policy. Trump agreed that a return to 2014 borders between Russia and Ukraine is completely untenable. That does translate into the permanent annexation of 20% of Ukraine into the Russian Federation. They announced as well that NATO membership for Ukraine is permanently off the table. Trump made that absolutely clear and Trump affirmed that only European troops would be considered for peacekeeping forces in the region if at all no American troops whatsoever and most importantly that those forces would not be covered under Article 5 of the NATO Charter. Now what was very interesting and a big shout out to Alex Christopher of the Duran for noticing this was very interesting is that one of the members of the Russian delegation was the CEO of the Russian direct investment fund.

This is a fellow by the name of Kirill Demetriev. It does look like the Trump administration wants to normalize not just political relations with Russia but economic ties as well. This of course would be huge in trying to lure Russia away from China as the American military focus shifts away from Europe and shifts more towards Taiwan and the Pacific. I do personally believe Russia and China’s relationship has been forged and it is solidified as a result of these last three years largely because Russia also sees China’s politics as stable and enduring whereas America’s well let’s just say we’re radically schizophrenic as far as the rest of the world is concerned in terms of our the stability of our politics but there’s no question given Demetriev’s participation in the Russian delegation that Russia is most certainly open to American investment of hundreds of billions of dollars being poured back into Russia and just be good for both countries in terms of the normalization of our relations.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio made it clear as well that the sanctions against Russia imposed on the United States almost certainly will be lifted in the very near future. For me what all of this ultimately signifies is that we are seeing a peace deal getting hashed out not so much between Russia and Ukraine but between Russia and the United States. To me that’s what this really is ultimately all about. This isn’t a Russia Ukraine peace deal this is a Russia US peace deal. This is a peace deal that is effectively bringing an end to the clash between two mutually exclusive world orders.

What’s often referred to as the liberal international order or a unipolar world and what’s increasingly being referred to as a civilizational international order or a multi-polar world and Ukraine has been ground zero for this clash and ironically it was considered ground zero for such a clash stretching back a few decades. Back in 1993 the infamous George Soros self-published a paper where he outlined his vision for what he called at the time a new world order that would defeat the growing nationalist sentiments around the world while at the same time assure technocratic globalism’s unending progress.

But what Soros basically argued there was that Western liberals could defeat a nation like Russia and its growing nationalist sentiments by combining NATO’s technology together with Eastern European troops. Okay this is what Soros was arguing for back in 1993. So globalists would defeat say like Russian nationalism with a combination of NATO technology and Eastern European troops.

So Soros recognized that Westerners had no stomach for the mass casualties that would inevitably result from a hot war with Russia. But Eastern European populations as far as he was concerned weren’t as weak need when it came to casualties. Eastern European populations like Ukrainians could handle this again according to Soros they could handle they could stomach mass casualties in a way that Western nations couldn’t. But Western nations had the technology. They had the weaponry. So if you could combine NATO technology with Eastern Europe or more specifically Ukrainian troops that’s the secret sauce to how you take down Russia.

And if you take down Russia you take down liberal globalism’s number one enemy. Again this was back in 1993 he was writing this. So with this as our background do you want to take a guess as to what Soros is saying today in response to Trump? This is going to absolutely blow your mind. Several months back a new Soros, George Soros’s son Alex now the head of his fledgling globalist NGO empire wrote an op-ed openly worrying that a victory by Trump in the upcoming presidential elections would radically endanger European unity and deliver a blow to the globalist agenda. Now by European unity Soros is of course talking about the European Union of which he’s a major supporter along with his father. George Soros was a rabid opponent of Brexit and actually did everything he possibly could to try to thwart the past referendum from ever being implemented so much for democracy right? But Alex openly admitted at the time that Trump was indeed poised to win the presidency and if and when he does Soros believed that it would actually be worse for the EU than for the United States and this is because it would quote imperil European unity and undermine the progress achieved on so many fronts in response to the war in Ukraine.

The sources were freaking out that Trump’s diplomatic efforts were to win the presidency would indeed upend the entire Ukrainian conflict at the expense of the liberal globalist order perpetuated and defended by Soros’s network now fledgling network of NGOs. Well as it turns out he was absolutely right. Trump has no interest whatsoever in continuing with the charade of the unipolar liberal world order. Liberal globalism is now officially dead and these peace negotiations in Riyadh appear to be ultimately about restoring peace not necessarily between Russia and Ukraine yes that’s certainly part of it but between these two larger great power blocks the US and Russia and that’s the key to understanding this new world that’s rising.

What made Bumlin Biden’s regime just so dangerous is they operated with the mistaken notion the delusion that the US led NATO alliance represented the only superpower on the planet that’s what we mean by a unipolar world and therefore NATO had the power and indeed the obligation to enforce its will wherever it wanted. That’s how the initial encroachment of Russia into Ukraine started as we’ve detailed for years now on this channel. A blitzkrieg of western-based sanctions followed including against Russia’s central bank they well we now know collective west destroyed the Nord Stream pipeline the United States did at least hundreds of billions of dollars of NATO weaponry and intelligence went into Ukraine but in the end here we are three years later and Russia has annexed 20% of Ukraine permanently into the Russian Federation they’ve taken over pretty much the whole of the Russian-speaking part of Ukraine and the longer this conflict has lasted the more territory Russia takes.

This Soros base plan of using NATO technology with Ukrainian troops failed it backfired and Trump appears to be interpreting this ultimately as a failure of the liberal international order itself the very globalist order that Soros and the bullies in Brussels and the dolts in DC have been advocates and champions of over the last three decades and so the new world that’s rising recognizes that there’s not just one but multiple power blocks all around the world Russia, China, India, Turkey in fact it’s not coincidental that these talks are happening in Riyadh.

Saudi Arabia is the default leader of the rising Sunni civilizationist world. Saudi Arabia is a grow is growing into a major power block in this renewed world order as I like to call it and the Trump administration seems to want a total reset in US-Russian relations in recognition of the triumph of this new civilizational order. If that is ultimately what is achieved here then the irony is that after 30 years it wasn’t Russia that got buried as a result of the weaponization of Ukraine it was the liberal globalist order itself.
