Tip of the day: Develop new relationships. With everything that has happened in the past year, many people we saw as friends may not be anymore. For some of us, family members want nothing to do with us.

While this might seem sad to some, to me it’s great! What a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with other like minded people who actually want to see the truth and facts, rather than propaganda. 

Invest some time today and this week to develop new friendships, new relationships and new connections with others. Several scientific studies show social interaction boosts the immune system as well.
