Contract law prevails. Your thought on that? Yeah. Regardless of the licenses and everything else, sheriffs have to obey the law, and I’m not talking about license laws. I’m not talking about traffic codes. I’m not talking about zoning ordinances. They have to put, first and foremost, God’s law. Secondly, the supreme law of the land, the Constitution, and even supreme of that, is the Bill of Rights. That’s what we teach. That’s what they need to do. And I don’t care if there’s corporations that control the counties. That doesn’t mean the sheriff has to go along with any of that.

And his oath and his life is the oath of office he takes and the Constitution, and he must stand and protect the rights of the people, whether it’s to keep them bare arms or to peaceably assemble or freedom of speech or freedom of religion. He is required to protect every bit of that. The licensures or the corporations notwithstanding. Do your job. Freedom comes first in America. I don’t care what other corruption has happened.
