this for obvious reasons. I mean, this is an ongoing case and there’s certain things that you could probably say that could damage you. But personally, I mean, how has the ADL taken this on to just completely try to just destroy your entire life? Well, they went out of their way.

First of all, let me just put it to you like this. They didn’t do their homework on me at all. They put me on their glossary of extremism and hate with only, like you said, 295 people in the entire world. And if you look at my name on the glossary of extremism and hate, it shows up right next to Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, which is apparently the mastermind of the 9-11 attacks with Osama bin Laden. He’s on there too. You’re on there too, Stu, you know? So they really, but what I really wanna get to with this is that they didn’t do their homework on me because I attended a church that was a very Christian Hebrew roots of the Bible, which the tithes that we made went directly to Israel.

I’m talking thousands of thousands of dollars. So not only did they put one of their own supporters on the list, you know, they did so with such malice as to try to destroy my life. They put me in another article or the report that actually goes out to law enforcement called Hate in the Lone Star State Extremism and Anti-Semitism in Texas and highlighted the first event that we did, which was actually very successful, where we had people like General Flynn and Sidney Powell speaking. That was in Dallas in 2021.

And I think it really scared them, to be honest with you, the ability that I had to bring together high-profile people into that arena, right? Because, you know, they’re all about going after controversy. And I’m, in their book, I’m very controversial, right? And we put together these events and all the people who were speaking at the events also deemed controversial as well. So they saw me as an easy target. And based on that, that’s what they used to go after me, but they did not do their homework. So they have, I mean, they have several pages on you with different stories.

And the reason why they do this, obviously, is to continue to spike the Google algorithms and the analytics. And so that if anybody ever searches your name, I mean, the first things that pop up is what the ADL has to say about you. And of course, they have a relationship with Google and all the tech bros. All these people push this stuff to the top. If you search Stu Peters on virtually any search engine platform, one of the first things that comes up is the ADL five things to know about Stu Peters.

I have my own page dedicated to me at adl.org slash Stu Peters or whatever it is. I mean, it’s just unbelievable. These people are vile. They are terrorists themselves. They wish to do nothing but silence anybody who’s critical or even just questions the actions of a specific so-called marginalized group of people who happen to call themselves Jews. Yeah, and the real problem is I don’t even think it’s that. I think it’s just anybody who doesn’t adopt their political viewpoint. They hang these anti-Semite words and purveyor of hate. But what it really comes down to is you don’t agree with me on the important political issues that I care about.

Therefore, I’m gonna call you names. And that’s the real problem because there are plenty of controversial people in the world that don’t get named as troublesome or purveyors of hate. But what’s really dangerous about this is that they have convinced a very large swath of people, genuinely good hearted people in this country that John, you are a hateful person. And they’re able to use their sway out here in the media. And with their sway over these big tech people and Elon Musk and Google and Instagram and Zuckerberg and Facebook, Meta, all of these places, that they have the final say because they can say whether you are or not attacking a marginalized group of people as they say, that’s their words, they can just say that you are.

Their word is taken as gospel while you have pages printed about you all over the internet and your life is completely destroyed. So what can people do to help to assist you financially or by prayers and shares or how can people help you and where can they find more about this particular case? Because it’s very important. It’s not just a matter of are blathering about it, but you can actually read the orders. These things aren’t that hard to read. They really aren’t. If you’re in the public eye and you say things that may be critical to others, then this kind of case is important. You want to be able to have a free and open society where people can talk about things. And I can say, I disagree with you. And you can even say, I think you’re a bad person without having to lose your job or have somebody cancel your event where you have $100,000 of lost deposits that are non-refundable, which has happened to a number of my clients.

People should be able to have that reasonable discourse without immediately going to this ad hominem, I hate you and you’re an evil person and nobody should give you money for anything that you do to serve society because you should die in the cold, in the streets. It’s not any medicine. And we enjoyed about that, but that’s what they want. Just not too long ago. If you don’t get the jab, you don’t get the experimental jab. You should not be allowed to go to a doctor. It’s the same people doing the same thing all the time.

But now they’re going after people for supposedly being antisemitic and that’s a whole First Amendment issue. And that’s crazy right in this country. Trials in July, and we’re looking forward to it. I tell people, look, these little wins along the way that’s all procedural and it’s what they do because they’re very well-resourced, obviously, and they’re going to do every little thing they can do. People should not take it. The judge has not said or telegraphed that we’re going to win or lose. He has simply made the normal calls that every good judge should have made whenever faced with these facts.

And so the jury will decide this in the summer and we’ll figure it all out. Both of you, thank you very much for being here. I couldn’t agree more with your analysis. I mean, this should be a case that’s very important to everybody. Now, whether you have a big show like this one or a big voice like John’s, it doesn’t matter. You should be able to exercise your First Amendment right. People literally made the ultimate sacrifice to ensure that you have that and the ADL should not be able to take that away from you.
