Our companion case, we had three cases we followed in that, one in Illinois, one in Mississippi, and one in California. The second case out of Mississippi, that’s the one where we actually won on the merits of the Fifth Circuit. That case is still pending before the Supreme Court. We’re expecting on Friday for the Supreme Court to decide internally whether or not they’re going to hear that case. They could potentially make an announcement as early as Monday. Proceed to give us an answer as to why ballots can come in days and weeks after Election Day.

And it’s not just in those election integrity cases. We’re also, in other cases, we’re bringing amicus briefs. We filed amicus briefs recently at the Supreme Court case out of Pennsylvania, where a colleague organization of ours, PILF, was denied access to records that are necessary to enforce election integrity. We filed a recent brief in support of that, and so we’ll know soon as the Supreme Court’s going to decide on that question.
