Summary

➡ The Millionaire Morning Show w/ Anton Daniels talks about
man in Chicago, known as the ‘serial puncher’, has been arrested and charged with six felonies for violently attacking women. This man, who has a long criminal history dating back to 2006, has been terrorizing the community for years. However, there are concerns that his previous misdemeanors should have been charged as felonies, which could have prevented further attacks. Critics argue that the authorities are downplaying violent crime statistics to make it appear as though crime rates are decreasing.

➡ Community organizations in various cities are receiving funds from city, state, and federal governments, which some believe is a form of defunding the police. There’s concern that this money is indirectly supporting criminal activities. A specific case in Chicago highlights a man, known as “one punch man,” who was able to commit crimes while on probation due to a lack of police intervention. This situation raises questions about the effectiveness of current funding and law enforcement strategies.

Over in Chicago, remember that I was told actually Chicago has had multiple serial punctures. Multiple serial punctures over in Chicago, all right? A couple of different guys have already been arrested and now we got a third. Unfortunately for us, black people, not black culture, unfortunately for us black people, the serial puncher is a person that has been arrested multiple times and he just so happens to be a black person. Just so happens to be a black person and this is who he is. He’s now been arrested and charged with six felonies held in custody.

Randomly and violently attacking women punching them with no warning. Today we’re learning disturbing new information about the alleged serial puncher and his criminal past. CBS News Chicago Investigator Tara Molina joins us live now. Tara you’re asking why more wasn’t done to prevent these attacks. That’s exactly what we’re asking the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and the Chicago Police Department Joe and Erica. This man was actually in court today facing some strong features in her bottom area. Definitely serviceable, kind of strong in the face. I think that that’s more of the makeup that they be doing on them in order to put all of that makeup on them, but she definitely cute.

She got nice teeth. She’s serviceable. You definitely can work with that. Six felony charges, some of the first felony charges that he’s faced and we’ve learned that he’s been ordered detained following that court hearing. Charges ranging from battery and a look at all of these mug shots. Dog been terrorizing Chicago since he came out the womb. He been terrorizing Chicago since he came out the womb. Look at all of the mug shots. This dude got on jerseys. He got on champion shirts. He got on his bottom right. The bottom right. He got on two t-shirts at the same time.

He got on a mask and one of them. Nah, Dogman. He definitely he got the V-neck on. I used to wear V-necks. I used to think that my neck a little bit and that was a little problem, but he been terrorizing the community for a long time. Salt to trespassing and theft. Mug shots dating back to 2006. Take a look at your screen and you’ll see the likely criminal charging history of 37-year-old Derek Rucker in court today facing five felony charges for aggravated batteries against women and a police officer. Rucker was arrested Thursday on State Street after police say he struck a 44-year-old woman in the face.

The scenes on your screen, the other incidents police say Rucker is behind the past few weeks. Police say he assaulted a Chicago police officer, punched a woman in the face with a closed fist, knocking her to the ground, spit on a woman and punched a woman in the back of the head on a CTA platform. Video posted on TikTok and obtained by the Chicago Tribune shows police arresting Rucker, the man in the blue, in that incident the end of last month. This person shouldn’t be on the street. Why? CBS News Chicago legal analyst Irv Miller pointing to a misdemeanor from November of last year, a misdemeanor he says should have been charged as a felony.

They knew at that time they had at least 30 arrests. The police report from that case detailing Rucker spitting on the police officer arresting him after he assaulted a 62-year-old man with a belt and stick cutting his head. Police said at the time they charged him with a misdemeanor because they couldn’t reach his victim. When I asked Chicago police about that today, they reiterated they couldn’t reach the victim. But the problem with that is he was arrested at about one o’clock in the afternoon and they approved the misdemeanor charge at uh six o’clock at night and that’s not really a lot of time to look for somebody.

Bro listen, I know we talking about one punch man right here but let me tell you something. You want to know the truth? I tell you the truth. It’s the same thing that we’ve been talking about for this whole time. This dude been punching people’s lights out for the longest and guess what? They never wanted to charge him with a felony. Do you know why? Because it would actually add to the violent stats that they would have to report to the general public and then they wouldn’t be able to finesse the numbers and say well crime is going down and violent crime is going down because you know how to designate violent crime? As a felony.

A felony arrest is designated as a violent crime in Chicago and so what we’re really having a conversation about here is not one punch man right here all right. We know okay he been punching chicks lights out beating people with sticks kicking ass and taking names since 2006. He on a 2019 20-year run. This guy has an incredible impeccable record of punching chicks lights out. Goes without saying. The bigger question that you should be asking yourself is oh my god not that he’s off the streets but why is he still allowed to roam the streets with no repercussions or consequences in the first place and I will tell you why.

It feeds into a bigger narrative of what we’re talking about when it comes to all these cities using the same blueprint because they are friends they communicate with each other. They have whole conferences you know how your job have tech conferences for certain things and you go to certain cities well guess what mayors do the same thing. Little big cities whatever mayors have the same thing they meet together they have conversations they strategize and then you wonder man why are all of these big cities despite the fact that crime is running rampant homelessness is crazy money is gone no budget no nothing they keep on doing these community organizations and these community organizations are fraud.

We’ll get there we’ll get there they’re fraud and you keep wondering to yourself well how is crime down 32 percent in every single democratic city well this is why because they’re not looking to actually lock people up they’re looking to juice the numbers this is hamsterdam man this is hamsterdam a lot of y’all say anti what you mean amsterdam nope i’m not drunk i’m cool i’m one of them type of people that can actually hold my liquor so don’t call me drunk call me real call me call me transparent because hamsterdam is a scene from the wire it was whole episodes that was dedicated to it and so what they did was they moved the

crime over to a different area to a different designation they reduced charges on people and the criminals benefited the people suffered they still punching people’s lights out but they could have prevented that from happening if they actually did their job but they didn’t want to be held accountable they wanted to say that crime is down across the board and so they reducing punches in the face and beat downs and they got the camera they say that they can’t contact the original victim i wonder if you really even wanted to contact them in the first place and so what they are doing is they are juicing the numbers and this is why you

see people like brandon johnson karen bass and different mayors all across the united states of america and governors that say no crime is down what’s the finesse ask for more money for these community organizations that’s controlled through the police department so if you are thug or reform thug all you got to do is get in good with the people that are in office or the people that are in power or all you got to do is start an organization and say that i’m a non-profit and i’m a former criminal or i’m a former dude that has been arrested with a felony but i got connections to the streets and so i’m gonna go out here because i am the

person that can negotiate with the gangs and the criminals and tell them to put the guns down put your flags up put the guns down put your flags up and so they get a little bit of the cut they get a little bit of the cut make sure you hire my auntie over here make sure my mama get a job make sure she’s in an administrative role hey don’t let it come back and trace back to it make sure you give a little bit of a kickback listen we fudders streets start an instagram page start a tick tock start a youtube make sure that you try to promote yourself as a person that is strong for the community get a few black women to endorse you

take umar johnson’s blueprint hey piece of pan africanism piece of pan africanism and guess what you got you a whole other way in which you can launder money and then continue to give money over to these organizations and that is their definition of defunding the police that is their definition of defunding the police and it’s happening all across the united states of america in every city every single urban major city they all have the same blueprint go and check it do your research i know y’all don’t want to do your research because y’all want me to do it for you do your research los angeles chicago memphis houston new york

detroit indianapolis is cleveland there are community organizations that are getting money from the city and the federal government in the state and they taking pictures and that is the way that they’ve actually defunded the police why do you think that they keep asking the police departments to cut their budget over in chicago they said listen we want you to cut the police department budget even though we know you down multiple officers thousands of officers we want you to cut the budget the gangs are now the ones that are becoming the ones that are getting money from the taxpayers we’re paying the gangs we paying the thugs now we’re paying the thugs anti you messing up the money fuck them fuck them i don’t care dog do you want to know the truth or do you want to know the finesse it’s all corruption it’s redirecting money to the thugs you don’t want me to tell you that part you want me to continue to let you take the blue pill and

live in the illusion so that you can eat your steak your fake steak that’s why one punch man is walking around it’s the victim of a serious crime and get this rucker was on felony probation at the time for assaulting a nurse in the hospital months before miller says police should have notified the state’s attorney and sought felony charges telling me these cases all preventable if he would have been charged with a felony on the case involving the 62 year old gentleman i have no doubt that he would have been detained pending his trial in the cook county jail and he would not have been on the streets so it never would have

happened big u correct big u he’s arrested right now they telling you how much money that they gave him through taxpayer money again chicago police only saying they could not reach the victim in that case to elevate that charge from a misdemeanor to a felony i did reach out to the cook county state’s attorney’s office multiple times today no response from them quite yet headed into this evening god bless y’all and this dude honest listen this guy could have been arrested a long time ago i seen him on social media people have been recording this dude walking around on social media and saying hey this is one punch man

this is a guy that’s punching chicks out in chicago and he was walking around like lurch who is he six six walking around like lurch he’s been doing this for a long time he’s been walking around all the time let me see if i can i don’t know if i can pull it up right away chicago punch yeah they’ve been they’ve been watching this dude he been walking around punching people for a long time people been documenting him all day long you telling me that the police just now figured it out that he was one punch man people been putting him on the social media for a long time dude is six six six seven with the mange he got the mange

in his head six six six seven with the mange people been following him around talking about hey man he looking for his next victim he’s been on the punch out looking for chicks to punch their lights out for a long time this ain’t nothing new would you think that the police don’t be knowing what’s going on man they know what’s going on bro you out you just out of the loop don’t worry about it we’re gonna get you there
