People are having problems with their Tesla vehicles over in CHicago. Take a look. Some Tesla drivers learn the hard way about how cold weather impacts their battery life. This was the scene this morning at a charging station near 95th and western in Evergreen park. Drivers say some of the stations weren’t working and those that were were taking a lot longer to charge. I’ve been here for over 5 hours at this point, and I still have not got to charge my car charge.

It should take 45 minutes. It’s taken 2 hours. That driver says he saw at least ten cars towed. Tesla advises owners to keep the charge level above 20% during bitter cold weather. Now, some people are having charging problems with their electric vehicles, specifically their Teslas. Number one, it’s the charging stations, meaning that it’s an infrastructure problem mainly. But then there are some people that get to the charging station, and it’s not an infrastructure problem, but it’s a battery problem.

Okay, so let me update you guys and give you some information, because with new technology, it’s like getting a new iPhone. You might have to learn it all over again. If you come over from an Android, or if you’re going from an iPhone to an Android, you might have to learn it all over again. This is what happens, especially in cold weather. If you’ve ever driven an electric vehicle before, you have to precondition a battery, right? You have to precondition a battery.

It’s just like a regular battery, but it’s huge, and it goes inside of a car. If you don’t precondition a battery, then you’re going to have problems charging because the battery basically have to warm itself up. You don’t want to go all the way to zero and then get over into a charger that is not working because you didn’t pull it up and then blame it on the infrastructure.

It’s not how it works. All right. What I will say is that for people, until you get a larger infrastructure and more stability, as far as us building it out because it’s newer technology, it’s like when you first started building gas stations, but they moved over from horses and electric vehicles is not for everybody. It’s not for everybody. I think that they’re more or less for regular, everyday people that live in regular communities until the technology continues to advance, which it will.

It’s not for everybody. But I will say this, though. For me, I personally would not. How does batteries not work in extreme cold weather? And I drive my Porsche every day. It’d be minus one here. I drive my electric Porsche all the time. I drove it today, never had a problem. I get over 300 miles on a charge on my electric Porsche, and I don’t have one problem whatsoever.

I’ve never had one problem with my Porsche. But anyways, if you don’t live in a place where you can go home and charge your vehicle, that’s one of the biggest benefits. The biggest benefits of having an electric vehicle is that I never have to go over to a gas station. So if you live in an apartment building or you live in a place where you got to go and charge all the time, then it may not be convenient.

And you have to make the evaluation based off of your lifestyle. Okay. You may have to make the evaluation based off of your lifestyle. So the biggest thing that I will say is that you guys need to educate yourself. Educate yourself on what you’re buying before you buy it, and then align it with your lifestyle. Don’t just dive into it. You may not be the electric vehicle type.

How’s my Porsche? Brand new. And I’ve had it for over two years. I got my Porsche. What’s it, 2023, late 2020. My Porsche is a 2021 model. I bought it in September of 2020. But you need to educate yourself, and that’s what’s happening over in Chicago.

Musk wrote on X in his words, I am uncomfortable growing Tesla to be a leader in AI and robotics without having 25% voting control.

EnOUGH to be influential, but not so much that I can’t be overturned. Unless that is the case, I would prefer to build products outside of Tesla. Interesting. Musk’s post stood at ODs with remarks that he previously made suggesting that Tesla is already an important AI and robotics company. It’s an interesting one, because if the company’s already an AI company, I’m sure shareholders are going to say, look, I thought you were already going down this road.

Now you’re saying you’re going to takE. And then the question is, people are going to claim he’s trying to take ip from this and that. Very complicated question. Everyone we’re going to talk to, from Qualcomm to honestly, if I read about molecular biology, every acronym, I know, everything that I understand, everything when I’m reading about Palo Alto or Qualcomm, it takes me a while. Yeah. So essentially what’s happening is that Elon Musk wants.

It’s not just 25% voting power, because he is technically considered the largest single shareholder of Tesla, which is making him one of the richest men in the world, but he’s also pivoting and asking for the board to give him more money. And so it’s two things that you all need to take from this, right? In that even Elon Musk, controlling a large majority of the shares, over 13% of the shares, but he wants over 25% voting power, meaning that not only does he want a raise, because he wants his equity to be tied to the success of the company, because he believes that the company is going to be even more successful, which for us as investors.

The board is who decides, is what decides what happens from the CEO. A lot of people say, well, you’re not the owner. Who is the owner of these people, right? It’s the shareholders who are the owners and decide what happens within a company. Very few companies that even have a name or the founder of that company has control over what happens with the company. That’s why you’ve seen Steve Jobs get ousted from his own company when he founded Apple.

Because once he started selling shares, the majority of the shareholders then installed a board. The board then determines what happens within the company, including who gets hired as a CEO. So, just because you’re the CEO of the company does not mean that you are the owner of the company. And this is the misconception within a community, within a culture. And what we’re not teaching. Ownership does not necessarily come with becoming CEO.

Ownership comes with becoming a shareholder. The majority of the shareholders then determine who’s on the board. The board then determines what happens with the company, who’s going to run the company. Okay, so it’s a couple of different things that y’all want to take from this. And even Elon Musk has to petition the board and the shareholders to ultimately give him more power and control. It’s only a few different companies that maintain power as far as voting power within a company.

One of them is Ford Motor Company. Ford Motor Company. Their family, the Ford family, still controls at least 51%, or more than 50% of the voting shares. The voting shares is much different, but 51% of the voting shares to determine what is going to happen and who they can hire and who they can roll with as far as a company. So I want you guys to continue to educate yourself on how these companies are ran, especially private versus publicly traded companies.

Right? A publicly traded company is just a company that’s listed on a stock exchange for you to be able to have an opportunity to invest in yourself and you otherwise wouldn’t have to. The Walton’s from Walmart and Sam’s club. Right? All right, so that’s the second thing. Third thing that I want to go over in quick hits, ladies and gentlemen, is an OnlyFans model. An OnlyFans model. So this OnlyFans model, her name is Courtney Clinney.

For over a year has been in the news. And one of the reasons that she’s been in the news is because she was seen berating her late lover Christian and pummeling him. And friends say she repeatedly tried to get the couple, they tried to get the couple help, and they’re accusing her of stabbing him in April of 2022. But new footage and new videos has been released as it relates to this.

Check it out now to the Courtney Kenny case, Kenny Kenny case, which is out of Miami. There’s new video of an alleged attack on victim Christian abumseli. The video was shot in Aspen, Colorado in 2022 and was released by the Haggard law firm, which represents the Abumseli family. Now, this attack happened just before Abumseli was stabbed, death on April 3, 2022. And we want to warn you, it can be a bit difficult to watch.

I don’t want to actually play the video because I want to protect the integrity of the platform. I don’t want this to turn into an 18 and up thing. But if you want to go and watch the video, you can go in and search it out yourself. But basically, new footage has been released that basically revealed that her online name was Courtney Taylor. Okay? Her real name is Courtney Clinny, and she was filmed during a group trip to the Rocky ski mountain town during February 2022.

In it, she screamed profanities at the boy. She called him a boy, and she called him a bit c h while swinging her hand at his face and his upper body. He was a very large guy. He could have easily done damage if he wanted to, but he never fought back. Their mutual friend, who was present on the trip but asked not to be identified due to concerns about repercussions, told Fox News.

They said that he always would just take the abuse from her. And literally, the video shows everything. So she’s walking around allegedly in this video beating up on him. Her hands wind up getting bruised and bloody. And then because he still maintained a state in this relationship in which we then live in a society where we refuse to hold women accountable, she wind up as being accused of stabbing him also.

Right? So I’m trying to tell you all, when we keep talking about how women are weaker than men and all of this man, this is a human being that can do damage. And she felt comfortable enough, and she continued to do it, feel comfortable enough to continue to put her hands on him, and she feels no kind of repercussions whatsoever. Even though the guy is a large guy, even though he’s much larger now, he doesn’t have a life.

And he was stabbed because of this woman who identified herself as an of model, was out here putting her hands on him and couldn’t control her temper. Walk away from toxic relationships. No, I’m not telling you to just walk away from somebody to put their hands on you. I’m telling you to walk away from people with toxic relationships. Don’t argue, don’t go back and forth, don’t yell, don’t scream, don’t try to get them together, don’t hold them, and then try to shake them and any of that stuff.

If they don’t understand that it’s consequences and repercussions that come along with their actions, all you’re doing is enabling bad behavior. And it’s unfortunate that this man, young man, had decided to get with a woman based off of what he thought her looks looked liked, instead of getting with her based off of whether or not she had great character and she’d be a great person. And now he paid the ultimate price as a result of it.
