Stacey Washington here, welcoming into the program Sheriff Richard Mack, former sheriff president of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association at Sheriff Mack on X. Thank you so much, sir, for coming on. Well, it’s my pleasure. In fact, I just saw you on the news a couple of days ago, and I said, man, I’d like to be on her show sometime, and here we are. Well, I love it when a plan comes together.

You know, it doesn’t happen a lot. But because I’ll do the same thing, I’ll see someone, I’ll go, oh, wow, I’d love to talk to that person. And then my producer will send a cauldron, but I’m like, it’s the person I was just looking at, you know, they’re on Fox or something like that. And it’s the same thing with you. Is this our first time chatting Sheriff? I’m not sure. I think I’ve had you on. I think it is. I don’t remember, I do a lot of interviews, so it could have been sometime in the recent past, but I don’t remember.

Well, I’m not so sure, but I’m feeling like we have talked before, but it’s been a while. So it’s a great time for us to catch up and, and, and talking to some very important things. And what you’re bringing to us tonight is you’re bringing the answer to the question, what solutions do we have available that are peaceful and effective in establishing order and justice in our country? Whoa, is that an important question? And so I can’t wait to hear what you have on this. Well, our mission statement, as you mentioned, or as mentioned in my introduction that you said, the constitutional sheriff’s and peace officers association, if sheriffs and cops all across the country would understand one simple thing that their ultimate goal is to protect civil rights.

Not writing tickets, not kicking in doors, not going after drug dealers and not going after all the arrests and blah, blah, blah. And that’s part of the job. But the goal is to protect, ultimately, liberty, liberty comes first at every facet of government, all three branches of government have the same responsibility. And we swore an oath to hold and defend the constitution and protect it from all enemies, both foreign and domestic. If those enemies happen to come from another government, my Supreme Court case, I sued the federal government. That’s the only reason that you and I have ever heard of each other talked about any of the stuff I’ve ever done.

When I was sheriff in Arizona, I sued the Clinton administration and won a case at the US Supreme Court. And the key component of that is that Scalia wrote the decision. And he said what the answer is, he said the peaceful solution. And he’s quoting Federalist Paper 51. Imagine a Supreme Court case that quotes the Federalist Papers. And I’m going to quote this real quick, I have it memorized. He says, hence, a double security arises to the rights of the people. The different governments will control each other. I want to make this very clear.

It’s our job to keep the checks and balances going against tyranny and against an all powerful, omnipotent government that thinks it’s Cain, God, and everything else, that it can do whatever it wants. Now, I’m really grateful that Trump got in. I went to his fundraiser just a year ago right now. And I’m really excited about the work that he has done. But what happened during the Biden administration? There wasn’t enough cops standing and sheriffs standing against the tyranny of the federal government, especially the IRS and the FBI, and the illegal acts and criminal acts of the FBI.

Now we’ve got that back on track. And they’re finally arresting the real criminals. And that is they started with a judge in Wisconsin. And I think that jailbird photo of hers is a classic. But we have got to understand that the ultimate authority in our counties is the sheriff and that people in the counties have got to be working with their sheriffs and supporting the sheriff support your local sheriff. Absolutely. Because he’s the one supporting and defending your God given rights, your civil rights, and everything that Martin Luther King stood for.

And we need to learn from Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King that we would not have arrested Rosa Parks, that we would not have allowed Martin Luther King to be arrested over 30 times, and that we’re going to stand for liberty today and not do this to gun owners and not do this to Amish farmers who refuse to pasteurize their milk and people who are simply telling the truth or giving their opinions about election fraud. They’re not criminals. And Tina Peters is not a criminal. She did her job and now she’s facing and she’s in prison right now to serve a nine year sentence.

Sheriff Scott Jenkins in Virginia got arrested and convicted by the corrupt Biden FBI back in November. And we’re trying to get him a pardon right now. And we really need help getting this in front of President Trump. Sheriff Scott Jenkins from Virginia, we need President Trump to get him a pardon, please. Okay, for our listeners who don’t know who Tina Peters is, like this is a huge story, but huge in some ways, and then Sheriff in other ways, not huge, because you know what ends up happening, right? The left wing, their media doesn’t cover it all, right? Yeah, well, you were.

And I remember watching you put out messages about it on social media, but Tina Peters, it’s almost like, it’s a story that’s a thread. And if you don’t catch that thread, you have no idea who she is. Give everybody the brief synopsis of how she got a nine year sentence. It’s so addressed. Well, she’s been a patriot for a long time, but she was the county recorder for Mesa, Colorado. And she got suspicious about the vote. She’s in charge of voting. And she got suspicious about the vote. So she secured and safeguarded the results of the election and put it in a secure place.

That’s her crime. That’s what she was charged with. And astonishingly, it went to court. And this crook of a judge and crook of a prosecutor and the secretary of state all went after Tina Peters. And she was convicted by a misled jury. And for some crazy reason, this crook of a judge gave her nine years in prison. Even if she did what they said she did, that would be a slap on the hand and probation. But it was not a crime for her to secure the votes. That’s her job. And what was and I even asked a reporter, what was her man’s Rhea? What was her criminal intent? And they said, Oh, she wanted to be famous.

That is criminal intent. And it was also stupid. And it was so unjust. And we have, I really hope that Pam Bondi interferes with this whole thing and investigates the criminals that put her in prison and that we can get this thing taken care of and get Tina Peters out of prison. Yeah. Nine years. I mean, and I’m not trying to be disgusting here, but people rape other people, like rapists don’t get nine years. In fact, manslaughter can be these don’t get nine years. There are every sentence for murder is seven years, seven years for killing a whole human being.

Yeah. Premeditatedly not, not manslaughter, but premeditatedly killing a person. Well, for murder and on the average, well, the average, let me reiterate that it’s 11 years. The sentence for murders is 11 years, but actual time served as seven. Yeah. Wow. Cause you get time off. Good behavior. Wow. Yes. Yeah. Wow. I mean, cause I, you know, on TV, it’s always 25 to life. So we’re really not, these shows are nothing like the real world. Oh man. And that shows you the problem with judges nationwide. And so I really hope this thing with judge Dugan and Milwaukee is the only, the beginning of going after real criminals.

And that’s the self-appointed arrogant Kings and Queens in the courtrooms that really believe they can do anything and adhere to a political dogma and agenda instead of the constitution of the United States. And what we should have is prosecutors and judges who are after justice and never going after innocent people, which seems to be the norm now. Yep. And I, I’m, I’m just, I’m asking everybody, um, if you’re listening to this and you’re thinking Tina Peters does not deserve to be in jail, even for six, she shouldn’t even be there for six months.

That’s why it’s important for us to tweet and email, you know, your, it’s not just your contacts. It’s, it’s getting some social media on this because president Trump pays a lot of attention to social media. Um, Tina Peters, her name should be trending on Twitter. Um, if we had more people like her, we wouldn’t have had the election result we had in 2020, right? You know, if more people were concerned about securing ballots and, and making sure that the vote was fair and clean and, and, and protected, um, you know, we could have had a totally different result.

Now I, I believe in the providence of God, I think we have actually been blessed because president Trump had four years to, you know, kind of figure out how I’m going to beat the, the deep state. And he came back with a much better team than he had the first go around and his ideas are already having a huge impact on us. But the fact is Tina Peters shouldn’t be in jail. This is a travesty. This is America. We don’t send people to jail because they’ve offended somebody. We don’t send people to jail for doing their job.

So please, you know, let’s, let’s get this trending. Let’s talk about this, um, in our circles. And especially if you have a Congressman, Congresswoman that you, that you communicate with that, that listens to you, bring this up. Um, I know there’s a lot, there’s, there’s a lot for them to pay attention to, but this woman is in jail and you know, rapists are running around on the street, raping people again, and she’s in jail for doing her job. So we got to get her out. Um, okay. So in addition to that, and by the way, my producer’s amazing.

He looked it up. You were on the program last year, just as you said, talking about that. It was, uh, July of 2024, the last time we talked. So I know he’s good. Um, so back to this, and this is, you talked about constitutional sheriffs and you talked about the job, the, the line of defense that sheriffs represent. You also talk about how sheriffs are the solution that we, the people need to come together with the power of the constitution and take back our country peacefully through our sheriff’s department. Talk to us about that.

Well, you see, he’s the ultimate authority and he’s the only elected law enforcement officer in the country and in his county. And he reports only to the people. This is really hard for some people to get sometimes even sheriffs. His boss is the power source of American government. We, the people, the first three words of the constitution, and he is appointed by us. And we review his job every four years to see if we’re going to keep him. We decide that no one else ever since COVID, when there was over 500 sheriffs that stood against COVID mandates, this, some of these States like the crazy one in Washington, Washington state is going crazy trying to get rid of the, of the sheriffs and their power and their independence.

Like King County has already taken it away from the people, stolen the, the stewardship of the people. And they’re appointing the sheriff now, instead of allowing the people the dangerous position of actually electing and appointing their own sheriffs. They’re also having the attorney general sue a few of the sheriffs there who refused to obey the state law that says they could not help with deportation. So sheriff Wagner in Adams County is actually being sued by attorney general Brown in Washington because he wants to keep his county safer and help with deportation.

That’s how ridiculous this has gotten. The sheriff is the ultimate authority in that county. He can stand up to the feds, stand up to the FBI, whoever is coming in and running roughshod over the rights of his people. That’s why it’s such a powerful position. But another reason I want to reiterate this is because he answers to the power source only, and that’s the people. So this is why every citizen needs to have a relationship with his sheriff, join his posse. And we actually trained you how to do that. Join our posse at CSPOA.org.

And I could tell you all sorts of stories where sheriffs stood up to the government, especially the federal government, and they win every time. I love it. You know, I learned about that way back in the Tea Party years.

We had speakers who would come. You’re right. Yeah. Yeah. And they would talk about the power of the sheriff and how we’d just be sitting there like, why don’t we even know this? And they would always say, the speaker would always say, you guys are sitting out there with your eyes all shiny. You’re thinking, why don’t we know this? Because if every American knew the power of their sheriff and how the sheriff answers to them, then they would use their sheriffs to clean up a lot of this nonsense. And we were just sitting there kind of, you know, getting excited like, well, you know, our sheriff’s pretty great.

And so we need people to know about this. And that’s a part of the educational outreach that you’re doing, going on, you know, television, radio, talking about this, informing people so we can get excited about it. Because as Americans, I think sometimes we look at the news and we look around our country and we don’t feel like we have a lot to get excited about, but we do because the founders left us a system that it actually kind of kicks into gear when tyranny tries to rear up. If the people will look at the system and study the constitution, the bill of rights, study what they left us, then you realize, okay, the founders knew people would kind of kirk out and act crazy.

The founders knew that tyranny could seep it and get into some people, but they also knew that the real Americans, real people who love freedom and justice in the American way, the people who love the flag and love America and love our constitution, could use what they left us to set things right. And that’s what President Trump is doing. And you’re saying we also need to do this at our local level. We need to partner with President Trump as he tries to, he works to clean up the bureaucracy and we can do a lot of work at our local level through our sheriff.

And every sheriff should be helping with that. Every sheriff should be on board and have his back and help him with deportation. Amazing. This is amazing. Okay. It’s been so good of you to join us again. Anything else you want us to know? What’s your marching orders for our listeners tonight? Make sure you get some sort of relationship with your sheriff. Ask him if he has a posse and tell him you want to join it. If he doesn’t have a posse, work with us and we’ll help you with the documentation and the policy that we already are using to create a posse with your sheriff.

It’s totally up to him. He doesn’t have to ask permission from anyone to do that. And that is one of the best and most effective, peaceful solutions that there is in America. I love it. I love it.
