$500,000 in cartel cash seized in two Texas County’s traffic stops. How do they know it’s cartel cash? It’s cash. This is not a war on drugs. This is a war on cash. And Breitbart thinks this is a victory. It’s several asset forfeiture. It’s taking this cash because the idea is that you’re not allowed to have cash. And we’ve seen this in varying amounts. One of the first stories I ever saw was a black gardener who was going to fly to Florida to buy some supplies and rent a truck and fly back. And so he had a stash of cash.

It was $9,000. And he goes up to the counter and yeah, he lives a simple life. He’s a laborer and all this other kind of stuff. So he takes his money that he’s saved and he goes to pay for the ticket in cash. So they get on the phone and they go, we got a guy here paying cash for tickets, obviously. And he’s got a lot of cash in his pocket. So, you know, they call the police on him. And they confiscate everything. He was a hundred percent legit, a hundred percent legit. And that was one of the first civil asset forfeiture cases that I saw.

But you know, here’s a black guy with cash. He’s buying a ticket at the last minute. It checks all the boxes and he’s obviously a suspect. Well, at least his money is. We know the money was ill-gotten gain. They didn’t, they couldn’t prove anything on him. They just stole his money. He wouldn’t give it back. And he was, in fact, what he said he was. A gardener, you know, or not gardener, but, you know, somebody in that type of thing. I mean, he’s going to get plants and stuff like that, you know, landscaping business, not gardening.

The occupants of this vehicle face state charges in Texas related to cash smuggling. Smuggling of cash. Oh, what does that mean? Even, you know, this is like the structured withdrawals that they came after Dennis Hastert for, you know, the guy who was an own pedophile, they wanted to come after him for something. So they came after him for taking out his money in a way that it wouldn’t be detected. Now they’re coming after these people for carrying cash in their car in a way that it wouldn’t be detected. What are you supposed to do? You supposed to lay the cash out on the dashboard, like some of these people with Jeeps put the ducks, you know, look at the stacks of cash all over.

I’m not trying to smuggle anything. Yeah, I’m just trying to get killed and robbed. I mean, if I was carrying cash, yeah, I would hide it in the seats or something. Now this was a large amount of cash. So what? It may indicate these people really are connected to the cartels, but having cash should not be a crime. And Breitbart is treating it as well. We know that this is cartel cash. No, you don’t. You don’t know anything of the sort. So US border patrol chief said, quote, another major hit to criminal enterprises.

Look, if they got a half a million dollars from these guys, that’s not a major hit to them. Come on, get real. During the stop, authorities found more than $267,000 in cash hidden under the vehicle’s back seat. Again, anybody in their right mind, if they had $267,000 in cash, they would hide it under the back seat or somewhere. Officials found approximately 280,000 of cash hidden throughout the vehicle. Authorities seized the vehicle and arrested the driver on state charges of bulk cash smuggling. That should not be a crime any more than withdrawing cash from your own bank account.

There’s already been tax declarations and all the rest of the stuff. That should not be a crime either. Smuggling cash, they throw smuggling in there so that it’s illegal, right? You’re carrying cash. So therefore they call it smuggling. Seizing significant quantities of drugs and cash along the interstate 10 smuggling corridor between San Antonio and Houston. I’ve gone down. I never realized I was in a smuggling corridor. Gee, Karen, I didn’t, uh, boy, I would have been a lot more careful. I would have hidden my cash. This is it, right? So you call it a smuggling corridor.

You say if somebody’s got cash, it’s obviously a crime. No, no. Cash should not be having cash, should not be a crime, but that’s what they want it to be. And so you’ve got these people who are pushing what Trump is pushing with the fentanyl stuff and the drug war and all the rest of this and saying, this is a victory. No, it isn’t anything but a victory. That’s right. Boys and girls, there’s a post-election sale on silver and gold. Trump euphoria has caused a dip in silver and gold. It’s time to buy some metals with fiat dollars before they come to their sense.
