So you don’t have to carry a government permission slip where you get permission to keep and bear arms to protect yourselves or others. Now again, Alabama. His name is Reed Ingram. He’s a Republican, been there for nine years. His current term ends in 2026. This move alone should cause you to want to primary this ass clown. If there are a good few men or women in his district who think that they can support and defend the constitution better than this turncoat, by all means run for office.

Contact your local two, a your local political action campaign committee and run against this ass hat. So there are only what is today, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. There were only like three or four days left in Alabama’s current legislative session, which means this will be coming the next legislative session. But what he wants to do is renege constitutional carry, just destroy it and institute his own law or bill because one of the sheriffs is begging for it.

First here is Rep. Reid Ingram, who said that the constitutional carry law was a bad bill. What he wants to do is to require someone to be 21 years of age to conceal carry. Currently it’s 19 or above. He also wants people to have to pass a hunter safety course or get a permit from the sheriff’s office. So back to begging the government and paying the government for your right to keep and bear arms.

This bill will take it to where if you don’t have an id, the law enforcement have the option to take the gun and hold it until they come in and show their id. So his bill would authorize cops to violate your Fourth Amendment right to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures just because you’re exercising your second amendment? Yeah, seems about par for the course for the rhinos, the cops, because they can’t figure out who you are.

Remember, guys and gals, when the police come to talk to you, you do not have to talk to them. Shut your mouth. So if they approach you, if you don’t have an id on you or you choose not to talk to them and they know you’re carrying, whether you printing or whatever. They can steal your gun, bring it back to the station, deprive you of your liberties, violate your second amendment, violate your fourth Amendment, and then you have to go prove to them that you’re a citizen.

Funny, I bet they don’t stop illegal immigrants doing this stuff. Just people in the city, law abiding folk and the like. Now, the sheriff that is behind most of this, the one at least who’s crying in public, is Montgomery County Sheriff Derek Cunningham. And Derek says that his deputies are having trouble serving justice because of the constitutional carry law. Serving justice, huh? His quote was, it behooves the law enforcement officers to stop you, to guess who you are.

And normally when we stop people, everyone has a fake name they use and we can’t question it. A good, hard working person who wants to carry a gun for protection, they are going to have those things referring to the id or permit. They’re going to have the things in place that they need. You have a sheriff who says, you know what? Your rights don’t really matter. Because in order for us to feel safe, we should violate your rights for our feelings.

And of course, the rhino says, you know what? Ooh, give me money. Somehow behind, you know this paywall and I’ll file the bill for you. Alabama, you got some work to do. This will come in the next legislative session. Smoke is being seen through the trees now. And where there’s smoke, there’s fire. I don’t know if it’ll pass, but I do know that you need to be aware, you need to be prepared to fight it.
